Abstract

Sutomo, Murni, Rahmat, An internal combustion process of fuel will works effectively if the fuel’s density and viscosity is lower so we would like to use a heater in order to decrease the density and viscosity of the fuel. Based on this condition, we would like to use an electrolizer and a diesel engine to improve the fuel consumption. Electrolizer will increases the gas reaction so we hope that fuel consumption rate will decrease. The result of this research is the effective temperature of fuel is 50oC – 60oC will produce the effective combustion. The fuel consumption decreased in 6 kW is 0.12 lt/kWH. Abstract

Rahmat, in paper analise the time of rust release to rust weight flacking in condensation of HF ans ABS explain that maintenance and cleaning spare part of production engine are the main preventive to increase the efficiency of system. Rust and corrosion are the main problem of all engines. It is caused by chemical, oil, water, soil, ash or oxidation. Natural cleaning will take a long time and it isn’t effective. Base on this reason, research would like to know the time to clean the high corrosion of nail or spare parts with HF and ABS liquid. The result of this research give indication that increasing of time will produce increasing of weight of corrosion. The optimum of the corrosion’s speed cleaning is after 6 up to 9 minutes. Maximum corrosion’s speed cleaning is after 18 minutes, because the HF and ABS fluid will give effective reaction to attack the porosity of corrosion. After 27 minutes the corrosion’s speed cleaning decline, because the HF and ABS fluid will attack the base metal.Key words : corrosion, rust, HF, ABS.

Abstract

Sutomo, Murni, Senen, Rahmat, Electrolyzer is development of a electrolysis technology to produce HHO gas, or Brown’s gas. Diesel engine use solar (diesel oil) as combustion’s material to produce thermal energy and oxidation and will be changed to mechanic energy. The base product of thermal energy by oxidation diesel oil, is would like to use electrolyzer to produce HHO and insert to the fuel combustion. Because HHO is a reactive gas, so in our research we hopeful will increase the thermal energy in combustion process and decrease the diesel oil consumption. The result of this research is the BSFC (Brake Shat Fuel Consumption) will decrease 2.5% up to 3.2%.   Key word: electrolyzer, diesel engine, BSFC

Abstract

Perkembangan Electronic commerce semakin pesat  khususnya dalam dunia perbankan.  Lahirnya Internet Banking telah mengubah paradigma nasabah dalam melakukan transaksi perbankan.Paradigma tersebut tercipta karena dalam Internet Banking tidak ada interaksifisik antara pihak Bank dengan nasabah.Sehingga aspek kepercayaan nasabah memegang peranan penting. Penelitian ini mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh hubungan antara SERVQUAL terhadap Kepuasan, Kepuasan terhadap Kepercayaan,Kepuasan terhadap Loyalitas dan Kepercayaan terhadap Loyalitas serta pengaruhvariabel Kepercayaan sebagai variabel moderating. Analisis yang digunakanadalah structural equation modelling.Dari hasil analisis yang diperoleh SERVQUAL berpengaruhsinifikan terhadap Kepuasan nasabah, Kepuasan yangberpengaruh signifikanterhadap Kepercayaan dan Kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas.Namun Kepuasan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas.Hasil analisis menunjukkan variabel interaksiberpengaruh signifikan sehinggavariabel Kepercayaan merupakan variabelmoderatingyang mempengaruhi  hubungan antara Kepuasan dan Loyalitas nasabah.

Abstract

Besi tuang (cast iron) adalah panduan antara besi dan karbon dengan kandungan karbon lebih tinggi dari 2,0 % yang banyak digunakan biasanya antara 2,5 % - 4,0 %. Kandungan karbon yang tinggi menyebabkan besi tuang menjadi rapuh dan memiliki kekuatan yang lebih rendah dari baja Besi tuang kelabu dalam pemakaiannya, tidak jarang terlebih dahulu mengalami proses perlakuan panas berupa annealing, normalizing, hardening, dan tempering dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan sifat ketahanan makanik. Akan tetapi pengaruh akibat perlakuan tersebut terhadap laju korosi kurang mendapat perhatian. Perlakuan panas yang diberikan berupa hardening dan tempering terhadap laju korosi bahan ditinjau dari struktur mikro yang terbentuk perlu untuk ditinjau, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu pertimbangan untuk laku panas yang diberikan terhadap bahan. Kriteria yang perlu dipenuhi oleh bahan sehingga dapat menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas baik dan mempunyai life time yang cukup.

Abstract

The Research proposes is developing the System to Improve the Quality of Image Transmission by Using Error Correction Code Reed Solomon. This research presents an image transmission method for fading communication channels that is able to provide an image of good perceptual quality at the receiver in spite of the channel impairments present. Error protection on image patterns used channel coding Reed Solomon code (31,15). Simulation results demonstrate that the quality of the received image can be significantly improved.

Abstract

The fault of transmission electrical power causes the production, communication equipment, control equipment, personal computer work not optimum. This research implemented the fast Fourier transform theorem to hardware and software for harmonics detection on power system. Harmonics is a distortion in power system as effect from non linier load, harmonics will increase loses in transformation and motor, also make dysfunction from electric equipment like relay switching process. This system can process signal from times domain to frequency domain and shown it in graphic as real time in Personal Computer. Input signal from current sensor, increase with adder circuit and Analog to Digital Converter as signal sampling and convert analog signal into digital signal with digital data 0 - 255. This system has tested with Energy Saved Lamp and UPS. Testing this system indicated there are harmonic around frequency 150 Hz and 300 Hz..zHz

Abstract

Electrocardiogram Signal (ECG) can be identified as an essential process in analyzing condition of heart. This research design and realization electrocardiograph utilizing neural network for identification condition of hearth. The system consist of software and hardware. For testing this system ECG is produced by pantom and patient. Pre-processing is started by make total of data especially and transfer it to frequency spectrum by using fast forier transform method. Data learning is gained by varying pattern of signal in pantom and varying movement of starting point during data sampling process. The system is testified by comparing with data from pantom which have not be learned and data from patient. The testifying result of signal recognition for 25 periods can  be seen as Paced signal that can be correctly identified in 100 %, Atrial Fibrilation 96, Bigeminy 100 %, Sinus Bradicardia 92 % and Normal 100 %, with the average percentage of successful recognition indicates 97,6 %. The testifying result of five patient had the average of successful recognition indicates 96 %.

Abstract

This study focused on the design and   testing of   Wind Energy Conversion System (WECS) for  wind  power  applications  as  an  alternative  solution  to  the  energy  needs  of  residential electric lighting, especially so far from the cities area underserved by the State Electricity Company in West Sumatra. The method used is the experimental method with the following steps:  1.  Designing  Wind  Turbine  2.  Make  Turbine,  3.  Testing  Laboratory,  4.  Field  Test. The results obtained are a wind turbine capable of filling Battery to generate 200 watts of electrical  energy,  can  operate  with  an  average  wind  condition  of  Indonesia,  design  and simple construction, can be created and operated by the community itself.

Abstract

Conventional detector system of DS/CDMA can separate each user if spreading code and training bit of user is known. At this paper, to detect multi-user without using information of spreading code or training bit of user, Blind source separation (BSS) technique is used by recognized. Blind Source Separation at this paper uses the method of Independent Component Analysis (ICA). The principal of algorithm of ICA is used to estimate the mixture matrix of signal so that, it can be found again at the wanted signal. Result of the simulation is shown in the form of performance of detector of ICA shown value of BER and MSE to SNR.
