Abstract

ABSTRAK Sistem dan jalur pembinaan olahraga prestasi yang ada pada saat ini, maka orientasi pembinaan olahraga secara mendasar, sistematis, efisien dan terpadu serta mengarah kepada satu tujuan yang sama. Oleh karena itu, salah satu pengembangan dalam pembinaan prestasi cabang olahraga di Sulawesi Selatan yaitu adanya konsep dan strategi yang tepat, mendasar, terpadu dan berkesinambungan melalui pembenahan manajemen olahraga di Sulawesi Selatan tentang kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; (1) perbedaan kuantitas kinerja organisasi antara pengurus provinsi PELTI dan PTMSI di Sulawesi Selatan; (2) perbedaan kuantitas kinerja organisasi antara pengurus provinsi PELTI dan PBSI di Sulawesi Selatan; (3) perbedaan kuantitas kinerja organisasi antara pengurus provinsi PTMSI dan PBSI di Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah seluruh Pengurus PengProv. PELTI, PTMSI dan PBSI di Sulawesi Selatan dengan sampel berjumlah 20 orang dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji-t pada taraf signifikan 95% atau a0,05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa; (1) Ada perbedaan yang signifikan kuantitas kinerja antara pengurus provinsi PELTI dan PTMSI di Sulawesi Selatan, terbukti t0 = 5,205 > tt = 2,093 atau P < a0,05 , (2) Ada perbedaan yang signifikan kuantitas kinerja antara pengurus provinsi PELTI dan PBSI di Sulawesi Selatan, terbukti t0 = 4,051 > tt = 2,093 atau P < a0,05, dan (3) Ada perbedaan yang signifikan kuantitas kinerja antara pengurus provinsi PTMSI dan PBSI di Sulawesi Selatan, terbukti t0 = 9,992 > tt = 2,093 atau P < a0,05. Kata Kunci: Kuantitas Kinerja Organisasi, Pengurus Provinsi PELTI, PTMSI, PBSI ABSTRACT Pathway system and achievement of existing sports coaching at the moment, the fundamental orientation of sports coaching, systematic, efficient and integrated as well as lead to a common purpose. Therefore, one of the achievements in fostering the development of sport in South Sulawesi that is the proper concepts and strategies, basic, integrated and sustainable management through the improvement of sport in South Sulawesi on organizational performance. This study aims to determine: (1) the difference between the quantity of organizational performance and PTMSI PELTI provincial officials in South Sulawesi, (2) the difference between the quantity of organizational performance and PBSI officials PELTI province in South Sulawesi, (3) the quantity difference between the caretaker provincial organizational performance PTMSI and PBSI in South Sulawesi. This study is a type of quantitative research. Population is the entire Board Pengprov. PELTI, PTMSI and PBSI in South Sulawesi with a sample of 20 people by using random sampling techniques. Data analysis technique used is the t-test at significant level 95% or a0.05. Based on these results we can conclude that: (1) There are significant differences between performance quantity and PTMSI PELTI provincial officials in South Sulawesi, proved t0 = 5.205> tt = 2.093 or P < a0.05, (2) There is a significant quantity performance between provincial officials and PBSI PELTI in South Sulawesi, proved t0 = 4.051> tt = 2.093 or P < a0.05, and (3) There are significant differences in performance between the quantity of the provincial board PTMSI and PBSI in South Sulawesi, proved t0 = 9.992> tt = 2.093 or P < a0.05.
