KELOMPOK DARMA WANITA TENTANG KECEMASAN WANITA YANG MENGHADAPI MENOPAUSE

Abstract

Abstract Menopause is known as the end of having menstruation. Usually, women feel afraid of being menopause. Generally, the indication of being Menopause starts at the end of 40 – 45 years old. Most of women complain and worried about it. Especially for those 50 women who could be classified like; 3 teachers, 1 nurse, 1 bank female officer, and 44 are housewives. And the aged level classification is like; age 40 – 50 years old are 25 women, ages 30 – 39 are 15 women, ages 20 – 29 is 1 woman. This team of community service gives them the training how to overcome if they get the menopause period, and how to protect the frustration of being menopause. This training was done through some discipline of aspects like; through biology, sociology and physiology. The team wants to solve their problems seen from the proper aspect. So that, they will understand that menopause will always happen to them, but they also have prepared how to overcome and protect the frustration of being menopause seen from the aspect of biology, sociology and physiology.   Key words: menopause, menstruation

Abstract

Abstract   It is fact, there are still a few of elementary teachers write an article in newspapers or present their article in regional / nasional seminar. Consequently, they will face obstacles in increasing their grade. Based on the survey, we found that many elementary teachers in Semarang still have no idea in how to make a good article. Also, there is no Journal for elementary teachers as a media for them in delivering their articles in order to have some credits. Based on that case, team of community service try to give them some trainings; how to design a classroom research, and how to make a good article. By having these, they are expected to be able to find their topic and design their classroom research, then they will make its article that can be sent to the newspapers or journal. Automatically, they will have some credits to raise their grade and they will be prosperous. The trainings were given to 37 elementary teachers of KKG Jendral Sudirman / teachers’ group of Jendral Sudirman. We found that actually there is one teacher who has experience in conducting a classroom research, but still there are many teachers who are less in making a research and article. After understanding the material, then they try making a classroom research and designing it into an article.   Key words; writing an article, a classroom research, credits

Abstract

AbstractCurriculum 2013 (henceforth: K13) is designed to support students’ competence in knowledge, skill and attitude. They can be achieved from learning the series of subjects as a continuum supporting to the competence. Providing teachers is one important thing in K13 because they meet a change of teaching methods. They do not only give materials in the head of the class, but also encourage their students to act creatively and make them speak courageously. Training K13 attempts to formalize the teachers’ mindsets to prepare, conduct, and evaluate learning based on the approach and evaluation of K13 correctly. The approaches offered in this public service include systemic and continuing steps. After training, the teachers get the information on how to apply K13 and how to make a set of teaching curriculum in primary schools (SD/MI) so that they can improve their skills in applying their teaching.Keywords: Curriculum 2013, Learning InstrumentsAbstrakKurikulum 2013 dirancang untuk memperkuat kompetensi siswa dari sisi pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap secara utuh. Proses pencapaiannya melalui pembelajaran sejumlah mata pelajaran yang dirangkai sebagai suatu kesatuan yang saling mendukung pencapaian kompetensi tersebut. Penyiapan guru sangat penting karena dalam kurikulum baru metode pengajaran mengalami perubahan. Guru tidak lagi berdiri di depan kelas memberikan materi, tetapi dituntut mampu mendorong siswa untuk kreatif dan berani berbicara. Pelatihan Kurikulum 2013 bertujuan agar terjadi perubahan pola fikir (mindset) guru dalam mempersiapkan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, dan mengevaluasi hasil pembelajaran sesuai dengan pendekatan dan evaluasi pembelajaran pada Kurikulum 2013 dengan baik dan benar. Metode pendekatan yang ditawarkan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan secara sistematis dan berkesinambungan. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, guru mendapatkan informasi tentang penggunaan kurikulum 2013 di tingkat SD/MI serta ketrampilan guru dalam pembuatan perangkat pengajaran kurikulum SD/MI meningkat.Kata kunci: kurikulum 2013, perangkat pembelajaran

Abstract

Desa Langse merupakan wilayah yang berada di lereng Pegunungan Pati Ayam di wilayah pinggiran Kabupaten Pati. Sebagian tanahnya tandus dan sebagian lagi tanah ladang yang hanya dapat ditanami palawija, jagung, kacang tanah, dan ketela pohon. Keadaan sosial ekonomi mereka masih rendah, apalagi di daerah lereng Pegunungan Pati Ayam, tanahnya berupa tanah ladang yang tidak subur, penduduknya tergolong miskin. Kemiskinan di daerah tersebut perlu segera mendapat penanganan. Pemerintah Kabupaten Pati bertekad meningkatkan kesejahteraan penduduk miskin melalui program pemberdayaan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan adalah dengan melakukan pendekatan strategis program yang dilakukan dalambeberapatahap,yaitu indentifikasi masalah, Sosialisasi program, Program Penyuluhan dan Pelatihan, Demonstrasi Plotting/Pelatihan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya taraf kehidupan masyarakat desa Langse, salah satunya meningkatnya pendapatan harian dari 25 ribu rupiah menjadi 40 ribu rupiah per hari.
