Abstract

Karyawan mempunyai peranan yang penting bagi perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Maka dari itu, untuk dapat memotivasi karyawan, maka perusahaan memberi imbalan untuk mendorong kinerja karyawan. Imbalan yang dimaksud dapat berupa pembagian keuntungan dan kepemilikan saham oleh karyawan atau yang biasa disebut ESOP (employee stock option program). ESOP disini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan supaya memiliki komitmen yang tinggi dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ESOP (employee stock ownership program) terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang diukur dengan rasio keuangan yaitu EPS, ROA, dan Sales Growth. Faktor kepemilikan saham  karyawan sangat diperlukan bagi perusahaan  untuk meningkatkan komimen karyawan agar  dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah ESOP. Sedangkan variabel dependen dari penelitian ini adalah kinerja perusahaan yang diukur dengan EPS, ROA, dan Sales Growth. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variabel ESOP mempunyai pengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap EPS, ROA, dan Sales Growth dengan nilai signifikansi 0.041, 0.046 dan 0,018.Keyword: ESOP, EPS, ROA, Sales Growth

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kepemimpinan pelayan terhadap kepuasan kerja dalam mempengaruhi kinerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di STIE di Kota Semarang, responden yang digunakan sebanyak 130 dosen yang ada di STIE AKA, STIE SEMARANG dan STIE TOTALWIN. Dalam pengolahan data penelitian ini menggunakan SEM. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini kecerdasan emosional tidak mampu memberikan pengaruh kepada kinerja. Kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh kepada kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan pelayan berpengaruh positif  kepada kinerja. Kepemimpinan pelayan berpengaruh kepada kepuasan kerja serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja.  Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan Emosional, Kepemimpinan Layanan, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan munculnya berbagai aplikasi media sosial yang menyebabkan tumbuhnya minat untuk mencari alternatif aplikasi media sosial yang paling sesuai, termasuk pada para pengguna aplikasi media sosial yang menggunakannya untuk kepentingan berbisnis, dan akhirnya terjadi perpindahan merek (brand switching). Populasi dan sample penelitian ini adalah para pengguna aplikasi media sosial dikalangan mahasiswa perguruan tinggi di Kota Semarang yang memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana berbisnis. Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis kuantitatif Regresi yang dikombinasikan dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa variabel yang dominan menjadi penyebab terjadinya brand switching adalah harga–biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk menggunakan aplikasi media , sementara variabel atribut produk, kemudahan akses dan promosi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.This study raises the issue of the emergence of social media application that causes the growth of interest to find an alternative social media application of the most appropriate, including on social media application users who use it for business, and ultimately the displacement of the brand (brand switching). Population and sample of this research is a social media application users among college students in the city of Semarang who use social media as a means of doing business. Data analysis methods used include quantitative regression analysis combined with descriptive statistics. Research findings reveal that the dominant variable into the causes brand switching is price-expenditures required to use the media applications, while variable product attributes, ease of access and promotion does not have a significant effect.

Abstract

  Dividend policy is a decision to define the part received by shareholders according to the funds they invest as well as the part that will be retained by the company. Dividend payout ratio has been discussed in the financial sector by several researchers since 1961 when Miller and Modigliani proposed the theory of “Signalling Hypothesis”. There are many variables that affect dividend policy including profitability, debt policy, liquidity, growth, investment opportunity set,etc. In this research, Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) is choosen according to the hardness of this observation, the main purpose of this research is to study the proxy of IOS exactly. This research aimed to empirically test the effect of set investment opportunity to the dividend policy. The tested variable in this study was investment opportunity set measured by market-to-book value of equity while the moderating variable was firm size. The sample was 16 companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (I.S.E) 2011-2013 selected through purposive sampling technique. The analytical statistic was a simple linear regression to test the absolute difference value of moderation. The results showed that the investment opportunity set has significant effect on dividend policy because the value of significance IOS less than rate of significance (0,045<0,05), it means that firm size moderation can be used as moderator between investment opportunity set and dividend policy because the value of significance firm size less than rate of significance (0,041<0,05).

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze whether there is influence of the working environment and workload against exhaustion in nurses. Observed object are ministerial government agencies that district general hospitals. The sample in this study is a hospital nurses Kardinah Tegal City with a number of 201 nurses as respondents, which consisted of 140 nurses inpatient and 61 outpatient nurse. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling and analysis method used is multiple linear regressions. Results of analysis showed the environment variabel inpatient nurses working in a negative influence on weariness.While working environment variabel on an outpatient nurse has no effect on tension. Variable capacity of nurses inpatient and outpatient positive effect on burnout. Of this study obtained a value of 0,525 or 52,5%. It means that 52,5% of burnout variables can be explained by the independent variables are the working environment and workload. The residual 47,5% is explained by other variable outside variable examined.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SME?s) is a business activity that is able to share work and provide economic services widely to the community and can play a role in the process of equity and increase community income, encourage economic growth, and the role in realizing national stability. The growth of SMEs requires good performance from entrepreneurs who with an entrepreneurial spirit to make business in. The aims of this research are to analyze the influence of managerial skill, entrepreneurship behavior and motivation to business performance on SME?s of Food in Gesing Village, Kandangan District, Temanggung Regency. There are 100 SME owners were taken as samples in this study. The data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the managerial skill, entrepreneurial behavior and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of SME?s of food. This shows that the better the managerial skill, entrepreneurial behavior, and motivation, the higher the performance of SMEs. the value of Adjusted R square is 0.782 shows the variation of business performance of SME?s in Gesing can be explained by managerial ability factor, entrepreneurship and motivation behavior is 78.2%, while 21.8% is explained other factors outside in the model.
