Abstract

This research was based by the increasing number of PC Tablet on the market. One of them is iPad. Where is iPad always been a market leader since its first launch in 2010, although the number of competitor always rise. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of consumer motivation, perceived quality, and consumer attitudes toward buying decision of the PC Tablet iPad. The result shows that consumers motivation, perceived quality, and consumer attitudes have significant relationship with buying decision. Perceived quality has higher influences for buying decisions than perceived quality and consumer attitudes. Abstract

Abstract

The research was motivated by a bank customer complaints Pandanaran Semarang Branch of BRI which indicates a decline in customer satisfaction as well as increase i the number of customer who closed acounts during the three yaers 2009-2011. By looking at existing problems, this study aimed to analyze the influence of customer value and quality of service to the customer satisfaction to creat customer loyalty Pandanaran BRI branch Semarang. This study sample of 100 people Pandanaran Semarang Branch of BRI customers. Question is given by using questionnaire consisting of closed and open questions. Respondent’s answers wetre then analyzed with a two stage regression using SPSS for Windows. Based on the analysis conducted, it was concluded that the variable value and quality customer service and a sidnificant inpact on customer loyalty. The result of  this study is expected to be used as information for the BRI branch Pandanaran Semarang and further research. Abstract

Purchasing decision is a decision as an act of ownership of two or more alternative choices. Many factors can influence the purchasing decisions of consumers to a product, such as brand awareness, brand associations and quality perception. Consumer purchasing decisions can be made to the number of products, one of which is a prepaid card IM3. The selected object is a product of cellular IM3 Indosat card ranked as the market share is still IM3 prepaid cards under other brands that sympathy and the percentage decline in market share occurred in 2009-2011.The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of brand awareness, brand associations and quality perception on purchase decisions.The population in this study were students of Economics and Business Undip S1, Jl. Tembalang, Semarang using Prepaid Card IM3. Samples taken 100 respondents. Sampling technique in this study was done by using simple random sampling. Is the primary data type. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression.Results of analysis using SPSS Version 13 showed that brand awareness significantly influence the purchase decision. Brand associations have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Perceived quality significantly influence the purchase decision. Therefore, the implications suggested in this study is Indosat should be developing a wider 3G network and expand the network in the cities that exist in the area, although it is done in stages. Make the size larger image and slogan slogan more attractive for consumers interested in having. By adding power to the BTS (Base Transceiver Station) so that it can be strengthened in receiving and distributing signals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh elemen ekuitas merek, yang meliputi kesadaran merek (brand awareness), persepsi kualitas (perceived quality), asosiasi merek (brand associations) dan keputusan pembelian (purchasing decisions). Penelitian ini termotivasi karena tingginya tingkat persaingan mie instan, dimana baik merek lama dan baru bermunculan. Mereka mulai menerapkan beberapa strategi untuk meraih pangsa pasar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 konsumen. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan responden adalah accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perusahaan manufaktur atau pelaku bisnis yang mampu untuk menawarkan keuntungan melalui peningkatan merek produk dengan menyediakan nilai tambah pada bisnis dan konsumennya, pada akhirnya akan mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian merek tersebut, karena merek mampu menunjukkan nilai produk yang ditawarkan ke pasar dan memberikan nilai baik pada konsumen maupun perusahaan.  This study aimed to determine the influence of brand equity elements that include brand awareness, perceived quality, brand associations and purchasing decisions. This research is motivated increasingly tight competition level of instant noodle, which lately both old and new brand have raised and that started to implement several new strategies to market share. A sample of this study is 100 consumens. The technique used in sampling is an accidental sampling. The result of this study is a manufacture company or business actors which is able to offer the benefits through increased brand equity by providing added value services to business and consumers, will eventually be able to influence its consumer behaviour in purchasing decisions of a brand, because product merk has ability to shows product value to offered in market and give value to consumens also the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem dan prosedur pemberian kredit modal kerja, dan untuk mengetahui cara meminimalisir tunggakan kredit pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Unit Tanjungrejo Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Fokus penelitian ini adalah struktur organisasi, prosedur pemberian kredit dan penerimaan angsuran, formulir dan dokumen yang berhubungan dengan prosedur pemberian dan penerimaan angsuran. Sumber data penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Account Officer dan Kepala Unit. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pembagian tugas pada struktur organisasi telah berjalan dengan baik, akan tetapi untuk jumlah personil Account Officer masih perlu ditambah. Adanya formulir yang pengisiannya dilakukan oleh Costumer Service, sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan dalam pengisian data calon debitor. Formulir dan dokumen yang digunakan juga cukup baik karena mudah dipahami oleh calon debitor, sehingga memudahkan pengisiannya. Untuk faktor-faktor penyebab tunggakan kredit, yaitu adanya musibah yang terjadi pada anggota debitor, dan juga menurunnya usaha debitor. Saran yang diberikan berdasarkan penelitian ini adalah perlu ditambahnya jumlah personil pada Account Officer. Pengisian data calon debitor pada formulir pengajuan pinjaman harusnya dilakukan oleh calon debitor itu sendiri, untuk mencegah terjadinya penyimpangan data yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian pada pihak bank. Pelaksanaan kunjungan atau inspeksi on the spot sebaiknya dilakukan dengan frekuensi lebih sering, Pengawasan pada debitor perlu dilakukan secara rutin dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui secara dini permasalahan yang mungkin timbul dan membantu mencari jalan keluarnya. Kata Kunci : Sistem dan Prosedur Pemberian Kredit, Kredit Modal Kerja, dan Tunggakan Kredit Abstract This study aims to determine the systems and procedures for the provision of working capital credit, and to know how to minimize credit arrears on PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Office Tanjungrejo Malang. This study uses descriptive. The focus of this research is the organizational structure, procedures the provision, and acceptance of credits, forms and documents relating to the procedures for granting and receiving installments. The data sources of this study used secondary data which was obtained from the Accounts Officer and the Head Unit. Data collection techniquewas documentation. The results found that the division of labor in the organization structure has been going well, but for the number of the loan officer personnel still need to be added. An entry form is completed by Customer Service, allowing the error possibility of data entry fromdebtor candidates. Forms and documents used were also quite good because it was easily understood by them, and made them easy to fulfill the form. For the causal factors of credit arrears is accidental problem that occurred in debtor members, and the decline of debtor’s business The advice from this study is there should be additional number of personnel on the Account Officer. The debtor data must be fulfilled by debtor to avoid data error that harming the bank. Implementation of visits or inspections on the spot should be done frequently, control on debtors need to be done regularlyto identify early problems that may arise and help find the way out. Abstract

The purpose of this research was for analyzing 5 assessments: 1. Effect on thetangible against consumer satisfaction, 2. Effect on reliability against customer satisfaction,3. Effect on responsiveness on customer satisfaction, 4. Effect on guarantee & certainty againstcustomer satisfaction, 5. Effect on empathy against customer satisfaction. This research hasbeen done with samples taken in random with consideration that the population was verylarge in numbers, as it wasn’t possible for the surveyor to cover the whole present population,so a representative was formed. Samples in this survey were only a part of the whole communityof the city of Semarang that used the services of St. Elisabeth Hospital. Result of this surveyshows that these 5 assessments were accepted. The result was, there was a positive andsignificant relation between tangible of St. Elisabeth hospital, reliability of St. Elisabeth hospitalin handling consumer, responsiveness of St. Elisabeth hospital, guarantee & certainty givenby St. Elisabeth hospital, empathy against customer satisfaction. This was proved by test Fwhere the value of significance was 0,000, the coefficient of determination on satisfactionshown by Adjusted R Square was 0,716 that means the customer satisfaction was 71,6% affectedby variable of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, guarantee and empathy. Whereas, the restof the 28,4% was affected because other variables were not checked thoroughly by researchers.Keywords: customer satisfaction, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy.

Abstract

This research study aimed to determine the influence of customer value, experiential marketing, trust toward customer satisfaction of Hotel Pondok Tingal Magelang. A sample of this study is 100 customers. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling. The results of this study showed that customer  value, experiential marketing, trust toward customer satisfaction have been effect on positive and significant. Customer value represent most dominant factor in influencing customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Orchid is one of the horticulture commodities that are very important in international trade. The problem that is commonly found in the plant tissue culture is hyperhydricity which causes the growth of plant to be too slow. Which is also a problem in acclimatization. Leaf fertilizers contain macro and micro nutrient that promote plant growth. Nano silica is a nutrient which is needed by monocotyl plants to support growth and prevent deficiency or poisoned nutrient. The aim of this research is to know the effects the combination of leaves fertilizer with nano silica and know optimal concentration of  leaves fertilizer and nano silica combination to growth of orchids (Dendrobiumsp) in subculture. This research used Completely Randomize Factorial Design (CRFD) (4x2) with four replication. First factor is leaves fertilizer (G) consists of four extent that is G0: 0,000 g/l; G1: 0,250 g/l; G2: 0,375 g/l; G3: 0,500 g/l. Second factor is nano silica (N) that consists of two extent that is N0: 0 ppm; N1: 20 ppm. The parameters which were measured in this research are number of leaves, plant height, number of roots, and the number of shoots. The data were analyzed by Analysis Of Variance (ANOVA) and continued with Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) in extent 95%. The results of this research show that there are effects of interaction between leaves fertilizer and nano silica to the amount of roots. Leaves fertilizer does not really affect the orchid but it tends to increase plant height, the amount of shoots and orchid performance. Nano silica does not really affect the orchid but it tends to increase the amount of leaves, plant height and orchid performance. Keyword: Growth, subculture, concentration, leaves fertilizer, nano silica
