Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research objectives was to determine the effect of marketing mix to purchasing decisions of mlinjochips in Ngadirejo Kartasura partially and simultaneously.This research is quantitative research using descriptive method and multiple regression analysis. In the study used 100 samples, with respondent determination by using nonprobability sampling that is incidental sampling. From the analysis results can be carried out regression equation: Y = 3,036 + 0,293 X1 + 0,248 X2 + 0,123 X3 + 0,120 X4. Product variable (X1) has the most effect to the purchase decision (Y) of 0,293, price variable (X2) of 0,248, place variable (X3) of 0,123 and promotional variable (X4) of 0,120. Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that all of four independent variables proved to positively and significantly affect to the dependent variable is which purchase decision. Through F test it can be seen that the variables of product, price, place and promotion were is feasibled to test the dependent variable of purchase decision. Adjusted R Square show that 47% of purchasing decisions variation can be explained by  four independent variables in multiple regression equation. While the remaining of 53% was explained by other variables outside four variables used in this research. Keyword : Product, Price, Distribution, Promotion and Decisions Purchasing

Abstract

Issues relating to the role of entrepreneurship education are: 1) the increasing number of unemployed that there needs to be addressed with the improvements in education entrepreneurship; 2) education entrepreneurship serve as solutions in lowering the unemployment rate at the HIGH SCHOOL level; 3) entrepreneurship education as a means to provide learners to continue on to further education level, as well as self-employment. The purpose of this study is meant to analyze and describe about the implementation of the values of entrepreneurship in high school with a review of the three extra curricular activities IE activities, cultural and learning activities of the school. This study uses qualitative methods, data collection using a semi structured interview and observation. A summary of this research is the third such activities provide positive impact to the creation of the character of learners.

Abstract

The objectives of research and development were: (1) to formulate the need for entrepreneurship teaching material in Accounting Education Study Program of Teacher Training and Education Faculty (FKIP) of Palembang PGRI University; (2) to develop the entrepreneurship teaching material prototype using contextual teaching and learning; and (3) to obtain a feasible entrepreneurship teaching material with contextual teaching and learning approach to be applied to Accounting Education Study Program of FKIP of Palembang PGRI University.The research method employed research and development model simplified into three steps: preliminary study, model development, and model testing. The preliminary study applied a descriptive qualitative research by means of interview, observation and documentation as the methods of collecting data. The data validation was conducted using method triangulation. The model development step applied quantitative research in both restricted and broad trial. The model testing step applied an experimental research that compared the test result of experiment and control groups. The sample of research included the students of Mathematics Education and Accounting Education Study Programs of FKIP of Palembang PGRI University.The results of research showed: (1) the entrepreneurship learning conducted at college that should be improved through a module with contextual teaching and learning approach; (2) design of module with contextual teaching and learning approach; and (3) the effectiveness of module with contextual teaching and learning approach in improving the students’ learning outcome. Implication and recommendation: the use of module with contextual teaching and learning approach could help the students understood the entrepreneurship material because it was equipped with examples, figures, summary, exercise and case study.Keywords: Model Development, CTL, Entrepreneurship Learning, research and development design.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) to determine differences in the effect of the Problem Based Learning Model-aided internet on economic achievement (2) to determine differences in the effect of high motivation, middle motivation and low motivation on economic achievement (3) to determine interaction effects of motivation and models of instruction on learning and economic achievement. The population were students MA Bany Khozin Jember. Sampling by simple random sampling technique. The study sample consisted of  72 students.Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that: (1) There are significant differences model of problem-based learning and internet-assisted learning varied lectures on learning achievement of economic, in terms of motivation to learn in MA Bany Khozin Jember is based on the significant value of 0.041 learning model <0.05. (2) There are significant differences learning motivation high and low learning motivation toward achievement of economic study in MA Bany Khozin Jember based on a calculation that is based on the motivation to learn the significance of 0.034 <0.05. (3) There is interaction effect between the use of PBL learning model and conventional with students motivation on student achievement MA Economics subjects Bany Khozin Jember is based on the significant value of 0.45 <0.05.Keywords: Problem Based Learning, internet, motivation and achievement

Abstract

The learning process which is monotonous and which is not varied results in the students’ low mastery of the learning material. The learning process which does not pay attention to some supporting factors such as the students’ initial condition, learning motivation, learning interest, and learning activities will also have implications on their learning achievement which is low as indicated by their low scores. As a result, their learning completeness cannot maximally be accomplished. The objectives of this research are to apply the use of the cooperative learning of STAD type with Make A Match modification supported by the students’ initial ability, learning motivation, learning interest, and learning activities on the accomplishment of their Economics learning completeness.This research used the classroom action research. It was conducted in two cycles at Nusantara Indah Senior Secondary School of Sintang, West Kalimantan. The subjects of the research were the students in Grade XE of the school. The data of the research were gathered through observation, test, questionnaire, and in-depth interview, and documentation. They were then descriptively   analyzed by comparing the results of each cycle.The results of the research are as follows. Prior to the treatment, the percentage of the students who accomplish the Economics learning completeness is 13.15% with the score of their initial learning interest of 77.24 (low category), that of the learning motivation of 63.23 (low category), and that of the learning activities of 61.15 (low category). Following the treatment, the percentage of the students who accomplish the Economics learning completeness becomes 51.42% in Cycle I with the score of their initial learning interest of 93.31 (high category), that of the learning motivation of 70.51 (high category), and that of the learning activities of 67.85 (low category) and 91.42% in Cycle II with the score of their initial learning interest of 114.77 (high category), that of the learning motivation of 90.17 (high category), and that of the learning activities of 89.74 (high category). Based on the results of the research, a conclusion is drawn that there is an improvement in the students’ final average score.Keywords:     The cooperative learning model, initial ability, learning motivation, learning interest, and Economics learning completeness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine (1) The effect on the performance of SMEs HR competence in the field of garment Klaten district. (2) The effect of social capital on the performance of SMEs in the garment district of Klaten. (3) The effect of financial capital on the performance of SMEs in the garment district of Klaten. (4) The effect of human resource competencies to the financial capital of SMEs in the garment district of Klaten. (5) the effect of social capital on financial capital of SMEs in the garment field kbaupaten Klaten. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study is the garment sector SMEs in Klaten District. Data analysis in this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The sample in this study of 160 SMEs in the field of garment Klaten that dispersed into 5 clusters.  The sampling technique used is the cluster area sampling technique. Techniques of data collection using questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale. The data obtained in this study is primary data obtained directly by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Prerequisite test SEM analysis used in this research include: sample adequacy test assumptions, normality test and evaluation of outliers. Testing the suitability of the model using a x2 test - Chi-Square statistic, RMSEA (Root Mean Square Error of Approximation), GFI (Goodness of fit index), AGFI (Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index), CMIN / DF (The Minimum Sample Discrepancy Function devided with degrre of Freedom), TLI (Tucker Lewis Indeex), CFI (Comparative Fit Index). Hypothesis test used path analysis suitability. Based on calculations concluded that: (1) the variable Human Resources competencies have significant positive effect on SME performance variable with a value of 4557 and significant at p <0.05, (2) the social capital variables have a significant positive effect on the performance of SMEs variable with a value of 3.599 and was significant at p <0.05, (3) the financial capital variables have a significant positive effect on the performance of SMEs with a value variable sebesarn 4.334 and significant at p <0.05, (4) the HR competency variables have a significant positive effect on the financial capital variables with a value of 3.554 and significant at p <0.05, (5) the social capital variables have a significant positive effect on the financial capital variable with a value of 3.388 and significant at p <0.05.Keywords: Human Resources Competency, Social Capital, Financial Capital, SME Performance

Abstract

Cooperation are expected to be the cornerstone of the nations economy. Cooperation as one service company will face stiff competition segment of micro and small. First services company to a financial institution, should really take advantage of quality services to excel in competition. Efforts focused on customer satisfaction development programs, through the quality and performance of employees. The purpose of this research is: 1) to analyze the influence of the quality of the service, to customer satisfaction cooperation Boarding School Mambaul Mubbasyirin Shiddiqiyyah Bojonegoro, 2) analyze the effect of the Employee Performance Customer Satisfaction Cooperation Boarding School Mambaul Mubbasyirin Shiddiqiyyah Bojonegoro, and 3) to analyze the influence quality of Service and Employee Performance together on Customer Satisfaction Cooperation Boarding School Mambaul Mubbasyirin Shiddiqiyyah Bojonegoro. The method used is an ex post facto quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study is a cooperation customers Boarding School Mambaul Mubbasyirin Shiddiqiyyah Bojonegoro, amounting to 400 people. Sample was 189 people, which is determined by using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique is by way of lottery. Data was collected through observation and the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Abstract

This research aimed to find out: (1) differences in learning achievement of accounting student who use the Contextual Teaching and Learning and Concept Mapping instructional strategy, (2) differences in learning achievement of accounting student who had high category and low category of multiple intelligence, (3) interaction effect between kategory miltiple intelligence, CTL and Concept Mapping.This study was a experiment. The research was desained by Simple Randomized Subyect Design faktorial 2x2. The research population was II grade Economic Education of Stkip Hamzanwadi. The sample was taken by using nonprobability sampling kuota, obtained 39 students as an CTL class and 38 other in same grade as Concept Mapping class. The data collection was taken by document, questionnaire and test method. Document method was used for finding the Authentic Assesment and the UAS score Basic of Accounting I, as balance test for CTL and Concept Mapping learning. Questionnaire method was used to know the category  multiple intelligences of students. Test method was used to know learning achievement of Accounting student.The conclusion of this research were that: (1) There were differences in learning achievement of accounting student who used the Contextual Teaching and Learning and Concept Mapping instructional strategy. (2) There were differences in learning achievement of student who had the high category and the low category of multiple intelligence. (3) There was an interaction effect between kategory miltiple intelligences, Contextual Teaching and Learning and Concept Mapping instructional strategy. The everage learning achievement accounting of CTL class higher than the Concept Mapping class, and different category of multiple intelligences to effect different of learning achievement.Keywords: Multiple Intelligences, CTL, Concept Map, Learning Achievement

Abstract

The Effort to Increase the Quality of the Learning Process of  Accounting through the Implementation of the Cooperative Learning Model of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Type of the 11th-grade Students of SMA Negeri 3 Sragen Majoring in Social Science in the Academic Year of 2012/2013. Principal Advisor: Prof. Dr. Trisno Martono, M.M. Co-advisor: Dr. Susilaningsih, M. Bus. Thesis: The Graduate Program in Economics Education, Sebelas Maret University. Surakarta. 2013.            The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the implementation of the learning model of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type in increasing the quality of the learning process of Accounting  of the 11th-grade students of Class Social Science 4 of SMA Negeri 3 Sragen in the academic year of 2012/2013; and (2) the implementation of the learning model of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type in increasing the quality of the learning result of Accounting of the 11th-grade students of Class Social Science 4 of SMA Negeri 3 Sragen in the academic year of 2012/2013.            This research used classroom action research approach. The samples of this research consisted of the 11th-grade students of Class Social Science 4 of SMA Negeri 3 Sragen as many as 32 students. The data of this research were gathered through observation, interview, test, and documentation. The procedure of this research consisted of the stages of: (1) identifying problems, (2) preparing actions, (3) setting up action plan, (4) implementation of actions, (5) observation, and (6) setting up report. The process of this research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stages, namely: (1) planning of action, (2) implementation of action, (3) observation and interpretation, and (4) analysis and reflection. Each cycle was conducted in three meetings as long as 6 x 45 minutes.            Based on the results of the research, a conclusion is drawn that the implementation of the learning model of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type can increase the quality of the learning process and the learning result of Accounting. This is seen from the increasing learning activeness of the students in the apperception, in taking part of the learning process, in discussing the question exercise in class punctually and correctly as well as the learning result completeness. As a result, the students can comprehend the learning material of Accounting more easily in such a way that the quality of the learning process and the learning result of the students increases. The learning process through the learning model of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type can increase the learning quality through the steps which have been established previously in the Lesson Plan. Thus, the implementation of the learning model of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type increases the quality of the learning process and the learning result of the students.Keywords: learning motivation, learning participation, learning activeness, and completeness

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) ada tidaknya pengaruh variabel tingkat pendapatan orang tua dan ketersediaan sarana belajar secara simultan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X Pemasaran pada mata pelajaran Pengantar Ekonomi dan Bisnis di SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2014/2015. (2) Ada tidaknya pengaruh variabel tingkat pendapatan orang tua secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X Pemasaran pada mata pelajaran Pengantar Ekonomi dan Bisnis di SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2014/2015. (3) Ada tidaknya pengaruh variabel ketersediaan sarana belajar secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X Pemasaran pada mata pelajaran Pengantar Ekonomi dan Bisnis di SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif jenis korelasi sebab akibat dengan sampel populasi sebanyak 97 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara variabel tingkat pendapatan orang tua dan ketersediaan sarana belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X Pemasaran  pada mata pelajaran Pengantar Ekonomi dan Bisnis di SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai Fhitung = 59,290 yang lebih besar dari Ftabel = 3,093. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara variabel tingkat pendapatan orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X Pemasaran pada mata pelajaran Pengantar Ekonomi dan Bisnis di SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015 yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung =3,008 yang lebih besar dari ttabel = 1,985. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara variabel ketersediaan sarana belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X Pemasaran pada mata pelajaran Pengantar Ekonomi dan Bisnis di SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yang ditunjukkan dengan thitung =6,670 yang lebih besar dari ttabel = 1,985.
