Abstract

This research has a purpose to plan and apply the evaluation of EKOP model in integrated teaching of Connected model to increase the teaching quality of the South Asia History 2 lecture at the Historical Program of FKIP UNS. The subjects of the research are the students who study the South Asia History 2 lecture at the even semester in 2009/2010 Academic Year. The research is done by using the classroom action research method (PTK). The technique and equipment which are used to get the data in the research are the questionnaire technique, observation, and interview. The result of the research shows that the application of EKOP model evaluation in the integrated teaching of connected model can increase the teaching quality of South Asia History 2 lecture. It is shown by the scores average of teaching quality components at numbers 3.4 – 4.1 which are categorized as good in the first cycle and the second cycle. The total scores average are categorized as good on the numbers 3.51 at the first cycle and 3.57 at the second cycle.Key words: EKOP model Evaluation, Integrated teaching of Connected model, and teaching quality

Abstract

Antara filsafat dan pendidikan terdapat kaitan yang erat. Filsafat memiliki aspek-aspek utama yang dapat dijadikan landasan bagi pendidikan. Aspek-aspek yang dimaksud adalah aspek-aspek metafisis, epistemologis, dan aksiologis. Aspek metafisis antara lain berkaitan dengan persoalan realitas yang tercermin pada bahan ajar, pengalaman pengetahuan dan kebenaran, termasuk di dalamnya sumber belajar dan metode pembelajaran. Aspek aksiologis berkaitan dengan nilai kebaikan dan keindahan yang akan ditanamkan kepada peserta didik. Perenialisme sebagai aliran dalam filsafat juga memiliki ketiga aspek tersebut yang dapat dijadikan landasan bagi pendidikan yang mendasarkan pada filsafat ini.Kata Kunci: Filsafat Perenialisme, Pendidikan

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the social capital empowerment based on community culture in implementing Noble Character Education Curriculum in SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta. This study was descriptive qualitative research with naturalistic approach. The research was taken place in SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interview, observation and document analysis. The research instrument was the author himself as data collector. Data validation was carried out using triangulation, recheck, and peer debriefing techniques. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive technique of analysis encompassing data collection, data reduction, data display, and verification/conclusion drawing. From the result of research, the following conclusions could be drawn. (1) The synergic cooperation network based on mutual trust and shared value/norm was the social capital that had been empowered in the attempt of supporting the implementation of noble character education curriculum policy in SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta. (2) Social Capital supports the creation of noble character- and religion-based school culture in SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta and community culture. This condition was a main cultural capital utilized and managed in implementing the Noble Character-Education Curriculum.

Abstract

The objective of research was to find out: 1) the different effect of cooperative learning strategy and individual learning strategy on historical learning achievement, 2) the effect of good, fair and poor learning creativity on historical learning achievement, and 3) the effect interaction between learning strategy and learning creativity on historical learning achievement.This study was an experimental quantitative research. The population of research was all of the 10th MIA graders of SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo in the school year of 2014/2015 with the 10th MIA 4 grade consisting of 38 students and the 10th MIA 6 grade consisting of 38 students as the sample taken using cluster random sampling technique. Techniques of collecting data used were questionnaire and test method that had been tried out with validity and reliability test. Technique of analyzing data used was a two-way variance analysis.Considering the analysis and discussion, the following conclusions could b drawn: (1) there was a difference of effect between cooperative learning strategy and individual learning strategy on the historical learning achievement of students (FA statistic >Ftable = 45.96 > 4.00), (2) there was a difference of effect between good, fair and poor learning creativities on the historical learning achievement of students (FB statistic >Ftable = 6.17 > 3.15), and (3) there was an effect interaction between learning strategy and learning creativity on historical learning achievement (FAB statistic >Ftable = 12.39 > 3.15).

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to improve the creativity and historical learning outcomes in the XI IPS 2 class of SMA N 1 Kartasura in academic year 2017/2018 using Project Based Learning (PjBL) model and audiovisual media.This research was a classroom action research (CAR). The research was conducted in two cycles, each of which consisted of planning, acting, observing,and evaluation-reflection. The subject of research was XI IPS 2 class of SMA N 1 Kartasura, consisting of 36 students. Data source was obtained from teachers, students, and learning proces. The result of research showed that : (1) the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model and audiovisual media could improve the creativity of the XI IPS 2 class of SMA N 1 Kartasura in academic year 2017/2018. It could be seen from the proportion of indicator achievement in the student creativity questionare and observation. The mean of achievement was 61,52 % in the cycle I and it increased to 70,11 % in cycle II, this gain had surpassed the specified target, 70%; (2) the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model and audiovisual media could improve the historical learning outcome of the XI IPS 2 class of SMA N 1 Kartasura in academic year 2017/2018. It could be seen from the successfully passing value in the cognitive test result. The proportion of the of the students passing successfully passing successfully was 50,0% in cycle I and it increased to 69,55% in the cycle II, this gain had surpassed the specified target, 65%.

Abstract

Perenialisme sebagai aliran dalam filsafat juga memiliki ketiga aspek tersebut yang dapat dijadikan landasan bagi pendidikan yang mendasarkan pada filsafat ini.

Abstract

Long-term goal of this study was to character-based learning model can be applied in the implementation of the multicultural character education curriculum in junior high school (SMP) in Surakarta as an effort to prevent a culture of violence in Surakarta. The target of this study is the identification of a model-based development of multicultural learning manners. To achieve these objectives do Research and Development (R & D) gradually for 3 (three) years. This study used a qualitative paradigm, which I pursued in the exploratory method; year to second with the method of exposure, focus groups, workshops, and in-depth interviews; year to III with training methods, test models, evaluation of the test results, the revised and improved model that has been tested, and dissemination of results. development. Concrete measures in the first year were identified: 1) initial ability of teachers to implement character education multicultural education based learning process in implementing character education curriculum. 2) Perception of teachers character education based on learning multicultural education. 3) Perceptions of stakeholders (Department Dikpora / Surakarta City Government, parents / guardians, school character education) to the learning process based multicultural education. 4) Identify the extent of the implementation of character education has been developed through a learning process based on multicultural education, and 5) draft a tentative model of the development of learning-based multicultural character as prevention of the culture of violence in Surakarta. Data collected from other informants, places and events as well as documents / files, or through focus groups, which further analyzed with interactive models.The results obtained in the studies I dart this, namely: (1) The teachers have implemented a character education character-based multicultural learning through discussion methods, simulations, games, community service, observations, as well as the provision of materials in the classroom manners. However, most teachers do not understand the concept of multicultural education, (2) The teachers and stakeholders strongly support the learning plan based multicultural character, given that smells sara violence that often involve the students, (3) learning manners have been implemented with based multicultural through the process of learning, habituation, and modeling. Habituation and modeling performed by all the schools, while the learning process implemented by educators character education, (4) learning manners are still a lot of barriers or obstacles that come dart students, teachers / administrative staff-employees, the environment around the school, funds, facilities and infrastructure, principals, parents, and government policy.

Abstract

Dalihan na tolu merupakan salah satu kearifan lokal yang berkembang di Sumatera Utara. Dalihan na tolu mempunyai pengertian dan bentuk sebagai hubungan dan sistem keakraban suku Batak Toba. Dalihan na tolu berfungsi sebagai peyeimbang kehidupan di dalam masyrakat. Generasi Z merupakan konsumen terbesar dalam majunya teknologi. Dimana populasi Generasi Z merupakan para siswa/pelajar sekolah. Pertumbuhan teknologi bisa memberikan dampak negatif terhadap sikap dan karakter siswa. Kearifan lokal dalihan na tolu menjadi solusi alternatif dalam menahan faktor negatif dalam kemajuan teknologi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, mengunakan pendekatan studi kasus yang berlokasi di Sumatera Utara. penelitian ini mengambil sampel dua sekolah yang berbeda wilayah dan demografis, untuk melihat peran kearifan lokal dalihan na tolu dalam mengontrol siswa mengunakan teknologi.  Dalam penelitian ini, ada perbedaan yang mendasar terhadap sikap siswa yang mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal dan yang tidak mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal dalam mengunakan teknologi. Partisispan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru pelajaran sejarah. Di karenakan pelajaran sejarah sangat berkaitan terhadap penanaman nilai, moral dan etika melalaui peninggalan-peninggalan sejarah maupun kebudayaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalihan na tolu is one of the local wisdoms that develops in North Sumatra. Dalihan na tolu has an understanding and form as a relationship and system of familiarity with the Toba Batak tribe. Dalihan na tolu serves as a balance of life in the community. Generation Z is the biggest consumer in the advancement of technology. Where the Generation Z population is students / school students. Technology growth can have a negative impact on student attitudes and character. Local wisdom should be an alternative solution in resisting negative factors in technological progress. This research is a descriptive qualitative study, using a case study approach located in North Sumatra. This study sampled two different regional and demographic schools, to see the role of local wisdom in managing students in using technology. In this study, there are fundamental differences in attitudes of students who integrate local wisdom and who do not integrate local wisdom in using technology. Partisispan in this study is a history lesson teacher. Because history lessons are closely related to the planting of values, morals and ethics through historical and cultural relics. Abstract

The long-term goal of this research is that in Surakarta, multicultural social stability can be established far from a culture of violence, especially between ethnic Chinese and Javanese. This is considering that the target of the the violence cases that occurred in Surakarta was ethnic Chinese. The method developed was optimiz-ing the education of multiculturalism values in historical learning in SMA / SMK Surakarta. The specific objective of this research was to obtain scientific data on multiculturalism and value education in history learning in high school / vocational school in Surakarta. This study uses a naturalistic approach to describe naturally, completely, deeply, and intactly about multiculturalism and value education in historical learning in high school / vocational high school in Surakarta. Therefore, this research is exploratory, which explains a phenomenon that is detailed, comprehensive and in-depth. Data collection techniques include direct observa-tion, in-depth interviews, archival studies, historical analysis, and FGD. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) most of the history teachers in high school / vocational school do not fully understand the concept of multiculturalism and the implementation of its values in historical learning, (2) the history teachers in high school / vocational schools have a positive perception and support the implementation of multiculturalism values in history learning , (3) in the learning process, the teachers have tried to implant multiculturalism values, such as values of tolerance, democracy, cooperation, unity, and the value of peace in learning history. The values of multiculturalism have also been included in the RPP of the history subjects, as one of the basic competencies, (4) the students have a positive perception and agree to the planting of the multiculturalism values in learning history. They consider that the planting of multiculturalism values can support the realization of national unity.

Abstract

Wayang Sadat mulai dipentaskan oleh Suryadi pada tahun 1985 sebagai medium dakwah tauhid. Penelitian ini mengkaji ajaran tauhid dalam pementasan Wayang Sadat pada lakon Ki Ageng Pengging. Sumber data meliputi informan kunci dan dokumen atau arsip terkait Wayang Sadat. Data dihimpun dengan teknik wawancara mendalam dan analisis isi dokumen dan arsip. Untuk meningkatkan keterpercayaan data dilakukan triangulasi sumber dan review informan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada model analisis interaktif yang terdiri dari tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lakon Ki Ageng Pengging memuat ajaran tauhid yang tersirat dalam janturan, dialog, syair gerongan, dan cakepan sulukan. Penelitian ini menjadi penting untuk dikaji walaupun terdapat banyak wayang yang juga bertujuan sebagai dakwah Islam namun sejauh ini masih normatif dan belum mendasar seperti halnya dakwah tauhid, dikarenakan Tauhid merupakan dasar dalam ajaran Islam.
