Abstract

BCA is the bank that provides  the best experience of its facitlity, one of their facility is mobile banking for their customers, it is called  m-BCA, stands for mobile BCA. There are many features on m-BCA, like m-Admin, m-Transfer, m-Payment, m-Commerce, m-Info, and cash withdrawl. Until 2011, the users of m-BCA reached 2.3 million users that take advanteges from it (detikFinance , 2011). The problem is m-BCA now has so many complaints from its users, like errors often occurred on the system and less user friendly. There are also users that encountered problem when it comes to try to login on m-BCA (detikFinance, 2014). Based on the problem and with analysing the successness of mobile banking m-BCA using DeLone and McLean model (2003), it composed by System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Usability, User Satisfaction, and Net Benefit. The Data used in this case is primary data that obtained from questionnaire which was filled by 125 respondents. Then the data is analysed with descriptive analysing to understand the successness of m-BCA and SEM analysing to understand the factors which are affected the successness of m-BCA. The results of this research show that the positive effect of variable Quality System against user satisfaction. System Quality variables have positive influence against the use of. The variable quality of the positive effect of the use of the service. To increase the success of m-BCA then it should improve the quality of Information on m-BCA that will have an impact on user satisfaction so as to achieve kebermanfaatan NET that can enhance the success of m-BCA. Recommendations for m-BCA, namely: 1) to the quality of the system should preferably be developed more flexibility the system so that it can be reached from anywhere, 2) to the quality of service should be improved security.

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to produce a combination of optimal schedule where no severe conflicts and conflicts minimal value by searching the tabu search method and take into account a number of variables such as instructor schedule, the number of students, lectures limited time and space. So that the resulting schedule can help organize the lecture. With the scheduling of lectures using tabu search algorithm can help in pebuatan class schedules, especially in terms of making the course schedule with a minimum value of conflict or absence komflik courses, lecturers and rooms at a time.

Abstract

Along with the development of information and communication technology (ICT), which has been a big influence for change in all sectors, including health, especially in the medical record is called the electronic medical record. Basically the electronic medical record is the use of electronic methods for collecting, storing, processing, and accessing patient records in hospitals that have been stored in a multimedia database management system, bringing together various sources of medical data. Often problems arise no link between their respective health care providers in terms of information on the medical record. Though patients may have a medical examination at health care providers vary at any given time. It leads to the same checks occur repeatedly. Whereas previous medical records are very useful in further medical examination. From some of the problems mentioned above have designed a centralized electronic medical record system that accommodates one patient´s medical record in a centralized database for the purpose of patient records are stored in a single database storage. So if one day patients already enrolled in the system, if referred from one hospital to another hospital in the region, the data can be viewed and accessed on the basis of data from hospitals or health care providers who have joined in this system. Abstract

SMK Al-Azhar Menganti Gresik is a technical education organization which in its educational process works along with worldwide industry through Internship  program (prakerin). Prakerin needs an adequate plan by the school and industry to gain sucessfull, effective and efficient implementation. Furthermore, SMK Al-Azhar in order to fullfil its needs still facing problems to plan the prakerin; the administration section for prakerin are struggling to develop the prakerin data to make the prakerin schedule and can’t decide the right working-placement for student based on student criteria and a qualification that industry make. In addition, there aren’t any marking result reports which is used by the school to monitor the desired expecation level from prakerin impelemtation program. To solve the problems described, there should be an information system which can develop the prakerin data to gain the right placement for student based on its criteria and the qualification from industry. This information system can also evaluate the marking result for the school to monitor the desired expectation level from prakerin implementation program. Lastly, through this internship information system which is built by web-based, developing the prakerin data can work well and the information that the system made can also be used by the school to monitor the desired expectation level from prakerin implementaion program. Abstract

Students with problems requiring special attention on the problem, therefore Counseling (BK) on duty to brief the students to help solve existing problems. Limited number of tasks and supervising teacher be an obstacle in the process of monitoring troubled students. Similarly, parents who are still difficulties in monitoring the activities of their children in school.Certainty Factor is a clinical parameter values ​​are given to demonstrate the magnitude of the trust. Determination of troubled students is done by giving the value of CF (Certainty Factor) on three criteria: academic, and violations of the student profile that produces a combination of the CF as a conclusion about troubled students.Web-based application with the application of Certainty Factor is used as a means for monitoring the state of students as well as SMS Gateway technology is used as a media service of parents in monitoring their children in school activities. With this application, especially the school Counseling can monitor and obtain reports the troubled condition of students and facilitate parents to get information about the activities of their children in school. Abstract

University Dr.Soetomo is located in Dr.Soetomo on Semolowaru road location, one of the existing services is e-learning.Based on the result of interview with 31 students, 18 students stated that the application of e-learning application is less interesting and 19 students stated that none of the features available in the e-learning application is good enough.Problem solving solution with Admission Technology Model 2. In this research sampling technique using Slovin theory with 94 respondents.The results can be found.The variables that affect the acceptance, the subjective norm against the image, subjective norms against the accepted use, subjective norms against the use and perception of Ease of Use to the Purpose of Use

Abstract

PT. Timu RayaSakti Probolinggo is a pioneer company / pioneer in the field of timber shipping expedition Gaharu wood in Probolinggo City. PT. Timu RayaSakti Probolinggo during the process of reporting their daily activities are still using manual methods, such as recording transactions, document storage, making reports, and memoranda piled up going to lose notes and documents. To overcome the above problems, it created a plan to build cargo expedition reporting application that can automate the reporting process at PT. Timu RayaSakti Probolinggo, an application used to manage processes ranging from customer data processing, order transaction, and report generation. The results of the design load reporting applications expedition is expedition reports. In conclusion, the design application expedition cargo reporting helps employers to manage transaction data and can generate reports to help monitor the business owner.Keywords: application, sales Information System Reporting

Abstract

Dr. Soetomo University(Unitomo) is one of the universities in Surabaya which has a library. One of the mission of Unitomo Library is to develop Unitomo Library with facilities and services based on technology and communication. In order to achieve this mission, the Unitomo Library should determine the level of user satisfaction of existing information technology services. So far, users still have not providing suggestions regarding existing services, due to lack of direction from the Library. Thus, the Unitomo Library has some difficulties in knowing the quality of information technology services till today. Based on the problems above, appears a need in the form of user satisfaction analysis applications with Service Quality method wherein Service Quality methods used to analyze the gap between expectation and reality which is accepted by the user. Existing processes in this application include validity test, reliability test, Service Quality calculation, and quadrant analysis. This application can store questionnaire data, perform validity test, reliability test, application can also do satisfaction analysis using Service Quality method. In addition, this application can also provide analysis results in the form of quadrant analysis and recommendations required by the library to develop OPAC services in the future.

Abstract

Administrative processes in an organization, especially the academic administration of an educational institution, is a core process in the course of the organization. In the process of academic administration, should be supported with adequate pengguanaan technology, so that the core academic processes are easier to run. Similarly, existing academic process at Surabaya Hotel School (SHS), until the current academic administrative processes are still standing separately in each, so the data is still not centralized and the academic difficulties in the process of administration and processing of existing data.The solution to the above problem is to make the application of academic administration to support the academic process is run, including the processing of data in and waves, the data subject, the student data, the process of preparing the curriculum, the selection of subjects anything related to the curriculum that have been made , the process of recapitulation presence of students, the process of awarding final grades and graduation process.Based on the test results, it was found that the application can store student data, the data menyiumpan year and waves, storing data as well as the course curriculum, until recaps presence and fill the students' final grades. Applications can also see all the details of a student's academic history at SHS.

Abstract

As more and more areas implement information technology in the field of e-government, evaluation of its effectiveness is an increasingly important topic for practitioners and researchers. After an information system enters the implementation phase in the life cycle of information system development, it is necessary to conduct post-implementation review. Pamekasan District Government website is part of internet-based information technology services managed by KOMINFO Pamekasan District. Since the website published by the government has never conducted an analysis of the success of information systems to the Pamekasan District Government Website. Based on the results of research on success analysis Pamekasan District Government website based on DeLone and McLean model that has been done and resulted in two drop between variables. The first, indicates that the quality of information available on the website of the Government of Pamekasan Regency is good enough to affect user satisfaction. And the second, indicating that some of the respondents said the website is good and comfortable to use so that users feel comfortable to access it again.
