Abstract

Creating an atmosphere of harmony in extremely diverse Indonesian society requires togetherness of various parties, including the preacher, who bear the responsibility to reflect the values of kindness in all aspects of human life. Dakwah creative and innovative approach is a challenge for the preachers who are required to observe and understand the reality of the diversity of Indonesia. This paper attempts to examine the nature of dakwah, namely freedom, rationality, and universalism within the framework of the diversity of the community in Indonesia. In addition, it also offers a model of dakwah strategies in the effort to build religiousity in the middle of the growing diversity of Indonesia, with hope in the future there are efforts to elaborate more systematically

Abstract

Alat peraga fisika dengan memanfaatkan barang bekas belum ada di sekolah. Oleh karena itu, dikembangkan sebuah alat peraga dengan tujuan mengetahui kelayakan alat peraga yang dibuat dengan memanfaatkan barang bekas pada pokok bahasan fluida statik menggunakan model Inquiry Discovery Learning (IDL) terbimbing. Tujuan khusus penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) validitas alat peraga dan LKS panduan, (2) kepraktisan alat peraga, (3) keefektifan alat peraga dan (4) pencapaian keterampilan proses sains siswa. Desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan model ADDIE. Data diperoleh melalui lembar validasi, lembar pengamatan keterlaksanaan RPP, tes hasil belajar dan lembar kerja siswa. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) validitas alat peraga sebesar 70% dan validitas LKS panduan sebesar 79% dalam kriteria cukup valid, (2) kepraktisan alat peraga 70% dalam kriteria baik, (3) keefektifan alat peraga 0,62 dalam kategori sedang, dan (4) pencapaian keterampilan proses sains siswa rata-rata 86,92% dalam kriteria sangat baik. Diperoleh simpulan alat peraga yang dibuat dengan memanfaatkan barang bekas pada pokok bahasan fluida statik menggunakan model IDL terbimbing dinyatakan layak digunakan. Physics props by using second-hand goods have not been there in school yet. Therefore, props are expanded with the aim to know the feasibility of props made by utilizing of second-hand items on the subject of static fluid using Inquiry Discovery Learning (IDL) guided models. Specific objectives of the study are to describe: (1) the validity of props and guidance manuals, (2) the practicality of props, (3) the effectiveness of props and (4) the achievement of students science process skills. The research design used the research and development of the ADDIE model. Data obtained through validation sheet, observation sheet of RPP implementation, test of learning result and students’ worksheet. Data were analyzed by quantitative and qualitative description. The results showed: (1) the validity of props by 70% and the validity of the guidance LKS of 79% in quite validcriteria,(2) the practicality of props 70% in good criteria, (3) the effectiveness of props 0.62 in the average category, and (4) achievement of students science process skill averaging 86,92% in very good criteria. Obtained conclusions of props made by utilizing second-hand items on subject of static fluid using IDL guided models are considered feasible to use.
