Abstract

Pengelolaan laboratorium komputer sebagai media pembelajaran sangat berperan penting terhadap proses keberhasilan pembelajaran di sekolah sehingga guru dan siswa diharapkan dapat menguasai teknologi dan informasi yang sangat penting di era globalisasi sekarang ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem rekrutmen staf, penggunaan, dan pengembangan laboratorium komputer di sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi, Wawancara dan Studi Dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, Pengelola Laboratorium, Tenaga Laboran dan Siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Perekrutan tenaga laboran berasal dari guru bidang studi sehingga kemampuannya kurang maksimal karena bukan ahli dibidangnya. 2) Penggunaan laboratorium komputer untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kegiatan belajar mengajar pengelola dan guru terlebih dahulu membuat suatu rancangan kegiatan dan jadwal pemakaian laboratorium untuk kegiatan pembelajaran, juga disertai dengan peraturan penggunaan laboratorium, dalam  pembelajaran masing-masing siswa mendapat satu komputer ketika proses belajar di laboratorium, sistem pembelajaran dilakukan secara langsung yaitu siswa melihat langsung kepada monitor sehingga langsung dapat dipraktekkan. 3). Pengembangan laboratorium komputer dilakukan melalui peningkatan kemampuan staf laboran dengan mengikuti pelatihan sehingga kemampuan guru meningkat, melaksanakan program e-learning sehingga guru dan siswa dapat mengembangkan program e-learning sebagai media pembelajaran, pengembangan bengkel komputer sehingga siswa mengetahui tentang perangkat keras (Hardware), dan meminta pengadaan komputer baru kepada Dinas pendidikan Kota Banda Aceh. Abstract

In the al Quran explained that the testimony of two women equal to the testimony of a man. This was rejected by feminists because it felt unfair. This term is not for the weakness of the women sense, but because of that days, women lacked competence in the field of transaction of muamalah, therefore, her memory of that transaction was weak in that regard. If illat ‘urfiy such as foundation, then his condition has changed, because in this era of globalization and the information women not only engaged in the domestic sector, but also in the public sector. In the economic field, women are no longer just a participant but instead have become a business person. Thus, the knowledge in the field of economics of course no doubt anymore.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve the ability of teachers in the management of learning processes through academic supervision with individual techniques in SD Negeri 050757 Alur Dua subdistricts Sei Lepan Langkat district semester 2 academic year 2015/2016. The results of this study show an increase in the four aspects of the assessment, with an explanation of the improvement on the aspects of preparing the implementation plan at the initial conditions of 54.00 with the criteria value less increased to 66.00 with sufficient value criteria and 76.00 with good value criteria, on the aspect the implementation of learning from the average value of 55.21 with the criteria of less value increased to 65.43 with sufficient value criteria and 75.43 with good value criteria in the second cycle, on the aspect of assessment of learning outcomes from the average of 53.58 with the criteria of value less become 65.42 with enough value criterion and 77.42 with good value criterion as well as on aspect of class management from 54.83 with criterion less value become 66.83 with enough value criterion and 75.83 with good value criterion. Keyword: supervision, individual techniques Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam pengelolaan proses pembelajaran melalui supervisi akademis dengan teknik individual di SD Negeri 050757 Alur Dua kecamatan Sei Lepan kabupaten Langkat semester 2 Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan peningkatan pada keempat aspek penilaian, dengan penjelasan peningkatan pada aspek menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pada kondisi awal dari 54,00 dengan kriteria nilai kurang meningkat menjadi 66,00 dengan kriteria nilai cukup dan 76,00 dengan kriteria nilai baik, pada aspek pelaksanaan pembelajaran dari nilai rata-rata 55,21 dengan kriteria nilai kurang meningkat menjadi 65,43 dengan kriteria nilai cukup dan 75,43 dengan kriteria nilai baik pada siklus kedua, pada aspek penilaian hasil belajar dari rata-rata 53,58 dengan kriteria nilai kurang menjadi 65,42 dengan kriteria nilai cukup dan 77,42 dengan kriteria nilai baik serta pada aspek pengelolaan kelas dari 54,83 dengan kriteria nilai kurang menjadi 66,83 dengan kriteria nilai cukup dan 75,83 dengan kriteria nilai baik. Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh penambahan ekstrak etanol sabut kelapa muda (cocos nucifera Linn) dalam sari jagung manis (Zea mays var. saccharata) terhadap Staphylococcus aureus (gram positif) dan Shigella dysenteriae (gram negatif). Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan konsentrasi ekstrak etanol sabut kelapa muda terhadap pertumbuhan koloni bakteri pada sari jagung manis, serta total pertumbuhan koloni bakteri terendah pada ekstrak etanol sabut kelapa muda dalam sari jagung manis. Metode maserasi digunakan dalam proses ekstraksi sabut kelapa muda dengan pelarut etanol, selanjutnya ekstrak sabut kelapa muda dicampurkan dengan sari jagung manis sesuai variasi konsentrasi 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% dan 5%. Analisis total pertumbuhan bakteri ekstrak etanol sabut kelapa muda dalam sari jagung manis  dilakukan dengan metode TPC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total pertumbuhan koloni bakteri terendah yaitu pada konsentrasi 5% untuk bakteri Shigella dysenteriae sebesar 1,0x107 CFU/mL dan Staphylococus aureus sebesar 1,6x107CFU/mL.Kata kunci: Zea mays var. saccharata, Cocos nucifera Linn, antibakteri, total koloni

Abstract

Teaching supervision is one of the efforts to improve teacher professionalism. The purpose of this study was to find out how the teaching supervision program, teaching supervision techniques, and supporting and inhibiting factor of the implementation of teaching supervision of principal were. This study used descriptive method and qualitative approach. Data were collected through interview, observation and documentation study. Subject of the study were principal, vice principal and teachers. The result showed that: (1) Learning supervision program prepared by principal including planning, scheduling, supervision model, supervision clues, feedback and follow up implementation. In the implementation, principal examine learning administration instrument such as syllabus, lesson plan, teaching and learning process, annual program, semester program, effective week, question item analysis. (2) Teaching supervision techniques was conducted by class visiting, class observation, individual talk, teacher meeting, and assigning the teachers for training, upgrading, and educational seminar. (3) Supporting factor of teaching supervision implementation were teacher readiness to be coached by the principal, the establishment of good relationship in school environment, in addition the principal can monitor the teachers’ teaching development or achievement. Therefore, the principal would now which teachers were successful and which teachers needed further coaching in teaching. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor in the implementation of teaching supervision was the limited time due to the busyness of principal inside and outside of the school.

Abstract

The compound of sunscreen substance generally used is synthetic material. However, synthetic material sometimes has negative effect when it is mixed into blood current. To avoid negative effect traditional cure, such as Areca kernel can be used. A research has been done aiming to know the degree of effect value SPF sunscreen achieved from extract Areca kernel as sun protection factor for skin. The research done with extracting Areca kernel with reflux method in order to carry out component of chemical polyfenol as compound of sunscreen. Then, the extract is made soluted with concentration of 100 ppm, 200 ppm, and 300 ppm; then it’s 370 nm, following counting value SPF. The result of the research shows that all extract concentration of Areca kernel give value SPF, such as : that in the concentration of 100 ppm shows 2,19, concentration of 200 ppm shows 3,77, and concentration 300 ppm shows 5,63. Based on this research, it’s concluded that extract Areca kernel has sunscreen effect due to value SPF achieved fulfills in range sunscreen requirement, namely 2 to 60. Key words: Areca catecu, Sunscreen, Sun Protection Factor (SPF), Spektrofotometer UV-Vis

Abstract

This study aims to identify the capacity of teachers to understand the knowledge of disaster, disaster and integrate knowledge mapped into the unit level curriculum, implement SBC that has been compiled into the syllabus and lesson plans, and implement the syllabus and Learning Program Plan into the learning process. The method used was a descriptive qualitative and action research. Subjects were school committee, working group supervisor, the Working Group Principals, Congress Subject Teacher and elementary school students in the city of Banda Aceh research found that teachers do not fully have the capacity of disaster knowledge and socialization of teachers SBC still not understood, there is still wrong in integrating disaster knowledge between syllabus and lesson plans and have not been able to spontaneously reflect on the knowledge of disaster awareness in the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts made by the principal to improve the professional competence of teachers. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects were school principals, vice principals and teachers. The results showed the principal has made a planning program to improve the professional competence of teachers, which gives permission to the teacher to go to college, training provides teaching materials in accordance with the applicable curriculum. Implementation of the program to improve the professional competence of teachers by requiring each subject teachers to make learning device according to the latest curriculum, adjusting the development of teachers handbook, make supervision schedule.

Abstract

This study aims to describe Qiraah Shadzah and its role in continuity the dialect of Arabic, especially the verses related to Qiraah Shadzah contained in chapter Al-Imran. This study used descriptive-normative and comparative methods. The results show that Qiraah Shadzah made an important contribution in maintaining the continuity of Arab dialect. This is derived from the observation of some Qiraah Shadzah because there is a change of vowel, such as the transfer from fathah to dhamma, from kasrah to dhamma, from fathah to kasrah, or from dhamma to kasrah. These changes show that Arab customs differ between desert people and civilized people. Where civilized people more often use fathah and kasrah because both are symbols of meekness, while on the other hand desert people prefer to use the dhammah which is a hard and rough symbol.

Abstract

When Andalucia was as center of Umayyad Dynasty in Europe, school of Malik ibn Anas became the formal school of state, and at the time, Ibn Hazm opposed such state school legalization and called to refer to the Quran and Sunnah. The commitment of Ibn Hazm to return religious problem, especially Islamic law, to text of the Quran and Sunnah and also because of his relation with Abu Daud al-Asfahani made his school be known as school of literalism. The rational dimension in Islamic law epistemology of Ibn Hazm can be met in deconstructive and reconstructive aspect of his criticism discourse toward epistemology of all existing schools at that time. Thus, it can be known that Ibn Hazm literalism is based on critical dimension and not on textual literalism. The most striking rational aspect in the Islamic law epistemology of Ibn Hazm can be seen in the concept of argument (al-dalil).
