Abstract

PT Krakatau Steel Plant-2, sebagai perusahaan penghasil Slab Baja, selalu berusaha untuk dapat menungkatkan kualitas produknya agar mampu bersaing di era global. Untuk dapat menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas tinggi hanya dapat dicapai dengan serangkaian pengendalian proses produksi yang baik, konsisten dan ketat. Hasil pengamatan di lapangan diketahui terdapat permasalahan adanya cacat segregasi. Cacat segregasi adalah cacat internal yang paling dominan dari jenis cacat yang lain, dari catatan departemen QC diketahui bahwa  tingkat kelas cacat internal segregasi slab baja melebihi kelas. Adapun rincian jumlah cacat adalah sebagai berikut,jumlah cacat kelas 1 (37.84%), jumlah cacat kelas 1-2 (45.40%), jumlah cacat kelas 2 (46.84%) dan jumlah cacat kelas 2-3 (33.33%). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi jenis cacat yang paling berpengaruh terhadap cacat/retak dalam, mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh diantara faktor-faktor tersebut sehingga tercipta suatu sistem kerja yang baik, maka faktor-faktor ini perlu diteliti. Faktor-faktor yang akan diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor shift kerja, temperatur tundish dan casting speed ( kecepatan pencetakan). Masing-masing faktor terdiri dari 3 level. Faktor shift terdiri shift pagi, siang dan malam. Faktor temperatur terdiri, yaitu 15450C, 15500C dan 15550C. Dan faktor kecepatan 1.3m/menit, 1.4m/menit dan 1.5m/menit. Ukuran untuk kualitas slab baja yang dihasilkan dari proses ini dinyatakan dalam tingkat kelas cacat slab yang terjadi. Metoda yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metoda perancangan eksperimen dengan model faktorial. Untuk pengolahan data digunakan analisa variansi (ANOVA) dan test hipotesa. Hasil pengujian hipotesa dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% menyatakan bahwa ada perbedaan yang berarti (signifikan) diantara pengaruh faktor temperatur tundish. Abstract

Keputusan strategis investasi pada proyek infrastruktur seperti PLTN menjadi sangat krusial dan memerlukan analisis yang mendalam, termasuk perhitungan keekonomian. Salah satu aspek dari keekonomian proyek pembangkit adalah perhitungan biaya pembangkitan listrik teraras atau Levelized Unit Electricity Cost (LUEC). Proyek PLTN sangat rentan terhadap sejumlah variabel ketidakpastian, oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan perhitungan LUEC PLTN dengan memasukkan sejumlah variabel ketidakpastian,yaitu dengan pendekatan probabilistik. Pada studi ini dilakukan analisis probabilistik dengan teknik Monte Carlo yang mensimulasikan keterkaitan di antara variabel-variabel ketidakpastian dan dilihat pengaruhnya terhadap LUEC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan nilai LUEC pada pendekatan probabilistik dibandingkan dengan pendekatan deterministik (dari 9,8246 cent US$/kWh menjadi 11,1907 cent US$/kWh pada AP1000 dan dari 4,7413 cent US$/kWh menjadi 7,3321 cent US$/kWh pada OPR1000). Peningkatan nilai LUEC ini mencerminkan terjadinya dispersi akibat adanya beberapa variabel ketidakpastian yang mungkin terjadi dalam proyek, sehingga LUEC hasil analisis probabilistik ini disebut Risk Adjusted LUEC. Dengan analisis probabilistik dapat pula diketahui probabilitas terjadinya LUEC < 8,5 cent US$/kWh (nilai benchmark), yaitu sebesar  30% pada PLTNAP1000 dan  90% pada PLTN OPR1000.Kata kunci: ketidakpastian, analisis probabilistik, LUEC, PLTN, Monte CarloStrategic investment decisions on infrastucture project such as NPP development are crucial and require careful analysis, including economic calculation. One aspect of the project economic is calculation of LUEC. NPP project are vulnerable to a number of uncertain variables, therefore the purpose of this study was to perform calculations of NPP’s LUEC under uncertainties, namely probabilistic approach. In this study probabilistic analysis was done by Monte Carlo techniques that simulate the relationship between the uncertainty variables and visible impact on LUEC. The results showed an increase of LUEC value in probabilistic approach compared to deterministic approach (from US$ 9.8246 cents/kWh to US$ 11.1907 cents kWh in AP1000 and from US$ 4.7413 cents kWh to 7.3321 cents US$/kWh in OPR1000). The increase reflects the  dispersion due to some uncertainty variables that may occur in the project,so LUEC of probabilistic analysis is called Risk Adjusted LUEC. With this analysis can also be known probability of LUEC < US$ 8.5 cent/kWh (benchmark value), ie by 30% in AP1000 and 90% in OPR1000.Keywords: uncertainties, probabilistic analysis, Monte Carlo technique, NPP

Abstract

Tujuan dari Pemberdayaan Remaja Masjid adalah untuk menggali sumberdaya remaja yang lahir dari program-program yang berbasis Masjid agar terwujud remaja yang berakhlak mulia dan Qurani.Istilah Remaja Masjid tidak asing bagi umat Islam di Indonesia.Remaja Masjid adalah organisasi yang mewadahi aktivitas remaja muslim dalam memakmurkan Masjid, yang berorientasi pada aktivitas kemasjidan, keislaman, keilmuan, keremajaan dan keterampilan, organisasi ini dapat memberikan kesempatan bagi anggotanya mengembangkan diri sesuai bakat dan kreativitas mereka di bawah pembinaan Pengurus/Ta’mir Masjid.Metode pemberdayaan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR). Hasil dari kegiatan pemberdayaan adalah Remaja diajak untuk mengembangkan diri melalui Pelatihan kepemimpinan dan Organisasi serta mengaplikasikan program yang sudah dirancang seperti pengembangan usaha ekonomi kreatif berbasis kerajinan tangan dan dijual di  warung-warung, swalayan, sekolah-sekolah.

Abstract

Forest have an important role for living thing, like human, animal, or plants. For example, forests play an active role in the availability of water sources that participated maintain food security for living beings and the largest supplier of oxygen. However, the lack of human consciousness in maintaining forest ecosystems resulted in the emergence of several threats that cause forest destruction in the form of deforestation and degradation include illegal logging, forest fires, forest conversion for plantations and industries [3]. With game application: Green Mission, it is be expected to be one of the solutions and can answer the problem for dealing with the forest damage. Application Green Mission is supposed to educate about the importance of conserving forest by planting trees. In this game, players are directed to resolve some of the challenges in the form of putting out fires, replant the forest bare, and drove the actors of deforestation. The concept in an adventure game is supposed to give a pleasant impression beside to educate player.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru with the aim To know and analyze the influence of Coordination, Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline on the effectiveness of employee PT. RB Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru. This study uses primary data that is data obtained from interviews and giving questionnaires to all employees of PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru. Secondary data obtained related to the object and organizational structure of the population in this study were all employees who numbered 63 people and sampled. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression method. From the results of tests that have been done, simultaneous regression test (Test-F) shows that the variables Coordination, Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Effectiveness. From the results of partial tests (Test-t) indicates that the variables Coordination, Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline significantly influence Employee Effectiveness. The result of calculation of coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0,796 or equal to 79,6% which mean, Coordination variable, Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline together influence Effectiveness Employee, while the rest 20,40% influenced by other variables that not Investigated in this study.Keywords : Coordination, Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline and Work Effectiveness

Abstract

ABSTRAK ANALISIS KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL PROYEK PLTN SMR DI INDONESIA DENGAN MEMPERTIMBANGKAN VARIABEL KETIDAKPASTIAN. SMR merupakan salah satu alternatif mengatasi ketergantungan wilayah Luar Jawa Bali terhadap PLTD. Masalah yang sangat krusial dalam proyek PLTN (termasuk SMR) adalah finansial, terkait dengan sifat padat modal pada proyek ini. Selain itu, pada proyek PLTN SMR juga dimungkinkan terjadinya beberapa variabel ketidakpastian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kelayakan finansial proyek PLTN SMR dengan mengakomodasi kemungkinan terjadinya variabel ketidakpastian tersebut. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah analisis probabilistik yang dilakukan dengan teknik Monte Carlo. Teknik ini mensimulasikan keterkaitan antara variabel-variabel ketidakpastian dengan indikator kelayakan finansial proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pendekatan probabilistik proyek PLTN SMR dinilai layak pada “most probable value” harga jual listrik sebesar 15 cents/kWh, ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata NPV yang positif (US$ 135.324.004) dan rata-rata kedua nilai IRR yang lebih dari MARR (IRR proyek = 10,65%, IRR Equity = 14,29%, sementara MARR = 10%). Probabilitas ditolaknya proyek PLTN SMR adalah sekitar 20%. Tiga variabel utama yang paling berpengaruh dalam proyek adalah: harga jual listrik, biaya investasi dan tingkat inflasi. Kata kunci: kelayakan finansial, PLTN SMR, variabel ketidakpastian, NPV, IRR ABSTRACT FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS ON SMALL MEDIUM REACTOR NUCLEAR POWER PLANT (SMR NPP) PROJECT IN INDONESIA UNDER UNCERTAINTY. NPP SMR is one alternative to overcome the Outside Java Bali regions dependence on diesel power plant. One crucial issue in the NPP project (including SMR) would be financing, associated with the capital-intensive nature of the project. In addition, the SMR NPP project also be vulnerable in occurrence of some uncertainties. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the financial feasibility of SMR NPP project by accomadating the possibility of the uncertainties. The methodology used is probabilistic analysis which was performed by Monte Carlo technique. This technique simulates the relationship between the uncertainty variables with financial feasibility indicators. The results showed that in probabilistic approach, SMR NPP project is considered feasible on the "most probable value" of electricity selling price of 15 cents/kWh, indicated by positive average value of NPV (US$ 135,324,004) and the average value of both of IRRs are bigger than MARR (IRR project = 10.65%, IRR Equity = 14.29%, while MARR = 10%). The probability of rejection of the SMR project was about 20%. The three main variables that are most influential in the project were: selling price of electricity, invesment cost and inflation rate. Abstract

This research held in PT. Orindo Alam Ayu Pekanbaru. This research held in order to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, commitment and job promotion to employees’ turnover intention. Population are all employees, consist of 42 people. Considering the number limitation so sampling method used is census that covers all employee as the respondents. Variables used are job satisfaction commitment and job promotion as independent and employees’ turnover intention as dependent. Data analyzed by using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis by using SPSS 17 for windows. Result of this study shows that either simultenously or partially job satisfaction commitment and job promotion negative and significantly influence employees’ turnover. However, partially, only training gives significant effect to employees’ performance. Commitment is proved as the most dominant factor that influence employees’ turnover intention. It is recommended to company for enhancing employees’ job satisfaction, strengthening employees’ commitment and providing wider opportunity of job promotion by justice and transparant-base program.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Commitment, Job Promotion and Turnover Intention

Abstract

Research done PT. Mitra Traktor Cakrabuana Pekanbaru. The aim of the research was conducted to determine the effect of organizational justice and motivation on employee performance. The study population included all employees who totaled 43 people and set a model census. The variables used were organizational justice and motivation as independent variables, and performance as the dependent variable. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the tool SPSS 17 for windows. The study concluded that simultaneous organizational justice and motivation significant effect on performance. The partially only motivation that shows a positive and significant effect of organizational justice while not a significant influence on employee performance. The recommendation is that the management do justice program of organizational improvement and motivation of employees, especially in terms of informationdisclosure, change management system to be participatory and to formulate the criteria and measures are transparent and fair view of the opportunities for employees to gain increasedpost.Keywords: Organizational Justice, Motivation and Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Meranti Islands Regency Hospital Dorak Jl.Dorak. This study aims to determine how the Effect of Training and organizational commitment simultaneously or partially on the performance of nurses in hospitals Dorak Meranti Islands Regency. As for the population in this study were all nurses in hospitals Dorak Meranti Islands Regency, amounting to 85 people and the whole population sample were calculated using the formula of Slovin sample as respondents, the method of analysis used is descriptive and quantitative analysis with SPSS Version 20. From the results of simultaneous testing (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Training and organizational commitment) has a positive and significant effect on the variable (performance of nurses). The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the variables studied bebes (Training And Organizational Commitment) has a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable (performance Nurses).Keywords: Training, Organizational Commitment and Performance Nurse
