Abstract

Pendapatan Asli Daerah dari retribusi daerah yang termasuk didalamnya retribusi terminal diatur dalam Pasal 180 ayat (1) huruf b Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2006 tentang Pemerintahan Aceh, Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2009 tentang Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah,  dan Pasal 285 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah. Dengan demikian timbul permasalahan yang perlu dikaji bagaimanakah penentuan target penerimaan retribusi terminal, apakah pemungutan retribusi terminal sudah efektif, dan Apakah pungutan retribusi terminal dapat dipertahankan.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui penentuan target penerimaan retribusi terminal, apakah pemungutan retribusi terminal sudah efektif, dan untuk mengetahui pungutan retribusi terminal apa perlu dipertahankan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan  retribusi terminal dari tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2016 dinilai masih kurang efektif,  Proses penentuan target termuat dalam setiap Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah (RPJM) Kabupaten/Kota yang merupakan Dokumen perencanaan yaitu meliputi Rencana Strategis, Rencana Kerja dan Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran. Retribusi terminal perlu dipertahankan oleh setiap Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota karena menjadi prospek yang positif, khususnya di Wilayah Aceh yang Penghasilan Asli Daerah masih sangat rendah. Disarankan kepada Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota untuk lebih serius dalam mengelola retribusi terminal, untuk bertindak tegas kepada para supir yang tidak membayar retribusi , dan disarankan kepada petugas agar melakukan pengutipan sesuai dengan prosedur sehingga tidak menimbulkan kebocoran pemasukan.The original Area of levy income areas including retribution terminal is set in article 180 Paragraph (1) letter b Act No. 11 Year 2006 about the Aceh Government Act, Act No. 28 Year 2009 about local tax and Regional Levies, and article 285 Paragraph (1) Act No. 23 Year 2014 about Local Governance. Thus arising, problems that need to be examined, How is the determination of target acceptance levy terminal, whether the voting terminal already levy effective, and whether the charges retribution terminal can be maintained. The purpose of research to determine whether ballots already terminal levy effective, How is the determination of target acceptance levy terminal, and whether the charges retribution terminal can be maintained. The method of research used empirical juridical research. The results showed that the management of the terminal from the year 2014 levy up to the year 2016 assessed less effective, The process of determining the targets contained in the medium-term Development Plan (RPJM) District/City which is a planning document that is covering the strategic plan, Work plan and activity plan and budget. Levy terminal that until recently was indeed need to be maintained by each County Government/city due to be positive prospects, particularly in the area of Aceh that was in fact the original Regional Income is still very low. It is recommended to the District/City Governments for more serious in managing the terminal retribution, to act firmly to the transport driver, and recommended for officers who perform excerpts real retribution should the charges be done appropriately, in terms of the correct procedure done with, so as not to cause leakage of infusion.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research aims to find justified theories with regard to the governance regulation in the field of forestry based on local autonomy as regulated in the Constitution 1945, find out law protection towards the usage of forest resources in the context of the autonomy and to  obtain the concept of law regarding the protection of forest resources in the regulation of local autonomy. This is normative law research by applying historic and comparative legal research pointing at secondary data obtained from library research supported by primary data gathered from field research. This research is categorized as descriptive analysis research. The oblained data are analysed as juridical qualitative. The findings show that the regulation of forest resources has included te principles in accordance with sustainable development concept but it does not mean that the function of law as an engineering tool has been compatible with the purpose of the forestry management due to many evidences of deforestation. Practically, there is a conflict between central government and local government in therm of the authority of forest management, a lot deforestation causes forest amage in Indonesia, those facts show that the regulation regarding the authority of forest management ini the context of local autonomy implementation has not been able to protect the natural resources yet. The constraints faced are the law violations, lock of society participation in mking decision, collusion or conspiracy between businessman and bureacrats and security and lack of law enforcement. Forest Protection in the Local Autonomy Implementation

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The Province of Aceh has wide forest area which is potential for forest carbon trade in international market. However, incomplateness of legal bases for carbon trade which is consistant to wide-special  Aceh autonomy and sincron and harmonis with Indonesian national law may create abstracles in utilizing that opportunities. This research is aimed at providing input to Government of Aceh in selecting alternative precise legal entities and regulating Aceh forest carbon trade in international market. In this research the combination of normative, comperative, and social-legal research approaches, to answer legal issues as research questions. The finding shows that is utilized proper implementing legal entities for Aceh forest carbon trade in international market is that which can combine various elements and interests of right holders and stakeholders. Combination of government, componies and civil society will  strengthen synergicity and strengths in performing activities. Regulating Aceh forest carbon trade can be implemented in form of specific Qanun Aceh or as a part of contents of Qanun Aceh on Forestry and/or in governatorial decree, as implementing regulation which is already directed by related Qanun Aceh. Abstract

ABSTRAK. Perekonomian kuat membutuhkan lembaga keuangan yang aman untuk melakukan berbagai aktivitas keuangan. Salah satunya dengan menggunakan elektronik banking atau lebih dikenal dengan internet banking yaitu pelayanan jasa bank yang memungkinkan nasabah memperoleh informasi, melakukan komunikasi dan transaksi perbankan, dengan cepat, serta dapat dilakukan dimana saja dan kapan saja. Transaksi internet banking juga dapat menimbulkan beberapa risiko, pasal 1 ayat (2) Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor 5/8/PBI/2003 tentang Penerapan Managemen Risiko bagi Bank Umum, yang menyebutkan bahwa risiko adanya potensi terjadinya peristiwa yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian, seperti risiko yang dialami oleh nasabah PT. BNIS dan PT. BCA. Merujuk Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor 10/10PBI/2008 tentang Penyelesaian Pengaduan, nasabah yang mengalami kerugian dapat mengajukan pengaduan ke bank. Perlindungan nababah dari segi hukum belum ada aturan terinci tentang internet banking, maka pihak bank melakukan perjanjian standar yang dibuat oleh pihak bank, perjanjian tersebut lebih mengutamakan kewajiban daripada hak nasabah. Responsibility to Customers Who Experience Bank Losses in The Use of Electronic Banking ABSTRACT. The strong development economy requires a bank as a financial institution that is safe for undertaking various financial activities.The positive impact of developments on financial services is the use of e-bankingis also known as internet banking is the bank services that enable customers to obtain information, communicate and conduct banking transactions through the internet, quickly, can be done anywhere and anytime. Internet banking transactions can also pose some risk, Article 1, paragraph (2) of Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 5/8/PBI/2003 on the Application of Risk Management for Commercial Bank said that the risk is the potential for the occurrence of an event  that can cause harm. Risks experienced by customers of PT. BNIS and PT. BCA. According to the Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 10/10/PBI/2008 on the Settlement of customer complaints,customers who suffered the financial  losses can lodge a complaint by means of submitting a complaint to the bank. The protection from a legal perspective rule has no detail rules yet about internet banking so bank makes initiave on internet banking terms and condition.The agreement prioritize customer client obligations rather than rights.

Abstract

Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak menyatakan anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum selanjutnya disebut anak yang telah berumur 12 (dua belas) tahun, tetapi belum berumur 18 (delapan belas) tahun yang diduga melakukan tindak pidana. Maka dilihat dari usia anak tersebut haruslah mendapatkan perlakuan yang khusus terhadap anak yang melakukan tidak pidana. Sebagaimana dalamUndang-Undang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak disebutkan bahwa hakim wajib mengupayakan diversi paling lama 7 (tujuh) hari setelah ditetapkan oleh ketua pengadilan negeri sebagai hakim.Padadasarnya konsep pertanggungjawaban dari sebuah perbuatan pidana adalah ditanggung oleh pelakunya tanpa membebani pihak lain yang turut bertanggungjawab, namun dalam hal penyelesaian tindak pidana harus melibatkan pelaku, korban, keluarga pelaku/korban, dan pihak lain yang terkait, sehingga terdapat perluasan konsep pertanggungjawaban pidana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan mengkaji sejauh mana orang tua dapat dimintai pertanggungjawaban terhadap tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh anak dan konsep pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap orang tua dalam tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh anak dan apakah ada hubungan antara diversi dengan pertanggungjawaban terhadap orang tua. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian yuridis normatif dengan penelitian hukum kepustakaan.The Act Number 11, 2012 on the Juvenile Justice System state that a child who is in conflictwith the law hereinafter called as a child who ages 12 (twelve) years old, but not yet 18 (eightteen) year of age alleged to have committed a crime. Therefore, it is seen from the age of the child it should be treated specifically for youth offenders, it can be seen from the obligation for the judge to conduct a diversion for the child’s case. As mention in the The Act on Juvenile Justice System that the judge is obliged to conduct a diversion for a maximum of 7 (seven) days after being stipulated by the head of the district court sitting as a judge. Basically, the concept of criminal liability from the criminal act is borne by its perpetrator without burdening the other party responsible, but in the case of the settlement of the crime must involve the perpetrator, the victim, the family of the perpetrator or victim, and other related parties, and hence there is an extension of the concept of criminal liability. This research aims to explain and explore to which extent parents could be held liable for crimes committed by juvenile and the concept of criminal liability of parents towards crimes committed by their childrenand whether there is a relationship between diversion with responsibility to parents.This is doctrinal legal research or library research.

ABSTRAKVERY AFRIZAL,     2017               PROSES SOSIALISASI NILAI-NILAI POLITIK DALAM KELUARGA DI GAMPONG KULU KUTA KECAMATAN KUTA BLANG KABUPATEN BIREUEN  Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Syiah Kuala (ix,72), pp., bibl., app.(Dr. Mujibussalim, SH, M.Hum) Sosialisasi nilai-nilai politik adalah proses pembentukan sikap dan orientasi politik para  amggota masyarakat. Melalui proses sosialisasi nilai-nilai ini para anggota masyarakat akan memperoleh sikap dan orientasi terhadap kehidupan piolitik. Sosialisasi politik melibatkan proses pendidikan dan indoktrinisasi.  Proses ini berlangsung seumur hidup baik yang diperoleh secara sengaja melalui pendidikan formal, non formal maupun informal maupun secara tidak sengaja melalui kontak dan pengalaman sehari-harI, salah satunya melalui keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk peran orang tua sebagai agen sosialisasi nilai-nilai politik dalam keluarga dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan sosialisasi politik bagi remaja di Gampong Kulu Kuta Kecamatan Kuta Blang Kabupaten Bireuen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan orang tua merupakan agen primer dalam melakukan sosialisasi nilai-nilai politik dan telah dilakukan sejak usia dini. Melalui interaksi sosial yang terjadi antara orang tua dan anak dapat membantu anak dalam membentuk kepribadian dan dapat membantu anak belajar nilai-nilai politik yang baik. Disamping itu, terdapat peran agen atau melalui media, baik media elektronik seperti televisi, radio, dan hp maupun media cetak seperti koran dan spanduk dalam proses sosialisasi nilai-nilai politik. Terdapat beberapa hambatan dalam melakukan sosialisasi nilai-nilai politik seperti adanya dogma yang menyatakan bahwa anak-anak yang belum dewasa tidak berhak ikut campur urusan politik yang diperoleh anak dari lingkungan sekitar, namun tidak dominan, kemudian perbedaan pendapat dalam keluarga misalnya perbedaan pendapat dalam penentuan kriteria calon pemimpin. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi nilai-nilai penting untuk dilakukan dalam lingkungan keluarga sebagai tempat pertama remaja mendapatkan pendidikan. Hum) Socialization of political values is the process of forming attitudes and political orientation of the society member. Through the process of socialization of these values community members will acquire the attitude and orientation towards politics life. Political socialization involves a process of education and of understanding. This process either intentionally acquired through formal education, non-formal and informal or accidentally by contact and daily experience, one of them by family. The purpose of this study was to the role of parents as agents of socialization of political values in the family and the factors that influence the success of political socialization for teenagers in Gampong Kulu district of Kuta Blang in Bireuen district. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were used field research and library research. The results of this study show parents are the primary agents in socializing the political values and has done since an early age. Through social interaction that occurs between parents and children can help children in shaping the personality and can help children learn the values of good politics. In addition, there is the role of agents or through the media, both electronic media such as television, radio, and phone and print media such as newspapers and banners in the process of socialization of political values. There are several obstacles to disseminate political values such as the dogma which states that children who are minors are not entitled to interfere political affairs obtained children from the neighborhood, then the dissent in the family such a difference of opinion in determining the criteria potential leaders. The conclusion showed that the socialization of values important to be done within the family as a teenager to get an education first. Then all the obstacles that occur in the process of socialization of political values can be overcome by the parents either through discussion and give good exemplary of the political and social life.Keywords: Socialization, Political Values, Family

Abstract

ABSTRAK Partisipasi politk perempuan di parlemen Kabupaten Pidie Jaya, pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian terdiri dari dua hal, yaitu: bagaimana partisipasi perempuan untuk menjadi anggota di parlemen kabupaten pidie jaya dan bagaimana pengaruh terhadap partisipasi poltik perempuan di parlemen di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetehui pastisipasi perempuan untuk menajadi anggota di parlemen kabupaten Pidie Jaya dan mengetahui pengaruh terhadap partisipasi politik perempuan di parlemen di kabupaten pidie jaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitiaan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan politisi perempuan di Parlemen menjadi sangat penting, dimana partisipasi dan representasi perempuan dalam politik merupakan sebuah keharusan dari perspektif hak asasi manusia, karena lebih dari setengah penduduk dunia adalah perempuan. Ada tiga faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi perempuan di parlemen Kabupaten Pidie Jaya, pertama, faktor budaya yang ditumbuh kembangkan yang cenderung berpengaruh negatif terhadap partisipasi perempuan didunia politik. Kedua, tingkat pendidikan dan keterampilan perempuan. Ketiga, sistem pemilu dan sistem kuota di  Kabupaten Pidie Jaya belum memenuhi kuota30% sesuai dengan ketentuan UU Pemilu. Ini bisa dilihat dari jumlah anggota legislatif di kabupaten Pidie Jaya yang 1 orang dari 25 kursi yang di sediakan atau hanya 4%. Satu orang anggota legislatif perempuan tersebut adalah Juraida, S.Pd dari Partai Aceh. meski hanya sendiri sebagai anggota DPRK, Juraida, S.Pd akan tetap memperjuangkan kepentingan perempuan dan anak di kabupaten di Pidie Jaya. Juraida juga memperkuat dan mendukung lembaga PD2TP2A , dan mendorong lembaga tersebut lebih aktif dalam pemberdayaan perempuan dan anak, serta memperjuangkan anggarannya dan juga mengawasi lembaga tersebut. Kata Kunci: Partispasi politk, Perilaku Politik Political Participation of Women In Parliament of Pidie Jaya Regency 2014-2019 ABSTRACT The political participation of women in Parliament of Pidie Jaya regency, the purpose of this research consists of two things, firstly, how the participation of women to become members in parliament of Pidie Jaya regency and secondly, how the influence of women political participation in parliament of Pidie Jaya Regency.The purpose of this study was to determine the participation of women to become members of the Pidie Jaya regency parliament and to know the effect on womens political participation in parliament in Pidie Jaya regency. The research method used is qualitative research method with descriptive approach.The results show that the presence of women politicians in Parliament becomes very important, where the participation and representation of women in politics is a necessity from the perspective of human rights, because more than half the worlds population is women.There are three factors that influence the participation of women in parliament of Pidie Jaya Regency. Firstly, the political culture factor that developed here is tends to minimize the affect the women participation in political domain. Second, the level of education and skills of women.Third, the electoral system and quota system of Pidie Jaya Regency has not fulfilled of 30% in accordance with the provisions of the election law. in Pidie Jaya regency. Which only 1 person from 25 that provided. It means only 4% of member of Parliament. She is Juraida, S.Pd from Partai Aceh. Although only her in Parliament, she will continue to fight for the right of women and children in regency of Pidie Jaya. She also strengthens and supports the PD2TP2A institution, and encourages that institution to be more active in empowering women and children, as well as fighting for its budget and thencontrol over that institution. Keywords: Political Participation, Political Behavior

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitiaan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan politisi perempuan di Parlemen menjadi sangat penting, dimana partisipasi dan representasi perempuan dalam politik merupakan sebuah keharusan dari perspektif hak asasi manusia, karena lebih dari setengah penduduk dunia adalah perempuan. Ada tiga faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi perempuan di parlemen Kabupaten Pidie Jaya, pertama, faktor budaya yang ditumbuh kembangkan yang cenderung berpengaruh negatif terhadap partisipasi perempuan didunia politik. Kedua, tingkat pendidikan dan keterampilan perempuan. Ketiga, sistem pemilu dan sistem kuota di  Kabupaten Pidie Jaya belum memenuhi kuota30% sesuai dengan ketentuan UU Pemilu. Ini bisa dilihat dari jumlah anggota legislatif di kabupaten Pidie Jaya yang 1 orang dari 25 kursi yang di sediakan atau hanya 4%. Satu orang anggota legislatif perempuan tersebut adalah Juraida, S.Pd dari Partai Aceh. meski hanya sendiri sebagai anggota DPRK, Juraida, S.Pd akan tetap memperjuangkan kepentingan perempuan dan anak di kabupaten di Pidie Jaya. Juraida juga memperkuat dan mendukung lembaga PD2TP2A , dan mendorong lembaga tersebut lebih aktif dalam pemberdayaan perempuan dan anak, serta memperjuangkan anggarannya dan juga mengawasi lembaga tersebut. Kata Kunci: Partispasi politk, Perilaku PolitikPolitical Participacion Of Women InParlement Of Pidie jaya regency Periode 2014-2019ABSTRACT The political participation of women in Parliament of Pidie Jaya regency, the purpose of this research consists of two things, firstly, how the participation of women to become members in parliament of Pidie Jaya regency and secondly, how the influence of women political participation in parliament of Pidie Jaya Regency.The purpose of this study was to determine the participation of women to become members of the Pidie Jaya regency parliament and to know the effect on womens political participation in parliament in Pidie Jaya regency. The research method used is qualitative research method with descriptive approach.The results show that the presence of women politicians in Parliament becomes very important, where the participation and representation of women in politics is a necessity from the perspective of human rights, because more than half the worlds population is women.There are three factors that influence the participation of women in parliament of Pidie Jaya Regency. Firstly, the political culture factor that developed here is tends to minimize the affect the women participation in political domain. Second, the level of education and skills of women.Third, the electoral system and quota system of Pidie Jaya Regency has not fulfilled of 30% in accordance with the provisions of the election law. in Pidie Jaya regency. Which only 1 person from 25 that provided. It means only 4% of member of Parliament. She is Juraida, S.Pd from Partai Aceh. Although only her in Parliament, she will continue to fight for the right of women and children in regency of Pidie Jaya. She also strengthens and supports the PD2TP2A institution, and encourages that institution to be more active in empowering women and children, as well as fighting for its budget and thencontrol over that institution. Keywords: Political Participation, Political Behavior

Abstract

AbstrakKonfederasi Serikat Pekerja Indonesia (KSPI) Aceh merupakan organisasi serikat pekerja/buruh yang paling konsisten dalam melakukan gerakan untuk menolak Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 78 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pengupahan. KSPI Aceh menilai bahwa dengan adanya Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 78 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pengupahan telah mengakibatkan hilangnya hak politik para pekerja/buruh dalam ikut menentukan kenaikkan upah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab Konfederasi Serikat Pekerja Indonesia (KSPI) Aceh menolak Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 78 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pengupahan, dan Peran Konfederasi Serikat Pekerja Indonesia (KSPI) Aceh dalam memperjuangkan politik pengupahan di Aceh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi, wawancara dilakukan secara langsung dengan informan dan dokumentasi didapatkan melalui buku-buku, jurnal, dan dokumen pemerintah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa penyebab Konfederasi Serikat Pekerja Indonesia (KSPI) Aceh menolak Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 78 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pengupahan yaitu Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 78 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pengupahan menghilangkan hak politik pekerja/buruh dalam ikut menentukan upah, Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 78 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pengupahan bertentangan dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan, dan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 78 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pengupahan hanya menguntungkan pengusaha atau pemilik modal. Serta peran KSPI Aceh dalam memperjuangkan politik pengupahan di Aceh sudah cukup baik, dimana KSPI Aceh sudah melakukan berbagai macam upaya seperti melakukan audiensi dengan Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Mobilitas Penduduk Provinsi Aceh. Selain melakukan audiensi, KSPI Aceh juga telah melakukan aksi untuk menekan dan menyampaikan kepada publik serta media, bahwa KSPI Aceh sedang melakukan perjuangan politik pengupahan di Aceh. Namun KSPI Aceh belum berhasil memperjuangkan politik pengupahan di Aceh. Kata Kunci: Peran KSPI Aceh, Memperjuangkan politik pengupahan AbstrackThe Role Of Indonesian Workers Union Of Aceh In Advocating Wage Politics In AcehIndonesian Workers Union (KSPI) of Aceh is an organization of workers most consistent in making movement to refuse the Government Regulation (PP) No. 78 of 2015 regarding Minimum Wage. KSPI Aceh perceives that the issue of PP No. 78 of 2015 regarding Minimum Wage ahs resulted in the eradication of workers political rights in determining the wage raise. This study is aimed at finding out the reason of KSPI to refuse PP No. 78 of 2015 regarding Minimum Wage, to understand the role of KSPI Aceh in advocating the politic of wage in Aceh. Data were collected using interviews and document studies. Interviews were directly conducted with informants, and document studies used books, journal articles, and government documents. The result of the research show that there are a numver of reason why KSPI Aceh refuse PP No. 78 of 2015 regarding Minimum Wage. First, the regulation has taken away the political rights of the workers to participate in wage determination. Second, the regulation is conflicting with Law No. 13 of 2003 regarding Workforce. Third, the regulation only advantages corporate and capital owners. The role of KSPI’s advocacy on the politic of wage in Aceh has been appropriate and optimal, as KSPI Aceh hs striven to conduct various efforts such as having audience with the Office of Workforce and Population Mobility of Aceh Province. In addition, KSPI Aceh has also conducted rally to give some pressure and disseminate to the public and the media that KSPI Aceh is striving for the poltic of wage in Aceh. However KSPI Aceh has not seen much success in their struggle. Kata Kunci: The Role KSPI Aceh, Striving for the politic of wage
