Abstract

Anggur merupakan salah satu buah berserat yang digemari oleh banyak orang, ka-rena rasanya enak, manis, segar dan mengandung gizi tinggi terutama vitamin C dan A. Kan- dungan  vitamn  C  dipengaruhi  oleh  umur  pemetikan  dan  lama  penyimpanan.  Jenis penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental menggunakan RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap). Penelitian dilaku-kan pada bulan Agustus-September, untuk pengambilan sampel anggur langsung dari Wono-asih, Probolinggo dengan pemetikan 95,105, 115 hari dengan lama penyimpanan 0,3,6, dan 9 hari. Uji kadar vitamin C menggunakan metode titrasi yodium yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan anava dua arah dan dilanjutkan dengan UJD 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjuk-kan bahwa ada pengaruh umur petik dan lama penyimpanan terhadap kandungan vitamin C pada buah anggur serta terdapat interaksi umur petik dengan lama penyimpanan. Vitamin C tertinggi terdapat pada umur petik 105 hari dengan lama penyimpanan 3 hari.

Abstract

Foster parents play an important role to explore and develop the potential of foster children's creativity. Therefore the purpose of this research is 1) The opening of knowledge of children al-Amin in making handycraft. 2) The establishment of a sense of motivational development of children al-Amin to optimize the manufacture of handycraft. 3) The establishment of a sense of belonging (self belonging) childrenOrphanage al-Amin to handycraft business results. 4) The creation of a sense of professionalism students in developing this handycraft business so it is expected to be a provision of business and provision of life later than al-Amin orphanage. This research is a descriptive research. Companion is instrumental in providing motivation to children, as well as directing the activities of foster children to be useful in the future. One of them is to motivate and lead the children to participate in creative development activities in the form of handycrafts. Forms of activities undertaken by children in the form of handycraft of ribbons, beads and patchwork that can be used for sale freely or wedding souvenirs

Abstract

The Adiwiyata is a program of the Minister of the Environment (KLH) with the Minister ofNational Education (Depdiknas) which aims to strive for how a love of the environment canbe used as an educational content for students from an early age in formal education. One ofthe schools that has implemented the Adiwiyata program through its learning is the Al MuslimWaru Sidoarjo School. The objectives of this study include: Knowing the application ofenvironmental learning through the Adiwiyata Program. (2) Knowing the Al Muslimelementary school curriculum. (3) Knowing the inhibiting factors in the implementation ofenvironmental learning through the Adiwiyata Program. This study uses a qualitative method.The research location was at Al Muslim Elementary School, Jl.Raya Wadung Asri 39F, WaruDistrict, Sidoarjo Regency. Data collection tools used in this study were interviews,documentation, and observation. The technique used is source triangulation starting from datacollection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that1) The application of environmental learning through the Adiwiyata Program was carried outwith a school culture transformation strategy and habituation through three activities namelyroutine, programmed, and spontaneous activities carried out by the Al Muslim ElementarySchool in collaboration with outside parties. 2) The curriculum used is the SuperiorCurriculum, Green Environment which is a monolithic and integrated, both in theory andpractice. 3) The obstacle faced in the implementation of environmental learning is theexistence of new educators, the time allotted, green land which is still minimal when comparedto the ratio of students of Al Muslim Waru Sidoarjo Elementary School.Keywords: Implementation, Adiwiyata, Green Environment
