SISTEM PAKAR PENENTUAN KESESUAIAN LAHAN BERDASARKAN FAKTOR PENGHAMBAT TERBESAR (MAXIMUM LIMITATION FACTOR) UNTUK TANAMAN PANGAN

Abstract

Knowledge about suitability of the land and the plants can minimalize harvest plant problem. The spread of information technology and digital era also change the ways to explain and distribute information and knowledge used for recognize land suitability, with the creation of expert system. Process to recognize land suitability in this system using 19 parameter included physical and chemistry characteristics, and also nature factors such as temperature and rain fall. For all of these parameters, there are 2 complementary parameters to replace data about tekstur, drainase, and slope. Object in this research are 14 kinds of food plants. This system using Fuzzy Inference Systems (FIS) method for processing data. User can choose trapesium or Gauss function for fuzzificy the data. Based on actual values of the land, this system will determine the suitability of the land for food plants and for specific kinds of food plants. This system also determines about limitation factors for the land and gives some managerial suggestion for handling those factors. The results of this system also included about plants grow requirement and suitability location on 2 districts at East Java Province. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia: Pengetahuan para pelaksana pertanian dalam menentukan kesesuaian lahan dengan jenis tanaman yang akan ditanam tentunya akan dapat meminimalisasikan berbagai permasalahan panen yang dapat terjadi. Perubahan yang terjadi dalam bidang teknologi informasi dan era digital, juga telah mendukung dan merubah cara penyebaran informasi dan pengetahuan, antara lain melalui penggunaan sistem pakar. Sistem pakar ini menggunakan 19 parameter, termasuk parameter fisik dan kimia, serta faktor alam seperti suhu dan curah hujan, dalam menentukan kesesuaian lahan. Di antara seluruh parameter yang digunakan, terdapat 2 parameter pengganti yang dapat digunakan untuk menggantikan parameter tekstur, drainase, dan lereng. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi 14 jenis tanaman pangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Fuzzy Inference Systems (FIS), dimana pengguna dapat memilih jenis fungsi trapesium atau gauss yang akan digunakan untuk memproses data. Berdasarkan data aktual, sistem ini akan menentukan tingkat kesesuaian lahan yang akan digunakan oleh suatu jenis tanaman, berikut dengan faktor penghambat yang ada serta saran manajerial yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi keberadaan faktor penghambat, dan lokasi yang sesuai untuk suatu jenis tanaman tertentu. Penentuan lokasi terbatas pada 2 propinsi di Jawa Timur. Kata kunci: kesesuaian lahan, fuzzy inference systems, system pakar.

Abstract

Sustainable supply chain is a development of the conventional supply chains that discuses trade-off among economic, social and environmental dimensions in order to achieve better responsiveness in terms of quality, quantity and time-delivery in the supply chain structure. The objective of this research was to determine the Gayo coffee supply chain sustainability. The research was conducted at Bener Meriah and Aceh Tengah Districts, Aceh Province, Indonesia. Key actors in the supply chain considered were farmers, collectors, agro-industry and exporter. Sustainability dimensions considered in this research were the economic, social, environmental and material resources. The performance of each aspect was analyzed by using Multi-dimensional scaling and leverage analysis. The result of the research showed that the composite of Gayo coffee supply chain sustainability index was 33.53 which mean less sustainable level. Therefore it is recommended to reengineering the Gayo coffee supply chain by considering all of the four sustainability dimensions above.

Abstract

Pada remote sensing, klasifikasi didefinisikan sebagai suatu metode untuk memberikan label pada pixel berdasarkan karakter spektral yang dimiliki oleh  pixel tersebut.  Klasifikasi yang sering dilakukan  pada bidang ini adalah klasifikasi penggunaan lahan.  Klasifikasi penggunaan lahan dimungkinkan karena setiap penggunaan lahan memiliki penutup lahan berupa material bumi yang mempunyai karakteristik spektral yang berbeda-beda.  Ciri spektral yang spesifik atau penciri spektral (spectral signature) inilah yang digunakan untuk mengklasifikasi penutup lahan pada multispectral image. Penelitian ini mengklasifikasikan penutup dan penggunaan lahan pada multispectral image dari Landsat Thematic Mapper daerah sekitar Cengkareng yang diambil pada tanggal 1 Agustus 1996 menggunakan Probabilistic Neural Network (PNN). Hasil klasifikasi penutup dan penggunaan lahan di daerah Cengkareng dan sekitarnya menggunakan fungsi PNN pada Matlab 6.5 diperoleh akurasi 64,2% pada jumlah training 84 pixel dan besar smoothing parameter (h)=0,9. Probabilistic Neural Network merupakan feed forward network yang terdiri dari tiga layer.  Proses pelatihannya lebih cepat, namun waktu eksekusinya relatif lebih lama dan membutuhkan memori yang cukup besar. Apabila pemilihan besar nilai smoothing parameter (h) sesuai, dan data training yang diberika cukup homogen, maka PNN akan bekerja sebagai pengklasifikasi dengan baik.  Sebagai perbandingan, akurasi PNN lebih tinggi dibandingkan akurasi metode statistika analisa diskriminan yang hanya mencapai 54,3% untuk data yang sama. Kata kunci: penutup lahan, penggunaan lahan, remote sensing, multispectral image, probabilistic neural network, analisa diskriminan.

Abstract

Application of artificial inteligent by using fuzzy logic can be one of way to handle supply chain situation in uncertainty environment. It was widely concern to study a supply chain using fuzzy logic that most needed. Ain of the study was apply fuzzy logic in determination of supply allocation for superior product in vegetables supply chain. Models was developed in three sub models. First was determination vegetables types that superior by using pareto technique and exponential compaarison method (MPE). Second was expert system to determine supply needed and finally was optimizing supply allocation using fuzzy multi-objective linear programming. The model was applied in a vegetables agroindustry that superior product selected was red paprica. Analysis againts model behaviour is conducted for pesimistic and optimistic scenarios. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Penerapan kecerdasan buatan dengan logika fuzzy bisa menjadi salah satu cara untuk mengatasi situasi rantai pasok dalam lingkungan ketidakpastian. Perhatian yang lebih luas untuk pembahasan rantai pasok menggunakan teknik fuzzy masih sangat dibutuhkan. Studi ini bertujuan menerapkan logika fuzzy dalam penentuan alokasi pasokan untuk produk unggulan pada rantai pasok agroindustri sayuran. Model yang terdiri dari tiga sub model. Sub model pertama adalah penentuan jenis sayuran yang diunggulkan menggunakan kombinasi teknik pareto dan metode perbandingan eksponensial (MPE). Sub model kedua adalah sistem pakar untuk menentukan kebutuhan pasokan menggunakan logika fuzzy. Sub model ketiga adalah optimasi alokasi pasokan menggunakan programa linear obyektif majemuk fuzzy. Model yang dibangun kemudian diterapkan pada sebuah perusahaan agroindustri sayuran dengan produk unggulan terpilih adalah paprika merah. Analisis terhadap prilaku model juga dilakukan untuk skenario pesimis dan optimis. Kata kunci: fuzzy, sistem pakar, MPE, obyektif majemuk, sayuran

Abstract

This study was conducted to develop the prototype of web based virtual agribusiness center as an instrument to increase the scope of marketing channel of agribusiness products in Indonesia.  Using web engineering approach, this virtual agribusiness center information which conceptually has the same role as wholesaler marketing center was developed and tested using one month data of fruits and vegetables prices in traditonal market. There are tree main components of the system: catalog online, cart, and order tracking.  To ensure the quality of the system, the system was tested using Pressman approach and evaluation was done based on its functionality, usability, and reliability .

Abstract

A lot of industries such as pharmacy, food industry, cosmetics industries use nurmeg oil for their products. Demand of nutmeg oil is very high its abaut 3-4% every year. Indonesia can export nutmeg oil up to 75 % world demands. Nutmeg oil which was expoted by Indonesia was crude nutmeg oil how ever some times have inconsistency quality. In order to produce nutmeg oil with better quality, nutmeg oil intermediate industry is needed. Decision support system is used to suggest the most potential process based on expert opinions. Methodology used was system approach and it was support with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Exponencial Comparison Method (MPE) and financial feasibility analysis. The system was named SPKIMPA. This system consist four models there are selection model, election model, Institution model and financial feasibility model. From verification result it was know that the most potential process was fractionation. The intermediate industry is feasible to run with Net Present Value (NPV) value Rp 426.627.432,83,- and Internal Rate Return (IRR) value  45.28 %. Another result from verification system was created partnership with upperstream industry and also with downstream industry.

Abstract

In year 2009, the agricultural sector contributed around 15% of Indonesia’s GDP, and absorbed around 44 million of total workforce. As the biggest GDP contributor and workforce absorption within the sector, foodcrops holds a strategic role in providing national food security. In line with ensuring food security program government has promulgated a national agricultural revitalization agenda, which one of the programs is providing a financing scheme for small scale farmer. At the implementation level, the program was not performed yet, due to the weaknesses of existing institutions.In turn it resulted in the significant gap of financing and investment in the agricultural sector. The aim of this research is to design a model of financial institution a nation wide level, focussing on foodcrops financing using Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) which then supported by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The combination of ISM, systems approach and AHP are designated to accommodate the complexity of the object. The respondents involved are experts from various related institutions.  ISM analysis indicated that price stability, government commitment, geographic coverage, suitability of the institution with local conditions, and return of investment are strong sub-elements drivers among the sub-elements of the system. The recommendation of institution design by using AHP is to develop a new non-bank financial institution, set up by the government that focuses their financing baesd on supply chain approach. Abstract

The objective of this study is to suggest  the best wood  products of Acacia mangium  that have  high value-added as an alternative business and to formulate the fitting  strategy. This study  is descriptive case study applying  purposive sampling method which involved wood product Experts and Senior PT. Musi Hutan Persada Management.  Data have been analyzed through Exponential Compare Method (MPE) to select the best product alternative based on eleven set criteria, using AHP method, Hayami value-added Analysis, and Cost Analysis.  The study shows that there are five superior Acacia mangium based products, namely 1) Sawnwood and woodworking (KGKO), 2) Furniture, 3) Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF), 4) Tannin-glue of Acacia mangium  bark and 5) Wood Charcoal.  And  Sawnwood and Woodworking (KGKO), Furniture, and   Tannin-glue  have the best chance.  Best business strategy to be adhered by MHP, “related-diversification”, then is  to continue utilizing  Acacia mangium wood  as renewable resources,  integrated and sustainable business.
