Abstract

Penggunaan mikropengendali untuk mengendalikan perangkat yang ada di rumah tentu menjadi salah satu penerapan prinsip kerja yang praktis dan fleksibel.Mikropengendali dapat digunakan untuk memudahkan dalam mengendalikan lampu ruangan, pemantauan suhu, dan pengendalian sistem penggerak tirai.Dengan memanfaatkan modul jaringanNM7010A TCP/IP Starter Kit maka aplikasi rumah tersebut dapat dikendalikan melalui jaringan intranet. Pada mikropengendali ATmega128, data akan diproses dan dieksekusi untuk mengendalikan sistem kerja keseluruhan rangkaian. Dari hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa mikropengendali dapat berperan sebagai Embedded Server untuk mengendalikan lampu, pengaktifan kanal Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) yang digunakan untuk memantau suhu.Hasil pengujian terhadap LM35 menunjukan bahwa rata-rata error konversi sebesar 0,64%. Untuk mengeksekusi sistem melalui jaringan TCP/IP diperlukan waktu tunda antara 0,5 sampai 1,2 detik.

Abstract

Poverty should be defined, measured, and scrutinized its root causes from a multi-dimension perspectives. Therefore, in designing and implementation of poverty alleviation program, it should consider economic factors, social and political contexts surrounding the poor. Sen (1982; 1999) views poverty as a multifaceted world and ethical dimension essentially should be placed underpinning it as a vital economic problem. The paper takes the stance that the poor themselves have potential capacity to alleviate their condition in resolving poverty trap. Community development program is one of the strategies to deal with the poverty problem. Islamic microfinance can play an important role in combating poverty dilemma especially in Muslim majority population communities. Through the approach proposed by Bigg and Satterthwaite (2005) with strengthening local organizations and community development programs, Islamic microfinance should engage a strategic partnership with the Masjid and Islamic charity institutions (zakat and waqf organization). This strategic alliance will result more integrated programs and also capacity building of the institutions involved. This paper aims to contribute a grass root model in the purpose of combating poverty in the framework of Islamic economic system. =========================================== Kemiskinan harus didefinisikan, diukur, dan diteliti akar penyebabnya dari berbagai perspektif. Oleh karena itu, dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan program pengentasan kemiskinan, faktor-faktor ekonomi, konteks sosial dan politik yang mengelilingi kemiskinan juga harus dipertimbangkan. Sen (1982; 1999) memandang kemiskinan sebagai sebuah dunia yang kompleks, dan dimensi dasar etika harus ditempatkan sebagai sebuah masalah ekonomi yang vital. Peneliti sendiri dalam hal ini berpandangan bahwa orang-orang miskin pada dasarnya punya kapasitas yang memadai untuk keluar dari garis kemiskinan. Salah satunya adalah dengan program pengembangan masyarakat yang merupakan satu strategi dalam pengentasan kemiskinan. Keuangan mikro syariah dapat memainkan peran penting dalam memerangi dilema kemiskinan, khususnya di daerah-daerah yang mayoritas penduduknya Muslim. Pendekatan yang diusulkan oleh Bigg dan Satterthwaite (2005) adalah dengan cara penguatan organisasi lokal dan program pengembangan masyarakat dimana keuangan mikro syariah harus terlibat dalam kemitraan-kemitraan strategis dengan masjid-masjid dan lembaga-lembaga sosial lainnya (seperti lembaga zakat dan wakaf). Aliansi strategis ini akan menghasilkan program-program yang lebih terintegrasi dan juga ada penguatan capacity building dari lembaga-lembaga yang terlibat. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk berkontribusi dalam memberikan model akar rumput dalam hal pengentasan kemiskinan dalam kerangka sistem ekonomi Islam.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Iles-iles (Amorphophallus muelleri Blume) produces apomictic seeds lead to low genetic variation. In order to induce genetic variation, germinated seeds were exposed to Gamma irradiation (Co-60) at doses of 10 to 100 Gy. Seed irradiation was conducted at Center for the Application of Isotope and Irradiation Technology -National Nuclear Energy Agency (CAIRT), Indonesia. Morphology and yield of M1 generation were observed. Results showed that irradiation at a dose of 10 Gy close to LD50 with survival rate 56%. Gamma irradiation at a dose of 10 Gy delayed seeds germination.  Germination rates gradually increased and reached maximum at 4 weeks after planting (WAP) for control plants, and 14 WAP of irradiated plants. At 16 WAP, germination rate of 10 Gy irradiated plants was 56% and 84% for those of control plants. Irradiation induced chimera as indicated by short petiole, variegated and abnornal shape of leaflets. Some irradiated plants entered dormancy at 8-10 weeks later than control ones. Prolong vegetative periode lead the plants to produce heavier corms. This study revealed the possibility to induce variation of A. muelleri by using gamma irradition. Keywords: Amorphophallus muelleri, gamma irradiation (Co-60), morphological variation, mutation breeding

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang ketat ini membutuhkan manajemen puncak yang dapat mengadaptasi semua persaingan tersebut menjadi suatu peluang bisnis yang mampu mempertahankan perusahaan. Seorang pemimpin yang mampu menghadapi perubahan dan persaingan serta didukung oleh budaya organisasi yang bagus dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan merupakan salah satu jalan untuk mencapai kinerja karyawan yang baik demi mengatasi persaingan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap  kinerja karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Malang, dan untuk mengetahui  diantara kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi yang berpengaruh  dominan terhadap  kinerja karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Malang dengan kriteria bekerja minimal 3 tahun dan merupakan karyawan tetap maka dapat ditentukan populasi sebanyak 90 dan di tolak sebanyak 30. Berdasarkan data terakhir maka sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 karyawan sengan menggunakan terknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan untuk setiap item variabel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik dengan program SPSS, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengujian terhadap Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil  penelitian membuktikan Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Budaya Organisasi secara simultan maupun parsial mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Malang. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan variabel Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Malang.   Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Situasional, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Maqoshid index is one of the alternatives in measuring the performance of Islamic banking, Islamic banking which assessed aspects attainment of goals sharia. In this research the author tried to assess the performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia with maqoshid index approach. This research uses descriptive quantitative methodology to the entire study population of Islamic banking in Indonesia, while the sample is that Islamic banking has published an annual report 3 year. This research using  purposive sampling method. From the results of the research with maqoshid index approach, in 2009 and 2010 BMI become Islamic bank which the best performance with best ratio value are 13.67% and 13,64 whereas in 2011 BSM became the best performance Islamic Bank with the best value ratio of 13.85%.Keywords: Measurement, Islamic banking, maqoshid index.

Abstract

Physical fitness and Emotional Quotient (EQ) are important aspects for referees. This is because the distance traveled by the referees during the game is related to soccer players and psychological disorders often experienced by the referee. However, the training as an effort to refine the performance of the referees has not been done yet. Based on these facts, this study was aimed at analyzing: (1) the contribution of physical fitness to the performance of referees; (2) EQ contribution to referees' performance, and; (3) the contribution of physical fitness and EQ simultaneously and significantly to the performance of the referees. To achieve such purposes, this study used correlational descriptive method by involving 71 members of soccer referee in PSSI (Indonesia football association) association of Pekalongan and Batang Regencies as the population in this study. The population was sampled into 68 active referees. Their physical fitness data were obtained through psychomotor tests using FIFA Fitness Test guidelines. Meanwhile, EQ data were obtained through a test by using Assessing Emotions Scale guidelines. Besides, the performance referee data were obtained through the assessment done by the match supervisor using referee assessment guidelines and assistant referees applicable in PSSI. The data obtained were analyzed using path analysis and resulted the significance value of 0,05. The results showed that the performance of the referee is contributed by: (1) Fitness Test equal to 5.06%; (2) EQ equal to 15.28%; (3) Fitness Test and EQ together equal to 52%.

Abstract

A 7.4 magnitude earthquake have strucked Donggala on September 28th 2018, followed by tsunami and liquefaction which hit Palu, Central Sulawesi, a few minutes later. This event had resulted in damage to buildings, and caused more than 2,000 people were killed and injured. Indonesia already have a building code in form of SNI 1726:2002 which had been updated to SNI 1726:2012. This paper analyses the hazard level caused by the 2018 Donggala earthquake compared to the existing design spectra, as mentioned in SNI 1726:2002 and SNI 1726:2012. A simple analysis was carried out by comparing Donggala earthquake’s acceleration response spectra with the existing design spectra, at the MPSI accelerograph station. The site class at MPSI station is hard soil (SC). The seismic hazard in Palu and Donggala refers to SNI 1726:2002 is included in the earthquake area 4. The maximum earthquake response factor for earthquake area 4 is about 0.6 for hard soil type (SC). The MPSI station recorded peak ground acceleration of Donggala earthquake around 0.14 g. The acceleration response spectra recorded at the MPSI station showed a peak value of around 0.71 g for the N component. This value is actually still below the design spectra referring to SNI 1726:2012, which the peak value is 0.88 g for SC, but, it exceeded the design spectra of SNI 1726:2002.
