Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang pendidikan karakter perspektif pendidikan Islam. Pendidikan karakter menekankan pentingnya keutuhan antara pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku tiap individu untuk dapat hidup dan bekerjasama, baik dalam lingkungan keluarga, masyarakat, bangsa dan negara. Terwujudnya pendidikan karakter perspektif Pendidikan Islam menghendaki keseriusan orang tua, guru, dan masyarakat dalam membentuk karakter anak sejak dini yang meliputi aspek kognitif (pengetahuan) afektif (sikap) dan psikomotornya. Sebagai upaya untuk melahirkan generasi muda Islam yang bertakwa kepada Allah dan berakhlakul karimah maka pendidikan Islam harus direkonstruksi termasuk kurikulumnya. Kurikulum pendidikan Islam seyogyanya mengutamakan nilai-nilai luhur dari agama dan budaya dalam impelementasinya demi terwujudnya pendidikan karakter di Indonesia. -----------------------------This article discusses about educational character on Islamic education perspective. Character education stresses the importance of unity between knowledge, attitude, and behaviour of each person to be able to life and collaborate, on family, and surrounding social communities. The realization of character educationon Islam perspective need special attention from parents, teachers, and the societies in forming children character early, included cognitive aspect, affective aspect, and physic motoric aspect. A trial to bear Islam young generation who have good faith to Allah and good character, then Islamic education as a lesson in school should be reconstruct included its curriculum. Islam lesson curriculum should put in priority the plenary values of Islam in its implementing; therefore, the character education in Indonesia will exist.

Abstract

Dunia tasawuf terkadang dipandang sebelah mata karena dianggap menjauhi bahkan memusuhi dunia. Namun bagi Sayed Husein Nasr tasawuf merupakan alternatif solusi untuk menjawab tantangan di era modern, orang-orang Barat dan orang-orang Islam yang sudah keracunan modernisme Barat. Mereka secara materi telah mapan namun mengalami kehampaan spiritual akibat pendewaan terhadap materi dan ilmu pengetahuan. Untuk itu, seseorang harus mempunyai keseimbangan antara ilmu dan amal, antara kontemplasi dan aksi. Selanjutnya, problem antar agama dapat diselesaikan lewat pendekatan sufistik, di mana Islam tidak hanya berarti agama yang diwahyukan melalui al-Qur’an kepada Nabi Muhammad, tetapi juga seluruh agama yang autentik.  World of Sufism has sometimes been underestimated because of it away from world and even hostile.Sayed Hussein Nasr stated that Sufism is the one of alternative solution to meet the challenges of the modern era. Western and Moslems havebeen affectedby Western modernism, theyare materially established, but they sufferspiritual emptiness due to the apotheosis of material and science. Therefore, one must have the equilibrium between science and charity, and between contemplation and action. Furthermore, the problem of interfaith can be resolved through sufistic approach in which Islam is not only about religion revealed through the Quran to the Prophet Muhammad, but also Islam is for all of authentic religions.

Abstract

This research aimed at identifying the wastes of plywood production in PT Sumber MasIndah Plywood. Results were then utilized to determine methods in reducing wastes. Theidentification of waste was carried out using lean manufacturing approach. The data werecollected from manufacturer records, study to determine processing time, as well as interviewand quisioners which were distributed to workers in each department. Big picture mapping andvalue stream mapping tools (VALSAT) were then utilized to process the data. Results ofanalyses using big picture mapping showed that total production lead time was 438,8 minutes,with 235,97 minutes of them were value added activities; and 27 days of total information leadtime. Workshop waste analyses resulted in the highest waste generated during plywoodproduction process. Those were 133 waiting time (delay), 113 defect and 78 excessivetransportation. Further analyses using VALSAT showed three methods to identify the data inmore detail, namely process activity mapping (PAM), supply chain response matrix (SCRM)and quality filter mapping (QFM). Results from PAM method revealed 125 activities duringproduction, consist 62 value added activities, 33 necessary but non value added activities and 30non value added activities. While results from SCRM showed the average 22,63 days of totalorder fulfillment process comprised of 4,13 days of total physical stock and 18,5 days of totallead time. QFM result showed ratio of scrap defect reject 0,4% and ratio of scrap defect UTY3,46%. In general waste in plywood production at PT Sumber Mas Indah Plywood wasgenerated from worker, material, machinery, methods and environment. One of the ways toimprove it is by applying pull system (Kanban)

Abstract

This experiment purposed to increase quality of cacao leader by product (CLBP) and leucaena leucocephala leader (LLL) that fermentated in niloticus feed. The variables observed was decrease of limiting factor there was crude fiber, selulose,hemiselulose, lignin, Neutral detergent fiber (NDF) fraction, Acid detergent fiber (ADF) fraction, theobromin anti nutrient on CLBP, mimosin on LLL an digestibility trials . digestibility trials done to niloticus with average weight of 35-40 gr and density of 10 fish/aquarium (80x40x40 cm). The result of experiment showed that CLBP fermentation with Aspergillus niger can decrease crude fiber 51,48%, and increased protein contain 78,67, while decreation of crude fiber on LLL 46,61% and protein increased 18,25%, total amino acid of CLBP increased 19,35% and on LLL 7,94. %. Result of digestibility of niloticus increased total indigestion of CLBP 52,37% to 60,3%, and 54,89% to 61,43% on LLL. While biology examination was done on Niloticus which 35-40 gram/fish. The best result of growth performance and feed conversion ratio due to this group of fish on feed composition 12% CLBP fermentation, 8% LLL fermentation and 6% CLBP fermentation, 24% LLL fermentation. Palability and survival rate due to this group showed not significant different (P<0,05). Keywords: cacao leader by product,leucaena leucocephala leader, fermentation , niloticus

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar matematika siswa melalui pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD serta untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dalam pembelajaran matematika dan tanggapan siswa terhadap pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Penelitian merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas 2 siklus. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kelas XI IPA 1 SMAN 1 Amuntai tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 yang terdiri atas 28 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, pengamatan, dan pencermatan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar matematika siswa. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 85% siswa, aktivitasnya pada kriteria minimal tinggi, dan lebih dari 75% siswa memperoleh nilai tes ≥ KKM. Langkah -langkah pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD 100% terlaksana. Respons atau tanggapan siswa terhadap pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD sangat positif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan keefektifan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dan tipe STAD “plus”, serta pembelajaran konvensional; 2) membandingkan keefektifan antara pembelajaran kooperatif (tipe STAD dan tipe STAD “plus”) dan pembelajaran konvensional; dan 3) membandingkan keefektifan antara pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dan tipe STAD “plus”, dalam pembelajaran matematika materi trigonometri ditinjau dari prestasi, minat, dan motivasi belajar siswa SMA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan menggunakan dua kelompok eksperimen dan satu kelompok kontrol. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Depok, Sleman. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari tiga kelas yang dipilih secara acak. Instrumen penelitian adalah instrumen tes prestasi, angket minat dan motivasi belajar. Analisis data meliputi: 1) uji t one sample; 2) analisis multivariat dengan Helmert Contrast; 3) uji lanjut dengan Tukey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dan tipe STAD “plus” efektif ditinjau dari minat dan motivasi tetapi tidak efektif ditinjau dari prestasi, sedangkan pembelajaran konvensional tidak efektif ditinjau dari ketiga variabel dependen; 2) pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dan tipe STAD “plus” lebih efektif daripada pembelajaran konvensional ditinjau dari minat dan motivasi belajar matematika siswa; 3) tidak terdapat perbedaan keefektifan antara pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dan tipe STAD “plus” ditinjau dari prestasi, minat, dan motivasi belajar matematika siswa.

Abstract

Identify to be done by using method of lean manufacturing. This research aimed at identify waste and formulate effort reduction of waste production process smoke in PT.X. The data were collected from manufacturer records, study to determine processing time, as well as interview and quisioners which were distributed to workers in each department. Big picture mapping and value stream mapping tools (VALSAT) were then utilised to process the data.Result of from research got that during once production process can reduce from 152.59 minute become 149.59 time and minute every order 26 day become 19 day. From result of waste workshop known that type extravagance of cause the happening of production process time depth ( 3 highest ) is defect, waiting time and excessive transportation, so that appliance (tool) matching with the extravagance type is mapping filter quality with successive wight 96,6 : 55,86 : and 23,32.According to the result found also cause of extravagance for example, to the number of time used for the activity of inspection between aktifitas so that cause production process time become Ilama, existence of distance which among tobacco warehouse with process of perajangan resulting the happening of movement of bolak return worker so that add production process time become llama. One of the ways to improve it is by applying pull system (Kanban).

Abstract

Pemmali culture has firmly staked in Bugis cultural traditions through speech and is believed to shape children’s morals to anticipate the negative effect of the surroundings. Parents introduced pemmali to their children from an early age before they get formal education. Selection of appropriate phrases or sentences easily understood by younger children is the key for parenting success in transmitting noble values. An easy word, for instance, ulcers, worms, bad luck, insurgent, hit by something or kidnapped by demon, lack of sustenance, orphaned, struck by lightning, do not get a mate, and the other can affect children’s way of thinking so that they accept their parent’s advice. The consequence of pemmali is very effective in influencing the thinking and behavior of Bugis children to adulthood. Pemmali reflects noble values inherited from generation to generation. It contains the value of prudence warns for the children to act, customary manners in daily life; appreciating parents, teachers, and human beings; managing time, building mental and physical health and creativity of the children, and others. The concept of pemmali is a main choice for Bugis parents to anticipate the negative effects of globalization era. It expresses the local values as part of national culture.Budaya pemmali telah mengakar dalam tradisi suku Bugis melalui budaya tutur dan diyakini mampu membentuk akhlak anak serta mengantisipasi pengaruh negatif lingkungannya. Pemmali diperkenalkan orang tua Bugis kepada anak-anaknya sejak dini sebelum mereka mengenal dunia pendidikan formal. Pemilihan kata atau kalimat yang pas dan mudah dipahami anak usia dini merupakan kunci kesuksesan orang tua Bugis dalam mewariskan nilai-nilai luhur dan akhlak yang baik kepada anak-anaknya. Kata bisulan, cacingan, celaka, durhaka, ditabrak atau diculik setan, kurang rezeki, orang tua meninggal, disambar petir, tidak mendapatkan jodoh, dan lainnya merupakan kata yangmudah mempengaruhi cara berpikir mereka sehingga mau menerima nasehat orang tuanya. Konsekuensi pemmali sangat efektif mempengaruhi cara berpikir dan perilaku anak Bugis sampai dewasa. Sebagai budaya, pemmali syarat akan nilai-nilai luhur yang diwariskan secara turun temurun. Di dalamnya terkandung nilai kehati-hatian bagi anak dalam bertindak, adat sopan santun dalam menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari; penghargaan kepada orang tua, guru, dan sesama manusia; manajemen waktu, membangun kesehatan mental, fisik dan kreatifitas anak, dan lainnya. Kini konsep pemmali menjadi pilihan utama orang tua Bugis dalam mengantisipasi derasnya pengaruh negatif era globalisasi pada anaknya. Ini merupakan ekspresi kearifan lokal sebagai bagian budaya nasional.

Abstract

Every company wishes to provide the best possible service to their customers bydelivering their products on time, for which quality and production lead time are the key factorsthat need continuous improvements by way of adopting the right internal strategy. This researchapplies the concept of lean manufacturing to identity wastes along the value stream to find outnon added value activities. In the initial stage, Big Picture Mapping is used to describe thewhole stream entirely, than Process Activity Mapping is used to find value added, non valueadded and necessary-but-non-value added activities, whilst Quality Filter Mapping is used tofind the defects of the quality of defect type. In the last stage, Total Product Maintenance(TPM) is applied to minimize defects by means of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). TheOEE Sensitivity analysis is applied to the operating time, cycle time and defects to find out themost influential factor for the improvement of OEE. The result of this research has identifiedcycle time as the influential factor that affects the OEE value. The 10% decrease in cycle timewill improve OEE by 10,20%

Abstract

Pesantren pada awal berdirinya merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang telah berjasa bagi pengembangan agama, bangsa, dan negara. Namun, karena dinamika pesantren mengalami siklus naik turun seiring dengan perubahan lokal, nasional, dan global, pesantren pun kini diperhadapkan pada tuduhan-tuduhan miring disebabkan oleh perilaku-perilaku kekerasan oknum atau kelompok tertentu dalam memperjuangkan ideologinya. Pola pengasuhan Pondok Pesantren Ummul Mukminin dan Pesantren Pondok Madinah menerapkan pola pengasuhan yang bersifat demokratis dari aspek pengajaran, otoriter dari aspek pengganjaran dan persuasif dari aspek pembujukan. Gejala radikalisme di pondok pesantren Ummul Mukminin belum ditemukan, karena masih efektifnya pola pengasuhan yang diterapkan masih efektif dan berjalan dengan baik, sehingga keduanya masih steril dari segala radikalisme agama. langkah pengasuhan yang paling efektif bagi kedua pesantren dalam mengantisipasi radikalisme agama dilakukan dengan mengajari tauhid dan akhlak disertai pengawasan yang ketat kepada para santri. Di samping itu menyibukkan santri dengan berbagai macam kegiatan baik kegiatan intra maupun ekstra kurikuler.ABSTRACTIn the early establishment, pesantren is an educational institution which has played a pivotal role in the development of religion, nation, and country. However, due to up and down dynamics of pesantren and in line with local, national, and global change, pesantren is now dealing with skewed accusations because of violent acts by certain groups in struggling their ideology. The pattern of nurture of Ummul Mukminin and Pesantren Pondok Madinah is applying the democratic way in teaching, the authoritarian in punishment system, and the persuasive method in persuasion. The research findings show us that the phenomenon of radicalism in Ummul Mukminin has not been found, since the form of nurture implemented is still effective and running properly. Therefore, both Islamic boarding schools are still sterile from religious radicalism. The most effective efforts of education for both Islamic boarding schools in the anticipation of the religious radicalism are to teach monotheism (tauhid) and morality (akhlak) with tight control for students and also to provide the various activities both intra and extra curriculum.
