Abstract

PEMURNIAN YELLOW CAKE DARI LIMBAH PABRIK PUPUK. Telah dilakukan proses pemurnian Yellow cake dari limbah pabrik pupuk PT. Petrokimia Gresik untuk mendapatkan serbuk  UO2 dengan kemurnian tinggi melalui jalur ADU dari bahan dasar Yellow cake dari limbah pabrik pupuk PT. Petrokimia Gresik. Serbuk UO2 yang diperoleh diharapkan dapat memenuhi kriteria derajat nuklir (nuclear grade). Percobaan dilakukan dengan cara melarutkan Yellow cake menggunakan asam nitrat untuk mendapatkan larutan uranil nitrat dengan konsentrasi U sebesar 200 g/L dan keasaman 4 N. Larutan uranil nitrat diekstraksi pada suhu kamar menggunakan pelarut TBP-kerosin (3:7), perbandingan fasa air dan fasa organik (1:1) dengan kecepatan pengadukan 800 rpm selama 30 menit, ekstraksi dilakukan sampai 3 tingkat. Fasa organik UO2(NO3)2.2TBP dire-ekstraksi menggunakan asam nitrat 0,01 N pada suhu kamar dengan perbandingan fasa organik dan fasa air (1:2), kecepatan pengadukan 800 rpm selama 30 menit. Uranil nitrat murni hasil re-ekstraksi dipekatkan dengan cara diuapkan hingga kadar uraniumnya sebesar 70 g/L sebagai umpan pengendapan. Proses pengendapan dilakukan dengan volume umpan sebanyak 1 liter dengan konsentrasi sebesar 70 g/L, suhu reaksi 70oC, kecepatan pengadukan 500 rpm, NH4(OH) 25% diteteskan sedikit demi sedikit sampai pH 7 dan dipertahankan selama 30 menit. Selanjutnya endapan ADU disaring dan dicuci dengan aquadest dan dikeringkan pada suhu 110 oC sampai berat konstan. Serbuk ADU dikalsinasi pada suhu  700oC selama 4 jam menjadi U3O8. Serbuk U3O8 hasil kalsinasi selanjutnya direduksi dengan gas H2 pada suhu 800oC selama 4 jam menjadi serbuk UO2. Dari proses pemurnian  Yellow cake dari limbah pupuk PT. Petrokimia Gresik diperoleh efisiensi  pelarutan sebesar 97,27%, efisiensi ekstraksi sampai 3 tingkat sebesar 97,27% dan efisiensi re-ekstraksi dengan HNO3 0,01 N sampai 1 tingkat sebesar 72,84%. Sedangkan Kadar pengotor dalam Uranil nitrat hasil proses pemurnian masuk dalam batas yang dipersyaratkan, Dengan demikian Yellow cake dari limbah pabrik pupuk PT. Petrokimia Gresik dimungkinkan untuk diproses menjadi serbuk UO2 berderajat nukir.   Kata kunci : Yellow cake, pelarutan, ekstraksi, pengendapan, kalsinasi, reduksi

Abstract

People interest to wear batik Jambi, but will make problems if batik Jambi production can supply market demand. It is affected by capital, human resources, tools and material. so, this research aimed to describe the number of capital, human resources, tools and materials that affect batik Jambi production. The kind of this research is product moment correlation with the population is all batik Jambi producer who are listed in Industry and Trading Department which are 50 industries. The samples are 50 industries taken by total sample, means that all population are samples. Data collecting did using questionnaire. The questionnaire tested by validation and reliability test, with the result of cornbach’s alpha are in high classification to highest. Data get and analyzed using computerized statisticSPSS program 12.0 version on α = 0,05. The result of that is 1) the affect of capital to batik production is 39,8%, 2) the affect of human resources to batik production is 25,6%, 3) the affect of tools and material to batik production is 50,7% and 4) the affect of all capital, human resources, tools and material to batik production is 69,1%.

Abstract

This study reveals about increasing student activity in learning to sew trousersXII class men with type group cooperative learning model investigation at SMK N 1Tebo regency, which in terms of 4 indicators such as: (1) visual activities, (2) oralactivities, (3 ) motor activities, (4) emotional activities. This study is an actionresearch group using a type of investigation with a sample of 16 people.Implementation research through 2 cycles with 3 times face to face. Data collectiontechniques using observation sheets and field notes data analysis techniques using twomethods, namely quantitative and qualitative. The results showed an increase instudent learning activities in learning to sew trousers men using cooperative learningwith group investigation, in siklus I the presentation showed 63% and advance insiklus II showed 83%.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are (1) to determine the quality of service provided to the customer of beauty salon in sub-district of West Padang. (2) to determine the level of satisfaction of customer who visit the beauty salon in sub-district of West Padang. (3) to determine the relationship of service quality to the customer satisfaction in the beauty salon. The research is descriptive quantitaive research using correlation, where the samples are taken from 37 customers who visited the beauty salon. In the sampling, the researcher using method of incidental sampling which used questionnaire that had been tested validity and reliability, and questionnaires were analyzed with descriptive statistic, test requirements analysis, correlation analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that: (1) The quality of service at beauty salon in sub-district of West Padang in the position of High category. (2) Customer satisfaction at beauty salon in sub-district of West Padang in the position of High category. (3) There is positive relationship between service quality to the customer satisfation in the beauty salon in sub-distict of West Padang.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to design and make colouring technic fashiondesign with Adobe Photoshop CS3 as the alternative of learning media and able to beused to give some helps in explain the materials in class or personally. The researchuse research and development method, which is designing an make a module ofcolouring fashion design with Adobe Photoshop CS3. Data collection in this researchuse validation and gave to the lectures and the questionnaire to the students about themodule. The questionnaire consists of form, contents, motivation and the practicalityof this module. Data analyzed using Likert Scale. Hoped this module can give theeasiness for the lecturer and other people in designing a learning media, so canmotivate the student, and the aim of the learning is gained.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the motivation, describe a bout the productivity, and to look the relationship between work motivation the productivity of beauty salon employee in west Padang. The population in this research are all of the beauty salon employee in west Padang. The sample of this research is the beauty salon employee who nasnigh credibility, and of the instrument that has been used is quisioner that validitaty and realibility have been reshed. The data is analyzed with statistic descriptive, test of analysis , and test of hypothesis. The result of this research show that: 1) the motivation of the beauty salon employee at west Padang in high criteria, 2) the productivity of the beauty salon employee at west Padang in high criteria, 3) they have siqnificant relationship between work motivation and the productivity of beauty salon employee at west Padang.

Abstract

Research  to improve decorative student creativity [of] tablecloth [pass/through] method [gift/ giving] of practice and duty [in] SMA N 4 Payakumbuh.Kreativitas student in this research can be seen from four indicator that is: Feeling to like to know student siswa,keberanian, creating new ideas, getting new pengelaman in decorating tablecloth with application embroidery. Research type that is Research Of Action Class ( PTK) consist of II cycle. Research Subjek [is] student of SMAN 4 Payakumbuh, amounting to 20 student people in class development of executed [by] data collecting diri.Teknik [is] Observation and technique analyse quantitative data and qualitative Result of research indicate that student creativity [at] indicator: feel to like to know [at] cycle of I mean 54%, cycle of II 84%. Bravery [at] cycle of I mean 56%, cycle of II 88%. Creating new ideas [at] cycle of I mean 57%, cycle of II 87%, and get new experience [at] cycle of I mean 63%, cycle of II 85%. Becoming student creativity mean in decorating tablecloth with application embroidery with four indicator, cycle of I 59% categorized less and cycle of II 85% very well, student creativity bararti have been reached, with attainment goals which have been specified [by] that is 80%. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of student motivation in following subjects basic hair cuts, which include indicators of (a) the passion and desire to excel in learning, (b) the need to learn, (c) the hopes and aspirations of the future in basic hair cuts. This research is descriptive quantitative. Population and samples in this study were all students of class X and XI competency skills hairstyling SMK N 3 Payakumbuh totaling 38 people. Data were obtained using a questionnaire as the instrument that has been on test validity and reliability. The results are presented in the form of frequency distribution and percentage rates. The results obtained by achieving an average score of respondents terhap indicators passion and desire in learning achievement in the category of less Once with (68.42%). Indicators of the level of achievement in the Learning Needs Basic Hair Trimming should be in the category of less (47.36%). While indicators of expectations and aspirations of future levels of achievement in the category of Medium respondents (36.84%). In keseluruah motivation to study the basic hair cuts are at once less category (36.84%).

Abstract

Abstract This reseach is purposed to describe the students‟ difficulties on embroidery subject at SMK Negeri IV Pariaman. The variables in thisresearch are difficulties that are faced by students of class XI inembroidery subject from  textile skill design major at SMKN IVPariaman with indicators: 1) the knowledge of equipments andmaterials, 2) the basic technique of emroidery, 3) and the embroiderytechniques. This research is a kind of quantitative research withdescriptive method. The data analysing technique that is used by this method is percentage technique which purposes to see the students‟respond performance level toward the indicators. Based on the dataanalysis that is acquired about student difficulties on embroidery subjectconsist of: 1) the equipments and materials knowledge about embroiderysubject in textile skill design major at SMKN IV Pariaman is very high(80%), 2) the embroidery basic techniques of class XI students fromtextile skill design major at SMKN IV Pariaman is average (67,3%), 3)embroidery techniques of class XI students from from textile skill designmajor at SMKN IV Pariaman is high (70,8%).  Kata Kunci:  kesulitan-kesulitan,mata pelajaran bordir

Abstract

This research is descriptive quantitative research, the mainobjective of this study was to reveal about the readiness of studentsof SMK Negeri 3 Full River in implementing the Industrial Practiceindustrialized world. The population in this study amounted to 36people. Samples for the study were taken from the entire population(sampling saturated), all second grade students who are dressmakingindustry practices in the world industry. The data of this studyconsisted of primary data collected directly from respondents withinstruments such as questionnaires (measuring readiness Affectiveand Psychomotor) in the form of questions and tests (cognitivereadiness). From the research shows that the readiness of knowledge(cognitive) are at high category (79.9%), readiness attitudes(affective) that are in the category of very high (88.8%), andreadiness skills (psychomotor) are at high category (79 , 3%). Basedon the descriptive analysis and the results of data classification,grade II readiness fashion SMK 3 full river in implementing theindustrial world pratek industries classified as very high (85.5%)Kata kunci: Kesiapan Pengetahuan (Kognitif), Sikap (Afektif) danKeterampilan  (Psikmotor)
