Abstract

Abstrak: this research aims to analyze the effect of service quality and pricing strategy on satisfaction, and its impact on loyalty of Umrah Sawitha Group is customers. Data are analyzed descriptively and inferentialyby using PLS, wich is smart PLS version 1.10. Data are obtained by survey on members of Umrah Sawitha Group who were departed in 2011 and 2012, for to 189 respondents the analysis result proves that service quality has positive and significant effect on group members’ satisfaction. Pricing strategy has positive and significant effect on satisfaction and loyality. Nevertheless, satisfaction does not home any positive influence on members’ loyalty.Keywords: quality of service, pricing strategies, satisfaction of pilgrims, worshipers loyalty

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to identify and quantify the influence of social factors towards pirated movies buying interest on the citizen of Malang, the influence of personal factors towrds pirated movies buying interest on the citizen of Malang, Influence attitudes towards pirated movies buying interest on the citizen of Malang, the influence of social factors towards pirated movies buying interest that is mediated by attitudes in the citizen of Malang, the influence of personal factors towards pirated movies buying interest that is mediated by attitudes in the citizen of Malang. Type of this research is a survey research, which takes samples from a population and use the questionnaire as an instrument of primary data collection. Thus, this research was categorized as an explanatory research. The number of respondents in this study as many as 100 people. Method of data collection methods questionnaire is done, then the data processed through SPSS software, tool of analysis in this study using path analysis. Results showed that (1) social Factors encourage interest in the purchase of pirated films, (2) personal Factors encourage interest in the purchase of pirated movies, (3) attitude encourage interest in the purchase of pirated movies, (4) social Factors are mediated by the attitude of encourage interest in the purchase of pirated movies, (5) the personal Factors are mediated by the attitude encourage interest in the purchase of pirated movies. Keywords: social factors, personal factors, attitudes, pirated movies

Abstract

Abstract: The study is to examine and analyze the effect of product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction, examine and analyze the effect of product quality and service quality to customer loyalty on developer PT. Araya Bumi Megah Malang. Research study conducted including an explanation (explanatory research) that explain the causal relationship between variables through the course of a study testing the hypothesis of this study used a sample of 34 respondents, while sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis is the analysis of PLS (Partial Least System). The results of this study were (1) product quality have a significant influence to customer satisfaction (2) service quality has a significant influence to customer satisfaction (3) product quality has a significant influence to consumer loyalty (4) service quality has a significant influence to customer loyalty (5 ) consumer satisfaction has a significant influence to consumer loyalty (6) product quality has a significant effect to customer loyalty when through customer satisfaction (7) service quality has a significant influence on customer loyalty when through customer satisfaction.   Keywords: quality products, quality service, satisfaction, loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor psikologis, lingkungan dan bauran pemasaran yang mempengaruhi pembelian sepeda motor bebek 4-tak merk Suzuki dan Honda di Kota Banjarmasin, dan untuk mengetahui variabel yang dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Banjarmasin. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik non random sampling dengan motode convenience sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 706 responden (355 konsumen Suzuki dan  351 konsumen Honda). Tingkat signifikansi yang ditetapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah 5%. Sebanyak 49 item dalam daftar pertanyaan yang diuraikan dalam 12 variabel dalam faktor psikologis, lingkungan dan bauran pemasaran. Pengujian terhadap semua instrumen penelitian menunjukkan tingkat reliabilitas dan validitas yang tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini semua variabel bebas yaitu persepsi (X1), sikap (X2), gaya hidup (X3), kepribadian (X4), budaya (X5), kelas sosial (X6), kelompok referensi (X7), situasi penentu (X8), produk (X9), harga (X10), promosi (X11) dan distribusi (X12) mempunyai korelasi yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor bebek 4-tak merk Suzuki dan Honda. Diantara keduabelas variabel tersebut, variabel persepsi (X1), sikap (X2), gaya hidup (X3), kelompok referensi (X7), situasi penentu (X8) dan produk (X9) berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor bebek 4-tak merk Suzuki dan Honda di Kota Banjarmasin. Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.591 menunjukkan kontribusi variabel-variabel independen untuk menjelaskan variabel dependen sebesar 59.1%. Sedangkan variabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya adalah sikap sebesar 39.6%.Kata kunci: lingkungan, motor, pemasaran, pembelian, psikologis

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of hospital service quality on satisfaction and trust of the patients. Data were collected using questionnaires. Questionnaires were given to patients in the hospitalization unit of RSBK. The sample of this study is 121 people. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SPSS AMOS software. The study shows that service quality has a direct and indirect effect on patients’ trust. Service quality has indirect effects on patient’s trust through patient satisfaction as interviening variable. There is a significant direct effect of service quality on patients’ satisfaction, but there is no significant indirect effect of service quality on patients’satisfaction through patients’ trust. Keywords: trust, satisfaction, quality of service

Abstract

Banana (Musa spp.) is a tropical fruit that is widely grown in Indonesia as it beneficially increases the farmers’ welfare. However, the wider scale of suitable land still needs to be developed. This study aims to know the distribution of suitable locations for banana cultivation in Jenawi based on the climate conditions. The research was done by making soil map unit, characterizing land’s climate, matching climate conditions with plant growth requirements, and then mapping the suitable location for banana cultivation. The results showed that the agriculture’s climate suitability in Jenawi is classified into two areas: (1) middle - upper/eastern area (not suitable for banana cultivation as it is located in the high area of 2,056 masl with the low temperature 13.8°C and the high rainfall 3,750 mm/year); (2) middle - lower/west area (suitable for banana cultivation as it is located in the lower area of 610 masl with the higher temperature 22.6 °C and lower rainfall 3,333 mm/year. So that the banana plants are potentially developed in the middle - lower/west area of Jenawi i.e. in the Village of Trengguli, Sidomukti, Balong, Lempong, Menjing and Seloromo. The determination of the land suitability class in detail and in terms of the characteristics and quality of the soil can be more focused on the area which suitable climate conditions in order to obtain the land suitability class, limiting factors and improvement efforts.

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of trust, risk, web design and its relation with consumer attitude and consumer intention to buy online in Malang. Population in this study are society of Malang and the number of the sample is 120 respondents. The sampling techniques is purposive sampling and the data is analyzed with parsial least square (PLS) analysis. The results indicate several findings that trust, risk, web design and consumer attitude have direct effect on consumer intention to buy online. Web design have an efffect on consumer intention to buy online through consumer attitude. But not with trust and risk, because trust and risk does not have significant effect on consumer intention to buy online through consumer attitude.

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to analyze the influence of reference groups on the purchase decision and fashion interest, then the influence of purchase decision and fashion interest on the customer satisfaction, and then the influence of reference groups towards customer satisfaction through the purchase decision and fashion interest. Research on the handbag became very exciting because imitation handbags booming and widely used in thecommunity, especially among female students in Malang. The sample in this study were taken by using the data collection method called purposive sampling. The number of samples that used were 115 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed by using PLS analysis technique (Partial Least Square) through the PLS software. Moreover, to test the hypothesis of the fifth, Sobel test was used to examine the relationship existing intervening variables in the hypothesis. The results showed that the reference groups have a significant positive effect on purchase decision and fashion interest. Then purchase decision and fashion interest also has significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, reference groups have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through the purchase decision and fashion interest.

Abstract

Research conducted is a type of qualitative phenomenological research that reveal and understand the meaning behind the phenomenon of the actions of individuals who perform various actions on the basis of their own perceptions as well as aspects of the background of the action. The number of informants in this study are six people. Sampling method of this study used purposive sampling with snowball sampling method. The findings shows that well recognized or reputable brand considered to be one of the reasons consumers choose to buy stimulation of brand POND’S. Marketing stimuli such as advertising on television, the product that suits consumer needs in affordable price can stimulate consumers buying decision. Low price of POND’S counterfeit product is the main considerations in encouraging buying decision. High consumer loyalty toward original POND’S brand made them decide to buy counterfeit POND’S without considering the authenticity and its side effect on consumer health. Reference groups that dominate consumer minds in buying the counterfeit POND’S product are workmate and store employees where the product is sold. Motivation in seeking new products and the high level of trust toward Unilever brand (POND’S) encourages consumers to buy counterfeit POND’S. Private sources (office colleagues) and commercial (TV advertisement) considered as main information sources for a consumer in buying POND’S and counterfeit POND’S counterfeit.

Abstract

Dalam sistem berorientasi objek, aspek yang sangat penting adalah sifat reusable dari perangkat lunak yang telah dibangun. sifat reusable ini memungkinkan sebuah aplikasi menggunakan kembali bagian dari program yang sebelumnya telah dibangun sehingga proses pengembangan perangkat lunak menjadi lebih cepat karena tidak mengulang pekerjaan yang sama berkali-kali. Zakat adalah salah satu rukun Islam dimana seorang muslim wajib menjalankannya. manajemen zakat perlu dilaksanakan sebagai bagian dari akuntabilitas publik sehingga kepercayaan masyarakat semakin meningkat terhadap proses penyelenggaraan zakat yang dilaksanakan oleh lembaga amil zakat. Sistem informasi manajemen zakat adalah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mencatat berbagai data dan transaksi sehingga semua data tersebut dapat diproses menjadi informasi dengan cepat dan akurat.Penelitian ini merupakan langkah awal dalam melakukan eksplorasi aspek berorientasi objek dalam rancang bangun sistem informasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi manajemen zakat  yang dirancang dan diimplementasi menggunakan paradigma berorientasi objek. Beberapa konsep utama dalam pemrograman berorientasi objek seperti enkapsulasi, inheritance dan polimorfisme  digunakan dalam sistem informasi manajemen zakat ini.   Kata Kunci : Pemrograman berorientasi objek, Sistem Informasi Manajemen Zakat, Sistem Berorientasi Objek, Enkapsulasi, Inheritance, Polimorfisme.
