Abstract

Proses pengukuran ketegakan cetakan beton (bekesting) dan kemiringan lantai umumnya denganmetode konvensional yaitu dengan menggunakan unting-unting (bandul) untuk ketegakan bekesting danwaterpass untuk kemiringan lantai. Kelemahan metode ini adalah diperlukan waktu yang relatif lama untukproses pengukurannya dan hasil kemiringan belum direpresentasikan dalam satuan derajat. Unting-unting digitaldan waterpass digita memiliki kelebihan mudah digunakan sehingga waktu pengukuran relatif singkat, serta hasilsudut kemiringan direpresentasikan dalam satuan derajat. Metode untuk pengukuran yang digunakan adalahmenerapkan accelero sensor MMA 7361L untuk membaca kemiringan sumbu x, y, dan z dengan output berupategangan analog dan diubah menjadi bentuk digital dengan ADC pada mikrokontroler. Dari hasil pengujian alatuntuk pengukuran ketegakan bekesting dan pengukuran kemiringan lantai.didapatkan error rata-rata untuksumbu x adalah 0,51% dan sumbu y adalah 0,49%.

Abstract

The development of antibiotic resistance has become an important issue in medicine. Many types of bacteria are pathogenic to humans were reported to have become resistant to one or more types of antibiotics. It is pushing for a new search for alternative sources of antibiotic-producing compounds. One source of potential alternatives to be developed as a source of new antibiotic compound s are symbiotic bacterium with gastropods. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of bacterial symbionts in gastropods ( TOV 12.16 bacterial isolates), the bioactivity of crude bacterial extracts against bacterial MDR and find a group of compounds from TOV 12.16 crude bacterial extracts which most potentially. The main materials used in this study were samples of bacterial isolates TOV 12.16 in isolation from the gastropods (Oliva vidua) from Aquatic Ternate (North Maluku). While the bacterium MDR test are Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus obtained from the Laboratory of Microbiology Faculty of Medicine UNDIP. Biochemical tests used to determine the characteristics of bacterial isolates TOV 12.16. Meanwhile, to identify the bioactive compounds using phytochemicals screening and GC/MS. Bacterial symbionts Oliva vidua Gastropoda is Vibrio ordalii. Ethyl acetate crude extract of bacterial symbionts Oliva vidua Gastropoda species showed antibacterial activity of the most active against MDR bacteria test. Phytochemical screening test results showed the ethyl acetate crude extract showed two groups of compounds which contain flavonoids and triterpenoid compound that has both the antibacterial activity. Being on the analysis of the GC/MS_are_known_isobutyric_acid_and_2-metilbutanoic_acid.

Abstract

When a unidimensionality assumption has been actually violated, interpretation of test scores might be jeopardized. It couldn’t be overemphasized in case of high-stake exams such as PAPs UGM (academic potentiality test for UGM graduate student candidates) which was supposed to reflect a composite ability. This study aimed at revealing item characteristics of PAPs A-1 Series based on UIRT and MIRT and discovering dimensionality of the three subtests of the test. Scores of subject (n=2035) on the 3 subtests were analysed and the results showed that 27 items (10 of Verbal, 8 of Kuantitatif, and 9 of Penalaran) were flagged for having rbis of less than 0.25 and 6 other items for having abnormally high pseudo-guessing parameters. Dimensionality analyses found out that Penalaran subtest was local-dependent while Verbal and Kuantitatif subtests both were local-independent. In addition, MIRT analyses failed to fully describe item characteristics of the test due to effect of interaction among probabilities of correct response of the three subtests. Abstract

In this student creativity competition karsa cipta division, we would like to create an application tool to learn violin instrument named Violin Education Kit (VOEDK), by using application on android to execute scoring process. The main goal of this tool is to help those who wanted to learn violin, especially for children. Also, it could help those who have not be able to read nots, because it has a basic music tutorial. The method uses an Arduino microcontroller to convert digital signal (Digital Signal Processing) from silent violin, then the converted digital signal would be transmitted to Android Tab by using bluetooth. The application on Android Tab would synchronised the digital signal with a certain note, then the result will appear like on a game fiture. This tool is also completed with sound effect and monitor sound, so hopefully user would not be bored in learning. Applicable for solo concert.Keywords: Android, Violin, Bluetooth, DSP..

Abstract

Makalah ini berisi mengenai implementasi sistem Material Requirement Planning (MRP) dan e-commerce berbasis Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) di PT.XYZ menggunakan software Odoo. Implementasi ini diperlukan karena saat ini PT.XYZ mendapatkan keluhan dari pelanggan akibat sulitnya mendapatkan produk dari PT.XYZ. Implementasi dilakukan pada aktivitas penjualan, aktivitas produksi dan aktivitas penyimpanan. Modul Odoo yang digunakan diantaranya sales management, purchase management, manufacturing, warehouse, dan website sales. Proses perancangan proses bisnis perusahaan ke dalam software Odoo dilakukan dengan menggunakan proses addition, elimination, automation dan integration. Implementasi ERP yang dilakukan oleh software Odoo menjadikan perpindahan informasi antara proses penjualan menggunakan website lebih cepat dengan proses produksi perusahaan. Kata kunci: MRP, e-commerce, ERP ABSTRACT This paper shows about implementation of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and e-commerce based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) at PT.XYZ using Odoo software. Abstract

Terjadinya resistensi antibiotik menjadi permasalahan dalam dunia kesehatan. Peningkatan kemampuan patogen dalam menahan efek obat menyebabkan timbulnya resistensi. Beberapa bakteri patogen pada manusia dilaporkan telah mengalami resistensi terhadap lebih dari satu kelas antibiotik. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan pencarian senyawa antibiotik baru yang lebih efektif dalam mengatasi permasalahan bakteri Multi-drug Resistant (MDR). Metabolit sekunder yang diproduksi oleh invertebrata laut  mempunyai prospek sebagai bahan obat dari laut. Nudibranch diduga mampu menghasilkan metabolit sekunder sebagai mekanisme pertahanan diri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui fraksi dari ekstrak nudibranch Jorunna funebris yang menunjukkan bioaktivitas terhadap bakteri Multi-drug Resistant (MDR). Proses ekstraksi dilakukan dengan metode maserasi. Fraksinasi dengan Kromatografi Kolom Terbuka (KKT). Uji aktivitas antibakteri menggunakan metode difusi agar. Analisis komponen senyawa dengan GC-MS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 8 fraksi ekstrak nudibranch J. funebris menunjukkan aktivitas antibakteri. Hasil uji aktivitas menunjukkan fraksi I paling aktif terhadap 5 bakteri uji yaitu Klebsiella, Pseudomonas, Escherichia coli, Enterobacter 5 dan Enterobacter 10 dengan rata-rata zona hambatan secara berurutan sebesar 12,78 mm; 12,51 mm; 15,47 mm; 14,09 mm dan 12,46 mm. Fraksi II paling aktif terhadap bakteri Coagulase Negative Staphylococcus dengan rata-rata zona hambatan sebesar 12,70 mm. Analisis GC-MS menunjukkan bahwa dalam fraksi II terdapat senyawa 1-oktadekanol yang berpotensi sebagai antibakteri. Kata kunci : nudibranch, Jorunna funebris, antibakteri, multi-drug resistant, 1-oktadekanol Emergence of antibiotic resistance become a problems on medical world. Increasing pathogen ability to hold the antibiotic effect caused resistance. Several human-patogen bacteria were resistance to one or more classes of antibiotics. To solve those problems, it is necessary to search new antibiotic compounds that more effective to solve the problem of Multi-drug Resistant (MDR). The secondary metabolite produced by marine invertebrates have prospect as a marine biomedical. Nudibranch may produce the secondary metabolite as chemical defense mechanism. The purpose of the research was to obtain fraction from extract nudibranch Jorunna funebris that capable of bioactivity for Multi-drug Resistant (MDR) bacteria. Extraction process was conducted with maceration method. Crude extracts were fractionated by Open Column Chromatography. Antibacterial activity test was done using disk diffusion method. Chemical compounds were analyzed with GC-MS. The result showed that 8 fractions of nudibranch J. funebris extract showed antibacterial activity. Activity test showed fraction I has ability to inhibit Klebsiella, Pseudomonas, Escherichia coli, Enterobacter 5 and Enterobacter 10 with average value of inhibitory zone was 12,78 mm; 12,51 mm; 15,47 mm; 14,09 mm and 12,46 mm. Fraction II has ability to inhibit Coagulase Negative Staphylococcus with mean inhibitory zone was 12,70 mm. GC-MS analyses showed 1-octadecanol from fraction II, that capable as antibacterial compound. Key words: nudibranch, Jorunna funebris, antibacterial, multi-drug resistant, 1-octadecanol

Abstract

Tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan pustaka (library) dan bertujuan untuk menjawab sebuah fenomena yang terjadi akhir-akhir ini yang menyedot energi masyarakat, yang memecah belah tali persaudaraan (ukhuwah). energi yang seharusnya digunakan untuk hal yang positif namun beralih pada hal-hal yang negatif. Dalam kontestasi politik di Jakarta, kompleksitas dualisme kelompok terlihat terang benderang, hitrogenitas etnis dan isu agama menjadi instrument untuk mencapai tirani dan kekuasaan. bagaimana Jakarta sebagai ibu kota Indonesia menjadi barometer dan indikator tingkat etika kedewasaan masyarakat bangsa dalam sebuah Negara. Tafsir Multikulturalisme untuk mencapai kesadaran majmuk menerima perbedaan menjadi keraguan dan tanda tanya ketika berhadapan dengan isu politik dan kekuasaan. Aksi damai menolak pemimpin non muslim membanjiri jalan memenuhi Monumen Nasional menjadi viral dan menjadi konsen utama (headline) insan jurnalisme yang berhari-hari. Tulisan ini berkesimpulan bahwa, untuk mencapai perdamaian (shulhu), persaudaraan (ukhuwah) harus dikontruksi sesuai dengan pesan profetik yaitu harus bertendensi ukhrawi. Karena tidak bisa dipungkiri persaudaraan yang terjalin pada zaman saat ini justru lebih materialistik pragmatis. Dalam Islam, konsep Pendidikan Ukhuwwah adalah meluruskan hati (tandzim al-qolb) serta mencitai saudara kita hanya karena Allah, dengan tiga bentuk Persaudaraan (ukhuwah); Ukhuwah Islamiyah, Ukhuwah Wathaniyah, dan Ukhuwah Basyariyah.

Abstract

Measurement process of concrete mold erectness (bekesting) and the floor slope was generally conducted using conventional method applying a plummet (pendulum) for bekesting erectness and waterpass for the floor slope. The drawbacks of this method are it requires a relatively longer processing time and the outcome of the slope measurement is not represented in degrees. The measurement of digital plummet and digital waterpass is easier as the measurement time is relatively short and the tilt angle is represented in degrees. This paper describes a design and implementation of digital plummet and waterpass using Accelero Sensor MMA 7361L based on microcontroller ATmega8. The Accelero sensor MMA 7361L was used to read the tilt axis x, y, and z with analog voltage output that is converted into digital form using the ADC on the microcontroller. Based on the results of tools test for bekesting erectness and floor slope measurement, it was obtained that the average error were 0.51% and 0.49% for x-axis and y-axis respectively.
