Abstract

Kesalahan yang sering terjadi pada sprinter terletak pada teknik berlari, yaitu posisi badan pelari rendah dan tubuh terlalu tegak, jangkauan panjang langkah pelari terlalu pendek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan koordinasi dan kecepatan reaktif (quickness), pengaruh bentuk latihan kontras dan non-kontras, dan kelincahan cepat dan lambat terhadap prestasi lari 100 meter. Penelitian menggunakan desain faktorial 2x2x2. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 58 sprinter pelajar putra usia 13-17 tahun dari kabupaten Pati dan kendal. Hasil penelitian adalah: terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode koordinasi dan kecepatan gerak reaktif, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara bentuk latihan kontras dan non kontras, terdapat pengaruh yang siginifikan antara kelompok sampel kelincahan cepat dan lambat terhadap prestasi lari 100 meter. Disarankan kepada pelatih sprint, dapat mengembangkan kecepatan sprint melalui metode latihan kecepatan gerak rektif dengan bentuk latihan non-kontras.Mistake that often occur in the short-distance runners (sprinters) in particular student sprinters lie in the running technique, which are the hips tend to lean forward while running, the stride length is too short. This study aimed to determine the difference between: the effect of coordination and reactive movement speed (quickness) training methods, the contrast and non-contrast running form practice, the influence between fast and slow agility, and the interaction between training methods, form speed training, and agility on the student sprinters’ at 100 meters. This research is an experiment study with 2x2x2 factorial design. The research sample was consisted of 58 sprinters, aged between 13-17 years old from Kendal and Pati. The data were analyzed by Multivariate Analysis of Variane (MANOVA). The results are as follows: There is a significant difference between coordination training methods and reactive movement speed (quickness) against stride frequency, optimal stride length and average stride length, There is a significant difference between the form of contrast exercise and non-contrast exercise, There is a significant difference between fast agility and slow agility, and There is a significant interaction effect between training methods, the form of training and the agility to 100 meters. Based on these results, it is recommended to: the athletic trainers for a short length or sprint, and be able to implement the reactive speed training (quickness) and the form of non-contrast training as one of the alternative method for developing running speed (sprint).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect from flick exercise and drag flick exercise, and to determine witch one more better to shoot in beginner player. This study uses quantitative research using experimental design approach pre test and pos test. Analysis use t test. The result by the everage in eksperiment 1 group are 24,17 and after exercise increaws are 16,67 so value after exercise are 40,83, so there are effect flick and drag flick exercise to shoot in beginner player. The result by the everage in eksperiment 2 group are 22,50 and after exercise increaws are 23,33 so the value after exercise are 45,83. So there are effect drag flick and flick exercise to shoot in beginner player. Witch one more better between exercise start from flick and drag flick can see the average post test flrom eksperiment 1 and 2, 40,83<45,83 and progress from exercise 16,67<23,33. Conclusion of this study are drag flick and flick exercise more better than flick and drag flick exercise to shoot in amatir player. Given the limited ability, time, effort and the results of this study, should be followed up with a related or similar research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi VO2 Maks, panjang tungkai dan power otot tungkai terhadap hasil lari sprint 100 meter pada atlet club Joyo Kusumo Pati. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey test dengan desain korelasional, sedangkan pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling. Teknik analisis data dengan statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier ganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa VO2 Maks, panjang tungkai dan power otot tungkai memiliki kontribusi terhadap hasil lari sprint 100 meter. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial VO2 Maks tidak memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap hasil lari sprint 100 meter. Penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan positif bagi pelatih dalam melakukan pembibitan hendaknya memperhatikan aspek panjang tungkai dari calon atlet yang akan dipilih dan memberikan latihan teknik dasar lari sprint 100 meter perlu juga memberikan latihan fisik berupa power otot tungkai agar kegiatan latihan dapat berhasil secara optimal. This research aims to find out the magnitude of the contribution of VO2 Max, long leg and leg muscle power to run 100 metres sprint results on athletes club Joyo Kusumo Pati. The method used is the method of survey test with korelasional design, whereas the sample selection method using total sampling. Data analysis techniques with descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research show that VO2 Max, long leg and leg muscle power had contributed to the results of running sprint 100 meters. Based on test results of partial VO2 Max does not contribute significantly to the results run sprint 100 meters. This research contributed positively to the trainers in conducting seedling should be paying attention to this aspect of the long leg of prospective athletes who will be chosen and give you the basic techniques of exercise running sprint 100 meters need to also give physical exercise in the form of muscle power to exercise activities managed optimally.

Abstract

Pentingnya kebenaran biomekanika gerak dalam lempar cakram untuk mencapai teknik yang baik sebagai salah satu penentu prestasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keterampilan gerak lempar cakram pada fase ayunan awal, fase memutar, fase melempar dan fase gerak lanjut, ditinjau dengan biomekanika yang benar . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik survei, dengan cara survei tes. Subyek penelitian ini 6 atlet berprestasi POPDA Jawa Tengah tahun 2013 dengan teknik purposive sampling. Obyek penelitian ini yaitu keterampilan gerak lempar cakram. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi menggunakan instrumen yang telah disusun berdasarkan aspek biomekanika menjadi blangko indikator analisis biomekanika. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini: Keterampilan gerak lempar cakram atlet berprestasi POPDA Jawa Tengah tahun 2013, dianalisis berdasarkan kebenaran biomekanika gerak diperoleh skor 122,5 dan masuk dalam kriteria “sesuai”. Hasil tersebut dengan rincian berikut: gerak fase I (ayunan awal) diperoleh skor sebesar 18,16 dan dalam kriteria “sangat sesuai”, pada gerakan fase II (memutar) diperoleh skor sebesar 39,66 dan dalam kriteria “sesuai”, pada gerakan fase III (melempar) diperoleh skor sebesar 49,91 dan dalam kriteria “sesuai”, pada gerakan fase IV (gerak lanjut) diperoleh skor sebesar 14,75 dan dalam kriteria “sangat sesuai”. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa keterampilan gerak lempar cakram pada atlet berprestasi POPDA Jawa Tengah tahun 2013 termasuk dalam kriteria “sesuai”. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah bagi guru, atlet, pelatih, khususnya pelatih atlet pelajar cabang olahraga lempar cakram dalam melakukan gerak lempar cakram perlu didasarkan pada kebenaran biomekanika gerak, untuk membantu mendapatkan lemparan yang maksimal atau optimal. The importance of truth in discus throwing motion biomechanics to achieve a good technique as one determinant of achievement. Purpose of this study to determine the motion of throwing skills at the initial swing phase , the phase of turn , release phase and the follow trough phase, reviewed with the correct biomechanics. The method used is descriptive quantitative survey techniques , by means of test surveys. The subjects of this study six outstanding athlete’s student competition (POPDA) Central Java in 2013 by purposive sampling technique. The object of this study is discus throwing motion skills. Data collection taken by observation using instruments that have been prepared based on biomechanical aspects into the blank indicator biomechanical analysis. Data analysis techniques performed by using descriptive analysis. Results of the study: Skills of high achievement athlete throwing motion POPDA Central Java in 2013, were analyzed based on the truth of the biomechanics of motion obtained a score of 122.5 and included in the criteria of " appropriate ". Those results with the following details: the motion of phase I (initial swing) obtained a score of 18,16 and in a "great fit" criteria, the movement phase II (turn) obtained a score of 39,66 and in the criteria of "appropriate", the movement phase III (release) earned a score of 49,91 and criteria "appropriate", the movement phase IV (follow trough) obtained a 14.75 score and in the criteria "a great fit". Conclusion  in this study that the discus throwing motion skills on an accomplished athlete POPDA Central Java 2013 included in criteria for "appropriate". Advice from the research is for teachers, athletes, coaches, especially student athletes sports coaches are throwing a discus throwing motion when doing discus needs to be based on the truth of biomechanics motion, to help get maximum throw or optimal

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui sumbangan power otot lengan, kekuatan genggaman, fleksibilitas pergelangan tangan, dan kekuatan tungkai terhadap kemampuan tembakan penalti pada hockey. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey test. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 16 anggota UKM Hockey UNNES yang terdiri 10 pemain putra dan 6 pemain putri. Analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian adalah 1) power otot lengan memberikan sumbangan 13,01%, 2) kekuatan genggaman memberikan sumbangan 21,00%, 3) fleksibilitas pergelangan tangan memberikan sumbangan  12,63%, 4) kekuatan tungkai memberikan sumbangan  38,54%, sedangkan power otot lengan, kekuatan genggaman, fleksibilitas pergelangan tangan, dan kekuatan tungkai secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan terhadap kemampuan tembakan penalti hockey yaitu 85,18% dan sisanya yaitu 14.82% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian. Sumbangan kekuatan tungkai lebih besar dibandingkan dengan variable-variabel yang lain, untuk itu para pelatih diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kekuatan tungkai dengan cara latihan  secara rutin dan terprogram dengan baik hal-hal yang dapat meningkatkan kekuatan tungkai seperti sqoat jump, serta push up untuk meningkatkan power otot lengan. Bagi para pemain hockey hendaknya meningkatkan latihan teknik dan latihan kondisi fisik secara seimbang karena teknik yang baik tanpa diimbangi kondisi fisik yang baik akan menghasilkan tembakan penalti yang kurang maksimal.The research objective was to determine the contribution of muscle power arm, grip strength, wrist flexibility and leg strength on the ability of penalty shots hockey.Metode test.Populasi survey and research using this sample as many as 16 members of SME Hockey UNNES comprising 10 players and son 6 players daughter. Analysis of data using multiple regression. The results of the study were 1) arm muscle power contributed 13,01%, 2) grip strength contributed 21,00%, 3) flexibility wrist contributed 12,63%, 4) leg strength contributed 38,54%, while muscle power arm, grip strength, wrist flexibility and strength tungkaisecara together contribute greatly to the ability of the hockey penalty shot 85,18% and the remaining 14,80% is influenced by other variables not included in the study. Coach suggested that athletes in the penalty shootout of exercise training in order to increase the intensity. In addition to enhancing and improving skills should also improve the physical condition of a balanced exercise for good technique without offset good physical condition will result in less than the maximum penalty.
