Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) tingkat pemahaman diri, layanan BK, dan citra terhadap SMK dari siswa SMP di Kab.Hulu Sungai Utara; dan (2) besarnya pengaruh pemahaman diri siswa, bimbingan dan konseling di SMP dan Citra SMK secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap minat siswa SMP di Kab. HSU melanjutkan studi ke SMK. Populasi seluruh siswa SMP di Kab.Hulu Sungai Utara. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan cluster sampling sebanyak 245 siswa. Intrumen yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment dan regresi ganda dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) minat SMP di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara masuk SMK berada pada kategori cukup, (2) pemahaman diri SMP di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara masuk SMK berada pada kategori cukup, (3) layanan BK pada SMP di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara masuk SMK berada pada kategori cukup, (4) citra SMK pada SMP di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara masuk SMK berada pada kategori cukup, dan (5) faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi minat SMP di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara masuk SMK yaitu pemahaman diri siswa dengan koefisien korelasi r = 0,527 dan uji t yang menghasilkan nilai p = 0,000, layanan bimbingan konseling memiliki koefisien korelasi 0,512 dan n uji t yang menghasilkan nilai p = 0,000, dan citra SMK memiliki koefisien korelasi 0,504dan uji t yang menghasilkan nilai p = 0,000. FACTORS THAT INFLUENCING THE INTEREST OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL (SMP) STUDENTS IN ENTERING VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL (SMK)AbstactThis research is aimed to find out: (1) the level of self-understanding, the counseling (BK) service, and the image of SMK of Junior High School (SMP) students in Hulu Sungai Utara (HSU) Regency; and (2) how much the influence of the students’ self-understanding, BK service in SMP, and the image of SMK, both individually and in aggregate on the interest of SMP students in HSU Regency to continue their study to SMK. The population is all of SMP students in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The sample of this research was taken based on the cluster sampling technique which consisted of 245 students. The instrument used was an open questionnaire. The data analysis technique to test hypothesis was the double linear regression method with three predictors with the level of significance of 5%. The result of this research shows that: (1) the variable of students’ self-understanding is categorized as ‘fair’ (cukup) with the percentage of 73.88%, that of the counseling service is categorized as ‘fair’ with the percentage of 62.45%, and that of the image of SMK is also categorized as ‘fair’ with the percentage of 69.39%, (2) the factors influencing SMP students’ interest in entering SMK at HSU Regency are the students’ self-understanding with the correlation coefficient of 0.527 (p=0.000), the counseling (BK) service with the correlation coefficient of 0.512 (p=0.000), and the image of SMK that has the correlation coefficient of 0.504 (p=0.000).

Abstract

Fusarium wilt on bananas caused by the fungus Fusarium oxysporum f.sp cubense wereimportant and were distributed most of the centre of bananas farm in Indonesia. Both Culturetechnicaly and chemically were unable to control this pathogen because they ability to formClamydospore and to infect alternative hosts. The use of antagonistic bacteria such as Pseudomonasfluorescens and Bacillus subtilis were able to control plant pathogens both in rhizosphere or inphyllosphere because their ability to produce secondary metabolites such as siderophore, antibiotics,volatile substances, Cyanide acid, extracellular enzymes and phytohormones. This research wasconducted in Laboratory of Plant Pathology and greenhouse of Pest and Plant Diseases Department.The steps of research included exploration of antagonistic bacteria using Schaad methods,identification using Schaad, Palleron, Lelliot and Stead Methods. Last steps were done by in vitro andin vivo tests.The result showed that combination of two bacterias were able to inhibit the pathogen invitro (70,2% - 88,1%), while in vivo test with three to four applications in frequency were able todecrease disease intensity up to 81, 6%.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan T. harzianum sebagai agens hayati dalam skala luas belum banyak dilakukan, salah satukendalanya adalah terbatasnya agens hayati isolat lokal yang diproduksi secara massal. Oleh karenaitu diperlukan teknologi untuk produksi massal T. harzianum yang murah dan mudah dilakukan.penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan perbanyakan T. harzianum pada beberapa media cairekstrak kentang, ekstrak beras, ekstrak jagung muda dan air kelapa muda dengan menggunakan alatFermentor Sangat Sederhana (FSS) dengan media organik limbah pertanian yaitu sekam, bekatul danserbuk gergaji. isolat Ralstonia solanacearum hasil isolasi di daerah Malang mempunyai virulensiyang tinggi. Hasil ekplorasi agensia hayati bakteri Pseudomonad fluoresen diperoleh 130 isolat. Dari130 isolat tidak semua mampu menghambat bakteri Ralstonia solanacearum. Ada 37 isolat yangberpotensi sebagai agensia hayati terpilih dengan zona hambatan terbesar dengan mekanismeberagam yaitu bakteriostatik dan bakterisida

Abstract

Kegiatan operasional penambangan dilakukan pada pit AB dengan jumlah pengupasan overburden bulan Mei 2015 sampai final pit  mencapai 2.787.270,87 BCM dengan shrinkage factor 0,9 menjadi 2.508.723,79 CCM pada kondisi pemadatan. Kapasitas desain penimbunan mine out harus mampu menampung jumlah overburden pit AB. Desain lereng tunggal timbunan yaitu tinggi bench 5 m, lebar bench 10 m, dan slope angle 250. Tahapan pembuatan sequence ini dimaksudkan untuk mempermudah pengontrolan desain penimbunan. Tahapan penimbunan terdiri dari empat sequence yaitu elevasi 89 mdpl sampai 94 mdpl, elevasi 94 mdpl sampai 99 mdpl, elevasi 99 mdpl sampai 104 mdpl, dan elevasi 104 mdpl sampai 109 mdpl. Kapasitas timbunan mencapai 2.688.901,50 CCM sehingga desain yang direncanakan mampu menampung overburden pit AB bulan Mei 2015 sampai final pit. Hasil analisis kestabilan lereng mine out pit C dengan menggunakan metode Bishop diperoleh nilai faktor keamanan lereng dengan angka 1,832 dengan kondisi jenuh.

Abstract

Terasi ikan teri (Stolephorus sp) merupakan produk fermentasi ikan yang berbentuk semi basah yang dalam pembuatannya ditambahkan garam. Garam dalam pembuatan terasi mempunyai peranan sebagai pemberi rasa asin, sebagai pengawet, dan membantu dalam pembentukan flavour serta memperbaiki mutu sensori terasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan konsentrasi garam terhadap mutu sensori dan kandungan senyawa volatil pada terasi ikan teri.Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ikan teri segar dan garam. Parameter yang diuji adalah nilai organoleptik, kadar air, aw, pH, dan kandungan senyawa volatil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental lapangan dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) menggunakan faktor perbedaan konsentrasi garam 2 % (TKA); 8,5% (TKB); dan 15% (TKC) yang difermentasikan selama 30 hari pemeraman. Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai organoleptik terasi TKA, TKB, dan TKC berturut-turut adalah7,64≤m≤7,90;  8,08≤m≤8,36;dan 7,74≤m≤7,96 sehingga layak untuk dikonsumsi. Analisa nilai pH antara 6,52 – 6,62; nilai kadar air antara 33,36 – 34,69%; nilai aw antara 0,73 – 0,79. Analisa nilai kandungan senyawa volatil dengan menggunakan Electronic Nose yaitu untuk nilai gugus alkohol berkisar antara 0.150 – 0.210 mV, hidrogen sulfida antara 0.139 – 0.208 mV, ammonia antara 0.123 – 0.176 mV dan aroma umum antara 0.076 – 0.156 mV. Hasil penelitian terbaik secara obyektif menurut parameter mutu sensori terdapat pada terasiTKBkarenamemilikikenampakan, bau, rasa, dan tekstur yang lebih disukai panelis.Parameter kandungan senyawa volatil yang memiliki aroma paling kuat terdapat pada terasi TKAberdasarkan deteksi Elektronic Nose. Perbedaankadargarammemberikanpengaruh yang berbedanyataterhadapmutu sensori, pH, aw dan kandungan senyawa volatil terasi ikan teri. Anchovy (Stolephorus sp) Fish Paste is one of fish fermented products in semi-moist form which is added salt during the procces. Salt added has a role as chemical agent giving salt taste, as preservative agent, and in flavor production for increase its sensory  quality. The aims of this research was to identify the influences of different salt concentrations on quality of sensory and volatile compound of anchovy (Stolephorus sp) fish paste.Materials used in this research were anchovy (Stolephorus sp) fish and salt. The parameters tested were sensory (organoleptic), water content, water activity (Aw), pH, and the content of volatile compound. The method used is field experimental using Completely Randomised Design with different salt concentrations 2% (TKA); 8,5% (TKC); snd 15% (TKC) which were fermented during 30 days. Analysis used in this research was Analysis of Varians (ANOVA).Based on the result, it was obtained that there is different organoleptic scores from different samples used, which are 7.64≤m≤7.90 for (TKA), 8.08≤m≤8.36 for (TKB), and 7.74≤m≤7.96 for (TKC). It showed that all the samples are acceptable to be consumed. Analyses of pH assesmentwas obtained range between 6.52-6.62; moisture content range between 33.36-34.69%. While the score of Aw was obtained range between 0.73-0.79. Analysis of volatile compunds used Electronic Nose was obtained 0.150-0.201 mV for the score of alcohol compound. And for general flavor range between 0.076-0.156 mV. Based on the result of sensory parameter, TKB  is the best sample, it was caused by appereance, smell, taste, and texture which was preffered by panelists.Volatile compound parameter showed that the sample TKAis the strongest flavor based detection of Electronic Nose. While based on The different of salt concentrations gave significant effect on the quality of sensory, pH, aw and the content of volatile compound of anchovy fish paste.

Abstract

Tulisan ini menyajikan konstruksi hermeneutika Khaled M. Abou al-Fadl tentang hadis-hadis gender, menguji otentisitas dan pemaknaannya dengan studi kasus pada sejumlah hadis sandaran fatwa Council for Scientific Research and Legal Opinion, lembaga di Arab Saudi. Abou El- Fadl menawarkan sekaligus mengaplikasikan cara kerja hermeneutis, semisal perlunya negotiating process antara hadis sebagai teks, pengarang, Nabi dan seluruh rawinya, dan pembaca. Hal ini dilakukan dengan lima rambu,yaitu: kejujuran, kesungguhan, kemenyeluruhan, rasionalitas dan pengen-dalian diri. Temuannya adalah sebagai berikut: Pertama, kualifikasi hadis-hadis fatwa tersebut sangat tidak memadai, sejumlah hadis ditemukan tidak otentik dan ada pula yang tidak proporsional. Kedua,hadis merupakan akhir dari produk kepengarangan yang panjang sejak dari Nabi sebagai pengarang pertama hingga ke tingkat kolektor hadis seperti Imam Bukhari. Ketiga, subjektivitas setiap periwayat tertancap kuat dalam hadis yang diriwayatkannya sehinga perlu telaah historis.-------------------This paper is aimed to construct the Khaled M. Abou al-Fadl’s hermeneutics on hadiths gender, by examining its authentity and interpretation. This study brings a study case on a number of fatwas of Council for Scientific Research and Legal Opinion, the Saudi Arab-based Fatwa Institute. Abou El- Fadl applies a number of hermeneutic works; such as, negotiating process among texts, authors, the prophet’s traditions, and transmitters, as well as the readers. The hermeneutics work was throuruoghly counducted by bringing together the five principal rules: honesty, deligency, comprehensiveness, rationality, and self-restraint. A number of findings found is as follow: first, hadiths being bases of the fatwa are inadequate. Some of them are not authentic and yet proportionally. Second, hadith is the long final authorship product from the prophet as the first author to the level of hadith collector such as Imam Bukhori. Finally, each authors subjectivity can be tightly attached to the hadiths that he or she revealed which historically must be explored.

Abstract

AbstrakModel terbang merupakan bagian penting dalam pembangunan sistem kontrol suatu pesawat udara tanpa awak sayap tetap, terutama dalam pembangunan sistem kendali mandiri atau autopilot pesawat. Dengan model terbang, gerak terbang pesawat dapat direpresentasikan dan disimulasikan. Pada penelitian ini, model terbang dihasilkan melalui identifikasi sistem atau pemodelan pesawat udara tanpa awak sayap tetap jenis Bixler. Identifikasi sistem dilakukan berdasarkan eksperimen (pengambilan data terbang) dan digunakan struktur model state-space. Terdapat tiga tahapan dalam penelitian ini, pemodelan gerak terbang pesawat, pengambilan data terbang, dan identifikasi model terbang. Melalui tiga tahapan tersebut, diperoleh model terbang pesawat sayap tetap jenis Bixler yang dapat merepresentasikan gerak terbang pesawat yang terbagi dalam 2 mode, mode longitudinal dan mode lateral.Diperoleh model terbang mode longitudinal pesawat udara tanpa awak sayap tetap jenis Bixler menggunakan 13 parameter menggunakan struktur model state-space orde 4. Model terbang mode lateral pesawat udara tanpa awak sayap tetap jenis Bixler menggunakan 11 parameter menggunakan struktur model state-space orde 4. Kata kunci—UAV, Identifikasi Sistem, Pemodelan   AbstractFlight model is one of importing thing in fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) control system development, mainly in the aircraft autopilot. Through this flight model, the aircraft motion can be represented and simulated.In this research, the flight model is obtained through system identification and system modelling of Bixler fixed-wing  unmanned aerial vehicle. System identification is based on experiment data and use state-space model structure. There are three stages in this research, aircraft motion system modelling, flight data collecting, and flight model identification. Through those three stages, Bixler fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle flight model is obtained as represented in two modes, longitudinal mode and lateral modeThe Bixler fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle longitudinal mode flight model is obtained using 13 parameters. Abstract

Abstract: In the 17th century, during the time of Sultan Iskandar Thani, Muslims in Aceh had known and had contact with Sufi ideology of Wahdatul Wujuh, the belief about God, nature, human and wujudiyyah as well as other philosophical ideologies. This perception attracts the Islamic scholars, including Muslim scholars, because it offers a new ideology as opposed to that embraced by Ar-Raniry. Ar-Raniry had a lot of expertise beside Sufi such as theologians, expert in Islamic jurisprudence, scholars of hadith, historians, experts in comparative religion, and politicians. Hamzah Fansuri's rational of this belief was considered as conflicting to the teachings of Islam (understood by Ar-Raniry) which eventually led to controversies among the Muslim communities. Despite the controversies continued to emerge, the understanding of the new ideology by ArRaniry was growing like mushrooms inthe rainy season. In opposing the wujudiyyah ideology by Hamzah Fansuri that had become the belief of the people at that time, there are four specification points of his thinking, namely; God, nature, people and wujudiyyah. These four points were used as the bases by Ar-Raniry in opposing Fansuri Hamzah and his followers.Abstrak: Pada abad 17, pada masa Sultan Iskandar Tsani, umat Islam saat itu mengenal dan bersinggungan dengan pemikiran sufi wahdatul wujuh keyakinan tentang Tuhan, alam, manusia, wujudiyyah dan pemahaman filsafat lainnya. Pemahaman ini menggiurkan para ulama, termasuk sarjana muslim, karena menawarkan aliran baru yang dianut oleh Ar-Raniry. Ar-Raniry memiliki banyak keahlian selain sebagai sufi, juga ahli teolog, ahli fikih, ahli hadis, sejarahwan, ahli perbandingan agama, dan politisi. Wacana rasional Hamzah Fansuri keyakinan ini dianggap bertentangan dengan ajaran Islam? (yang dipahami Ar-Raniry) yang akhirnya melahirkan kontroversi di kalangan masyarakat muslim. Meskipun kontroversi terus bermunculan, namun paham aliran baru Ar-Raniry ini terus berkembang bagaikan jamur di musim hujan. Dalam menentang paham wujudiyyah Hamzah Fansuri yang sudah menjadi keyakinan bagi masyarakat pada waktu itu, ada empat poin mengenai spesifikasi dari pemikirannya, yaitu; Tuhan, alam, manusia dan wujudiyyah. Empat landasan inilah yang dijadikan pijakan Ar-Raniry dalam menentang Hamzah Fansuri dan pengikutnya.

Abstract

Terrorism could be simply defined as an act that causes fear by doing? harassment to reach particular object. There are many factors contribute to the? emergence of terrorism such as religion, psychology, economic, politics, and social.? All of them could create any movement from nationalism-separatism, religious? fundamentalism, and new religion movement to Islamic radical-fundamentalism. But? none of them could indicate that Islam is identical to terrorism. Many think that terrorism is similar to jihad. As a religion that is bestowed to universe, it becomes? awkward when Islam is accused for being teaching and encouraging terrorism. Jihad? is not the other word of terrorism. Jihad is taken after passing a tight Islamic law? consideration. Differently to Jihad, terrorism is relatively without legal consideration.? Jihad respects human rights. In the order way around, terrorism disrespects human? rights. So that, Jihad is not the same to terrorism. What perceive them the same is? indeed narrow-minded or misconception toward ideal understanding about Islam.? Perhaps, there could be people using Islam for masking their faces in order to reach? their object.
