Abstract

sebuah bukit yang bernama Bukit Petaling. Bukit tersebut di tumbuhi sebuah pohon yang berdaun lebar yang bernama Selapan di bukit itu juga terdapat aliran air yang membentuk lingkaran dan diberi nama yaitu Tulung. Maka dari itu lah penduduk setempat memberi nama yaitu Dusun Tulung Selapan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) sejarah asal usul masyarakat Tulung Selapan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir, (2) Bagaimana terbentuknya marga Tulung Selapan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir 1850-1983, (3) Perkembangan sistem pemerintahan daerah Tulung Selapan pasca dihapuskannya sistem marga di Indonesia tahun 1979.

Abstract

Owned cultural diversity of learners is not uncommon led to disputes or different perspectives both about the accent, the character that allows the interrelation of culture of learners in the learning process so that the realization of social harmony. In this study the authors used method Descriptive Qualitative. This research shows that (1) in planning learning, teachers make learning device with a copy of the team MGMP (2) the implementation of learning social studies in the class that has the diversity already integrated but teachers do not take advantage of it by forming a class multicultural (3) form of interrelation of culture learners in learning social studies class in the form of verbal communication (Indonesian), verbal messages (words, intonation), non-verbal communication such as gestures during the learning process of students showed enthusiasm and body language. (4) the constraints faced by the class teacher is a teacher who has a diversity not understand the characteristics of students, so that students are less motivated. While the constraints faced by learners within the school are the stereotypes and etncentrism learners.

Abstract

The purpose of this class action research is to find out whether the use of the discussion method in the discussion of LKS can improve the history of learning outcomes of class VIII A of SMP 4 Padang Cermin, and also to achieve student mastery learning. The formulation of the problem in this study is "Is the use of the discussion method in the discussion of LKS can improve the history of learning outcomes of students of class VII A 1st semester of SMP 1 Padang Cermin South Lampung in 2008/2009. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with classroom action research, ie researchers will conduct teaching and learning activities accompanied by partner teachers. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded: The average class of historical learning outcomes of students has increased, namely before using the LKS of 68 and after using LKS of 86.1. The percentage increase in historical learning outcomes from 42 students before using LKS is 52.3% and after using LKS increased to 97% from 42 students, then in the final results of this study there was an increase of 44.6%.

Abstract

Pemikiran-pemikiran Cak Nur masih sangat mempengaruhi kader HMI Cabang Palembang. Oleh karena itu, maka tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pemikiran-pemikiran Cak Nur yang mempengaruhi kader HMI Cabang Palembang, khususnya pemikirannya yang terdapat di dalam NDP HMI yang telah ia susun. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian lapangan (field research) yang terfokus mengkaji implementasi NDP HMI dalam pembinaan kader pada HMI Cabang Palembang dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan paradigma induktif. Metode dan paradigma tersebut dipilih atas pertimbangan terhadap analisis masalah penelitian yang menuntut sejumlah informasi dari bawah berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan kesejarahan, sosiologis, dan fenomenologis menjadi pilihan agar tujuan penelitian dapat tercapai dengan baik. Adapun jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif-kuantitatif. Data penelitian terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalahpertama, NDP pada awalnya merupakan kertas kerja PB HMI periode 1966-1969 yang disusun oleh Cak Nur. Saat itu, ia menjabat Ketua Umum. Adapun latar historis pembuatan konsep NDP ini, karena keterpanggilan Cak Nur agar kader HMI mempunyai buku saku. NDP HMI merupakan cerminan pemikiran keislaman, kemanusiaan dan keindonesiaan  khas HMI. Kedua, NDP bagi kader HMI cabang Palembang merupakan identitas kedirian kader atau jati dirinya, serta nilai-nilai yang mesti dijadikan dasar dalam perjuangan hidup, baik dalam berorganisasi, bermasyarakat, maupun bernegara. Untuk sampai pada tahap implementasi NDP bagi kader-kadernya, HMI cabang Palembang memberikan porsi yang sama bagi setiap kader untuk memperoleh pengajaran dan pendidikan tentang NDP secara berjenjang; mulai dari Masa Perkenalan Calon Anggota (MAPERCA), Latihan Kader I (LK I), LK II, LK III, sampai tingkatan yang paling tinggi, yaitu Training Instruktur NDP. Semua itu dilakukan agar setiap kader punya kesempatan untuk mengkaji, memahami, menjiwai dan mengaktualisasikan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam NDP. Ketiga, Cak Nur, sebagai  figur organisatoris maupun intelektual bagi kader HMI cabang Palembang memberikan pengaruh yang cukup signifikan, khususnya pemikiran-pemikirannya yang tertuang di dalam NDP HMI yang senantiasa dikaji dan diaktualisasikan dalam kehidupan berorganisasi, bermasyarakat dan bernegara

Abstract

Abstract-The thoughts of Cak Nur still greatly affect the HMI cadres of Palembang Branch. Therefore, this paper aims to reveal the thoughts of Cak Nur that affect the HMI cadres Palembang Branch, especially the thoughts contained in NDP HMI he has compiled. This study is a field study focused on assessing the implementation of NDP HMI in cadre development on HMI Palembang Branch by using qualitative descriptive method with inductive paradigm. The methods and paradigms are chosen in consideration of the analysis of research problems that require some information from below under the principles of qualitative research. Historical, sociological, and phenomenological approaches are an option for the purpose of research can be achieved well. The type of data in this study is qualitative-quantitative. The research data consist of primary and secondary data. The results of this study are first, the NDP was originally the working paper of PB HMI period 1966-1969 compiled by Cak Nur. At that time, he served as Chairman. The historical setting of this NDP concept, because Cak Nur calling to HMI cadres have a pocket book. NDP HMI is a reflection of Islamic thinking, humanity and keindonesiaan typical HMI. Second, the NDP for HMI cadres Palembang branch is the identity of the cadre or identity itself, and the values that must be used as the basis in the struggle of life, whether in organizing, in community, and in the state. To arrive at the implementation stage of the NDP for its cadres, HMI Palembang branch provides the same portion for each cadre to obtain teaching and education on NDP in stages; starting from the Introduction of Prospective Members (MAPERCA), Kader I Training (LK I), LK II, LK III, to the highest level, the NDP Instructor Training. All this is done so that every cadre has the opportunity to study, understand, animate and actualize the values contained in the NDP. Thirdly, Cak Nur, as an organizational and intellectual figure for the HMI cadres of Palembang branch, has a significant influence, especially the thoughts contained in NDP HMI which are always studied and actualized in organizational life, society and state.Keywords: HMI, Cag Nur, LK
