Abstract

Abstract: Entrepreneurship Education with Entrepreneurs Modelling. The main objective of the study was to develop a model of the entrepreneurship education programs at the universities. It includes describing; (a) the success stories of entrepreneurs in handling their business who were chosen as the model for the educational program, (b) the entrepreneurship course outline based on the chosen successfull entrepreneurs, and (c) validate the entrepreneurship course design being developed. After doing some try-outs, the course outline and materials were revised. The implementation of the model has shown significant increase in the tendency of the students to develop their entrepreneursip after they take the respective course using the model. Abstrak: Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dengan Pemodelan Wirausaha. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model pendidikan kewirausahaan di universitas yang mencakup; (a) kisah sukses wirausaha dalam menangani bisnis mereka yang dipilih sebagai model untuk program pendidikan, (b) silabus kewirausahaan berdasarkan wirausaha sukses yang dipilih, dan (c) memvalidasi desain program kewirausa­haan yang sedang dikembangkan. Setelah melakukan beberapa try-out, garis besar program pembelajaran/ kurikulum, silabus dan instrumen pembelajaran direvisi. Model pendidikan ini telah terbukti meningkatkan kemauan belajar KWU yang signifikan yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya kecenderungan berwirausaha mahasiswa lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada saat sebelum mengikuti kuliah atau belajar KWU di Univer­sitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are for knowing : 1) Organizational culture in Indonesian Red Cross Surakarta Region. (2) Inhibitor factor in building organizational culture in Indonesian Red Cross Surakarta Region. (3) Efforts for handling the problem in Organizational Culture in Indonesian Red Cross Surakarta Region. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive methods, case study approximation. The research strategy is single research strategy. The source of data came from informan, time and place, documents, and archive. Sampling technique that we use is Purposive Sampling and Snowball Sampling. Collecting Data are from interview, observation, and documents analysis. Data validity technique that we use are triangle data and triangle methods. Data analysis technique that we use are interactive analysis technique start from collecting data, reducing data, perform data, and conclusion. Research procedure consist of preparation step, excecution step and primary data analysis, final data analysis, conclusion, making a report, and copying reports. The conclusion of this research are: Indonesian Red Cross Surakarta  Region have culture organization that are professional, perceptive and loved by people. (1) There are many way to build organizational culture in Red Cross Surakarta Region. That are (a) The person who can be a center (b) education and training for Human resources (c) regular meeting once two weeks. (2) Inhibitor factor to build organizational culture in Indonesian Red Cross Surakarta  Region are : (a) Individual person (b) there just a few media to sosialize organization vision, mission, and main purpose (3) The efforts to build organizational culture in indonesian Red Cross Surakarta Region . Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain: 1) the influence of several characteristics that influence entrepreneurial success entrepreneurship, 2) factors characteristic of the entrepreneurial spirit among some of the most dominant influence entrepreneurial success, and 3) the influence of the characteristics of the entrepreneurial spirit of the most dominant influence on the success of entrepreneurship in vocational graduates Purworejo.This research is quantitative research methods that ex-post facto research is correlational (correlation studies). The study population was all vocational school graduates in the district that are categorized Purworedjo has become a successful entrepreneur. The sample was 60 alumni population taken by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires (questionnaire). Techniques of data analysis performed by factor analysis and multiple linear regression.The results of this study are as follows: 1) the characteristics of the entrepreneurial spirit shown to have a high impact on the success of entrepreneurship, 2) the dominant factor affecting the success of entrepreneurship in having a clear vision and purpose, confidence (self-confidence), and has the soul of a leader, 3) vision and goals positive and significant impact on the success of entrepreneurship, self-confidence and a significant negative effect on the success of entrepreneurship, soul leader, and a significant positive effect on the success of entrepreneurship.Keywords:Characteristics of the Spirit of Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship             Success, Factor Analysis, Principal Component Analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) to determine differences in the effect of the Problem Based Learning Model-aided internet on economic achievement (2) to determine differences in the effect of high motivation, middle motivation and low motivation on economic achievement (3) to determine interaction effects of motivation and models of instruction on learning and economic achievement. The population were students MA Bany Khozin Jember. Sampling by simple random sampling technique. The study sample consisted of  72 students.Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that: (1) There are significant differences model of problem-based learning and internet-assisted learning varied lectures on learning achievement of economic, in terms of motivation to learn in MA Bany Khozin Jember is based on the significant value of 0.041 learning model <0.05. (2) There are significant differences learning motivation high and low learning motivation toward achievement of economic study in MA Bany Khozin Jember based on a calculation that is based on the motivation to learn the significance of 0.034 <0.05. (3) There is interaction effect between the use of PBL learning model and conventional with students motivation on student achievement MA Economics subjects Bany Khozin Jember is based on the significant value of 0.45 <0.05.Keywords: Problem Based Learning, internet, motivation and achievement

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) to determine differences in the effect of the Creative Problem Solving Model-aided learning interactive CD and Student Teams Achievement Division on accounting achievement (2) to determine differences in the effect of high motivation and low motivation on accounting achievement (3) to determine interaction effects of motivation and models of instruction on learning and accounting achievement. The population were students of vocational high school in Blora. Sampling by cluster random sampling technique. The study sample consisted of 95 students.Based on the analysis of data, it can be concluded that: (1) there are differences in the effect of the learning model of CPS assisted interactive CD and STAD on achievement of accounting (cognitive achievement of Fo at 9.932 > Ft 2.70), (affective achievement Fo amounted to 5.839 > Ft 2.70), (psychomotor achievement of Fo at 5.095 > Ft 2.70) (2) there are differences in the effect of high motivation and low motivation on achievement of accounting (cognitive achievement of Fo at 4.126 > Ft 2.70), (results affective learning Fo of 5.689 > Ft 2.70), (psychomotor achievement of Fo by 5.723 > Ft 2.70) (3) there was an interaction effect of models of learning and motivation on achievement of accounting (cognitive achievement of Fo at 4.136 > Ft 2.70), (affective achievement of Fo at 4.341 > Ft 2.70), (psychomotor achievement of Fo at 4.570 > Ft 2.70). Keywords: creative problem solving aided interactive CD, learning motivation and  learning achievement

PENGARUH KOLABORASI PBL DENGAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PADA PEMBELAJARAN EKONOMI KELAS X SMA KARTIKATAMA METRO LAMPUNG

Abstract

This study aims to find out : (1) students learning outcome before the collaboration of PBL instractional model and STAD cooperative instructional model being applied for 10th grade students of SMA Kartikatama Metro ;(2)  students learning outcome after the application of the method and technique;(3) the influence of collaboration application of PBL instructional model and STAD cooperatice instructional model.  This was quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design.  Application of PBL teaching method collaborated with STAD cooperative instructional model is able to improve students learning outcome and give significant influence towards the improvement of students learning outcome at economics subject.  Compared to the class X-A of social program that only applies PBL instructional model, class X-D is better in case of learning outcome improvement. Given that the result of pre-test, class X-A and X-D get 46.3 and 51.4 respectively. Those two scores are categorized into less than or far from the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KBM) by 75.  But, after the implementation of PBL instructional model and STAD cooperative instructional model, outcome learning rises.  The result of learnig outcome of those two classes shows that class X-A gets 68.04 while class X-D gets 80.  Those two learning outcomes indicate a significant difference on students learning outcome in economics subject.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Strategi pembelajaran concept map diduga merupakan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dengan prestasi belajar dan tipologi belajar sebagai variabel moderator  dalam hubungan kasual strategi pembelajaran concept map dengan prestasi belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) seberapa besar pengaruh strategi pembelajaran Concept Map terhadap prestasi belajar Dasar Akuntansi Keuangan II. (2) seberapa kuat tipologi belajar memoderasi terhadap hubungan kausal strategi pembelajaran Concept Map terhadap prestasi belajar Dasar Akuntansi Keuangan II.Metode: Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester III Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi FKIP UMS Tahun Akdemik 2012/2013. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara quota random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, dokumentasi, tes dan angket. Data diperoleh melalui observasi untuk prestasi belajar afektif dan psikomotorik, angket untuk strategi pembelajaran concept map dan tipologi belajar, tes untuk menilai prestasi belajar dasar akuntansi keuangan II.Hasil: Pengujian Hipotesis menggunakan SEM dengan Program LISREL 8.8. diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) strategi pembelajaran Concept Map berpengaruh sangat kuat terhadap prestasi belajar Dasar Akuntansi Keuangan II. (2) tipologi belajar memoderasi sangat besar terhadap hubungan kausal strategi pembelajaran Concept Map terhadap prestasi belajar Dasar Akuntansi Keuangan II.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman siswa SMK dalam mengimplementasikan model “GEPPRAK” dalam pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Fokus penelitian pada bagaimana siswa menginternalisasi nilai-nilai karakter, aspek soft skills dan transferable skills dalam pembelajaran Kewirausahaan sehingga siswa berminat untuk berwirausaha, Pendekatan penelitian adalah kualitatif fenomenologis. Orientasi penelitian untuk memahami, menggali, dan menafsirkan arti dari peristiwa-peristiwa, fenomena-fenomena dan hubungan  dengan orang-orang secara alamiah dalam situasi tertentu, selama proses pembelajaran  kewirausahaan. Data  terkumpul melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi dideskripsikan apa adanya. Pendapat siswa, guru, perilaku, sikap, minat, keterampilan, kelemahan, merupakan bagian yang penting untuk memberikan masukan terhadap perbaikan pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa antusiasme siswa tinggi, ditunjukkan dengan aktivitas dalam lima tahapan, project kewirausahaan dimulai dari (1) Grup (kelompok) kecil ,(2) Eksplorasi ,(3) Pengembangan ide usaha, (4) Penyusunan dan Presentasi rencana usaha, (5)Aksi dan Kompetisi usaha, berjalan dengan lancar dan berhasil meng internalisasi 3 nilai karakter dan 5 soft skills-transferable skills dengan skor tinggi sebanyak 68% dan skor sedang 32%. Semua produk terjual habis dan  beberapa produk sudah menerima pesanan, hal ini menunjukkan indikasi tumbuhnya minat berwirausaha.Kata kunci: kewirausahaan, nilai-nilai karakter, soft skills- transferable skills “GEPPRAK” MODEL IMPLEMENTATION IN ENTREPRENEURIAL LEARNING TO INCREASE ENTREPRENEURSHIP INTENTION IN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLSAbstractThe purpose of this study to explore the experience of students SMK in implementing the model "GEPPRAK" in entrepreneurial learning. The focus of research on how students internalize the values of character, aspects of soft skills and transferable skills in entrepreneurship learning so that students interested in entrepreneurship, a qualitative research approach is phenomenological. Orientation research to understand, explore and interpret the meaning of events, phenomena and relationships with people naturally in certain situations, during the process of entrepreneurial learning. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation described what it is. Opinions of students, teachers, behavior, attitudes, interests, skills, weaknesses, an important part to provide input to the improvement of entrepreneurial learning. The findings indicate that students enthusiasm is high, indicated by activity in five stages, starting an entrepreneurial project of (1) Groups (group) is small, (2)Exploration, (3) Development of business ideas, (4) preparation and presentation of business plans, (5) Actions and Competitions business runs smoothly and successfully upgrade internalization of three grades of character and five soft skills-transferable skills with high scores as much as 68% and the fair score was 32%. All products sold out and some products are already taking orders, this indication of the growing interest in entrepreneurship.Keywords: entrepreneurship, the values of character, soft skills - transferable skills

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) menguji efektivitas prototipemodel laboratorium entrepreneurship terpadu di Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi melalui uji coba secara terbatas; (2) melakukan evaluasi dan revisi model; (3) uji coba secara lebih luas, model yang disarankan bagi upaya pengembangan ke depan. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan research and development dengan dua tahapan penelitian. Pada tahap pertama telah dilakukan studi eksplorasi dan membuat prototipe model praktik kewirausahaan terpadu. Hasil penelitian tahap kedua adalah (1) uji coba rancangan model pada kelompok terbatas efektif ditunjukkan dengan kreativitas dan antusiasme serta keberhasilan tiga kelompok uji coba dalam menghasilkan dan menjual produk usaha. (2) Dari hasil evaluasi dan revisi, prototipe model pembelajaran praktik entrepreneurship terpadu dan model laboratorium entrepreneurship terpadu layak digunakan, revisi hanya pada teknis pelaksanaan. (3) Hasil uji coba model secara lebih luas, secara keseluruhan menyatakan model laboratorium entrepreneurship layak untuk digunakan dan diusulkan untuk dilaksanakan di Prodi pendidikan Ekonomi, PIPS, FKIP, UNS. Development of web-based interactive multimedia for human resource management learning in vocational high schools

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the feasibility and the effectiveness of web-based interactive multimedia called EMMASY. This multimedia was developed for learning automation of the personnel administration in vocational high schools. The type of this research is a research and development using the design of learning multimedia development from Alessi and Trollip which includes planning, design, and development. At the development stage, alpha test was conducted by the experts of media and materials to determine the feasibility followed by beta test by the users to find out the usefulness and summative test to find out the effectiveness. In summative test, the sampling technique was purposive. The data of Interviews and observation were analysed descriptive-qualitatively while the data of questionnaire and tests were analysed descriptive-quantitatively. The results showed that EMMASY is very feasible as a learning multimedia with the media-experts score of 93.12% and the material-experts score of 93.75%. The result of the usability test showed a score of 79.6% with feasible category. The result of summative test using independent samples t-test showed t-test significance value of 0.008 less than 0.05. In addition, tobs > ttable (9.009 > 2.048) meaning that there is significant mean score difference of the students knowledge in experimental and control classes; so EMMASY is considered effective to improve students understanding of human-resource-management materials.
