Abstract

ABSTRACT The ruling of District Court No.08/CB/2007/306/Pdt.G/2006/PN-Mdn/PN-LP on May 7/2007, related to Disposition of Sequestration No. 08/CB/2007/306/Pdt.G/2006/PN-LP on May 8, 2007 accepted the request on sequestration by Tri Argo Mulyo foundation as the plaintiff of the part of 47.7 hectare of land located at ex-Emplassemen Afdeling Medan Estate, Marindal Estate, PTPN II (persero) in Deli Serdang in order to be the Guarantee for Civil Complaint No. 306/Pdt.G/206/PN-Mdn on September 8, 2006. This case has caused legal problem, for the ruling for sequestration by the District Court cannot be executed in the interest of the plaintiff. This is because the object placed on the sequestration by the District Court has been charged the first degree hypothecation by defendant, PT Pancing Business Center as a debt guarantee to PT Bank Mestika. According to Article 1, paragraph (1) of Hypothecation Law (UUHT) No. 4/1996,” A hypothecation is a security right which is charged on land rights as it is stipulated in Law No.5/1960 on the Principal Provision of Agrarian Law, with or without other objects related to the land to the paying off, the position is prioritized to a certain creditor other than to the other creditors.” Although the ruling about sequestration is placed on the object case (the land) by the District Court, the ruling is void (illusoir) sinct e he position of the creditor as the receiver of hypothecation is prioritized to carry out his rights according to civil law. The condition will, of course, harm the plaintiff and ignore the principle of claiming sequestration (conservatoir beslag) in order to obtain a number of properties from the defendant as collateral for the loss suffered by the plaintiff. Therefore, the judge in the civil case should be careful in using sequestration institution because, if he does not look into the object (the land) as an immovable object and makes a verdict on sequestration haphazardly, the verdict will not have any executorial power. Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial dengan bantuan metode pembelajaran tipe kooperatif script di kelaV SDN 03 Kecamatan Kepulauan Kabupaten Kayong Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat di simpulkan Perencanaan pembelajaraan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran tipe kooperatif script pada siklus 1 Dari pelaksanaan tindakan diperoleh hasil kinerja guru dalam menyusun pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan metode kooperatif script dari siklus I sebesar 3,07 dan siklus II sebesar 3,31. Sedangkan kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran IPS dari siklus I sebesar 3,08 dan siklus II sebesar 3,22,. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkan metode kooperatif script pada siklus I sebesar 67,34 dan pada siklus II sebesar 79,5 Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 12,03. Kata Kunci: Metode kooperatif script, hasil belajar   Abstraction: This Research aim to to increase result of learning educative  participant study of Social Science constructively method study of co-operative type of script V SDN kela 03 District Of Archipelago Of Sub-Province of Kayong North. Method Research the used descriptive. Pursuant to result of research earn concluding Planning of Social Science by using method study of co-operative type of script cycle 1 From execution of action obtained result of performance learn in compiling study of IPS by using co-operative method of script of cycle of I equal to 3,07 and cycle of II equal to 3,31. While performance learn in executing study of IPS of cycle of I equal to 3,08 and cycle of II equal to 3,22,. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh lama waktu pengeringan terhadap karakteristik terasi jembret instan dari produsen yang berbeda. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di laboratorium Teknologi Hasil Perikanan, Laboratorium Kimia Jurusan Teknologi Hasil Pertanian, Laboratorium Pra Panen Jurusan Teknologi Pertanian, dan Laboratorium Bio Proses Fakultas teknik, Universitas Sriwijaya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai dengan Feberuari 2011. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan  Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), Perbedaan lama waktu pengeringan (15, 30, 45,  dan 60 menit) digunakan sebagai perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Parameter yang diamati pada penelitian ini meliputi analisis kimia (kadar air, abu, protein, lemak), analisa fisik (warna kelarutan, ukuran bubuk dan desistas), analisa mikrobiologi adalah jumlah total mikroba/total plate count (TPC), dan analisa sensoris dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji hedonic (aroma dan warna). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan perbedaan lama waktu pengeringan yang dilakukan berpengaruh nyata terhadap sifat kimia (kadar air, kadar lemak, kadar protein) dan sifat fisika (ukuran butiran bubuk, kelarutan), tetapi pengaruh tidak nyata terhadap sifat kimia (kadar abu), sifat fisika (densitas) dan analisa sensoris (aroma dan warna). Hasil pengamatan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan T4 (lama waktu pengeringan 60 menit) merupakan perlakuan terbaik. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu dengan rata-rata kadar air (0,36%), kadar abu (35,78%), kadar lemak (1,08%), kadar protein (45,66%) dan dengan rata-rata ukuran butiran bubuk (0,28 um), kelarutan (27,33 detik), densitas (0,57 g/mL dan mikrobiologi (4,63 cfu/mL). Hasil uji hedonic yang paling disukai panelis adalah perlakuan T3 (lama waktu pengeringan 45 menit) dengan penilaian untuk warna (2,92) dan T4 (lama waktu pengeringan 60 menit) dengan penilaian untuk aroma (2,88).

Abstract

Abstract

The aim of this research is find out the lactic acid bacteria (LAB) from peda, bekasam, terasi and rusip which had antagonis by Morganella morganii (histamin producer bacteria). The result was that the number isolate from peda was 3 (1P1 104, 3P1 104, 2P2 104), bekasam was 7 (1B1 104, 2B1104, 1B2104, 2B2104, 3B2 104, 1B1 105, 2B1105), terasi was 4 (1T1 104, 2T1 104, 3T1 104) and rusip was 5 isolates (1R1103, 2R1103, 3R1103, 1R1104, 1R2104). All the isolates was bacill, gram positive, and negative catalase. The isolate which had biggest of clear zone was 3B1104 and 1T11104, with the diameter of clear zone was 1.725 cm and 1.300 cm. Abstract

The objective of this research was to know effect of solvent (NaHCO3 0,5% and MgCO3 0,03%) and Tween 80 (0,5%, 1%, and 1,5%) to obtain the chlorophyll and phytochemical compounds of kiambang leaves. The research used factorial randomized block design with two treatments and each treatment was replicated three times. The treatments were  the type of solvent (NaHCO3 0.5% and MgCO3 0.03%) and the concentration of Tween 80 (0.5%, 1% and 1.5%). The parameters of research were total chlorophyll content, water dissolve chlorophyll, phytochemichal, colour intensity (Hunter a, Hunter b, and Lightness), and colour stability. The result showed that the average of total chlorophyll ranges from 10.261 mg/L to 16.435 mg/L, water dissolve chlorophyll ranges from 4.503 mg/L to 5.739 mg/L, Hunter a ranges from -2.8 to -4.667, Hunter b ranges from +6.1 to +14.6, Lightness ranges from 29.4 to 34.067. Phytochemical compounds of kiambang leaves were alkaloid, fenol, and saponin. The colour stability test of kiambang leaves by using NaHCO3 0.5% and Tween 80 1.5% indicated the best colour stability during four weeks storage in aerobic condition.   Keyword: kiambang extract, chlorophyll, phytochemical

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to be know  antioxidant activity, anticolestrol and antihypertence of extract rusip. This research was conducted from May 2017 until October  2017 using experimental laboratory method and data analysis was done descriptively. The research stages included measurement of pH, salt content analysis, determination of protein content, determination of peptides, antioxidants testing with the ABTS method, the analysis of ACE inhibitors (Angiotensin Converting Enzyme) and analysis of HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors. The results showed  that there are three types of rusip which has the complete label is rusip A, B and C. The pH value rusip ranged from 5.85 to 6.01. The salt contained in rusip ranged from 13.94 to 15.68%. Rusip protein content ranged from 14.71 to 18.39 mg / mL. The content of yield rusip extract ranged from 2.26 to 3.32 % and the content of peptide extract ranged from 13.05 to 14.80%. Rusip is a highly protein-rich food and contains many peptides. The antioxidant activity of rusip extract and activity of HMG-CoA inhibitor of russip extract are low. Rusip extract has a high activity as an ACE inhibitor (Angiotensin-I Converting Enzyme) of 95.75%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT             Mahakam’s bridge was a bridge that connected Samarinda with Samarinda Seberang and other cities like Balikpapan, Kukar and Kubar. Along with the rapid of population growth and economic in Samarinda gave an impact to the user of traffic to the bridge over the Mahakam that connected Samarinda’s city and Samarinda Seberang with the inter-city and other areas. As the reality that happened in Samarinda, in the afternoon and holidays the traffic to Mahakam’s bridge and otherwise always jammed with vehicle till made a severe traffic jammed in the second pathway of Mahakam’s bridge.                According to the problems above, the government of Kalimantan Timur took a wise solution with made an initiative to build a same bridge in the left of Mahakam bridges. With the construction of the twin bridges, the writers interested to know how the responsibility of the government partners in the construction of the twin bridges.            This research method that used in this law script is descriptive design where the writer described the reality of the twin bridges construction and customized with data from Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bidang Bina Marga Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum.   .            The legal standings that used in construction of  the twins bridges in Samarinda is the governor rule of Kalimantan Timur Nomor 38 Tahun 2012,  from the governor rule of Kalimantan Timur all the rules that became the legal standings in construction of the twins bridges so have a legally enforceable.            Based on the condition of twin’s bridges construction today, the process of building Twins Bridge is foundation construction stage. The foundation of Twins Bridge could be seen by the people when they passed through the twin bridge.            After the writer conducted research in Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bidang Bina Marga Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum the writer concluded that the responsibility of government partner in twins bridge construction based on the contract between the government of Kalimantan Timur with the government partners is the Contractor, PT. PP Perdana KSO, Consultant Planner is PT. Perencana Jaya and the supervising consultants is PT. Pelaksana Desain Karya Cipta.           Keywords : (The Twins Bridge)

Isolasi dan Identifikasi Bakteri Asam Laktat Penghasil Inhibitor Enzim HMG-KoA Reduktase dari Bekasam Sebagai Agen Pereduksi Kolesterol

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to obtain statins producer bacteria as a HMG-CoA reductase (HMGR) enzyme inhibitor to reduced cholesterol biosynthesis. Stages of this research were the isolation of compactin and lovastatin resistant bacteria, statin production, analysis of culture extracts to inhibition of HMG-CoA reductase and identification of bacteria. The results showed that the 20 isolates of compactin and lovastatin resistant bacteria, there are 5 bacterial isolates produced statins. They were L3.3.4; C3.4.2; C3.3.5; C3.4.4 and L3.3.3; with the statins content were 9.491; 1.536; 0.065; 0.060; and 0.040 ppm. Selection of the 5 bacterial isolates resulted 2 bacteria which had inhibition ability to HMGR enzyme activity. They were Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus delbruckii sp. delbruckii with inhibitory ability were 66.67% and 58.33%, respectively.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh bakteri penghasil statin sebagai inhibitor enzim HMG-KoA reduktase (HMGR), penghambat sintesis kolesterol. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah isolasi bakteri yang resisten terhadap compactin dan lovastatin, produksi statin, uji penghambatan ekstrak dari kultur bakteri terhadap HMG-KoA reduktase dan identifikasi bakteri. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 20 isolat bakteri yang resisten terhadap compactin maupun lovastatin, terdapat 5 isolat bakteri yang potensial menghasilkan statin, yaitu isolat L3.3.4; C3.4.2; C3.3.5; C3.4.4 dan L3.3.3; dengan kandungan statin berturut-turut adalah 9.491; 1,536; 0,065, 0,060, dan 0,040 ppm. Seleksi terhadap 5 isolat menghasilkan 2 bakteri yang mempunyai kemampuan penghambatan terhadap aktivitas enzim ¸Â•ÝWtu Lactobacillus acidophilus dan Lactobacillus delbruckii sp. delbruckii dengan kemampuan penghambatan  berturut-turut adalah 66,67% dan 58,33%.

Abstract

Kualitas bekasam dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan starter bakteri asam laktat (BAL) untuk mengontrol proses fermentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan starter Lactobacillus acidophilus pada proses fermentasi bekasam terhadap karakteristik mikrobiologi, kimia dan sensoris, serta mengkaji sifat fungsional (kandungan lovastatin) dari bekasam ikan seluang (Rasbora argyrotaenia) yang telah diberi perlakuan penambahan starter L. acidophilus. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan empat taraf perlakuan (0, 10^5, 10^7, 10^9 CFU/mL). Masing-masing perlakuan dilakukan pengulangan sebanyak 3 kali, dengan ulangan sebagai kelompok. Parameter yang diamati meliputi analisis total BAL, kimia, dan sensoris mutu hedonik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perbedaan konsentrasi penambahan starter L. acidophilus dalam pembuatan bekasam ikan seluang berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar protein, N-amino dan lovastatin bekasam. Starter L. acidophillus bisa ditambahkan dalam pembuatan bekasam sampai dengan konsentrasi 10^7 CFU/mL untuk meningkatkan kandungan lovastatin.
