Abstract

The research about the understorey plant community in the Lore Lindu National Park Central Sulawesi has been conductedfrom March 2004 to February 2005. The research used multiple plots by survey methods with plot size 2X2 m as much 25 plots eachforest type. There were 2 types of observed forest namely: ?wana? (primary forest) and ?pangale? (primary disturbed forest). Theresult showed the understorey plant composition was differ in two forest types observed. ?Wana? were dominated by Pilea wightii(Urticaceae), Curculigo orchimoides (Hypoxidaceae), Chionanthus ramiflorus (Oleaceae) Callophyllum soulatri (Clusiaceae)whereas ?pangale? were dominated by Diplazium angustippina, Zizhipus sp (Rhamnaceae), Freycinetia angustifolia, Castanopsisaccuminatissima. The Shanon diversity index of wana (3.25) was higher than pangale (3.06).Keywords : Understorey plant, diversity, and Lore Lindu.

Abstract

Warehouse merupakan bagian terpenting dari suatu perusahaan. Pemanfaatan luas lantai penyimpanan yang optimal akan membawa berbagai keuntungan bagi perusahaan baik dari segi cost maupun kepuasan konsumen. Inilah hal yang harus dilakukan oleh PT. Lemindo Abadi Jaya area distribusi Riau Daratan, untuk mendapatkan pemakaian luas lantai yang optimal dengan berbagai jenis produk yang mereka pasarkan. Selain itu lambatnya run out of product membuat tingginya expedisi cost sehingga perusahaan perlu melakukan analisa kelayakan untuk penambahan armada transportasi yang bertujuan mengurangi cost expedisi.Berdasarkan perhitungan pengendalian persediaan, diperoleh nilai kebutuhan gudang sebesar 3.423.566,17cm2  setelah ditambah kelonggaran (allowance) sebesar 200%. Pada perhitungan perbandingan luas lantai gudang, terdapat selisih sebesar 2.284.090,17 cm2 antara kebutuhan luas lantai gudang dengan luas lantai gudang yang tersedia saat ini. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kekurangan luas lantai gudang apabila perusahaan ingin menerapkan sistem pengendalian persediaan yang baik, sehingga pergantian gudang menjadi pilihan solusi bagi perusahaan. Sedangkan untuk perhitungan analisis kelayakan dengan menggunakan metode NPV menunjukkan bahwa investasi layak karena value yang dihasilkan lebih dari nol, tetapi dalam perhitungan incremental analysis menunjukkan bahwa pengembalian modal pada investasi lama lebih baik karena menghasilkan  nilai ROR sebesar 421,63% jika dibandingkan dengan investasi baru yang hanya sebesar 177,56%. Namun apabila perusahaan tetap pada investasi lama tetapi melakukan pergantian gudang, nilai ROR yang dihasilkan masih cukup besar yaitu sebesar  412,74% sehingga dapat menjadi solusi apabila perusahaan tidak ingin menurunkan tingkat pengembalian modal yang diperoleh.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the area of JOB Pertamina Medco E & P Tomori Sulawesi is located in the village Paisubuloli districts Batui South Banggai district, Central Sulawesi from January to March 2016. This study is explorative, as it aims to delve extensively on matters that affect the events leading water pollution. It is necessary for the analysis of parameters, such as temperature, turbidity, TSS, salinity, DO, BOD, DHL, metal-logan weight and identification of mangrove vegetation and wildlife. The results showed that temperature, TSS and pH on the fifth point monitoring sites are still in the specified quality standards. BOD value on the first point (3.94 mg/l) and a second point (4.581 mg /l) is below the quality standard that is 3 mg /l. Iron (Fe) on the first point (1.1362 mg/l) and the third point (1.3102 mg/l) showing values above 1 mg / L. Boron (B) at a third point (2.922 mg/l), the fourth point (6.0138 mg/l), and the fifth point (5.9672 mg/l) indicates a value above the quality standard which is 1 mg/l, while for metals -Metal weight indicates the value that is still within the limits of the quality standards set out in Regulation No. 82 of 2011 on Control and Water Pollution. At the location of Research show Rhizophora spp the vegetation predominant located around the CPP and the existence of mangrove vegetation and fauna in the area of field CPP showed that no different with the presence before their construction field development CPP even though possibly only on the composition of mangrove vegetation and fauna is reduced than before.
