Abstract

This study is based on the existence of problems that demonstrate the spirit of part-time teachers who work less well. This study aimed to obtain information about how the junior honorary teacher morale Sawahlunto. This research is a descriptive study. The population in this study were all part-time teachers SMP Sawahlunto totaling 45 people. This study is a population study. Data collection tool used was a questionnaire or questionnaires. This questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliabelitasnya. Data were analyzed with an average score formula. In general Honorary Teacher Morale Sawahlunto SMP is in both categories with an average score overall was 3.8. Key word: Semangat

Abstract

Abstract : Based on beginning observation author does, that is in social science study stills teacher domination existence uses lecture method inclined boring, besides undercommunication will involve student activity in will do study activities should student can touch direct with things that activity that be done, so that result learns student balum increase. this watchfulness is done at class iiia country elementary school 158 Pekanbaru school year 2014/2015. this watchfulness design class action watchfulness. class action watchfulness practise watchfulness that aim to repair deficits in study at class with do certain actions so that can repair and or increase study practices at class according to more professional. subjek this watchfulness class student IIIa semester 2 school year 2014/2015 at country elementary school 158 Pekanbaru with total 26 person. from watchfulness result be be known to concluded type co-operative study model applications word square can increase result learn class student social science iiia country elementary school 158 pekanbaru. Result learns student after study repair in second cycle is better. where is student complete in my cycle as big as 62% or increase as big as 23.08% compared beginning score. while in comparison with daily repetition score 2, complete student as big as 81% or rise to be 42.31%.Key Words: Word square, students Achievement Social Studies.

Abstract

Semangka adalah salah satu buah yang sangat digemari ole/1 masyarakat: Rasanya yang mants membuat buah ini digemari oleh masyarakat. 1idak hanya untuk.dimakan Semangka (Citrullus vulgaris, S.) dapat digtmakan sebagai obatpenurun. gula darah (antidiabetes)tenaama pada bagian kuli:putihaya. Zat alctif yang terdapatdi dalam kult:putihnya diyakini dapa: berkhasia: anmliaberes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mmibuktikan lebih lanjut tentang khasiat kulit putih semangka untuk dijadikan sebagai obat antidiabetes sekaligus melihat apakah ada perbandingan efeknya dengan obat antidiabetikyang' selama inidiresepkan. oleh dokteryaitu Glibenklamid: Metode penelitian yang digwiahm adalah metode eksperimental' dengan menggunakan hewan percobaan mencitputihjantan sebanyak 24 ekor: Mencit dibagi 6lr£lompok, yaitu kelompok 1 {kelompokoormal), kelompok 2 (Kelompok. negatif yang diberi suspensi Na CMC 1%), kelompolc 3 (Kelompok Positif yang diheri suspensi Glibimklamid 0,013 mg/20 gr BB), kelo1'1pQk 4 (KeknnpokPerlakuan l dosis 7 mg/20 gr BB), Kelompok 5 (KelompokPerlakuan ndosis 14 mg/ 20 gr BB) dan ~lompok 6 (Kelompokperlakuanlll dosis 28 mg/20 grBB). Hasilnya memmjulrkan bahwa ada perbedaa11 yang bermakna antara ketiga ekstrak etanol kulit putih semanglw. dengan kelompok.yang diinduksialoksan: Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkon bahwa ekstrak etanol kuli: putih semangka (Citrvllus vulgaris,S.) dengan dos is 7 mg/20 gr BB, dosis 14 mg/20 gr BB dan dosis 24,ng/20gr BB dapatmenurunkan kadar gula darab. mencitputik janum (Mus musculus) secara signifikon. Tapi pada dosis 7 mg/20gr BB masib lebin rendah atau tidak setara dengan dosi« 5 gr Glibenklamid pada manusia.

Abstract

Daun sukun (Artocarpus Altilis) memiliki aktivitas antibakteri karena mengandung tannin, saponin dan flavonoid. Menurut Lestari, Fatimawali dan Graldine (2016) daun sukun mampu menghambat bakteri Streptococcusmutans penyebab karies gigi. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah eksperimental.Ekstrak etanol daun sukun (Artocarpus Altilis) diformulasikan menjadi sediaan pasta gigi gel dengan memvariasikan konsentrasi Natrium CMC. Konsentrasi zat aktif yang digunakan dalam setiap formula adalah 7,5% serta konsentrasi Natrium CMC yang digunakan adalah 3,5% pada formula kontrol, 3% pada formula I, 3,5% pada formula II, dan 4% pada formula III. Kemudian dilakukan uji kestabilan fisik terhadap sediaan pasta gigi gel tersebut yang terdiri dari homogenitas, viskositas, pH, tinggi busa, warna, bau dan rasa. Pengujian dilakukan selama 28 hari penyimpanan. Selama 28 hari penyimpanan semua formula stabil homogenitasnya, viskositasnya mengalami kenaikan setiap minggunya dikarenakan perbedaan konsentrasi Natrium CMC yang digunkan pada setiap formula, semakin tinggi konsentrasi Natrium CMC yang digunakan maka semakin meningkat pula viskositas sediaannya, pH dan tinggi busa sediaan stabil dan memenuhi standar. Partikel terdistribusi secara merata sehingga sediaan memiliki warna, bau dan rasa yang stabil. Ekstrak etanol daun sukun (Artocarpus Altilis) dapat diformulasikan menjadi sediaan pasta gigi gel yang stabil dan memenuhi persyaratan. Formula yang paling stabil adalah formula II dengan konsentrasi Natrium CMC sebesar 3,5%.

Abstract

Background: Tempe contained 6,7,4-trihydroxy isoflavone antioxidant that has the most powerful antioxidant properties as compared to isoflavones in soy, which may counteract free radicals and reduce the formation of NAPQI (N-acetyl-Parabenzoquinoneimine) resulting from the metabolism of paracetamol. This study was to determine the effect of tempe extract on levels of urea and creatinine renal wistar strain male white rats (Rattus norvegicus) by administering toxic dose of paracetamol. Methods: An experimental laboratory with controlled group post test only design. Test animals used were male white rats of wistar strain (Rattus norvegicus), aged 2.5 months with a weight of 180-200 grams, a total of 30 individuals. Subjectswere divided into 5 groups by randomization group and each group of subjects consisted of 6 male mice. The first group was the control group were given distilled water and NaCMC and the other group is the treatment group were given a dose of tempe extract 160, 320 and 640mg/kgBB for 14 days. In all groups at days 12, 13, and 14 are given toxic doses of paracetamol. On day 15 blood sampling done through the heart of male white rats. Parameter measurements is elevated levels of urea and creatinine rat kidney cells. Analysis of the data in the form of urea and serum creatinine levels were statistically analyzed by t-tests, analysis of variance and Pearson correlation one way with a significance level of p <0.05. Results: The results showed that the tempe extract at a dose of 160 and 320mg/kgBB for 14 days by administering toxic dose of paracetamol 900mg/kgBB on day 12, 13 and 14, leading to increased levels of urea and creatinine levels, while the tempe extract at a dose 640mg/kgBB not lead to increased levels of urea and creatinine compared with the treatment group before treatment. Conclusion: Tempe extract can prevent damage to kidney function of white male Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus), which follows the pattern dependent manner.
