Abstract

In the preparation of an effective research proposal in library and information science, a researcher needs to have a proposal writing strategy, and to understand of the ethical issues of research either through qualitative, quantitative or mixed methods. Therefore, this paper aims to provide a guidance for a researcher about writing strategies that includes nine key elements of the arguments, the research proposal outlines, the effectively research proposal writing stages, and the ethical issues during the research. The ability of a researcher to choose a strategy, and to understand the ethical issues of research is very important. Its will determine the quality of research outputs

Abstract

United nation organization (UNO) is world institution consists of a great number of countries. Its existence must be considered proportionally in order to get a better image of its role. After solving “several” world affairs, it will be challanged to solve many mondial problems. UNO consists of developed and developing countries. Abstract

Academic Freedom can e regarded as the core spirit of unversity. It leads all human being which involved in this instutition to act based on the freedom of speech, the freedom of dialogue and the freedom of criticism. The right to publish many research findigs is another aspects of this concept. All students and lecturers are freely to do it without irrational interventaion or other kinds or threat. Five ages BC, Socrates proclaimed the spirit of academic freedom. His struggle againts government and sophist corruption led him to be a martyr. He was, however, remembered as the noted philosopher which his thought influenced modern philosphy. In the case of human relation to God, his philosophy insipired the dignity of human being. In the case of human relation of God, his philosopy inspired the dignity of human being. It is now called religious humanism. The nature of academic freedom refered to the truth of his philosophy.

Abstract

Sejak paroh ke dua masa pemerinthan usman bin affan, sejarah islam semakin menuju pada masa yang suram. Hali ini disebabkan oleh suasana pemerintahan yang dikembangkan. Abstract

Michael Franzese was famous as one of Mafias "bosses". Once, he shocked his gang to convert. He would release gunsekf from the last history to face the other days in paradise. Ot was interesting enough to trace the background of his convertion. Suddenly, he fell in love when he found the true love from Cammy Garcia. Is it a kind of phenomena that naturally eveyone tends to do the best for himself and others? Thomas Hobbes rejected that statement although he could not release himself from life long dialectical monologue. When he stated homo homini lupus, he then was doubtfull to th nature of man before the death. Fear of death led mankind to be usefull for others. The role of law, however, guide everyman to create the mondial paradise. It can be regarded as the fundamental basci of historical equilibrium.

Abstract

There are many "mystries" in every revealed religion. The essence of God, for Instance, is a kind of absolute and ultimate concept in religious discourse. His omnipresence, however, can be traced to many kinds of human and mondial experience, In other words, the existence of God connot be ignored by His creatures. Everyman who conceives His presence to this world will be able to be closer to Him. Consequently, he can do everything in line with His teachings, just for the sake of His blessing and mercy. To get this ideal goal, the method which offered by Rudolf Otto can be adopted to every religion. It is, of course, depending and based on each religion which is beleived by man. Moslem, for example, can adopt it to be closer to Allah, The Grace an The Merciful.

Abstract

Sometimes, empirical approach to find the facts of world phenomena is regarded as the only one of the valid method. It will be useless when the facts of inner phenomena are the object of observation. The existence and the essence of god, for instance, cannot be observed by empirical approach. It is better for the student of religion, therefore, to use “religion scientific” to find the facts of his observation including the “mystical” phenomena.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitiannya yakni: mengetahui perbandingan dan mendeskripsikan perkembangan sikap perilaku anak melalui proses pembelajaran kelas inklusi dan reguler. Permasalahan yang diambil: apakah ada perbedaan hasil dan bagaimana respons anak-anak terhadap proses perkembangan sikap perilaku anak melalui proses pembelajaran kelas inklusi dan reguler?. Metode penelitiannya deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data untuk menghitung hasil penelitian menggunakan t-test (paired sample t-test dan independent sample t-test). Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan instrumen kisi-kisi berdasarkan indikator dan wawancara dalam bentuk pertanyaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu melalui Uji Group Statistic menunjukkan adanya Perbedaan hasil perilaku antara kelas reguler dan inklusi sebesar 0.296. Respons anak-anak terhadap proses pengelolaan kelas inklusi dan reguler melalui tiga variabel (rasa menghormati, menghargai dan menyayangi) menunjukkan prosentase berbeda yaitu pengelolaan kelas reguler, sikap perilaku anak sebesar 85% mampu menghormati dan menghargai teman lainnya, selanjutnya kriteria anak yang mau menyayangi sesama teman sebesar 75%, pengelolaan kelas inklusi, sikap anak saling menghormati memperoleh prosentase 92%, rasa saling menghargai memperoleh prosentase 87%, rasa saling menyayangi dengan prosentase 79%. Simpulannya bahwa ada perbedaan antara kelas regular dan inklusi, lebih baiknya proses pengelolaan pembelajaran PAUD difokuskan pada proses pengembangan potensi anak dalam ranah afektif untuk mewujudkan perilaku yang sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan.   Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Sikap Perilaku, Pembelajaran Kelas Inklusi dan Reguler                                                             Abstract The research objectives are: knowing the comparison and describing the development of childrens behavior attitudes through the process of learning inclusion and regular classes. Problems taken: are there differences in results and how do children respond to the development process of childrens behavior attitudes through the inclusive and regular classroom learning process? The research method is descriptive quantitative. Data analysis techniques to calculate the results of the study using t-test (paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test). Data collection instruments use observation and lattice instruments based on indicators and interviews in the form of questions. The results of this study, namely through the Statistic Group Test showed the difference in the results of behavior between regular classes and inclusion of 0.296. The childrens response to the process of managing inclusion and regular classes through three variables (a sense of respect, respect and love) shows a different percentage of regular classroom management, childrens behavior attitudes of 85% able to respect and respect other friends, then the criteria of children who want to love others friends by 75%, management of the inclusion class, mutual respect for children attain a percentage of 92%, mutual respect get a percentage of 87%, a sense of mutual affection with a percentage of 79%. The conclusion is that there are differences between regular and inclusive classes, the better the PAUD learning management process is focused on the process of developing the potential of children in the affective domain to realize behaviors that are in accordance with the development stage.   Keywords: Development of Behavioral Attitudes, Learning Inclusion and Regular Classes

Abstract

The presence of OS (open sources) software causes Indonesia’s higher education libraries strove to produce software. This Software provided modules, contained OPAC. The purposes of this research is to evaluate the performance of OPAC in Centre Library of Islamic State University (UIN) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, using the standard of IFLA cheklist method. The result is that the OPAC performance of didn’t fulfill the standard recommended by IFLA.
