Abstract

Teacher Competency Development througt Creative Learning Management at SD Negeri 1 Magelung Kecamatan Kaliwungu Kabupaten Kendal SD Negeri 1 Magelung is an SD on level. The excellent achievement derives from the management and the teacher who have competency in their subject.In this research, researcher described in the implementation of creative learning management applied on this SD. Besides tat, the researcher also analyzed the role of implementing creative learning management in developing teacher competency. The method of the research was descriptive qualitative. The subject of the research were all teachers of the SD Negeri 1 Magelung Kendal. As for the data for the collection, the researcher used documentative method, interview and observation. And for the technique of analisys, the researcher used model of data reducsion, data display and concluding drawing. Whereas for the data validation technique, the researcherused triangulation technique, member check, dependability and confirmability. The result of the research showed that the creative learning management could be understood as a maximaze student achievement. The creative learning management could be understood as a process of choosing and implementing strategy. Strategy is a pattern of human resource allocation wich enables organizations to mountain their work. The implementation of the creative learning management was done profesissionally and proportionally. Each teacher was required to have capacity and to be able to develop the learning method. In general, the creative learning management was proven to be able to help the teachers to develop the ability of teacher competence I teaching. Based on the research result, it can be advised that teacher’s role and duty is one of determinant factor for the success of education. So, existence and development of teaching profession becomes an essential discourse for the government. Deterioration of education is not caused by curriculum but by lac teacher’s professionalism and student’s reluctant in learning. The professionalism focuses on knowledge mastery or management capability and implementation strategy. Kata Kunci: Competency, Learning Management, Creative Learning

Abstract

Autologous normovolemic hemodilution (ANH) is one of the methods to conserve blood donor (homologous). The decrease in hemoglobin (Hb) due to bleeding in major surgery will be minimized and the hematocrite (Hct) will be adjusted accordingly by this method. However, due to its impractical clinical application, another simpler hemodilution method is used, i.e. hypervolemic hemodilution (HHD), using 6% dextran 70 and lactated Ringer solutions. The aim of this randomized comparative study was to investigate the impacts of both hemodilution methods (ANH and HHD) on mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), hemoglobin (Hb) and hematocrite (Hct) in anesthetized patients undergoing major surgery. Fourteen (14) women fulfilling the inclusion and exclusion criteria were divided into 2 groups. Seven (7) women received ANH and seven (7) women received HHD method. There were significant statistical differences (P<0.05) between ANH and HHD groups in MAP and Hct after 1 minute (86.3±9.1 vs. 99.1±6.4 on MAP) and (27.3±1.7 vs. 31.5±4.4 on Hct) and after 20 minutes (87.7±7.3 vs. 98.3±6.8 on MAP) and (27.4± 1.7 vs. 3.6±4.8 on Hct) post-hemodilution respectively. There was no difference in HR and Hb. No statistical difference between the four parameters tested after 120 minutes post-hemodilution. It may be concluded that both methods worth to be used in clinical setting although further studies are required. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pentingnya menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri peserta didik dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran, utamanya begi peserta didik di tingkat Taman Kanak-kanak. Kurangnya rasa percaya diri dalam pembelajaran akan menimbulkan perasaan minder dan apatis yang berimplikasi pada penerimaan materi pembelajaran yang tidak efektif dan efisien.Permasalahan yang diungkap dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri peserta didik. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai adalah untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri peserta didik kelompok B TK Pertiwi 27 Gajahmungkur Semarang tahun pelajaran 2013/2014.Jenis penelitian ini adalah Classroom Action Research (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas), yang mengambil populasi pada kelas B TK Pertiwi 27 Gajahmungkur Semarang tahun pelajaran 2013/2014.Berdasar hasil analisis data, peserta didik kelas B TK Pertiwi 27 Gajahmungkur Semarang semester satu tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 mengalami kesulitan untuk menemukan rasa percaya diri secara utuh. Hal ini terjadi karena peserta didik mengalami hambatan dalam proses bersosialisasi, baik secara internal maupun secara eksternal. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah metode pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh guru kurang bisa menarik perhatian dan menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri peserta didik.Atas kenyataan tersebut, guru pada siklus I memberikan perlakuan melalui metode bercerita dengan media gambar, yang memberikan motivasi percaya diri pada peserta didik. Hasil penelitian siklus I didapatkan kondisi 90% peserta didik mengalami perubahan signifikan. Hal ini kemudian ditindaklanjuti dengan pelaksanaan siklus II, dimana perlakuan guru dengan metode bercerita ditingkatkan dengan melakukan bercerita mempergunakan alat bantu berupa boneka tangan. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta didik bisa mendapatkan percaya diri dengan baik. Hal ini ditandai dengan adanya keberanian peserta didik untuk berkomunikasi dengan guru, mampu bertanya dan mereview cerita yang disampaikan oleh guru dengan bercerita menurut bahasa peserta didik. Oleh karena itu disimpulkan bahwa dengan pendekatan metode bercerita dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri peserta didik kelas B TK Pertiwi 27 Gajahmungkur Semarang tahun pelajaran 2013/2014.Saran yang dapat peneliti sampaikan, hendaknya guru pembimbing mampu memberikan materi layanan yang bermuara pada peningkatan rasa percaya diri peserta didik, sehingga tujuan pembelajaran akan tercapai dengan optimal sesuai target pembelajaran. Kata Kunci : Percaya Diri dan Metode Bercerita

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi SRA (Sekolah Ramah Anak) dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran anak usia dini di Jenjang Satuan PAUD Se-Kecamatan Semarang Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Data-data diperoleh melalui kajian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan beberapa metode pengumpulan data yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis datanya dilakukan secara deskriptif untuk mendapatkan pemahaman tentang identifikasi Sekolah Ramah Anak dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini di Jenjang Satuan PAUD Se-Kecamatan Semarang Selatan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa identifikasi Sekolah Ramah Anak dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini di Jenjang Satuan Paud Se-Kecamatan Semarang Selatan sudah cukup baik. Pada prakteknya, kegiatan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan prinsip Sekolah Ramah Anak sudah hampir mendekati teori yang ada. Ini dibuktikan dengan hasil pengamatan dan dokumentasi pada setiap Jenjang Satuan PAUD se-Kecamatan Semarang Selatan. Pengamatan dan dokumentasi difokuskan pada kelengkapan Sarana dan Prasarana yang digunakan dalam Satuan Paud se-Kecamatan Semarang Selatan, pelaksanaan metode pembelajaran, sikap terhadap siswa, dan kesehatan lingkungan. Sarana dan prasarana yang digunakan di Satuan PAUD se-kecamatan semarang selatan telah ditata sedemekian rupa sehingga lingkungan secara keseluruhan dapat mendukung kegiatan anak, baik secara fisik, mental maupun motorik. Hanya saja pelaksanaa metode pembelajaran yang telah dirancang dan dipersiapkan oleh guru tidak dapat dilakukan secara maksimal dikarenakan beberapa sebab. Selain itu, dalam penyampaian materi pembelajaran, guru sudah cukup bervariatif dalam penggunaan metode pembelajaran disesuaikan dengan materinya dan didukung dengan media permainan serta komunikasi yang aktif antara guru dan peserta didik sudah cukup aktif. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk menstimulasi gerak lokomotor dan kefokusan anak serta kemampuan motorik kasar (Kaki) anak melalui permainan lari pindah ikan pada peserta didik kelas TK A KB-TK Madinatul Ilmi Al-Amien Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus masing-masing setiap siklus tiga kali pertemuan yang terdiri atas kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Disimpulkan bahwa “Kegiatan permainan lari pindah ikan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar (Kaki) pada anak TK A KB-TK Madinatul Ilmi Al-Amien Semarang Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016”. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan melalui permainan lari memindahkan ikan telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan ditandai dari peningkatan nilai pada kondisi awal hanya 1 anak dengan persentase 7 % mendapat nilai Baik. Pada siklus I dengan indikator berlari dengan cepat yaitu dari 3 anak dengan persentase 21% mendapat nilai baik. Pada siklus II, dengan indikator yang sama hasilnya mencapai indikator keberhasilan dan dalam kategori baik yaitu dari 9 anak dengan persentase 64% yang mendapat nilai baik. Dari hasil data tersebut maka indikator kinerja pada penelitian ini dapat dikatan berhasil pada siklus II sehingga tidak perlu dilaksanakan siklus III. Saran yang hendak peneliti sampaikan supaya pendidik dapat menggunakan sebagaian tunjangan profesinya untuk pengembangan diri, dengan membeli buku-buku serta mengikuti penataran, pelatihan, dan seminar seminar tentang kependidikan dan memberikan metode pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif agar anak lebih bersemangat dalam mengikuti kegiatan belajar.
