Abstract

Perilaku konsumen menyangkut masalah keputusan yang diambil seseorang dalam penentuan untuk mendapatkan dan mempergunakan barang dan jasa, termasuk konsumen yang membeli kerajinan rotan Nuriah. Perilaku konsumen merupakan hal yang kompleks, karena hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor dominan yang biasanya terdapat pada setiap perilaku konsumen di dalam keputusan pembelian. Oleh karena itu perlu bagi pengusaha atau pengrajin untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor perilaku konsumen dalam pembelian kerajinan rotan untuk mengetahui pola pembeliannya, mengenai apa yang dibeli konsumen, dimana mereka membeli, bagaimana dan berapa banyak mereka membeli, serta mengapa mereka membeli. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi, dan psikologis apakah memiliki pengaruh yang nyata terhadap perilaku konsumen dalam  pembelian produk kerajinan rotan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 responden, Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik Accidental Sampling dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Rank Spearman. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi dan psikologis yang merupakan variabel bebas dan perilaku pembelian konsumen merupakan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 19 menunjukkan bahwa : (1). Faktor budaya diketahui r = 0,625 > Rho tabel 0,364. Ini berarti bahwa, faktor budaya memiliki hubungan atau pengaruh yang nyata dan signifikan terhadap pembelian kerajinan rotan yang dilakukan oleh konsumen. (2). Faktor sosial diketahui r = 0,495 > Rho tabel 0,364. Ini berarti bahwa, faktor sosial memiliki hubungan atau pengaruh yang nyata dan signifikan terhadap pembelian kerajinan rotan yang dilakukan oleh konsumen. (3). Faktor pribadi diketahui r = 0,389 > Rho tabel 0,364. Ini berarti bahwa, faktor pribadi memiliki hubungan atau pengaruh yang nyata dan signifikan terhadap pembelian kerajinan rotan yang dilakukan oleh konsumen. (4). Faktor psikologis diketahui  r = 0,580 > Rho tabel 0,36. Ini berarti bahwa, faktor psikologis memiliki hubungan atau pengaruh yang nyata dan signifikan terhadap pembelian kerajinan rotan yang dilakukan oleh konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial usaha sarang burung walet di Kecamatan Matan Hilir Selatan Kabupaten Ketapang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode survei. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja yaitu di Kecamatan Matan Hilir Selatan dengan pertimbangan bahwa daerah ini merupakan salah satu Kecamatan yang memiliki letak geografis yang sesuai dengan kehidupan burung walet. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 43 penangkar burung walet. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis finansial dengan 5 kriteria yaitu Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP) dan Analisis Sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan menggunakan discount factor 12% menunjukan NPV sebesar Rp. 287,642,243.80,- Net B/C  sebesar 2.27 dan IRR sebesar 21.79%. Payback Period menunjukan bahwa pengembalian investasi yaitu 2.1 yang artinya selama kurun waktu 2 tahun 1 bulan. Berdasarkan kegiatan tersebut usaha sarang burung walet ini layak untuk diusahakan secara finansial. Sementara Analisis Sensitivitas didapatkan bahwa kenaikan biaya operasional, kenaikan benefit, dan penurunan benefit sebesar 10% masih  layak diusahakan dan dikembangkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze (1) the correlation of factors that affect the spread of forest fire indication, and (2) the pattern of distribution, land burning time, and the public perception of combustion in Kubu Raya and Bengkayang Districts. The research activities were carried out in 12 villages in Kubu Raya and Bengkayang Districts during the month of November 2014 until January 2014. The research method is using correlation analysis and descriptive to explain the distribution patterns, land burn time, and the public perception of combustion. The results showed: 1) there is a relationship between the purpose of combustion (open land and eradicate weeds) with the population, and there is no relationship between the objectives of land combustion on the combustion behavior of the land associated with the main types of cultivated plants, and there is a correlation to the density of hotspots, the density of dry land farming and bush, shrub/ swamp density, marsh density, density of plantation, and density of open land. 2) The pattern of the farmers burning rice, horticulture and perenninal crops were classified into the type of the pattern of spots and the perception is part of a burning activities,  type with ash beds and lodge with the perception of not being a part of burning activities, and type with only one time burning on the stages of land preparation, and type with in the eradication of weeds. Abstract

Cocoa Commodities, especially cocoa beans, have a great opportunity to be developed due to high market demand, this must be in line with the good quality of cocoa beans owned with the world market demand standards which means that at the farm level the cocoa farming must implement the Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and Good Handling Practice (GHP). This study aims to determine the effect of the characteristics of cocoa farmers on farmers' perceptions of fermented cocoa beans. The method used in this study is the survey method. The research location is Sui Duri Village, Sui Raya District, Bengkayang Regency. Data analysis using logit regression. The results showed that the five characteristics of the farmers, namely age, education, land area, number of family dependents and farming experience had a positive influence on farmers' perceptions, this indicates that farmers' characteristics are very important on the farmers' decision to adopt cocoa bean fermentation technology.Keywords: Characteristics of farmers, cocoa, perceptions, Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Good Handling Practices (GHP)

Abstract

ABSTRACTMore factors influence consumer in taking purchasing decision, that is factor product, price,distribution and promotion. The purpuse of this research is to analyze product factor (assurance,healty, high quality and flavor) price factor(price range, discount, and price according to quality), distribution factor(easy to find, proximity of location and the place) and promotion factor(frequency, information coveyor, and advertisement)of purchasing decision milk UHT on 150respondent by purposive sampling with descriptive method used analysis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result show all off marketing mix (product, price, distribution and promotion) gave positive and significant influence to purchase decision of milk UH. For producers to improve products, such as using materials that are strong and durable, while for prices such as providing cheaper prices in order to compete with other dairy products, and for promotion that provides advertising products that attract and cut prices. Abstract

ABSTRACTEnvironmental benefits as a reference in measuring the physical condition and quality of environment as a result of palm oil farmer?s measured through legality and management environment monitoring. Palm oil plantations are claimed to be one of the causes of environmental degradation. These problems trigger the need to research on palm oil farmer?s to find out the conditions in the field related to the influence of self-help palm oil farmer?s on the environment. This research aims to analyze the influence of legality and management environment monitoring of palm oil farmer?s on environmental benefits, in 150 respondents selected purposively. Data analysis using by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results of the research prove that the management environment monitoring of the plantation environment has a positive effect on environmental benefits, with the most affected indicators being fire prevention and control. This can increase independent palm oil farmer?s to maintain the sustainability of environmental benefits. Keywords: Environment Benefits, Legality, Management Environmental Monitoring, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).

Abstract

PT Ladang Sawit Mas merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perkebunan kelapa sawit yang berdiri di Desa Simpang Tiga Sembelangaan Kecamatan Nanga Tayap Kabupaten Ketapang pada tahun 2010. Berdirinya PT Ladang sawit Mas di Desa Simpang Tiga Sembelangaan tentunya memberikan pengaruh terhadap masyarakat sekitar beroperasinya perusahaan. Profil masyarakat yang terkena pengaruh keberadaan PT Ladang Sawit Mas di Desa Simpang Tiga Sembelangaan Kecamatan Nanga Tayap Kabupaten Ketapang ini merupakan suatu landasan penelitian untuk mengetahui karakteristik masyarakat yang terkena pengaruh PT Ladang Sawit Mas serta membahas secara mendalam mengenai karakteristik masyarakat tersebut. Pengaruh yang menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengaruh terhadap pendapatan. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode survey yang digunakan terhadap 50 responden dengan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji t sampel tidak berpasangan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan kuisioner serta dokumen pendukung untuk mendapatkan data yang akurat dan lebih baik.Kata Kunci: Profil, Kelapa Sawit dan Petani Plasma

Abstract

This research is based on the increasing number of margarine producers in Indonesia. Blue band is one of the dominant margarine brand in Indonesia market. This is evident from the existence of the blue band that does not fade although other brands come to dominate and become competitors. Consumer loyalty that until now still retain the blue band market. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that effect the loyalty of margarine blue band consumers in Pontianak city. The population in this study were consumers who consumed margarine blue band in Pontianak city, with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. The analysis used is factor analysis. The result of this research is there are 5 factors from 7 factors influencing custumer loyalty margarine blue band. Keyword: factor analys, blue band, consumer loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACTEarly cases of bone loss or osteoporosis in Indonesian are higher than the world average, because two out of five Indonesians are at risk for this disease, while the world average is only one in three people at risk of developing osteoporosis. So that public awareness needs to be raised about the dangers of osteoporosis. Preventing osteoporosils can be done by drinking Anlene's milk. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of brand awareness and perceived quality on the interest in repurchasing Anlene milk products, in 150 respondents selected purposively. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel software. The results showed that brand awareness has a positive effect on repurchase interest, with the most influential indicators being the peak of the mind. Then the perception of quality has a positive effect on repurchase interest, with the most influential indicators being product characteristics. This can be used by producers to pay more attention to brand awareness through peak thinking and perceived quality through product characteristics so that consumers always re-purchase Anlene milk products.Keywords: brand awareness, perceived quality, interest in repurchasing, Anlene dairy products, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is based on the increasing area of oil palm plantation cultivated in Kayong Utara. Thus increasing employment opportunities for the community in Kayong Utara. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the level of work productivity of independent oil palm farmers in North Kayong Regency. The population in this study were independent oil palm farmers in North Kayong District, with a total of 71 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that the variables of Education, Work Experience variables and Other Income variables proved to have a significant influence on the work productivity of independent / independent oil palm farmers in Seponti District, North Kayong Regency. Keyword: oil palm, independent oil palm plantations, work productivity.
