Abstract

Tracer test is used to study possible temperature decline and cooling of production well during longtermre-injection through studying connection between injection and production well. Tracer testinvolve injecting a chemical tracer into a hydrological system and monitoring it’s recovery throughtime. Concentration tracer in production well is nonlinear model. Nonlinear Least Squares Method isproposed to estimate the tracer parameter, i.e. average fluid velocity in the channel and dispersioncoefficient, by using simulation data tracer concentration from production wells AH-4bis, AH-19, andAH-22 in Ahuacapan, Elsavador. The results of estimation are used for predicting thermalbreakthrough and cooling production well during long term re-injection.

Abstract

Most organizations face the dynamic environment and change regularly. The increasing bank competition tightly brings current competition which is not anymore only at price competition, interest and statistics, but also non-price competition. This condition will increase work stress level of employees. The objective of this research is to identify work stressors and stress symptoms, analyze work stress level totality based on characteristic of employees and identify stress management according to employees perception and management perception of PT BRI (Persero) Tbk Bogor. The result shows that the work stressors consist of  duty demand, role demand, interpersonal demand, organization structure, organization leadership and organization life cycle.  The symptoms of stress consist of physiological, psychological and behavioral. Work stress level of PT BRI (Persero) Tbk Bogor employees totality be at low category.  All the characteristic of employees don’t have significant relationship with work stress. No significant work stress differences based on all the characteristic of employees. The management of PT BRI (Persero) Tbk Bogor has already striven stress management but hasn’t optimal in that implementation. Abstract

This study discusses the application of demonstration methods to improve students' understanding of fikih learning about the implementation of the corpse in boarding school Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the implementation of demonstration method to improve the students' understanding on Fikih learning about the operation of the corpse at Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru and what factors influenced it. The subject of research in the thesis is a class III students Wustha in Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru. While the object in this study is the application of demonstrating method in Fikih learning, in this case, relates to the implementation of the corpse and the factors that influence in learning. In data mining, the author uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data processing technique is done by editing, data classification, and data interpretation. Furthermore, it was analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis and inductively drawn the conclusions. Based on the results of research known that the implementation of demonstration methods implemented on the learning of the corpse in Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera has been running very well so as to facilitate students in understanding learning Fikih, in this case, relates to the operation of the corpse. This is influenced by several factors, namely ustadz, santri factors related to intelligence, seriousness, and motivation are different, time allocation factors, factors of facilities and infrastructure and environmental factors. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian dilatarbelakangi adanya kekeliruan masyarakat dalam memahami bahasa yang digunakan sehingga sering terjadi kebingungan dan salah tafsir akan makna dari kosakata tersebut. Tujuan penelitian untuk memperoleh gambaran umum kondisi kebahasaan melalui proses pendeskripsian dan pemetaan, menambah perbendaharaan, usaha pemertahanan bahasa Sunda, menambah khazanah kebahasaan khususnya dialektologi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teori yang melandasi penelitian ini yaitu dialektologi, dialek, geografi dialek, ragam dialek, isoglos, heteroglos atau watas kata, peta bahasa, dialektometri dan perbedaan unsur kebahasaan. Data penelitian berupa deskripsi dan visualisasi perbedaan kebahasaan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh adanya perbedaan subdialek, dialek dan bahasa. Kata kunci: Geografi dialek, bahasa Sunda,  Kecamatan Parungpanjang Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

One of the factors of the high number for Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia is caused by thelow prenatal care and assistance by healthcare workers. In Central Sulawesi, MMR is still quite high,269 per 100 thousand live births, meanwhile, the standard number of the Ministry of Health is 226 per100 thousand live births. This study aims to determine the effect of prenatal care on maternal mortalityusing retrospective studies and logistic regression data analysis. The tabulation result of the datashowed that the relationship between prenatal care and maternal mortality was significant confidencelevel of 95%. The significance of that relationship was showed by Chi-Square= 5.84 at P<0.05 or P<0.02.OR value was 2.77 at IK 95% between 1.20 to 6.41. It showed that the chances of maternal mortality inthe subjects with poor antenatal care was about 2.77 times compared with the chance of the subject tolife. The complications which occured during the delivery and the quality of aid delivery encompassedbirth attendant for implementing the “3” clean pantographs and Kala III active management. Both ofthem statistically have a significant relationship with the incidence of maternal mortality.

Abstract

Tenaga kerja merupakan faktor penting pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Tenaga kerja yangdigunakan biasanya tidak berupa perorangan tetapi dalam bentuk kelompok tukang yang terdiridari tukang dan pembantu tukang yang membantu dalam berbagai perbandingan. Salah satufaktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam mengukur kinerja kelompok  tukang adalah mengetahuiefektivitas waktu kerjanya.Produktivitas adalah kemampuan dalam menghasilkan produk dalam kurun waktu yang ditentukan. Kurun waktu biasanya dihitung perkuartal, semester dan tahunanPenelitian dilakukan dengan membandingkan waktu kerja riil yang diperoleh dari pengukurandi lapangan dengan waktu kerja teoritis yang dihitung berdasarkan jam kerja pada umumnyayang kemudian disesuaikan teori yang ada pada literatur. Selanjutnya waktu kerja riil dihitungefektivitasnya terhadap waktu kerja teoritis, baik untuk tiap ukuran kelompok tukang maupununtuk secara keseluruhan. Perbandingan juga dilakukan untuk efektivitas waktu kerja antarakelompok tukang dengan komposisi yang berbeda, kecepatan waktu yang mampu dihasilkan, serta kualitas produk yang sesuai dengan standar yang disepakati. Mendapatkan besarnya koefisien produktivitas tenaga kerja pada proyek konstruksi khususnya pada proyek Hotel Ibis Pontianak. Membandingkan hasil koefisien yang di dapat di lapangan dengan SNI, dan BOW.Setelah menganalisis data didapat, efektivitas waktu kerja tertinggi dari faktor usia adalah pekerja dengan umur 20-30 tahun. Dari faktor pengalaman kerja didapat efektivitas waktu kerja dari pengalaman >10-15 tahun. Dari faktor pendidikan didapat efektivitas waktu kerja tertinggi dari pendidikan SMP. Pada penelitian didapat waktu kerja efektif yang paling tinggi pada kelompok tukang II yaitu 412 menit/hari yang berarti efektivitasnya adalah 98,48%. Hasil perhitungan koefisien produktivitas tenaga kerja dilapangan lebih efektif dibandingkan analisa SNI dan BOW karena, alat untuk bekerja dilapangan tersedia dengan baik juga pekerja bekerja sebagai tim sehingga memaksimalkan pekerjaan dilapangan. Kata kunci :produktivitas, efektivitas, tenaga kerja

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Pinang Kecamatan Enrekang Selatan Kabupaten Enrekang Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan, bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak positif dan dampak negatif dari mobilitas pekerja ke Sabah Malaysia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dan pengambilan sampel dengan snowball sampling sebanyak 75 responden. Analisis data dengan tabel frekuensi dan tabel silang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak positif dari mobilitas pekerja ke Sabah Malaysia diperoleh nilai remitan untuk rumah tangga migran di daerah asal dengan rata-rata perbulan sebesar Rp 388.677 atau Rp 4.664.124,- per tahun. Pemanfaatan remitan lebih banyak digunakan untuk kebutuhan konsumtif dari pada kebutuhan produktif. Besar kecilnya remitan tetap mempunyai arti ekonomi karena remitan dari Malaysia dapat membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan kehidupan rumah tangga migran di daerah asal dan mengurangi angka kemiskinan keluarga dan pengangguran di desa. Mobilitas pekerja ke Sabah Malaysia tidak saja berdampak positif bagi rumah tangga migran di daerah asal, dampak negatif yang cukup berpengaruh adalah tingkat perceraian dan konflik keluarga dalam rumah tangga.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify theperception of farmers to the compensation system, workplace culture, work engagement, and competencies;to identify the compensation system is based on a points system; and to determine the effect of compensation, workplace culture, work engagement, and competence on the competitiveness of the SMEs sectorof Dairy Cattle.This study was conducted at seven locations,namely, Bandung, Bogor, Malang, Yogyakarta, and Boyolali in early March until the end of July 2016. This study was conducted by quantitative and qualitative descriptive approach. The method of this study was the compensation analysis based on a points systemand PLS SEM. Sample selection has been done by purposive sampling method with a total 202 farmers. The results showed thatfactors affecting the improvement of the competitiveness of the SMEs sector is thedairy cow compensation and work engagement. To improve the compensation system has been applied to the SMEs sector of Dairy Farmers then in decision making in the conduct of salary to workers cattle can be based on nine factors worthy of compensation, such as work experience, skills, visual skills, social skills, responsibility for the equipment, responsibilities another initiative, physical condition and physical effort. Compensation system could be improved to better leads to the competitiveness of the SMEs sector of Dairy Farmers. Then for the work factor can be enhanced by engagement of internal livestock workers through full engagement in work, so that workers can feel more committed in doing their jobs as farmers,so that creates a sense of dedication to the job. That will affect the resulting performance and may affect to the competitiveness of the SMEssector of Dairy Cattle.
