Abstract

This study used classroom action research (classroom action research) with cycles. Each cycle has four phases: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data was collected by means of observation and achievement test. Then analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the application of cooperative learning model of the type of think pair and share with graphic media can enhance the activity and student learning outcomes. It can be seen from the increase in the average value of student activity, in the first cycle is equal to 52,67 (enough ) increased to 73,53 (active ) at the end of the second cycle. Similarly, student learning outcomes in the first cycle the average value of the class on the first cycle of 64,33, and a second cycle of 76,17. While the percentage of students who completed the first cycle of 53,33 %, and at the end of the second cycle of 80,00 % .Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) dengan daur siklus. Setiap siklusnya terdapat empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan model cooperative learning tipe think pair and share dengan media grafis dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari meningkatnya rata-rata nilai aktivitas siswa, pada siklus I yaitu sebesar 52,67 (cukup) meningkat menjadi 73,53 (aktif) pada akhir siklus II. Demikian pula hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas pada siklus I sebesar 64,33, dan siklus II sebesar 76,17. Sedangkan persentase siswa yang tuntas pada siklus I sebesar 53,33 %, dan pada akhir siklus II sebesar 80,00%. Kata kunci:  aktivitas belajar, hasil belajar pkn, model cooperative learning tipe TPS

Abstract

Method classroom action research was consisting of four stages; (1) planning, (2) acting, (3) observing, and (4) reflecting. Data was collected through observation sheet and questions test to measure the student learning result. The data analysis technique used qualitative analysis from the data motivate students and teachers’ performance and quantitative analysis from student learning result data through tests.Metode Penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) terdiri dari; (1) perencanaan (planning), (2) pelaksanaan (acting), (3) observasi (observing), (4) refleksi (reflecting). Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan lembar observasi dan soal-soal tes untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dari data motivasi siswa dan kinerja guru serta analisis kuantitatif data hasil belajar siswa melalui tes.Kata kunci: picture and picture, motivasi, hasil.

Abstract

This research was classroom action research method. Test and non test were used as the data collecting technique. Test and obserbation were used as the data collecting method. Qualitative and quantitative technique were used to analyze data. The research result showed that implementing coopereative learning model in scramble type by using graphic media can increase the students’ motivation and learning result.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik non tes dan tes. Alat pengumpul data berupa lembar panduan observasi dan soal tes formatif. Teknik analisis data berupa analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Cooperative Learning tipe Scramble dengan menggunakan media grafis dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci: motivasi, scramble, media grafis, IPS.

Abstract

Thetechnique of collecting data through observation using the observation sheet guides and tests using test questions. Analysis of the data using qualitative and quantitative data analysis.The results showed that learning by using media images to improve the activity and students speaking skills. Results of analysis showed the percentage of the average value of student activities in the cycle I 34,10% cycle II 49,16% second cycle and third cycle of 72%. Observations of teacher performance in the first cycle meeting I obtained an average score of 51.50% with success criteria " Enough ". In the second cycle of teacher performance observations obtained an average score of 62.00% with success criteria " High". Whereas, in the third cycle of teacher performance observations obtained an average value of 72.50% with success criteria "High". Similarly, the students speaking skills using media images first cycle of 59.67%. Second cycle of 63.33% and 73.34%. Thus the learning activities of students in this study have achieved mastery 75% of the total 15 students with KKM 68.Keywords: activity, conversation skills, media images

Abstract

The aims of research were to increase landslide mitigation competences through EXCLUSIVE model with games method. The method of research was Classroom Action Research that consist of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The instrument of data collection used observation sheet and test. Qualitative and quantitative technique were used to analyze data. The results of the research showed that the implementation of EXCLUSIVE model with games method can improve the landslide mitigation competences.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mitigasi bencana longsor melalui model EXCLUSIVE dengan metode permainan. Metode penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan tahapan setiap siklus, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Alat pengumpul data penelitian adalah lembar observasi dan soal tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model EXCLUSIVE dengan metode permainan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi mitigasi siswa.Kata kunci: kompetensi, metode permainan, mitigasi, model  EXCLUSIVE.

Abstract

The aims of this research were to increase the study result of students by implementation of problem based learning model and scientific approach. The kind of research was classroom action research with planning, acting, observation, and reflection step. The instrument of data collection used observation sheet and test. The technique of data analysis used qualitative and quantitative analysis. The result of the research showed that the implementation of problem based learning model and scientific approach can increase the study result of students.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model problem based learning dan pendekatan scientific. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes. Abstract

This research was motivated by the lowness of social studies activity and student learning result at 5th grade Elementary School 5 South Metro academic year 2012/2013. This research was aim to increase the social studies activity and student learning result through the implementation of cooperative learning models in numbered head together. Type of this research was the classroom action research carried out in 3 cycles. Each every cycle were carried out through four stages; (a) planning, (b) implementation, (c) observation and (d) reflection.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPS di kelas V SD Negeri 05 Metro Selatan Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPS melalui penerapan model cooperative learning tipe numbered head together. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan 3 siklus yang masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan, yaitu: (a) perencanaan, (b) pelaksanaan, (c) pengamatan, dan (d) refleksi.Kata kunci: aktivitas, hasil belajar, NHT, IPS.

Abstract

The research were based on the low activity and the study result of the students. The aims of research were to increase activity and study result of the students through numbered heads together learning model. The method of research was Classroom Action Research that consist of  planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The instrument of data collection used observation sheet and test. Abstract

This  research  uses the  methods  of  PTK research  cycle  that  each  cycle consisting  of  four  phases:  planning,  implementation,  observation  and  reflection. activity  data were collected  through observation and test questions.  Analysis  of the data using qualitative and quantitative data analysis.Based on the results of the study indicate that the use of cooperative learning model of the type of think pair share in the fourth (IV) grade math SDN 4 north metro could  increase  the  activity  and  student  learning  outcomes  is  the  percentage  of  the average activity of the first cycle students (38.18%) second cycle (59,78%), and cycle III (84.69%). while mastery learning outcomes for students in the first cycle there are 10  students  (34.48)  achieved  mastery  learning,  on  the  second  cycle  there  are  18 students  (62.06%)  and  for  the  third  cycle  increased  to  26  students  (89.65%).  if calculated using t-test test by 5% confidence level (dk): n-1 and n = 29 was found to be 2.048 results obtained in  the  first  cycle  and 4.45 tcount>  ttable 2.048  t-test  and test cycles II and III obtained 6 tcount> ttable 2,048 thus Ho rejected and Ha acceptedKeywords: cooperative learning type TPS

Abstract

The aims of this research were to increase the activity and study result of students by the implementation of guided discovery learning method. The method of the research was Classroom Action Reserach. The instrument of data collection used observation sheet and test. Technique of data analysis used qualitative and quantitative analysis. The result showed that the student activity in cycle I “Moderately Active” to be “Active” in cycle II. The result study of affective in cycle I “Quite Confident” to be “Very Confident” in cycle II, psychomotor in cycle I “Quite Skilled” to be “Skilled” in cycle II, and percentage of the cognitive completeness in cycle I 50% to be 77,27% in cycle II.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan metode Guided Discovery Learning. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, aktivitas siswa siklus I “Cukup Aktif” menjadi “Aktif” pada siklus II. Afektif siswa siklus I “CukupPercaya Diri” menjadi “Sangat Percaya Diri” di siklus II, psikomotor siswa siklus I “Cukup Terampil”menjadi “Terampil” pada siklus II, dan persentase ketuntasan kognitif siswa siklus I sebesar 50% menjadi 77,27% pada siklus II.                                                                                           Kata kunci: aktivitas siswa, guided discovery learning, hasil belajar
