Abstract

 Chemistry’s phenomena can explained by multiple representation, they are macroscopis, symbolis, and submicroscopis dimention. Based on the fact, submicroscopis dimention is often diserted, especially when teach acid-base material because it is difficult to learn.  According to this case, teachers need the media for delivering material of chemistry. The research aim is resulting animation media of Arrhenius acid-base material based on multiple representation.This research used research and development (R & D) method by Gall, Gall and Borg in Putra (2012). But on this research, step only arrive to step of main product revision. Research and development on this research have three steps. They are needs analysis step, consist of literature study and field study, planning and developing product step, consist of planning product, developing product,validation, and revision product, and the last is field test step, whose test of the product then revision the product based on result of test.Result of this research was animation media of Arrhenius acid-base material based on multiple representation which have characteristics: 1) displaying science material of Arrhenius acid-base which be explained by multiple representation, 2) it has parts consist of opening, instructional, competence standard, basic competence, indicators of product cognitive, subject of acid-base solution, subject of indicators acid-base, subject of Arrhenius acid-base, subject of pH, and profile button, 3) the contents suitability aspect has high score that is 80% according to validator judgement and 80% according to teacher judgement, and also have the highest level in isteresting aspect that is 83.45% according students judgement.Key words :  animation media, multiple representation, Arrhenius acid-base

Abstract

Abstrak Pelatihan dan penyuluhan ini juga dimaksudkan untuk memberikan edukasi praktis mengenai perencanaan keuangan, mendorong pergeseran tendensi prilaku konsumtif menjadi investatif dan meningkatkan literasi keuangan. Berdasarkan survei mengenai pengelolaan perencanaan keuangan, diperoleh informasi bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan pada masyarakat sekolah SMK masih memerlukan sosialisasi menggunakan perencanaan keuangan pada kehidupan keluarga. Sedangkan jika ditinjau dari rata-rata penghasilan total yang diperoleh telah memadai pada level upah minimum regional dan bahkan diatasnya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di lingkungan sekolah SMK pada Kecamatan Dayun Kabupaten Siak. Pendekatan pelatihan dan penyuluhan langsung digunakan untuk berinteraksi langsung pada peserta, media diskusi dan tanya jawab dilakukan untuk meningkatkan literasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya antusiasme dalam pelatihan dengan menyediakan contoh-contoh praktis dan diskusi pada sesi pelatihan dan penyuluhan tersebut. Partisipan dengan semangat mengajukan pertanyaan tentang  pengetahuan  praktis tersebut dan mengharapkan akan ada kelanjutan capacity building. Partisipan menunjukkan perubahan peningkatan pemahaman tentang skala prioritas prilaku konsumsi dengan mendahulukan yang dibutuhkan daripada yang diinginkan.  Kata kunci: literasi keuangan, Keuangan keuarga

Abstract

The purposes of this study are; to know application of Snowball Throwing method, the achievement and its impact to Indonesian Lesson using such method in SDIT Ummul Quro Bogor. This study conducted a class action research. The application of Snowball Throwing method gives a good impact to Indonesian Lesson. This can be seen from the increasing the percentage of affective from 76 % in first cycle to 83 % in second one. The achievement of students increased from 56,67 % and average is 73,83 to 93,33% and average is 84. The Application of  Snowball Throwing method give a rapid impact to the achievement of students.

Abstract

This Training and counseling is also intended to provide education about the importance of school cooperation and good financial planning. This activities are carried out in SMK Al Faruqi at Kubang Raya Street, Desa Tarai Bangun , Kecamatan Tambang, Kabupaten Kampar. According to observation result, it is obtained that the school has not a school cooperation, yet. This training and counseling is attended by all participants who are teachers and students. The result shows that the participants have high enthusiasm in describing examples and discussion sessions. The school found this activities are helpful because they get information on how to form a cooperation that has been planned before. So, this cooperation can be useful to this school.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the influence of transformational and transactional leadership on psychological safety. In addition, it examines the effect of psychological safety on the scope of balanced scorecard (BSC) implementation through knowledge sharing behaviour. This study uses a 2 x 2 between-subjects experimental design and independent t-test to test Hypotheses 1 and 2. Hypotheses 3 and 4 use hierarchical regression. To answer the questions in this study, the researchers conducted experiments with Master of Accounting and Master of Economics Development students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University. The results of the hypothesis testing in this study support Hypotheses 1, 2 and 3, while Hypothesis 4 is not supported because it does not meet the requirements of mediation testing.

Abstract

The variation of the seed size in each species and individuals might be from of difference species adaptation for  a difference environment. This difference may also arise from the constraints of limited formation of seed size. The use of adaptive ciltivars on the growth environment is very influential on the succes in the farm field. This research was aimed to find the adaptation of phase and size seed of two cultivars of soybeans in Jatinangor and Cikajang. This research was held in Jatinangor (Sumedang regency) and Cikajang (Garut regency) from April to July 2016. The design that used in this research was Randomized Block Design (RBD) and Duncan at 5% rate. Improved cultivars that tested in this research were placed at Grobogan and Anjasmoro which were repeated 5 times. The results of experiment showed that adaptation of size seed showed of 100 grains and large seeds. The low temperature condition can increase of variability of seed size. Heterogeneity of environment can not sustain the size of soybean seed. Genetic and environment factors influence significantly for weight of 100 grains and seed size Grobogan in Jatinangor. The weight of 100 grains Grobogan in Jatinangor and Cikajang haved a greater than Anjasmoro. Environmental factors influence yield of soybean, weight of 100 grains of cultivars in Cikajang haved a greater than Jatinangor caused by the seed size.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, katalis tidak hanya dapat dibuat dari bahan-bahan kimia di laboratorium, tetapi katalis juga dapat dibuat dari bahan alam dan limbah, seperti dolomit (Aransiola et al., 2014). Sifat katalitik dari bahan alam dapat diaktifkan dengan perlakuan kalsinasi atau menambahkan bahan alam lain sebagai material pendukung. Persentasi massa dan perlakuan pada material pendukung dapat mempengaruhi aktivitas katalis. Abu layang merupakan material pendukung yang mengandung SiO2 dan Al2O3 yang tinggi (Chakraborty et al., 2010 and Jain et al., 2011). Pada penelitian telah dibuat katalis dolomit yang didispersi dengan abu layang melalui metode impregnasi basah menggunakan abu layang leaching dan non-leaching dengan persentase massa dolomit 100%, 75%, dan 50%. Katalis dikarakterisasi menggunakan Difraksi sinar-X dan spektroskopi FTIR.

Abstract

Kamus merupakan alat bantu yang digunakan untuk menterjemahkan suatu bahasa, adapun terdapat berbagai jenis kamus seperti kamus istilah Bahasa pemrograman PHP. Bahasa pemrograman PHP pada dasarnya penting bagi para mahasiswa yang sedang menempuh pembelajaran mengenai bahasa pemrograman khususnya PHP, terutama istilah dalam bahasa pemrograman PHP yang memilik banyak kosa kata. Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat merancang suatu aplikasi kamus istilah dalam bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan menggunakan algoritma brute force dalam proses pencariannya. Algoritma brute force merupakan algoritma yang digunakan untuk mencocokan pattern dengan semua teks yang ada pada database aplikasi kamus istilah bahasa pemrograman PHP. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu model prototype dan perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah Microsoft SQL Server. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa aplikasi kamus istilah bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan menggunakan algoritma brute force dalam proses pencariannya dan dapat membantu pengguna untuk mencari istilah kata menjadi lebih efisen dibandingkan kamus berbentuk buku pada umumnya.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study to describe the mathematical reasoning abilities of class IX students in one of the MTs in Cimahi City City on the material of linaer equation system of two-variables. The purpose of this study was to analyze mathematical reasoning abilities based on gender and distribution, as well as profiles of students' mathematical reasoning abilities based on each indicator. The subjects of this study were 24 students consisting of 12 males and 12 females. Mathematical reasoning abilities are classified into 3 categories, namely low, medium, and high. The instrument used is 4 description questions that represent each indicator. This study produced data that explained that the average achievement of mathematical reasoning of female students was 62.0% (medium) with a distribution of 25% of low ability, 50% of medium ability, and 25% of high ability. Slightly lower, the average data on achieving male students' mathematical reasoning is 55.2% (medium) with a distribution of 50% with low ability and 50% with medium ability. Overall, the research data explains that the achievement of mathematical reasoning of class IX students is 58.6% (medium) with a distribution of 37.5% with low ability, 50% with medium ability, and 12.5% with high ability. Profiles based on indicators, grade IX students have high scores for indicators making analogies and providing explanations with models and low scores for indicators using patterns to analyze mathematical situations and draw conclusions.
