Abstract

Abstract: Mother, Depression, Post-partum. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internal and external factors on the level of postpartum depression. This research method is an analytical study with cross sectional design in a normal post partum mothers with purposive sampling technique sampling consequtive Puskesmas in Klaten region South. Test statistics were used Fisher Exact, multiple logistic regression with the method of Backward LR at 95% significance level. Results showed Employment (Adjusted PR = 10.767; 95% CI: 0643-180223), which means that mothers who do not work at risk of postpartum depression of 10.7 times compared to mothers who work and support to poor families, mothers with poor family support risk of postpartum depression by 15.9 times compared to women with good family support, and the factors that proved influential on postpartum depression is a job and support the family.Keywords: Mother, depression, post partumAbstrak: Ibu, Depresi, Post partum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh factor internal dan eksternal terhadap tingkat depresi postpartum. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional pada ibu post partum normal dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive consequtive sampling diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Klaten Selatan. Uji statistika yang digunakan Fisher Exact, uji regresi logistik ganda dengan metode Backward LR pada tingkat kemaknaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pekerjaan (PR Adjusted = 10,767 ; 95 % CI: 0.643 – 180.223) yang artinya bahwa ibu yang tidak bekerja berisiko terjadinya depresi postpartum sebesar 10.7 kali dibanding ibu yang bekerja dan dukungan keluarga yang kurang baik, ibu dengan dukungan keluarga yang kurang baik berisiko terjadi depresi postpartum sebesar 15.9 kali dibanding ibu dengan dukungan keluarga yang baik, dan faktor yang terbukti berpengaruh terhadap depresi postpartum adalah pekerjaan dan dukungan keluarga.Kata kunci: Ibu, depresi, post partum

Abstract

Abstract: Provision Of Formula 100, The Toddler Nutritional Status. Malnutrition is still a serious problem in Indonesia which frequently occur in groups of children aged under five years. The incidence of malnutrition if not addressed will cause a negative effect on children, among other death and chronic infections. Number of children under five in the region Puskesmas Sukoharjo in late December 2013 as many as 4109 children, identified under five suffering from severe malnutrition as many as 32 children. This study was to determine the effect of formula 100 to the nutritional status of children in the region Puskesmas Sukoharjo. Ekspriment quasi design with the design of one group pre test post test design. Populations of all infants with malnutrition in Puskesmas Sukoharjo Sukoharjo number 32 toddlers. Purposiv Sampling Techniques number 26 toddlers. Statistical test bivariate analysis with paired sample t-test with a confidence level of 95% or a = 5%. Results of the study, the average age of a toddler 30.77 a month and 76.9% of women. Nutritional status of children before giving formula 100 wholly severe malnutrition. After administration of 100 formula, infant malnutrition status as much as 69.2% 26.9% good nutritional status and poor nutritional status 1 child (3.8%). The test results paired sample t-test showed no effect of formula 100 to the nutritional status of children in the region Puskesmas Sukoharjo (p = 0.001). In conclusion there is the influence of formula 100 to the nutritional status of children in the region Puskesmas Sukoharjo

Abstract

Abstract: The smoothness of Breastfeeding, Post Partum Blues Occurrence. The incompleteness of breast milk (ASI) is one of the problems when the mother begins to breastfeed her baby. If not addressed immediately will result in anxiety and anxiety about the mothers ability to breastfeed. If this condition is left it will continue to be post partum blues and even postpartum depression. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the smoothness of breastfeeding expenditure and postpartum blues incidence in the Trucuk II Klaten district. This research design is analytical descriptive research with cross sectional approach. The sample is normal postpartum day 3-10 at Trucuk II Klaten Health Center in May 2017 as many as 48 people, by purposive sampling. Analysis of univariate and bivariate data with chi square test correlation. Maternal breastfeeding expenditure was 93.8% in the current category. Post partum blues events were 44.2%. Statistic test results obtained p value = 0.001. There is a relationship between the smooth expenditure of breast milk with Postpartum Blues Occurrence in Trucuk II Klaten District Health Center. Keywords: The smoothness of Breastfeeding, Post Partum Blues Occurrence

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the effect of zeolite as filler in the preparation of sponge rubber for shoe insocks. During wearing period of shoes, unpleasant odor often smell for the result of sweat accumulation and their decomposition by microorganism. Besides as rubber filler, zeolit has odor adsorption function. The formula of rbber sponge could be as the following : crepe rubber 100 phr, paraffinic oil 20 phr, ZnO 10 phr, stearic acid 5 phr, MBTS 1 phr, TMTD 0.25 phr, anti-oxidant 1 phr and sulphur 2 phr. To obtain the best sponge rubber formula, some experiment was done by formulating variation of zeolite and blowing agent AZDM in the amount of 25, 50, 75 phr and 5, 10, 15 phr respectively. The vulcanization process was carried-out at temperature 140oC for minutes by compression moulding. The research showed that the best formula with high odor absorption was consist of zeolite 50 phr and blowing agent AZDM 5 phr. The sponge rubber had odor adsorption 93,47%, and the physical properties were as follow: tensile strength 2.018 N/mm2, elongation at break 251%, tear strength 1.029 N/mm2, density 0.717 g/cm3, and compression set 36.38%. Odor absorption was tested by using gas chromatography. Key words : zeolite,filler, sponge, rubber, shoe insocks. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh penggunana zeolit sebagai bahan pengisi dalam pembuatan karet sponge untuk tatakan sepatu. Pada pemakaian sepatu seringkali timbul bau tak sedap karena akumulasi keringat dan perurainnya oleh mikroorganisme. Zeolit selain sebagai bahan pengisi karet juga berfungsi sebagai peneyrap bau. Formula karet sponge terdiri atas karet krep 100 phr, minyak parafinik 20 phr, ZnO 10 phr, asam stearat 5 phr, MBTS 1 phr, TMTD 0,25 phr, anti oksidan 1 phr, belerang 2 phr. Untuk mendapatkan formula karet sponge terbaik maka peneltiian dilakukan dengan variasi bahan pengisi zeolit sebesar 25,50, 75 phr dan bahan pengembang AZDM sebesar 5, 10, 15 phr. Vulkanisasi dilakukan pada suhu 140 oC selama 10 menit dengan proses cetak tekan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa formula terbaik dengan daya serap bau tinggi terdiri atas zeolit 50 phr dan bahan pengembang 5 phr. Karet sponge mempunyai daya serap bau 93,47% dan sifat fisis sebagai berikut: tegangan putus 2,018 N/mm2, perpanjangan putus 521%, ketahanan sobek 1,029 N/mm2, bobot jenis 0,717 g/cm3, pampat tetap 36,38%. Daya serap bau diuji menggunakan gas kromatografi. Kata kunci : zeolit, bahan pngisi, karet sponge, tatakan sepatu

Abstract

Abstrak: Massage Teraphi, Depression Postpartum. Postpartum mother who did not manage to adjust to his new role may experience postpartum depression.  The prevalence of postpartum depression in the world by 13%, in Asia - Africa 25% - 60%. Postpartum depression if not handled negative impact on family health. Exhaustion after giving birth a risk factor for the postpartum depression. Action without medication to reduce postpartum fatigue is teraphi massage, when performed by personnel who are not professional long time and often it will have no effect and can cause addictive teraphi. To analyze time and frequency of massage therapy on postpartum depression. The study design was quasi-experimental one group pre and post test design, population and sample is Postpartum Mothers in the region of Klaten District Health Office, a sample of 30 people with consequtive purposive sampling techniques and criteria for inclusion - exclusion. The act of using SOP postpartum massage and Edinburgh postnatal Depression Scale to measure the postpartum depression. Analysis of statistical tests used were Wilcoxon test using Confidence Interval (CI) of 95% (α = 0.05). No significant difference between the scores of the DPP before and after massage for 2 weeks at a dose of 2X/ week duration of 30 minutes, with p = 0.001. Conclusion: there is a long effect and frequency of massage teraphi against postpartum depression

Abstract

In this research, used 5 kinds of adhesive wich has code : RU, NU, SG, PD and EK for making plastic shoes, imitation leather, and PVC battom. We made 5 pairs of men shoes of each kinds of adhesion. The total of shoes are 25 pairs, 20 pairs for adhesion test and peel test, and the other 5 pairs for fils. The best decision of adhesive is depanded on the result of the adhesion test and peel test. INTISARI Pembuatan sepatu plastic atasan kulit imitasi, sol PVC pada penelitian ini, menggunakan 5 jenis lem dengan kode : RU, NU, SG, PD, dan EK, untuk setiap jenis lem masing-masing dibuat 5 pasang sepatu pria, jadi jumlah sepatu yang dibuat adalah 25 pasang, dimana 20 pasang untuk uji kekuatan rekat lem (Adhesion Test dan Peel Test) dan 5 pasang untuk arsip. Penelitian jenis yang terbaik berdasarkan prioritas yang diperoleh dari pengamatan nilai adhesion test dan peel test dengan urutan sebagai berikut :-          Lem dengan kode RU-          Lem dengan kode NU-          Lem dengan kode SG

Abstract

Vulcanizing process of copolymer radiation with methyl methacrylate monomer 75 (per hundred parts of rubbers) of natural latex was done, and to application like adhesive for rubber shoes. This research was centered to find the influence of radiation copolymerization process of methyl methacrylate monomer, with the methods to compare the peel strength with natural latex. Natural latex was copolymer radiation processed with methyl methyl methacrylate monomer 75 (per hundred parts of rubbers), the radiation doses 5 kGy have peel strength as adhesives on rubber shoe more than natural latex, and the result fulfill the requirements of SNI. 12. 0172-1987 “Super Kanvas Umum”.  INTISARI Proses vulkanisasi secara radiasi kopolimer dengan monomer metil metakrilat 75 psk (per seratus bagian berat karet) terhadap bahan lateks alam dan lateks alam iradiasi telah dilakukan, dan digunakan sebagai lem untuk sepatu kanvas. Titik berat penelitian ini adalah mencari pengaruh proses kopolimerisasi radiasi dengan monomer metil metakrilat dengan cara membandingkan sifat kuat rekatnya dengan lateks alam. Ternyata lateks yang diradiasi kopolimer dengan monomer metil metakrilat 75 psk dengan dosis radiasi 5 kGy mempunyai sifat kuat rekat yang lebih baik dan memenuhi persyaratan standar mutu SNI. 12. 0172-1987 “Sepatu Kanvas Umum”.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to applicate irradiation natural latex as cement material for sole and foxing of convas shoes. The process of shoe manufacturing is carried out using steam vulcanization system. Shoe production is tested their cemented strenght consisting of cemented strength testing of sole to canvas, and foxing testing to canvas. The result of cemented strength of canvas shoes Li compared with sulphuric vulcanization latex LA based on SNI -12-0172-1987, Canvas shoes for general purposes, proved that cemented strength of sole to canvas shoes Li = 10.660 N/6 mm is lower compared with canvas shoes LA. Cemented strenght of foxing to canvas shoes Li = 11.892 N/6 mm is higher compared with canvas LA. Cemented strength result to all testings of canvas shoes Li fulfills specification of SNI-12-0172-1987, Canvas shoes for general purposes, in addition irradiation natural latex can be used as cemented material in shoes manufacturing. INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan lateks alam iradiasi sebagai bahan perekat untuk pemasangan sol dan foxing pada sepatu kanvas.Proses pembuatan sepatu dilakukan dengan sistim vulkanisasi uap, hasil sepatu diuji kekuatan rekatnya meliputi uji kuat rekat sol luar dengan kanvas dan uji kuat rekat foxing dengan kanvas. Nilai uji kuat rekat sepatu kanvas (Li) dibandingkan dengan nilai uji kuat rekat sepatu kanvas yang menggunakan perekat (lem) lateks alam vulkanisasi belerang (LA) dengan tolok ukur SNI-12-0172-1987, Sepatu kanvas sol luar dengan kanvas sepatu kanvas Li = 10,660 N/6 mm adalah lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan nilai kuat rekat sol luar dengan kanvas sepatu kanvas LA. Sedangkan nilai kuat rekat foxing kanvas Li = 11,892 N/6 mm adalah lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kuat rekat foxing dengan sepatu kanvas LA. Nilai kuat rekat untuk semua jenis uji sepatu kanvas Li memenuhi persyaratan SNI-12-0172-1987, Sepatu kanvas untuk umum, dengan demikian lateks alam iradiasi dapat digunakan sebagai bahan perekat (lem) pada pembuatan sepatu kanvas.

Abstract

The mushroom represent the horticulture commodity which high nutrient. In this time, in Yogyakarta have been developed of mushroom cultivation, especially in Pakem and Cangkringan Sub district, Sleman Regency. This research was aim to know the consumer preference and physic-chemical characteristic of mushroom’s chips during room temperature storage. This research was carried out in Post Harvest and Mechanical Laboratory, AIAT Yogyakarta. This research was done in two phase. The first phase done by making of mushroom’s chips using four kinds ingredient. The Random Device Complete was used as methodology research to choose the mushroom’s chips which liked consumer. As for flavor which is used as following : Treatment A ( 20 % garlic + 15 % salt to dry mushroom weight); Treatment B (20% garlic+15% salt + 0.4% jinten + 0.8% pepper to dry mushroom weight); Treatment C ( 20% garlic + 15% salt + 1.6% coriander to dry mushroom weight) and Treatment D (20% garlic + 15% salt + 40% onion + 1.6% coriander to dry mushroom weight). Sensory evaluation was examined with five hedonic scale method for color, texture, flavor, taste and for all liked to chosen the mushroom’s chips which liked by consumer. The second phase was done by making mushroom’s chips with the ingredient that liked by consumer and then were wrapped with aluminum foil and plastic bag and the were kept at room temperature during four weeks. The methodology research in this packaging and storage treatment was done by Random Device Complete with five repeated. The examination was carried out periodical for each week. During storage of mushroom’s chips was carried out of sensory evaluation and consumer acceptance with the hedonic scale method to color, texture, flavor, taste and entirety likely. Others, is also conducted by a examination periodical each week to moisture content, protein, fat, and peroxide number and also the characteristic of texture this case hardness mushroom’s chips with the Lloyd Instrument Unit. The result of this research indicate that the consumer prefer the mushroom’s chips which yielded with the gift of garlic and salt with the making expense equal to Rp. 8.515,- each 100 g of dry mushroom weight. During storage, protein content in mushroom’s chips that wrapped with two kind of package was constant, while the fat content was decrease and peroxide number was increase. But peroxide number increased in aluminum foil bag was smaller than in plastic bag. The crispy of mushroom’s chips in aluminum foil bag was 0.043 N/mm2. So the mushroom’s chips which wrapped with aluminum foil were defensible during storage.
