Abstract

The network of energy which is used in this research aims to transforms the wavewidth of redray into blue ray. This has direct oblication toward temperature proceeded. This transfer (movement) of warmth can be conducted through one or three ways : conduction, convection and radiation. Oxygen as flammable material can be obtained naturally without any equipment for making it flow.

Abstract

Salah satu usaha untuk mengurangi mesin perkakas pada saat digunakan adalah dengan menyemprotkan cairan coolant (campuran air dengan oli). Disamping itu cairan coolant juga berfungsi untuk memperlambat laju korosi. Tetapi pada kenyataanya sering timbul kerusakan sebelum waktunya, sehingga umur pakai alat menjadi lebih pendek. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap cairan coolant yang dibuat dengan campuran air kran dengan oli dan campuran air murni (aquades) dengan oli, ternyata diperoleh bahwa cairan coolant yang mengandung air kran lebih cepat proses korosinya dari pada yang menggunakan air murni. Hal ini disebabkan karena air kran mengandung mineral-minerel logam yang dapat membentuk garam bila dicampur dengan oli, sehingga akan mempercepat proses perkaratan. Kemudian untuk variasi komposisi yang berbeda ternyata semakin banyak oli semakin lama proses perkaratan terjadi. Berarti penyebab korosi pada mesin perkakas selama ini karena penggunaan air kran untuk membuat cairan coolant serta komposisi pembuatan cairan coolant yang tidak tepat.

Abstract

This research grant as a realization of engineering development, due to maximizing uses of turning machine in the making process of standard thread. The method used was design and build model, and the result was a design with supporting tool model which is well tested. After this snei instrument finish builded and applied, the perfomance data showed it was better using this instrument than nothing because the efficient timing process counted by using it ensures those facts. Before using this supporting instrument  the productivity recorded 190 seconds/items on average. After applying this engineering instrument, it is recorded that the production time became 33 seconds/items on average. The final conclusion, the time efficiency reached by this instrument for each product was as big as 167 seconds or 5 times faster.

Abstract

Pembuatan alat yang digunakan di mesin skrap yang berfungsi untuk pembuatan alur spie pada lubang yang biasanya dilakukan dengan secara manual telah diteliti. Pembuatan alat atau tambahan komponen yang biasa dikerjakan dengan mesin yang ada di bengkel mekanik dengan cara: a. Alat bergerak maju mundur sesuai dengan yang diinginkan, b. Pahat dijepit dengan alat serta baut penguat, c. Kedalaman alur langsung bisa dibuat pada mesin skrap, d. Lebar dari alur tergantung dari ragum mesin tersebut.

Abstract

Scheme and making of small scale rice milling machine, have been done in machine workshop of polytechnic padang technical examination here in after have done in juli until february 2006, to know appliance perfomance at various distance interpose between peeler rubber roll with a few rotation variation. Target of this research is to yield machine prototype small scale rice milling machine, to know machine capacities, head rice and rendemen, rice broken and castle rice. Method performed within this research are manufacturing, prototype and examination of machine perfomance with perception to kibbling capacities, rendemen, and yielded rice form that is head rice, rice broken and castle rice, by spacing gap between peeler rubber rol that is 0,1, 0,3, 0,6, with variation of some activator motor rotation that is 700,800,900,1000, and 1200 rpm. The result of examination are capacities at distance interpose 0,1 mm is 120,5 kg / hour, distance interpose 0,3 mm that is 107,2 kg / hour, and distance intrpose 0,6 mm that is 80,5 kg / hour. The mean rendemen is 68,76%, 63,55%, 47,74%. And head rice, rice broken and castle rice from third apart gap of rol the rubber that is distance interpose 0,1 mm that is 71,28%, 26,1%, 1,6%, and distance interpose 0,3 mm 82,18%, 15,348%, 0,98%, and distance interpose 0,6 mm that is 94,37%, 4,98%, 0,48%.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries which have high intensity solar radiation. This is very useful in term to exploite solar radiation for drying processes. However, most drying processes are done naturally. This method has many constraints. By improvement of solar collector technology, the drying processes could be done better. Appliance draining of energy surya model cabinet of natural circulation has been made for the draining meat “dendeng”. Dry air in the dryer room was encircling naturally. Some of meat “dendeng” sunlight directly and some of them again exploited hot dry air of this dryer room collector system. Result shows that productivity draining of meat “dendeng” compared to natural draining can become dryer alternative to the make-up of result of clean and better its.

Abstract

Welding is a fabrication that joins, by meeting the workpieces and adding afiller material to form a pool of molten material (the weld pool) that cools to became a strong joint, with pressure sometimos used inconjunction with heat. Meeting the workpieces with heat leads to changes in physical and mechanical properties. The mechanical properties of steel leaf spring SUP9 before welded are: the arnés value is 424,27 BHN; Tensile strenght is 1213,75 N/mm2, and strain is 16,39 %. Once welded value change to: the harness value is rice up to 597,21 BHN; tensile strength is rise up to 1557 N/mm2, and strain is down to 9,33 % The changing in physical and mecánica properties of steel leaf springs SUP9 which influence of welding process can be recovered by heat treatment process of normalizing which is cooled the room temperatura and in the 100 celsius negrees sand. The test results of normalizing process which is cooled in the room temperatura are : The hardness value decreased from 597.21 to 515.6 BHN; The tensile strength dereased from 1557 N/mm2 to 1307 N/mm2,, and the strain increased from 9,33 % to 12.07 %. The test result of normalizing process which is cooled in the 100 degree Celsius sand are : The hardness value decreased from 597,21 to 503.19 BHN; The tensile strength decreased from 1557 N/mm2 to 1291,37 N/mm2, the strain increased from 9.54 to 13.92 %.The conclusions of this reseach is the process of normalizing process which is cooled in a. 100 celsius degree sand give the best result closed to Basic material properties leaf spring SUP9.

Abstract

Human needs with wood continues to increase with population, on the other hand Indonesia shortage of wood supply is very large. One way to overcome this is tomenyubsitusi use of wood composite board products from waste materials such as wood or non wood, sawdust, coconut coir fiber, TKS fiber, bamboo fiber, bagasse and others.Composite board manufacturing technology greatly influenced by temperature, time and pressure contained in the appliance heat felts, either the system works manually ormechanically. The use of engine heat felt so far in some studies are still in the laboratory scale, its use to make composite boards with a small size that is 30 cm x 30 cm x 1 cm, orsmaller than that size. Use of heat felts for making composite boards in large scale / commercial is still there, on the other hand the needs of composite boards by a very largecommunity. For that need to be designed and manufactured equipment in large-scale heat felt capable of making a composite board with a size 100 cm x 50 cm x 1 cm.The purpose of this research is to engineer by designing and making large-scale heat felts tools to be able to make composite boards with a size 100 cm x 50 cm x 1 cm, performtesting of equipment heat felts and testing physical and mechanical properties of composite boards. From the results obtained heat capacity of the tool clamp is theoretically 12 boards per hour. Higher order 130 cm and 145 cm wide, plate press, and top plate sized 105 cm x 55cm x 1.6 cm, bottom plate measuring 130 cm x 55 cm x 1.6 cm. The number of heating elements 18 elements, the maximum temperature reached 200 0C, which used the jacksuppressor 2 pieces with each load of 50 tons. Maximum pressure that can be done is 30 kg/cm2, thick fibers that can TKS pressed from 20 cm to 1 cm is not reached. EmphasisTKS fiber is only capable of reaching a thickness of 1.8 cm.

Abstract

Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengajarkan menulis dengan menggunakan Self Talk strategy. strategi ini dianggap penulis dapat membantu siswa dalam mmeningkatkan kemampuan menulis siswa. Dalam menggunakan Self Talk strategy guru dapat memahami kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks berdasarkan tingkatan kemampuannya.Dalam pembuatan makalah ini, penulis berpedoman sebelumnya kepada kemampuan siswa dalam pemahaman menulis yang banyak penulis temui waktu melakukan observasi disalah satu sekolah menengah atas. Disini penulis melihat siswa kurang mampu dalam menulis teks bacaan sehingga mereka sulit untuk mengeluarkan ide.Berdasarkan masalah diatas, penulis mencoba menggunakan strategi ini untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam menulis. Disini penulis menggunakan teks recount sebagai salah satu teks yang ada dalam kurikulum bahasa inggris, dan penulis mengambil teks hortatory exposition untuk kelas XI Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Untuk membantu siswa dalam menulis, penulis menggunakan Self Talk strategy.Self Talk strategy ini sangat simple apabila diaplikasikan. menggunakan strategi Self Talk ini sangat bermanfaat khususnya bagi siswa yang mempunyai kemampuan menulis yang rendah. Dengan menggunakan strategi ini siswa dapat menulis kembali apa yang pernah mereka alami secara nyata maupun yang ada dalam immaginasi.

Abstract

Based on survei result by puskesmas at 2016 from target 380 househifery obtained 201 housewifery do clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS) , and based on data obtained by public health departement (DKK) puskesmas Gulai Bancah 50,8% was doing PHBS. Purpose : the ain for this study is to known the relationship between attitude and motivation with application of clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS) in region of puskesmas Gulai Bancah Bukittinggi City 2018. Design of this study is descriptif correlation with approach of cross sectinal with 94 study sample predefined. The study used questionnaire for get information by respondent. The result of this study showed family than have good attitude (63,8%), higt motivation(69,1%) and good PHBS (60,6%. There was a relationship between attitude (P=0,002) OR= 4.442 and motivation (P=0,001) OR 4.961 with application of clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS) of housewifery in region puskesmas Gulai Bancah Bukittinggy City 2018.based on the result can be on the line that more than half housewifery have good attitude, and high motivation, and more than half housewifery have a good PHBS. The result showed that attitude and motivation have relationship wiith application of clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS). Suggest for health department can increase an effort health promotion ofapplication PHBS, so that can improve degree of community helathy.
