Abstract

AbstrakAplikasi desktop adalah aplikasi yang berjalan lokal dalam lingkungan desktop dan hanya dapat diakses oleh pengguna desktop. Ini berbeda dengan aplikasi web yang dapat diakses dari manapun melalui jaringan. Namun tidak seperti halnya aplikasi desktop, aplikasi web yang berjalan di atas web browser tidak dapat berintegrasi dengan aplikasi desktop yang berjalan pada sisi klien.Dalam penelitian ini dibangun purwarupa framework yang diberi nama HAF (Hybrid Application Framework). HAF digunakan untuk mengembangkan dan mengeksekusi jenis aplikasi desktop baru yang diberi nama HyApp (Hybrid Application). Melalui HAF, HyApp dibangun menggunakan teknologi web dan dapat diakses secara lokal maupun melalui jaringan. Saat diakses secara lokal, walaupun dikembangkan dengan teknologi web, HyApp dapat berkomunikasi dengan aplikasi desktop lainnya. Selain itu, melalui API yang disediakan oleh HAF, HyApp akan dapat menerapkan perilaku yang berbeda berdasarkan modus pengaksesan yang dilakukannya. Kata kunci?framework, aplikasi desktop, aplikasi web    AbstractDesktop application is an application that runs locally in a desktop environment and can be accessed only by desktop users. It differs from web application which can be accessed from anywhere through networks. But unlike desktop applications, web applications cannot integrate nicely with desktop applications from where it is accessed.This research developes a prototype of framework which is named HAF (Hybrid Application Framework). HAF is used for developing and executing a new type of desktop application, named HyApp (Hybrid Application). Through HAF, HyApp is built using web technologies and can be accessed either locally or from networks. When accessed locally, even though it is built using web technologies, it still can communicate with other desktop applications. Also by using APIs provided by HAF, HyApp is capable to behave differently based on whether it is accessed locally or remotely. Keywords?framework, desktop applications, web applications

Abstract

This paper presents an approach of fuzzy multicriteria group decision making in determining alternatives to solve the selection problem of the electrician  through  a competency test.   Fuzzy approach is used to determine the highest priority of alternative electrician who has knowledge and ability that best fits the given parameters. Linguistic variables are presented by triangular fuzzy numbers. They are used to represent a subjective assessment of the decision-makers so that uncertainty and imprecision in the selection process can be minimized. Fuzzy approach require transforming crisp data to fuzzy numbers. Output of the best alternatives is generated by ranking method. Ranking has been made base on eight criteria which make the evaluation basis of each alternative. Ranking of the results is determined using different value of optimism index (?). The fuzzy multi criteria decision making (FMCDM) calculation is using the best alternative using three value of optimism index. The result of calculation shows that the same alternative reached from different index of optimism. This alternative is the highest priority of decision making process.

Abstract

AbstractInternet measurement is now essential, many different people and organizations have an interest in measuring the internet. But broadly speaking, the interest in internet measurement arises for three kinds of reason: commercially, socially, and technically. The Internet is very complex, so it is very difficult to understand. Therefore, there is a need for a framework to be proposed for the Internet measurement system which dedicated to Internet service providers and users. It is hoped the finally is not only the effectiveness factors are achieved, but the satisfaction of users of Internet services can be achieved. The discussion in this paper will be preceded by an understanding of: Internet Architecture, Internet Measurements, Network Management, Network Monitoring Tools, Real-Time System, Review of QoS, QoS monitoring, and finally the proposed internet measurement system architecture with QoS guarantees real-time system-based.Keywords: internet measurement, QoS guarantee, real-time system

Abstract

Interoperabilitas, dalam arti cara bagaimana suatu sistem yang memiliki platform perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak tertentu dapat berkomunikasi dengan sistem-sistem yang memiliki platform yang berbeda, mungkin merupakan bagian dari ‘masa lalu’. Di masa-masa yang akan datang, interoperabilitas yang selama ini ditangani secara manual oleh organisasi-organisasi/perusahaan-perusahaan akan ditangani langsung oleh vendor-vendor penyedia komputasi awan (cloud computing) yang memang memiliki sumberdaya-sumberdaya manusia (analis sistem, pemrogram, pakar jaringan), perangkat keras (komputer-komputer server yang berjumlah sangat banyak dan berkemampuan raksasa), serta perangkat lunak (sistem operasi, server aplikasi, server Web) yang memang memenuhi syarat untuk itu. Di masa yang akan datang, untuk mendapatkan layanan-layanan  (service) dan tempat penyimpanan tertentu, organisasi-organisasi/ perusahaan-perusahaan tidak perlu berinvestasi terlalu tinggi untuk menyediakannya sendiri; mereka bisa saja menyewanya dari vendor-vendor komputasi awan yang saat ini mulai bermunculan. Google dan Amazon adalah para pendahulu dari teknologi komputasi awan (cloud computing) ini. Melalui tulisan ini, kita tidak akan membahas struktur internal keduanya secara rinci, melainkan kita akan mencoba membahas kelebihan serta kekurangan kedua vendor komputasi awan ini dari sudutpandang para manajer di bidang Teknologi Informasi yang akan melakukan investasi yang bermanfaat bagi organisasi/perusahaannya.

Abstract

Business Process Management involves the graphical modeling of a business process, from which workflow software can be generated, which in turn will control the live operation of the process, interacting with both humans and other applications. This paper shows how to model  business  processes  in  JBoss  jBPM  and  use  these  models  to  generate  a  fullyfunctioning workflow application..  We use the DVD Store example to show exactly how to build  applications  based  business  process.  The  DVD  Store  is  a  simple  storefront application written using the latest JBoss technologies: EJB3, Seam and jBPM.  Keywords : BPM, business process, EJB3, Seam, jBPM.

Abstract

Grafologi merupakan ilmu pengetahuan yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kepribadian seseorang melalui tulisan tangan. Salah satu fitur khusus yang dapat digunakan adalah melalui kemiringan tulisan tangannya. Aplikasi analisis pola kemiringan tulisan tangan ini dibangun menggunakan Support Vector Machine (SVM) yang terbagi menjadi dua tahapan yaitu tahap pelatihan dan tahap pengujian. Tahap pelatihan dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data pelatihan dalam bentuk file txt, sedangkan tahap pengujian dilakukan untuk melakukan pengklasifikasian sekaligus memberikan hasil berupa identifikasi kepribadian pengguna. Masukan sistem berupa file citra tulisan tangan dengan format bitmap, yang selanjutnya dilakukan proses preprocessing dan ekstraksi fitur. Pada tahap pelatihan, file citra dikategorikan ke dalam tiga kelas yaitu kelas miring kanan, miring kiri, dan tegak, sedangkan pada tahap pengujian, file citra mengalami proses klasifikasi yang melibatkan SVM sehingga didapatkan identifikasi kepribadian pengguna. Tahap pengujian dilakukan sebanyak 5 kali menggunakan 90 data yang dilakukan dengan dua skenario. Skenario pertama menggunakan jumlah data yang sama antara data pelatihan dan pengujian, menghasilkan persentase keberhasilan dengan rata-rata 92,89%, sedangkan skenario kedua yang menggunakan jumlah data yang berbeda antara data pelatihan dan pengujian, menghasilkan persentase keberhasilan dengan rata-rata 92,44%

Abstract

In this paper, we introduce the application of R for teaching statistics descriptive subject which is usually given in the undergraduate statistics course. As an illustration, we will consider the use of R for teaching the subject frequency distribution table, both using the R-CLI and R-GUI version. The R-GUIversion used here is a part of Rplugin.SPSS which is currently under our extensive development. Rplugin.SPSS is a R Commander Plugin, which is a reorganized and an extented version of the menu of Statistics in R-Commander, a SPSS-like version menu. It can be also considered as the extended version of Rplugin.Econometrics (Rosadi, 2010). Further details and further examples can be found in Rosadi (2011,2013).

Abstract

Software quality is a key for the success in the business of information and technology. Hence, before be marketed, it needs the software quality measurement to fulfill the user requirements.  Some methods of the software quality analysis have been tested in a different perspective, and we have presented the software method in the point of view of users and experts. This study aims to map the method of software quality measurement in any models of quality. Using the method of Systematic Mapping Study, we did a searching and filtering of papers using the inclusion and exclusion criteria. 42 relevant papers have been obtained then. The result of the mapping showed that though the model of ISO SQuaRE has been widely used since the last five years and experienced the dynamics, the researchers in Indonesia still used ISO9126 until the end of 2016.The most commonly used method of the software quality measurement Method is the empirical method, and some researchers have done an AHP and Fuzzy approach in measuring the software quality.

Abstract

Schema matching is an important process in the Enterprise Information Integration (EII) which is at the level of the back end to solve the problems due to the schematic heterogeneity. This paper is a summary of preliminary result work of the model development stage as part of research on the development of models and prototype of hybrid schema matching that combines two methods, namely constraint-based and instance-based. The discussion includes a general description of the proposed models and the development of models, start from requirement analysis, data type conversion, matching mechanism, database support, constraints and instance extraction, matching and compute the similarity, preliminary result, user verification, verified result, dataset for testing, as well as the performance measurement. Based on result experiment on 36 datasets of heterogeneous RDBMS, it obtained the highest P value is 100.00% while the lowest is 71.43%; The highest R value is 100.00% while the lowest is 75.00%; and F-Measure highest value is 100.00% while the lowest is 81.48%. Unsuccessful matching on the model still happens, including use of an id attribute with data type as autoincrement; using codes that are defined in the same way but different meanings; and if encountered in common instance with the same definition but different meaning.
