Abstract

Sutomo, Murni, Rahmat, An internal combustion process of fuel will works effectively if the fuel’s density and viscosity is lower so we would like to use a heater in order to decrease the density and viscosity of the fuel. Based on this condition, we would like to use an electrolizer and a diesel engine to improve the fuel consumption. Electrolizer will increases the gas reaction so we hope that fuel consumption rate will decrease. The result of this research is the effective temperature of fuel is 50oC – 60oC will produce the effective combustion. The fuel consumption decreased in 6 kW is 0.12 lt/kWH. Abstract

Research is done to analyze coconut branch fiber as car body composite. Analyzing is based onmaterial, composition, and strength of material. Research was done in laboratory. Coconut branchfiber is obtained by natural drying process and cutting to become fiber with ±0,5 mm of length.Reinforcement and binder is determined polyester resin. Coir (coconut fiber) have 1.15 kg/m3 ofdensity, 1.15 MPa of strength dan modulus elastisitas 4 – 6 GPa. And based on specimen and studyof literatures can show that increase of cellulose of natural fiber will increase modulus of elasticity.The Increasing of modulus of elasticity will be maximal with cellulose more than 60%. Color ofspecimen is transparent yellow.

Abstract

The imperfect combustion process will be a problem in the development effort of diesel engine’s performance.Nonhomogen air–fuel mixing process is one of the factors which cause the imperfect combustion.By heating upthe diesel solar up to a certain temperature before it goes through the high pressure injection pump will lowerits density and viscosity. Therefore, when injected in the combustion chamber, it will formed smaller droplets offuel spray which result in a more homogenious air–fuel mixture. Also by using higher temperature will make thediesel fuel easier to ignite in order to compensate the limited time which is available in high speed operatingconditions. Diesel engine Dong Feng 1 cylinder direct injection at constant speed was used in this research. Thefuel used are solar with temperature variations in the range from 30oC to 70oC . The best thermal efficiency forsolar fuel is 30 % at 60oC with 28 % BSFC. In this condition, the fuel consumption was decreased 4 % bycomparing with that at 30oC.

Abstract

Therefore, when injected in thecombustion chamber, it will formed smaller droplets of fuel spray which result in a morehomogenious air–fuel mixture. Also by using higher temperature will make the diesel fuel easier toignite in order to compensate the limited time which is available in high speed operating conditions.Diesel engine Dong Feng 1 cylinder direct injection at constant speed was used in this research. Thefuel used are biodiesel with temperature variations in the range from 33oC to 90oC . The best thermalefficiency for biodiesel fuel is 25.3 % at 70oC with 28 % BSFC. In this condition, the fuelconsumption was decreased 8 % by comparing with that at 33oC.

Abstract

Sutomo, Murni, Senen, Rahmat, Electrolyzer is development of a electrolysis technology to produce HHO gas, or Brown’s gas. Diesel engine use solar (diesel oil) as combustion’s material to produce thermal energy and oxidation and will be changed to mechanic energy. The base product of thermal energy by oxidation diesel oil, is would like to use electrolyzer to produce HHO and insert to the fuel combustion. Because HHO is a reactive gas, so in our research we hopeful will increase the thermal energy in combustion process and decrease the diesel oil consumption. The result of this research is the BSFC (Brake Shat Fuel Consumption) will decrease 2.5% up to 3.2%.   Key word: electrolyzer, diesel engine, BSFC

Abstract

The salt moulder groups "Muji Rahayu" have a mission for drummed up salt moulders by are very limited, by process technology conventionally. The result of production is salt_powder  which is a gunny_pack then on sale at the prince of low. If it is soled in salt_moulder, the price will increase. Salt moulder form of Instrumentation which it is has incereased quality and sale at the prince salt iodized consumption. However, at the employe moulder machine which is continue, the machine has trouble because it is always related to salt which have a character is corrosive. Therefore, it needs to have a salt_moulder which is simple and easy to be operated by salt-farmer moreover the price is cheap. The salt moulder will work by mechanic and aplication style. Because of the caracter of salt which corrosive, so the contraction which related to salt is made by stainless steel. Abstract

Permasalahan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  minimnya  perlindungan  hukum  dalam  bentuk  peraturan perundangan berbagai kearifan lokal masyarakat Madura khususnya di Bangkalan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menginventarisir potensi berbagai kategori pengetahuan tradisional dan usaha yang dilakukan olehDPRD untuk membentuk perangkat hukum sebagai bentuk perlindungan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris dengan metode observasi pada fakta di lokasi penelitian yang meliputi 18 Kecamatan di Kabupaten Bangkalan. Informan kunci dari penelitian ini adalah pihak-pihak yang terlibat langsung dalamkegiatan yang berhubungan dengan pengetahuan Tradisional Madura  yang berada di Bangkalan.  Hasil inventarisir Pengetahuan Tradisional di Kabupaten Bangkalan antara lain berupa pengetahuan agrikultural, resep makanan dan ramuan/jamu tradisional, manufaktur, ekspresi budaya dan pengelolaan lingkungan. DPRD Bangkalan dalam hal ini telah memasukkan materi traditional kwowledge dalam prolegda yaitu membentuk Peraturan daerah yang berorientasi pada perlindungan terhadap kearifan lokal yang bersumber dari Pengetahuan Tradisonal dengan tetap memperhatikan asas-asas dalam Undang-Undang nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-undangan dan fungsinya sebagai legislator di daerah.
