Abstract

This research aims to see fishery development and the parts at agriculturalsector in Lima Puluh Kota regency economics. Analysis results is known during fivedevelopment the last year aquaculture area decreased, but so the productionincreases.Pool vast average goes down 0,85%, minapadi go down 36,27%,karamba go down 19,72%, longyam go down 6,68%, temporary production increases13,06%. Abstract

This research aims to detect cost structure, Cost of goods manufactured,Profit level, Break even point, and fish processing investment elegibility. Analysisresult is known biggest cost in raw material cost (69,87%) and Labour cost(14,53%). Cost of goods manufactured as big as Rp 17.890, - /kg, With profit level20,09%. Sale break even point is achieved in Rp 6.052.699, - and Proper investmentis carried out.

Abstract

The expanding environments approach (the EEA) is one of the approaches to organizing elementary social studies curriculum. The approach emphasizes the simple concepts that are intimate to students? environments and then progress toward the complex concepts pertaining to the students? remote environments as the students move from the first grade to the sixth grade. It has been employed by many social studies educators since the early years of this century and has dominated the organization of social studies curriculum for several decades in the United States Education. This article highlights the description of the EEA and its application to Indonesian elementary social studies education.

Abstract

Brachytherapy or internal radiotherapy is one of many methods used for treatment of cancer. This modality requires an agent with radionuclides that emits α or β particle with a proper energy. 198Au (99% β max = 0.96 MeV and t1/2 = 2.69 days) is one of radionuclides that has been considered to be effective for the above-mentioned purpose. The purpose of this research was to synthesis and characterize poly(amidoamine) (PAMAM) G3.0 dendrimers encapsulated 198Au nanoparticles as a new brachytherapy agent. PAMAM G3.0 dendrimers encapsulated 198Au nanoparticles was successfully synthesized by a bottom-up method using sodium borohydride as a reductor. Purification was then performed by a size exclusion chromatography in order to separate large Au nanoparticles that were formed outside the cavity of PAMAM G3.0 dendrimers. Prior to the synthesis of PAMAM G3.0 dendrimers encapsulated 198Au nanoparticles, the synthetic procedure was first established by using a non-radioactive Au. The PAMAM G3.0 dendrimers encapsulated Au nanoparticles produced was then characterized by using an UV-Vis spectroscopy, a transmission electron microscopy (TEM), particle size analyzer (PSA), and an atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). Characterization results revealed that PAMAM G3.0 dendrimers encapsulated Au nanoparticles that were prepared from a reaction mixture of PAMAM G3.0 dendrimers and Au HAuCl4 with mol ratio of 2.8, was found to be a proper formula. It produced PAMAM G3.0 dendrimers encapsulated Au nanoparticles with diameter of 1.743 nm, spheris, uniform and drug loading value of 26.34%. This formula was then used in synthesis using radioactive Au, 198Au. Characterization results of PAMAM G3.0 dendrimers encapsulated 198Au nanoparticles gave a radiochemical purity of 99.4% and zero charge. Received: 04 December 2012; Revised: 18 December 2012; Accepted: 20 December 2012

Abstract

This research was conducted on 3rd until 10th January 2013. This study aims todetermine how much of the investment and operational costs , feasibility andproblems faced by fish farmers in the cultivation of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) infloating net cages in Silalahi III village. The method used in this research is astratified random sampling method with respondents are 8 farmers were divided into3 categories.The results of this research indicate that business investment tilapia farming infloating cages for cultivation category I is Rp.82.743.750,-/unit cultivation withoperational costs Rp.66.846.917,-/period, for category II the investments be requiredRp.167 928 125,-/unit cultivation with operational costs Rp.130.933.792,-/period andinvestments for the cultivation of category III is Rp.397.521.250,-/unit cultivationwith operational cost Rp.317.654.250,-/period. The value BCR of tilapia fish farmersin the village Silalahi III is between 1.1968 until 1.234, value of FRR is 31.79% until37.41% and the value of PPC 5.35 period until 6.29 to period. Based on the analysisof the research, we conclude that the business is financially profitable and feasible tobe developed. The cultivation are most feasible to be developed based on the resultsof the analysis of feasible is a cultivation that occupied by farmers category III withBCR value is 1,2340, FRR 37.41%/year and PPC is 2 years and 8 months. Theproblems faced by farmers in the cultivation is a mortality of seeds cause the seed cannot adapt to the environment and the farmers have not been able to deal with adisease that occurs in fish.Keyword: Silalahi III village, investment, BCR, FRR, PPC, Oreochromis niloticus

Abstract

This research was conducted on 25th May until 7th June 2012. This study aims todescribe the general business management, total investment, profits, profitability, and returnsthe length of venture capital invested in the Ricky fishing pond. The method used in this studyis a case study method with four respondents.The results of this study indicate that the total investment by the business owner Rickyfihing pond of Rp 713.039.000. Gains derived of Rp 100.271,500. BCR of 1,21. Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze break even point of smoked catfish (Pangasius sutchi) processing in the Koto Mesjid village. The method used in this study was a survey method with five (5) respondents. Break even point Analysis is analysis to determine break even point of companys management, thats mean there is no profit and no loss so can determine compatible price and sale. The results showed that the smoked fish processing pangasius in December 2013 was able to reach the break-even point (BEP) at Rp. 9.570.000 with total revenue (TR) Rp. 183.048.000, the total fixed costs (FC) Rp. 8.176.390 and total variable costs (VC) Rp. 759.247.000 and margin of safety (MoS) 95%. Based on the result, this bussiness had financial advantages that efficient with R/C ratio 1.19. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was conducted on May 7 to 15, 2014, aims to determine how much investment and operational costs and problems faced by farmers in the cultivation of fish in floating net cages in the village Untemungkur. The method used in this research is to conduct interviews respondents were 9 people divided into Category I and Category II From the research that has been conducted in the village of Muara Untemungkur on farming in floating net cages in mind that a large total investment of fish farming in floating net cages for category I Rp.161.935.000, with operating expenses of Rp.81.641.568, / harvest. Net income is farming Rp38.358.432, / harvest. As for category II total investment fish farming in floating net cage aquaculture transform Rp.130.905.000 category II, namely, - the operating expenses of Rp.61.701.778, - / harvest. Abstract

ABSTRAK   This study Held on 20 August to 4 September 2014. The aims : 1) the cost of production, sales and profits by analyzing the processing of salted fish. 2) To know how much the contributions made from salted fish processing companies to the total household income of fishermen. 3) To know the limitations and problems in the processing of salted fish processing companies. Take census respondents to the salted fish processors that perform processing each month, amounting to 2 persons, while it done in a simple random sumpling on salted fish processors do processing depending on the season less than 14 respondents. The average incurred by the salted fish processing performed per month in the first year total cost of Rp 20.463.667 with revenues of Rp 30.38 million and the average profit earned Rp 10.036.333, average total cost spent by processing salted fish depending on the season is Rp 5.380.193 with a turnover of Rp 6.536.923 and the average profit earned Rp 1,118,378. Contributions average score given by the processing of salted fish, which depend on the season amounted to 19% and which is not dependent on the processing of regular season by 81%, wherein the contribution of salted fish processing company still shows very low because of the low contribution of the low production. Problems in the processing of raw materials salted fish depending on the season, the equipment is simple, the drying process depends on the weather and lack of hygiene.     Keywords: salted fish, cost, revenue , profit , contribution

Abstract

ABSTRACTResearch about the relationship between success of volume of sale and demand of seeds of Trachinotus Blochii was conducted from October 16th to November 7th, 2014, in Center of Fishery of Mariculture, Batam, Riau Island. This research aimed to see the development of trend of production and demand, and also its relationship and influence on the success of sales volume. The method used was Survey Development Research method. The result of research showed that the trend of development of production and demand of seeds of Trachinotus Blochii increases with average quantity for production is 56,162.5 seeds (16.3%) and average quantity for demand is 98.750 seeds (22.8%). While, the relationship and influence between the volume of sales and demands is 97.4%, Adjusted R Square 93.3% and Unstandardized Coefficient 59%.Key words: Trachinotus Blochii, Development, Production.
