Abstract

Water and Sanitation in Indonesia is still low compared with other countries in Southeast Asia. Only 50% of the entire population of Indonesia who gain access to drinking water. For human drinking water is a major requirement. Given that the disease can be carried by water to humans when people use it, the main purpose berish water supply and sanitation for the people is to prevent water-borne diseases. Thus it is expected that more and more people with clean water coverage and sanitation, getting lower morbidity of these water-borne diseases. Enterprises drinking water station todays rapidly growing importance in the provision of drinking water affordable to the community.The purpose of this research is to determine the condition of the sanitary and bacteriological quality of drinking water stations Refill in District Panakkukang Makassar.This type of research is survey with descriptive approach, namely to determine the sanitary conditions and the quality of bacteriological station refill drinking water in Sub Panakkukang Makassar.Based on the research that has been done that sanitary conditions at the station refill drinking water Equator qualify with a value of 86. For the inspection of sanitary conditions at the station 3 Nur values obtained pemerikssaan 74 and the examination object number 38 did not qualify so the station 3 Nur is said to be not meet the health requirements. The results of the bacteriological quality inspection (MPN Coliform) at the equator station did not contain coliform bacteria that is said to qualify and for station 3 Nur coliform bacteria content is 15 or ineligible.From the discussion, it can be concluded that the sanitary conditions and the quality of bacteriology at the equator station to station eligible and ineligible 3 Nur sanitary conditions and bacteriological quality. Keywords: Sanitary Conditions, Bacteriological Quality, Drinking Water Station Refill

Abstract

In the case of respiratory diseases Balaesang District of Donggala in the last three years are likely to experience fluctuations in 2012 with the number of 1166, 2013 and 2014 the number of patients 874 patients number 1,037. These data represent the number of patients with respiratory disease in general. According to data obtained from the observation that the data ISPA patients at the age of five from January to March 2015 the number of people 50 toddlers.This study aims to assess the physical condition of the house and the sources of pollution in the home with a disease incidence of ISPA Toddlers in Sub Balaesang Donggala 2015.The method used is observational analytic design case control study in April and May 2015. The sample was selected by purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 Toddler covering 50 cases and 50 controls. Data were analyzed by using a system of tabulation and statistical tests SPSS version 19.0 with Odds Ratio test and logistic regression methods Backward LR.The results showed that the variable temperature with a p-value (0.00) of <0.05, OR value = 0173 (0072-0417), the humidity with a p-value (0.00) of <0.05, OR = 0.145 (0060-0353) and lighting with a p-value (0.00) of <0.05, OR = 0181 (0076-0428).Concluded that based on the results obtained, the variable temperature, humidity, and the lighting is a risk factor is significant on the incidence of respiratory disease in infants In Sub Balaesang Donggala. Keyword : Risk factor, ISPA, Infant

Abstract

Banyak penduduk yang terpaksa memanfaatkan air yang dari segi kualitasnya tidak memenuhi persyaratan, salah satunya yaitu syarat kimia berupa kandungan kadar besi (Fe) yang tinggi yang dapat mengakibatkan diare, anemia, dan kerusakan ginjal.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan Arang Aktif Tempurung Kemiri dalam Menurunkan Kadar Besi (Fe) Pada Air Sumur Gali. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan saringan menggunakan arang aktif tempurung kemiri.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan air sumur gali untuk menurunkan kadar besi (Fe) menggunakan media arang aktif tempurung kemiri dengan ketebalan 80 cm dan waktu kontak selama 30 menit dapat menurunkan kadar besi (Fe) rata – rata sebesar 0,66 mg/L dengan penurunan sebesar 1,49 mg/L atau sebesar 69,30 % dan sesuai dengan Permenkes Nomor. 416/MENKES/PER/IX/1990, tentang syarat-syarat dan pengawasan kualitas air, bahwa kadar besi (Fe) yang diperbolehkan untuk air bersih yaitu 1,0 mg/L. Kata Kunci : Arang Aktif, Tempurung Kemiri, Besi (Fe), Air

Abstract

Laundering clothes and household appliances (laundry) is one of the bussiness engaged in services that are mounting. The small businessman laundering clothes (laundry) started in the big cities, many people who do not have time to wash his clothes himself because of his work. At first it was very helpful, but it will eventually arise environmental problems caused by waste. The waste that produced by the rest of the laundry process have the potential  to cause pollution to the environment, especially on water bodies. The purpose of this research is to reduce levels of COD with a method filtration multimedia filters on the waste laundry by using a variety of a thickness of different media. This research is an experiment quasi, namely to know how percent efficiency decreased levels of COD with filtration multimedia filters on the waste laundry. The result of resesrch conducted by the filtration multimedia filters a variety of thickness of the first media average fell into 453,33 mg/l with the percentage decline 46,33 % and filtration multimedia filters a variety of thickness of the second media average fell into 320 mg/l with the percentage decline 63,07 %. The conclution of this experiment, filtration multimedia filters can reduce levels of COD water waste laundry but not efficient for not meeting the requirements of Souts Sulawesi Governor Regulation Number 69 year 2010 About The Requirements of the raw environmental damage the quality of life that level of COD allowed is 100 mg/l. Keyword : Filtration, Carbon, Zeolite, COD, Waste Water Laundry.

Abstract

Bank dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan bagi nasabah, termasuk layanan Internet Banking. Banyak model kualitas layanan menunjukkan beragamnya variabel dalam dimensi kualitas layanan untuk penelitian internet banking. Pada penelitian ini, dimensi kualitas layanan mengcakup 6 variabel terdiri atas Manfaat, Kemudahan, Keamanan, Efisiensi, Responsif, Kemampuan Fisik. Sebanyak 258 Responden telah dikumpulkan datanya dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear dan pendekatan analisis domain, diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa Manfaat,  Efisiensi, dan Kemampuan Fisik  berpengaruh  parsial signifikan positif terhadap Adopsi Internet Banking pada pengguna Internet Banking. Nasabah mempersepsikan bahwa perlunya Bank memperhatikan peningkatan adopsi internet banking dengan memperhatikan aspek keamanan, ketersediaan fitur, komunikasi, kemudahan, dan jaminan. Nasabah mempersepsikan Manfaat menggunakan internet banking adalah layanan internet banking yang aman, tersedia fitur transaksi sesuai kebutuhan nasabah, web bank yang mudah dipelajari dan digunakan. Penyelenggaraan internet banking yang baik memerlukan daya tanggap (responsif) yang tinggi dengan akses web bank yang cepat, dukungan layanan call center 24 jam tiap hari, penyelesaian masalah layanan internet banking dalam waktu yang dapat dipastikan, kompetensi petugas bank dengan pengetahuan yang memadai tentang internet banking.

Abstract

The banking problem studied is the kind of strength which is become the base of services in the field of internet banking. The study was conducted by analyzing the consumers perception in the 5 variables of service quality consist of security, reliability, responsiveness, physical ability, and collateral. As much as 10 informants who are users of internet banking of bank in Indonesia has been interviewed about their perceptions of the quality of internet banking services. This study uses qualitative approach. The analysis showed that there are 6 strength that underlies the quality of internet banking services namely communication, channel of customer participation, service facilities, human resources, technology infrastructure and norms. The sixth strength of the internet banking service is a dimension of strength to compete in the banking industry. Masalah bank yang diteliti adalah kekuatan apa yang menjadi landasan layanan jasa di bidang internet banking. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis persepsi nasabah pada 5 variabel kualitas layanan yakni keamanan, keandalan, responsif, kemampuan fisik, dan jaminan. Sebanyak 10 informan yang merupakan pengguna internet banking dari bank di Indonesia telah diwawancarai mengenai persepsi mereka terhadap kualitas layanan internet banking. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 6 kekuatan yang melandasi kualitas layanan jasa internet banking yakni komunikasi, saluran partisipasi nasabah, fasilitas layanan, sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur teknologi dan norma. Keenam kekuatan layanan internet banking tersebut merupakan dimensi kekuatan bersaing dalam industri perbankan.

Abstract

Limbah cair rumah sakit merupakan salah satu sumber pencemaran air yang sangat potensial karena mengandung senyawa organik dan anorganik yang cukup tinggi.Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui kemampuan Aplikasi Teknologi Saringan Pasir silika dan karbon aktif dalam menurunkan Kadar BOD dan COD Limbah Cair Rumah Sakit Mitra Husada MakassarJenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen kuasi dengan desain Pre-Pos test. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah air limbah cair rumah sakit dengan pemeriksaan BOD dan COD. Data yang telah olah secara manual dengan menggunakan alat perhitungan dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel, kemudian di uji dengan uji T kemudian di analisa secara deskriptif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kadar BOD dan COD limbah cair Rumah Sakit setelah di lakukan penyaringan menggunakan pasir silika dan karbon aktif dengan tiga kali replikasi didapatkan hasil penurunan rata-rata kadar BOD yaitu 39,97%. Sedangkan penurunan kadar COD yaitu 41,19%.Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah penurunan rata-rata kadar BOD yaitu 39,97%. Sedangkan penurunan kadar COD yaitu 41,19%. Multimedia(saringan pasir silka dan karbon aktif) ini mampu menurunkan kadar BOD dan COD limbah cair Rumah Sakit Mitra Husada Makassar. Kata Kunci : Pasir Silika, Karbon Aktif, Air Limbah

Abstract

Brand image has an effect on buying behavior. Consumers, who have a positive image of the brand, tend to choose the brand when buying. In addition to brand image, the packaging and advertisement can slo affect buying behavior. Innovative packaging can provide benefits to the company exceeds the competitors and to encourage sales, while a badly designed packaging can lead to consumers switching to a competitor's product and the company lost sales, and advertisement is behaving as a driving force for any business as it's an effective source to convey marketing message and stay in consum-er's mind. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of brand image, pack-aging and advertisement on consumer buying behavior of Mizone isotonic drink in Surabaya. Questionnaire is used as an instrument to get the response of the respon-dent. Questionnaires were spread to one hundred people who buying the Mizone iso-tonic drink in Surabaya. Multiple Regression Analysis is used to examine the effect of the independent variables on dependent variable. The findings of this study shows brand image and packaging have positive significant effect on consumer buying beha-vior, but not to advertisement. The impilcation of this research, the company should improve the quality of Mizone isotonic drink and replace Mizone packaging materials with environmentally friendly packaging materials.

Abstract

The purpose of this public service program is to empower the Kartika Utama SMEs and Schonheit Goods SMEs as SMEs that partner with each other in marketing bag products. Kartika Utama SMEs as an SMEs that produces bags, while Schonheit Goods SMEs as an SMEs that markets bag products from Kartika Utama SMEs. The problems faced by these two SMEs are related to file archiving, product packaging, and production that still need to be improved, as well as opportunities, to utilize the internet in the framework of better marketing. The method of implementing this public service program is training, mentoring SMEs, and creating websites to market bag products produced. The results of dedication to strengthening SMEs in two fields, namely production and marketing with emphasis on online marketing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of viral marketing on Blackberry Messenger applications on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions on university students in Sidoarjo. This research hypothesis states that viral marketing affect customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. This research data was collected by questionnaires distributed to 180 respondents in several universities in Sidoarjo. From the data obtained then tested the validity test, reliability test and structure equation model analysis using the SmartPLS statistical application. The results of this study indicate that viral marketing on the Blackberry Messenger application have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions on university students in Sidoarjo
