Abstract

Image processing is often use in industry, such as colour variety quality controlling in industrial products. A video camera record industrial product’s  image colour and then it will be strorage in a computer with digital image data form by using an interface called video blaster. Furthermore, the digital image file data can be computerized by using neural network system with Hopfield’s method as its algorithm. The operation of the digital image conducted by Borland C++ version 5.02. The result can be achieved will represent the energy level for each image colour that recorded by a video camera and the smallest energy that can be assumed as its true image colour

Abstract

The research implementing “Tachogenerator as the sensor for controller of Electric Motor Speed rotation at electric laboratories” Plant (Object controlled) is controlled by the electric motors speed rotation in AC or DC, by setting armature voltage of motor using digital PID controller and fuzzy logic from Personal Computer (PC). Although the load disturbances are changing significantly, but the motor speed rotation can be stabilized by feedback input from tachogenerator which are the focus in this research.PID controller dan fuzzy Logic controller applications are used to find the advantages the disadvatages or controll methode of motor reliability in dinamic controll (speed rotation) which cause the system more stabil. The result can be seen inmaintained system responses and the system reliabilty against disturbances.

Abstract

This article developed a pulse generator circuits for triggering three phase thyristor converter based on ATmega8 microcontroller follow the concept of a conventional triggering circuit. Detection of point of zero voltage alternating current source using the LM 393 comparator devices. Output of LM 393 is fed as an input to microcontroller as zero refference. Based on the ignition angle settings are provided through the potensiometer connected conceded ADC microcontroller generate striggering pulse with the current time reference zero point is detected. Based on the obtained results of testing done quite well, with a microcontroller capable of providing an appropriate point of ignition with expectations. The biggest error rate of 3.6% this circuits is.

Abstract

This research aimed to calculate the potential energy of biogas and electricity from waste rice straw. Use of straw in a way fermentation / precipitate straw in a closed room called a reactor or digester without involving oxygen. Precipitate straw for about 35-40 days, during the deposition process assisted by Anaerobic bacteria. During the process that occurs in the reactor straw was laterdegradation a weak acid which later on anaerobic bacteria will break down straw at a rate of hydrolysis and acidification. Of particular interest in producing biogas is the temperature, because the temperature is very influential in the biogas produced. Steps or methods in producing biogas six steps, namely: (1) prepare a straw, (2) chopping straw, (3) put the straw in the tank, (4) the mixing process by adding water straw in the ratio 1 : 3, (5 ) insert the straw into the reactor, (6) gas will be created during the 35-40 days and have been used. Jorong Tanjung Alai has the potential to produce biogas converted from the straw, so that the Jorong can be proposed to utilize this waste as one of the lighting in the household.
