Abstract

This reseach form is survey reseach which is done to see the teachers‟ ability inunderstanding punctuation.Tecniques in getting data is that 30 valid questions are given to theteachers. The samples in this reseach are 81 teachers in Tampan district with the level ofprecision 10%. the teachers‟s ability in Tampan district were analyzedbased on category.Among 81 teachers 1 teacher (1,23%) gotthe best category, 31 teachers (38,27%) gotgood,38teachers (46,91) gotfair category , and 11 teachers (13,58) gets less category. Those resultswere got from the test that was given to the primary school teachers in Tampan district. Theaverage score is 63,5 with fair category.This shows that primary school teachers did not passbased on classical completeness 39,50% then it seems that the teachers‟ ability is still low.keyword : punctuation

Abstract

Learning social science education gives a chance to give some attentions to care and usesurrounding area. Emperical fact in learning social science education before a teacher is onlyperson who gives information that is called teacher centered. Learning materials used focusesinto text books (material in the text books does not adopt and relate into local superiority andwisdom)This research only focuses into development of teaching material of learning socialscience education which has primary school local wisdom basis into competence standart andbasic standart in the first semester of grade IV.This research aims to develop teachingmaterial of learning social science education in Primary School based on local wisdom basiswhich can be used as a reference or supplement by teachers and studetns in learning.Themothod used is research and development design. This research is done into four steps that is1) study literature, 2) research plan, 3) research development, and 4) implementation. Datacollection technique used in this research is using interview, questionnaire, observation,documentations, and test. Meanwhile, triangulation technique and simple statistics are used toanalyze the data. The research showed that 1) teaching materials of of learning social scienceeducation based on local wisdom helps teachers in developing and relating learning materialsin learning social science education with potential of local area especially Siak regency, andb)khususnya di Kabupaten Siak; dan (b) teaching materials of of learning social scienceeducation based on local wisdom helps students to understand potential and condition ofsurrounding area. It is proven by increasing students’ understanding in learning learningsocial science education based on local wisdom from average score in pretest 31,73 into53,85 in posttest within increasing average score 0,33 in fair category.Keywords: local wisdom, and social science education

Abstract

Abstract: This research background backs by low learning outcomes IPA Grade IV SDN 021 Gulf Berembun ie with an average of 53.5. Of the 20 students, only 5 (25%) of students who achieve learning outcomes and 15 (75%) of students who do not achieve the learning outcomes of KKM that have been defined. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) which aims to improve science learning outcomes through the application of learning models of quantum teaching in grade IV SDN 021 Teluk Berembun bay. Cycle stages in the repair of this study undergo twice the cycle in which the data were collected through observation of teacher activity and student activity observation and the results of the first UH I and UH II. The results showed that the application of quantum model of teaching can improve learning outcomes IPA. This proved the average value obtained by students each cycle has increased. After improvement of learning through quantum model of teaching in the first cycle the average value UH is 64.50. Dilanjutakan to the second cycle on average gained 70.50 UH ie. This means that the application of quantum learning models of teaching in science subjects according to the students abilities so that the resulting self-confidence in students. The activities of teachers in the Implementation of Quantum models of teaching have increased in the first cycle the first meeting increased 58.33% 66.66% Second meeting, at the first meeting of the second cycle increased 79.16% 87.50% meeting II becomes. Student activity in the application of Quantum Teaching models to improve learning outcomes IPA has increased from cycle to cycle. Student activity first cycle of meetings I got a percentage of 54.16%, while the second meeting with the percentage of 62.50%. Cycle II perteman I obtain the percentage of 66.66% and the second cycle II got a meeting with the percentage to 75%. Results of the study in class IV SDN 021 Teluk Berembun prove that the application of quantum model of teaching can improve learning outcomes IPA.Keywords: model quantum teaching, learning outcomes IPA

Abstract

Abstrak: Backgroun in this research were teachers still use the lecture method and assignments are give students soas to make the students guickly bored with the result that less than the maximum.It is visible symptoms on student attitudes, play in learning and less responds to a question or an explanation of from the teacher. Fot it needs to be done research of learning model two stay two stray. In this leaning students learning with two stay two stray in place group form of this research is classroom action research (PTK). This research aims to improve learning outcomes IPS of cassl IV elementary school 40 pekanbaru. The data obtained is guantitative data. The formulation of problem is”is the implementation cooperative learning model two stay two stray can improve learning outcomes IPS of class IV elementary school 40 Pekanbaru?. Quantitative data such as test results of student outcomes through repetition cycle. Increase in outcomes IPS students of the average value of basic score is 63,5 increased to 79,82 at the end of repetition cycle I with a large increased is 25,70%. The next value of average basic score 63,5 increased to 83,93 at the end of repetition cycle II with a large  increased is 32,17%. And the next value of the average basic score 63,5 increased to 89,64 at the and repetition cycle III with a large increased is 41,16%. Key word: Two  Stay Two Stray , Learning Outcomes

Abstract

: The background of this research is still low skills writing free verse Elementary School fifth grade students 015 Gunung Bungsu XIII Koto Kampar. The research problems are Is the application of cooperative learning model Think Pair Shareuntuk improve writing skills free verse SDNegeri 015 fifth grade students Gunung Bungsu XIII Koto Kampar?. This study aims to improve the skills of writing free verse Elementary School fifth grade students 015 Gunung Bungsu XIII Koto Kampar with the application of cooperative learning model Think Pair Share. This study is a Class Action Research (CAR). The subjects were students of class V Elementary School 015 Gunung Bungsu XIII Koto Kampar, amounting to 28 people. Data collection instruments in this thesis is the teacher and student activity sheets and write free verse. The results reveal that the free poetry writing skills derived from the value of the daily tests before treatment with an average of 45.84 increase in the first cycle with the average being 64.58 and increased in the second cycle increased by an average of 83.03. The activities of teachers in the learning process at the first meeting siklusI 66.66 % and the second meeting increased to 75 %. Cycle II first meeting and the second meeting of 86.11 % increase to 97.22 % The results of the data analysis of student activity on the first cycle of the first meeting with an average of 63.88 % and a second meeting increased to 72.22%. Cycle II first meeting and the second meeting of 83.33 % increase to 94.44 %. The results of the study in class V Elementary School 015 Gunung Bungsu XIII Koto Kampar prove that the implementation of cooperative learning model Think Pair Share can improve writing skills free verse Elementary School fifth grade students 015 Gunung Bungsu XIII Koto Kampar. Abstract

Abstract :This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of students in grade IV IPS Elementary School 013 Padang Sawah 2013/2014 school year. The subjects were students of SD Negeri IV class Padang sawah 013 by the number of students by 28 students. The study was a collaborative classroom action research with three cycles. Research data shows that the learning outcomes of students has increased. The research was conducted on Februari 25 2014 to Maret 29, 2014 by 3 cycles. Subjects were students of SDN 013 Padang Sawah, totaling 28 people who use the data source. The data collection instruments in this thesis is a teacher and students activities sheets and students achievement. This thesis presents the results obtained each day before the action  an improve in base score cycle with the average being 56,42. In the first cycle improve an average of 61,60 with increase big as 9,18% and an improve in the second with an average of 71,78 with increase big as 27,22%. Activities of the teacher in the learning process in cycle of 54,16 with increase big as 46,15% and the second meeting improve  to 62,5% and the second meeting improve 62,5%. Cycle II first meeting and the second meeting improve 75% to 79,16% and the second meeting impove 79,16%. In the third cycle of the first meeting and the second meeting improve 87,5% to 91,66% and the second meeting impove 95,83%. Results of data analysis of students activities in the first cycle with the first meeting of an average of 50% and a second meeting improve to 62,5% and a second meeting improve to 79,16%. At the first meeting of the second cycle with an average of 91,66% Results in the class IV at SDN 013 Padang Sawah that the implementation of cooperative learning model of Think Pair Share (TPS) can improve the student achievement of social studiesat fourth graderes SDN 013 Padang Sawah. Abstract

Abstract: The problems of this research is the low of learning process in Social studies. The low learning result was found at 4th grade of  SD Negeri 153 Pekanbaru because the teacher was lack in doing learning process and teacher also didnt apply the learning model in teaching Social. Based on the problems, the alternative way is using appropriate learning model in students encironment. Problem based learning gives students an opportunity to solve the problem and connect the learning activity in their daily life. The aims of this research is to improve the learning process and the result of Social studies score for 4th grade students of SD Negeri153 Pekanbaru. This research was classroom action research. The sample of this research was 4th grade of SD Negeri 153 Pekanbaru which the total 38 students. The result of the research can be seen in teachers mean score in 1st cycle which was 60% in Mediocare category . It improved about 10% to 70% in Good category. The 2nd cycle improved to 80% in Good then from 5% to 85% in exellentcategory. Students activity in the 1st cycle had 55% in good category of mean score improved 10% to 65% in good category. In the 2nd cycle, the mean score was 75% in good category improved 10% to 85% in excellent. Data of students acore also had the improvement before the application problem based learning only 16 students could pass the standart score (42,10%) and their mean was 64.31. The improvement in 1ts cycle was 24 students (63.15%) could pass with their mean score was 75.57. The 2nd cycle improved into 33 students (86.64%) with the mean score was 81.57. The total improvement of students score was 26.83%. According to the result, it can be concluded that hypothesis of the application problem based learning can improve the process of social learning for 4th grade students of SD Negeri 153 Pekanbaru. Abstract

ABSTRACT : The research carried out base on the lowly of the result of social subject in grade 5th SDN 163 Pekanbaru which is about 56,95 within minimal completeness criterion stated is 72. This research is classroom action reseac rh. The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of the learning process and learning outcomes IPS Va grade students of SD Negeri 163 Pekanbaru through the implementation of the strategy map concept into the learning process. Research carried out in May of the academic year 2014/2015 in 163 primary schools in the class Va Pekanbaru. The instrument used in this study is the teacher and student activity sheets as well as learning about the test results. This research data analysis techniques descriptive analysis techniques. This study presents an increase in the activity of teachers in the first cycle of teacher activity 61.25% with the good category, the second cycle increased to 75% in both categories, the third cycle increased to 86.25% with very good category. Student activity based on the results of research on the first cycle sbesar 65% in both categories, the second cycle increased to 73.75% with the good category and third cycle increased to 83.75% with very good category. Based on the research of student learning outcomes increased visits from the basic score 56.95 to 64 in the first cycle with peresentase increase of 12.38% from the base score, cycle II, the average value of 75.80 with a percentage increase of 33.09%, and the cycle III with an average of 79.90 with the percentage increase of the basic score of 40.30% increase learning outcomes IPS seen from mastery learning outcomes of students who reach the KKM is 72 on each daily tests. Results of this research indicate that the implementation of the map concept in the learning process IPS can improve the quality of the learning process and learning outcomes.
