Abstract

Abstract :The massive development in economic sector causes the same trend in all area of business scale; small, medium and big. In this atmosphere, all company interact with internal and external stakeholder. In order to collectively create effective communication and interaction, company and businessman need to cooperate based on moral value and ethics. This article explain that good business is not merely about how to gain excessive profit, but it also consider business ethics. The concept of ´the customer is king´ also plays important role to get great revenue. This idea suggest businessman to gain, to maintain and to develop customer trust by employing morale and ethics attitude and also company´ responsibility. On the other hand, government and other institutions should be steady in implementing regulation and proactive in auditing business ethics violence. Abstract

Abstract: Money is any object that is generally accepted as payment for goods and services that is important for a moderncivilization. It also has function as instrument for accumulating wealth as well as asset in order to guarantee prosperity. In order to achieve good financial suppot a family should do a financial management, which provides financial strategy: planning; utilizing; evaluating in order to maintain effective and efficient family consumption. Abstract

The soundness of the bank is used as a benchmark for bank management to assess whether the management of the bank had was done in line with the sound banking principles and in accordance with applicable regulations. PT.BPR Setia Karib Abadi Semarang is one company that is engaged in banking carries on business as Rural Bank. In the normal course of business of PT. BPR Setia Karib Abadi Semarang experience performing loans which fluctuate each year thereby affecting the companys financial performance and earnings. The purpose of this study to determine the influence of financial performance with CAMEL method to total loans at PT. BPR Setia Karib Abadi Semarang.This type of research is explanatory research. In this study took a sample of 4-year quarterly financial statements of the year 2009 - 2012. Technique analysis data using simple linear regression and multiple regression, with significance testing using the t test and F test with SPSS tools 17.Based on the results of analysis of CAR variable does not affect the amount of lending and give a contribution of 11.3%. KAP variables did not affect the amount of lending and contributed 0.02%. PPAP variables affect the amount of lending and influence contributed by 52.5%. ROA variable does not affect the amount of lending and give a contribution of 7.2%. ROA variable does not affect the amount of lending and give a contribution of 21.2%. LDR variables affect the amount of lending and influence contributed 70.7%. NPL variable does not affect the amount of lending and give a contribution of 0.03%. Overall financial performance of the variable does not affect the amount of lending. Conclusions and Suggestions for the company. Financial performance PT. BPR Setia Karib Abadi in healthy condition in rate of the years and have strange influence to total loans.Company mus be order to always strive to maintain the condition of its financial performance and careful - cautious in lending to bank soundness is maintained with a healthy category. Because PPAP and LDR influence on lending.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of product quality, price, and location of the purchase decisions on Housing Graha Candi Golf Semarang. Type of research used in this study is explanatory, the study highlights the effect between the study variables and test hypotheses exist. The sampling method using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The method of analysis used in this study using simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression with SPSS for windows. The results and discussion can be explained by t test product quality has a positive influence on purchase decisions, ie when the product quality is getting better, the higher the level of purchase decision. Price has a positive influence on purchase decisions, ie when more affordable and competitive price, the higher the level of purchase decision.Location has a positive influence on purchase decisions, ie when the strategic location, the higher the level of purchase decision. While the F test showed that the quality of the product, price and location simultaneously positive influence on purchase decisions, ie the better the quality of the product, price and location of the eyes of consumers, the higher the level of purchase decision. From this analysis also can be seen that the variable is a variable location of the dominant influence on the purchase decision, it can dibuktikkan of regression results in the coefficient beta (β) the most, the location with complete facilities and flood free. The conclusion of this research is that the quality of the product, price, and location of the home purchase decision on Housing Graha Candi Golf included in either category, which was considered by most respondents, the higher the purchase decision.

Abstract

BPR Restu Artha Makmur is one of the companies that provide banking services. In order to achieve better corporate goals, management companies need to increase employee productivity. One aspect that can be done is by providing a fair and adequate compensation to all employees and providing a work environment that supports. Although the company has provided good compensation and good working environment, but employee productivity has not maximized yet. Problems in this study were decreased employee productivity seen from the employees performance appraisal data does not match the target has accepted by the company. Research purposes to determine the effect of compensation and working environment on the productivity of employees. This type of research is explanatory research with a sample of 40 respondents taken by using saturated sampling techniques. Measurement scale with a Likert scale. Data was collected by interview using questionnaires. In the analysis of test data using simple linear regression test and multiple regression test with SPSS 16.0 program. While hypothesis testing using t and F test. The results explain that the compensation provided by corporate was enough good, work environment by corporate was enough good, and work productivity of employees was good. But there are few respondents who said that compensation and working environment that is not good. Compensation has a positive influence to work productivity of employees with a correlation coefficient of 0.683 and coefficient of determination of 46.7%, and the work environment has a positive influence to work productivity of employees with a correlation coefficient of 0.713 and coefficient of determination of 50.9%. Both compensation and work environment together have a significant influence to work productivity of employees with a correlation coefficient of 0.797 and coefficient of determination of 63.5% with the equation Y = 3.942 + 0.541X1 + 0.274X2. Conclusion, compensation and work environment have a positive effect on employee work productivity. There are few employees who claim that the application of the provision of compensation and work environment is poor. Suggestions for the company, should improve good and right providing appropriate compensation and working environment to the employees work productivity better than before.

Abstract

Indonesian capital market development is rapidly since the 1990s, making the need for increased securities trading analysis. PER a favorite because it is quite easy to understand for investors and prospective investors. PER is part of the ratio of the market determines how the market gives the value or price of a company. Ability profitable a company as one of the main consideration sources of most investors to invest. Ability of high profits can be demonstrated with profitability ratios such as Return on assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). The rate of inflation causes economic conditions of a country shaking.This study aimed to determine the effect of ROA, ROE and Inflation to PER. This type of research is explanatory research or explanation. The population in this study is the financial statement data manufacturing company engaged in the field of Food and Beverage is listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 and 2011 and a sample of  the study was 15, a manufacturing company engaged in the field of Food and Beverage listed on the stock exchange Indonesia. Data collection in this study was done by non participant observation. In the data analysis using the classical assumption test, simple linear regression and multiple regression test with SPSS program.Based on the survey results revealed that the ROA, ROE and Inflation positive and significant effect on PER, either partially or simultaneously. Simultaneously, the variable ROA, ROE and inflation effect on PER of 39.3 percent. This suggests that the overall return on assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and the Food and Beverage company Inflation 2010-2011 period can be a calculation in the determining  PER.

Abstract

The success of an organization in achieving the objectives that have been set are determined by the quality of the people who work in it or that we call with top management, middle management, and line management as well as the usual non managerial we call with employees. In an organization or company, we often hear the term job satisfaction, work discipline in which both these factors is one of the causes of poor performance or deciding whether an employees work. The question in this research is whether there are effects of job satisfaction of Accomplishment Work, is there any influence of the discipline of work against the Working Achievements, as well as whether there are effects of job satisfaction and Work towards the Accomplishment of work Discipline. Type this research is explanatory research that is research that observing the relationship between variables and test the hypothesis that has been formulated. The technique of collecting data use sampling saturates ( census ) with the population is all the employees CV. Jaya Motor Semarang of 45 people. Test the validity of, using data analysis test reliabilities, linear regression simple, worship of idols, linear regression a coefficient determination, test t, test f, with the help of program SPSS for windows version 17. The result of the research is as follows: There is a significant positive influence between satisfaction work on work performance where t count as much as ( 10.972 ) > t a table ( 1,680 ), and there is a significant positive influence between discipline work on work performance where t count as much as ( 7.454 ) > t a table ( 1,680 ). There is a significant positive influence between satisfaction of work and discipline work on work performance where f count ( 70.579 ) > f a table ( 3.220 ). A coefficient determination to variable satisfaction work ( X1 ) and discipline work ( X2 ) accounts for as much as 77.1 % for the work performance while 22.9 % influenced by other factors. Based on the research inconclusive satisfaction of work and discipline work have leverage significantly to work performance so that hypothesis accepted. Means if satisfaction of work and discipline work offered better, then work performance will increase. While companies to set satisfaction work is more like to fit the purchasing power of consumers. Advice given to CV. Jaya Motor Semarang is in giving maximum service to consumers, should increase response will complaints, so can increase consumer confidence to business. Company can also provides opportunities to employees to in education and exercises about service the car, held by inside and outside country.

Abstract

Bank as a company have their health assessed to determine the condition of the bank. Least healthy financial performance of banks can be seen through the performance of the banks profitability. The ratio is important for bank profitability is return on assets (ROA). Data from the period 2009-2010 the average ROA bank has shown a good value with a standard sound bank is above 1.5%. However, the ROA between the bank and the private limited company visible difference, namely the value of the banks ROA persero higher than private banks. ROA is the high and low values ​​are caused by several factors such as differences in the ratio of the associated CAR, NPL, and the LDR. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), non-performing loans (NPL), and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to the Return On Asset (ROA) of the National Private Banks Foreign exchange go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period research from 2009 to 2010. The analytical method used is a simple regression test to test partially the significance test using t test and regression test to simultaneously test for the significance test using the F test, which previously made ​​the assumption of classical test analysis techniques first. Object of this study is a national private commercial bank foreign exchange 2009-2010. Number of samples used were 24 banks in the sample. With certain criteria that companies belonging to banking in commercial banks to go public and has published its financial statements in the year 2009-2010. Results and discussion indicate that the NPL variables significantly influence the ROA, while the CAR and the LDR variable is not significant to the ROA. While based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis tests (F test) showed that the CAR, NPL, and the LDR has a significant effect on ROA with a significance level of 0.000. Adjusted R2 values ​​obtained in the regression model of 0.835. This suggests that the major influence of the independent variable is CAR, NPL, and the LDR of the dependent variable (ROA) of 83.5% while the remaining 16.5% influenced by other factors. In addition the value of R2 is the R2 value of 0.835 indicates if it is getting closer to a variable - the independent variable (CAR, NPL, and LDR) the stronger influence in explaining the dependent variable (ROA). Overall conclusions of the independent variables studied, the ratio of the greatest influence on the dependent variable is the ratio of NPLs at 82.6% and showed a significant effect of t -14.597 0.000 with significance. It means that the greater the ratio of Non Performing Loan (NPL) cause Return On Asset (ROA) is getting smaller at a bank. Proposed research should better supervise banking companies and credit funds in order to monitor the use of non-performing loans ratio remained at a healthy category so as to avoid the problem of bad loans.

Abstract

The research of goal was to determine the performance measurement in financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective the process, learning and growth perspective of the balanced scorecard method at KSU Government Employee of Semarang city. This research is a qualitative descriptive analysis of financial and non-financial. Source of data used are primary data with a a questionnaire for customer satisfaction and employee mengetehui and indept interview to determine the valuation of the actualization of the vision, mission, goals, targets and strategies in setting weights on key performance indicator (KPI) as a performance assessment. Secondary data from the financial statements of a cooperative in 2010-2012. The results showed the performance of the cooperative is in a healthy position for the score obtained by the four perspectives. Conclusion that the balanced scorecard can be used as a method of measuring the performance of the cooperative is more comprehensive with not ignore the non-financial aspects that become the driving force for the progress of the cooperative. Suggestion that the management needs to maintain performance and improve the already good performance is still low in order to achieve the welfare of members. Planned cash inflows and cash out with maintaining liquidity ratio in improving the profitability ratio in order to increase the capital of cooperatives, especially in improving business.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the influence of leadership and organizational climate for the employee’s performance in PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk Semarang. This type of research is explanatory with the techniques of data collection through questionnaire. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling, the sample of 103 peoples who are the employee PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk Semarang. The method of analysis used in this study is Quantitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership have a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the amount of 37%.. Organizational climate is also positive and significant influence on employee performance . in the amount of 47,4%%. Leadership and organizational climate and significant positive effect on employee performance and organizational climate value significant positive effect on employee performance in the amount of 74,8%. The conclusion of this study is leadership, organizational climate on PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk Semarang is good. The test results showed that with the SPSS leadership and organizational climate have a significant impact on employee performance either simultaneously or partially.
