Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan Komunikasi berkembang dengan pesat. Saat ini, TIK telah dimanfaatkan diberbagai  aspek kehidupan manusia. Salah satu pemanfaatan TIK yaitu dibidang pendidikan. Teknik Informatika Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, secara aktif mengikuti  perkembangan  dan  pemanfaatan teknologi informasi.  Partisipasi tersebut ditunjukan  melalui kegiatan penelitian  merancang  bangun Sistem Informasi Laboratorium (SILAB) yang akan diterapkan di Prodi Teknik Informatika, kemudian mempublikasikan melalui makalah ini .Makalah ini berisi tentang sistem informasi laboratorium (SiLab). SiLab ini dibangun dengan menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySql sebagai DBMSnya. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan DFD, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan membuat CDM ( Conseptual Data Model ). Silab ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah Prodi TI dalam hal pengelolaan kegiatan praktikum.  Fasilitas yang terdapat didalam sistem ini antara lain : pengelolaan data peserta praktikum,  pengelolaan jadwal, pengelolaan asisten/dosen, pengelolaan  presensi kegiatan  praktikum  baik asisten maupun praktikan, pengelolaan nilai  serta fasilitas  rekap vakasi (honor) kegiatan praktikum. Selain bertujuan untuk mempermudah pengelolaan kegiatan praktikum, sistem ini diharapkan  dapat memberikan nilai tambah bagi prodi Teknik Informatika Unsoed  dalam menerapkan paperless office dan    lebih  kompetitif serta memungkinkan menghasilkan keunggulan baru bagi prodi TI Unsoed. Abstract

The phenomenon of ground motion are things that need serious attention. The impact that can be caused by the ground motion can not be underestimated. The velocity of ground motion at each area has different characteristics. Monitoring of ground motion continuously is one way to be able to determine the policy relating to protection measures. Variable resistor is a component that can be used to detect the presence of such a shift. Variable resistor connected to the shear plane using a cord will be amended proportional  with the shift in resistance value of shear plane. Variable resistor arranged with others resistor to form a Wheatstone bridge circuit. Thus the change in resistance on the variable resistor will produce a voltage change. Value of voltage changes were characterized to obtain the calibration equations, response time and stability of the sensor. Data acquisition is done by using a personal computer and the device interface DAQ NI USB6009. While programming created using LabView 7.1 software. Based on the results obtained by testing the sensor response time is very good sensor is equal to 0.47 seconds. Highly stable sensors to take measurements, look at the value of the average reading deviation of 1.14 %. The sensor has a measurement in the range of 0 to 17 cm. Abstract

Algoritma koloni semut dapat diterapkan dalam pengklasifikisian dengan menerapkan mekanisme perilaku semut dalam mencari sumber makanan. Semut memberikan kemungkinan hasil terbaik/optimal berdasar intensitas pheromone. Himpunan fitur pada artikel diseleksi berdasarkan topik atau jenis kelas yang diinputkan dalam sistem kemudian dievaluasi dengan mengecek kesesuaian masing-masing semut. Berdasarkan 10 percobaan yang telah dilakukan, percobaan dengan hasil terbaik didapatkan pada percobaan pertama dan terakhir yang menyeleksi/memilih 66 fitur yang artinya berhasil mengurangi fitur sebanyak 96,34% dengan akurasi pelatihan 52%.

Abstract

Soil is the most crucial factor in the management of agriculture. To measure and monitor soil health status, soil health assessments can be undertaken in the management of agricultural land that aims to determine whether the land is being or will be used in an area in a healthy condition and can perform its functions properly. The results of soil health assessments can also be used as a reference for agricultural land managers to set planning targets and implementing systems to practice soil health management by reducing identified constraints, and assisting land managers in searching agricultural land.  Comprehensive soil health assessments can be undertaken based on soil health indicators which consist physical, chemical, and biological properties of the soil. But there is no definite standard for assessing soil health comprehensively, and people who know and understand soil health indicators are still minimal. The number of indicators in soil health assessments can also make it difficult for experts to assess the health of the soil. Therefore, it is needed a Decision Support System of Soil Health Assessment Using Simple Additive Weighting Method so that with this application, it is expected to assist the community especially those involved in agriculture in assessing soil health easily, and quickly, and obtain land health status of an area based on predetermined soil health indicators.
