Abstract

Kemiri (Aleurites moluccana (L.) Willd.) is a multipurpose tree that has been cultivated widely in the world. This is a native plant species of Indo-Malaysia and was introduced to the Pacific Islands. In Indonesia, kemiri have long been planted, either for commercial or subsistence purposes to support the life of the community, especially in eastern part of Indonesia. This species can be used for various purposes, such as seeds source for planting purposes, cooking materials and medicine, while the stem woods can be used for furniture and construction. This study aimed to determine the effect of various doses of Bokashi on the growth of Kemiri (A.moluccana (L.) Willd.) seedling The research was conducted from April to June 2013, at the Permanent Nursery, Tadulako University, Palu Central Sulawesi. The experiment was laid out in a Randomized Complete Design (RCD) with four treatments, Control that received no Bokashi application (D0), Soils + Bokashi 1:1 (D1), Soils + Bokashi 2:1 (D2), Soils + Bokashi 3:1 (D3). Observation Parameters consist of seedling height increment, stem diameter increment, and increment of leaf number per plant. The results of the study showed that there were significant differences between the treatments in all the parameters assessed. Keywords : Doses, Bokashi, Growth, Aleurites moluccana (L.) Willd.

Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek dengan Pendekatan Zona Alfa dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kejuruan AkuntansiAbstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of project-based learning with alpha zone approach on the students learning outcomes in accounting vocational training. The research design uses non-randomized control group pretest-posttest design. This Research is conducted on students of SMK Buol totaling 103 students. Convinience sampling is used by using sampling or determine the experimental class and control class. Data were analyzed using T Test. The results showed that there were differences between the learning outcomes of students in the experimental class and the control class project-based learning approach is more effective than the alpha zone on project-based learning without an alpha zone. Abstract

Abstract:The research aimed to describe the difference between students’ learning outcomes in mathematics who were given STAD cooperative learning model and those who were given TSTS Cooperative Learning Model based on students’ self-efficacy. This research was conducted in SMPN 1 Ampana City by using quasi-experimental method with 2 x 3 factorial design. The cooperative learning model is divided into two factors, namely Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model and Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) cooperative learning model. The instrument used was self-efficacy questionnaire and the result of mathematics test. The data analysis used was two-way anava test analysis and t-scheffe test. Some of the research findings reveal that (1) there is the difference between mathematics learning outcomes of students given STAD model and those who were given TSTS model, (2) there is the difference between mathematics learning outcomes of students having self-efficacy (high, medium, and low), (3) there is any interaction between cooperative learning model and self-efficacy on students’ learning outcomes.KeyWords: STAD Cooperative Learning Model, TSTS Cooperative Learning Model, Self-efficacy, Students’ Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract

The ability of mathematical reflective thinking is the ability to interpret a case based on the mathematical concepts involved, can evaluate the truth of an argument, can draw analogies from two similar cases, can analyze and clarify questions and answers, can generalize, and can distinguish between relevant data and not relevant. This ability is one of the high-level thinking skills that can be optimized through integrated learning in everyday life, namely learning with Environmental Based Problem Based Learning. To find out, a quasi-experimental study was conducted which aimed to find out the improvement of mathematical reflective thinking skills in terms of the high, medium and low mathematical abilities of the group. The subject of the research was class XI in SMA Negeri 1 Cilegon which was selected by cluster random sampling in the sequence and series material. The results of the data analysis showed that the Environmental Based Problem Based Learning model was better than the expository learning in improving the achievement and improvement of students' mathematical reflective thinking skills both viewed as a whole and viewed from the initial high, medium and low mathematical abilities. Keywords: Ability Of Mathematical Reflective Thinking, Environment-Based Problem Based Learning
