Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research are to know application organization culture that there in Secretariat Legislative Assembly at Regency of Surakarta, constraint in application organization culture that declared in office Secretariat Legislative Assembly at Regency of Surakarta, and solution to grow up a good organization culture in office Secretariat Legislative Assembly at Regency of Surakarta. This research is qualitative research with descriptive method. Based on research we it can be concluded that: Application organization culture in Secretariat Legislative Assembly at Regency of Surakarta is polite attitude and must have job discipline and must professional. The problem in application organization culture in Secretariat Legislative Assembly at Regency of Surakarta is: (a) socialization process is not optimal, (b) a bad understanding about organization culture. Solution to solve problem an application organization culture in Secretariat Legislative Assembly at Regency of Surakarta is: (a) Often inform organization culture, (b) Giving the good understanding about organization culture.Keyword: Organization Culture, Secretariat Legislative Assembly

Abstract

The purpose of this study is, 1) to determine the use of facebook as a medium supporting distance learning course on Introduction to Anthropology on program Sociology Anthropology of Education Program in 2012, 2) To know the benefits of facebook as a medium supporting distance learning course on Introduction to Anthropology Education Program Sociology Anthropology in 2012, 3) To determine the barriers and the efforts to handle the media supporting distance learning course on Introduction to Anthropology on program Sociology Anthropology Educational Studies academic year 2012.This study used a qualitative approach and study research. The data source is the informant, place and events, archives, respondents, and document analysis. The sampling technique used was snowball sampling. Method of collecting the data is interviews and documentation analysis. The validity of data using triangulation data (source), while the analysis of the data using interactive analysis.Based on the analysis it can be concluded: (1) Implementation of the Learning Activities by Leveraging Social Media Facebook as a Learning Support. Facebook is not only used as a medium of support but also be used in full for one semester, as a lecturer abroad. Facebook is used as a medium for distance learning because almost all students use facebook. Facebook is used for communication between faculty and students and among students to discuss courses, announcing assignments and exams so that all members can see all the information on group. 2) Excellence in Learning by Using Facebook as a Media Support Distance Learning: a) Increasing levels of interaction between students with learning educators, b) Enables the interaction of learning from anywhere and at any time, c) Reaching learners in coverage, d) Increasing activity in the learning activities. 3) Obstacles in Learning Using Facebook as a Media Support Distance Learning: a) The difference in speed access and delays with predetermined targets, b) error application, c) Lack of character, d) inadequate facilitiesTo cope with such the. From the above it can be an obstacle in efforts to minimize these barriers is to: a) The material should be concise and clear, and not too much, b) provide respite deadlines and provide confirmation.

Abstract

This study was aimed at finding out the dimension of interpersonal communication in self-disclosure of Child sexual abuse victim. The research method of the study was qualitative descriptive with phenomenological approach. The data were collected by using an in-depth interview. The interview was conducted with three informants determined through snowball sampling technique where informant A recommended informant B and so forth. The result of the study showed that interpersonal communication dimensions namely openness, empathy, supportiveness, and positiveness are needed by child sexual abuse victim self-disclosure. The finding of the study showed that three child sexual abuse victims need good interpersonal communication to be self-disclosed in accordance with the investigation need. The finding of the study can be used as reference to develop guidance and counseling program for child sexual abuse victims.

Abstract

Krisis dapat terjadi karena berbagai hal, salah satunya adalah karena pernyataan pimpinan. Salah satu krisis yang menarik akibat pernyataan pimpinan adalah krisis yang menimpa Kementerian Pertanian dalam peristiwa penggerebekan gudang beras PT Indo Beras Unggul (PT IBU) di Bekasi. Beberapa pernyataan yang disampaikan setelah penggerebekan gudang beras menimbulkan polemik yang membuat Kementerian Pertanian harus melakukan komunikasi krisis. Studi ini meneliti tentang komunikasi krisis yang dilakukan oleh Kementerian Pertanian dilihat dari Situational Crisis Communication Theory menggunakan analisis isi kualitatif. Teori tersebut merupakan strategi komunikasi krisis yang menitikberatkan pada atribusi atau persepsi masyarakat terhadap organisasi. Persepsi masyarakat menjadi penting karena Kementerian Pertanian sendiri belum mempunyai SOP khusus komunikasi krisis sehingga atribusi masyarakat menjadi salah satu pedoman dalam melakukan komunikasi krisisnya. Data penelitian terdiri dari pemberitaan di media massa, rilis dan postingan di laman media sosial resmi Kementerian Pertanian. Penelitian menemukan bahwa Kementerian Pertanian cenderung menggunakan strategi reinforcing (memperkuat) dalam komunikasi krisisnya.Kementerian Pertanian berusaha memperkuat posisinya di mata stakeholder dengan mengingatkan hal-hal positif, memuji stakeholder, atau memposisikan diri sebagai korban. Selain itu, Kementerian Pertanian juga melakukan strategi diminish atau mengurangi tanggung jawab organisasi dengan cara meyakinkan bahwa organisasi tidak bermaksud melakukan hal-hal negatif.
