Abstract

Data penjualan perusahaan ritel Amigo Group mengindikasikan setiap tahun cenderung terjadi peningkatan di semua toko khususnya produk pakaian saat menjelang Idul Fitri. Idul Fitri terjadi mengikuti kalender hijriyah, inilah yang memunculkan adanya indikasi kasus efek variasi kalender. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu meramalkan penjualan produk di tujuh toko dengan metode peramalan time series hirarki. Peramalan time series hirarki dilakukan dengan tiga pendekatan yaitu bottom-up, top-down proporsi histori, dan top-down proporsi peramalan. Nilai MAPE Simetri out-sample setiap pendekatan peramalan hirarki dibandingkan untuk mendapatkan model terbaik. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa level 0 hem panjang dewasa pria, celana panjang jeans dewasa pria, dan jaket dewasa pria model terbaik yaitu bottom-up. Level 0 produk rok dewasa wanita dan celana panjang wanita model terbaik yaitu top-down. Level 1 hem panjang dewasa pria model terbaik yaitu top down proporsi histori dengan rata-rata proporsi dari rata-rata data asli tahun 2002-2011. Produk celana panjang jeans dewasa pria, rok dewasa wanita dan celana panjang wanita model terbaik yaitu top down proporsi histori dengan proporsi (1), sedangkan ntuk level 1 produk jaket dewasa pria model terbaik yaitu bottom-up.

Abstract

Stikom Career Center (SCC) Surabaya Stikom is currently using the Tracer Study application to find out how the alumni condition is after 2 years have passed. The Tracer Study application was implemented starting in 2011. The use of the Tracer Study Application to date has not been done at this time.Therefore in this study an analysis of Tracer Study application with the Technology Acceptance Model 2 method consists of Variable Subjective Norms, Images, Job Relevance, Output Quality, Demonstrability Results as independent variables, while the dependent variables include Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Intention of Use, Use, Behavior and moderating variables of the Experience and Voluntariness variables.From the results of distributing questionnaires as many as 79 respondents and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, it was found that Subjective Norm Variables to Image, Perception of Usefulness to Intention of Use, Perception of ease of use towards Perceived Usefulness, Perceived ease of use towards Intention to Use and Intention for Using the Usage Behavior. Based on the results available at this time and the nature of the Stikom Career Center (SCC) in Surabaya, the Stikom must emphasize the ease of use and share access rights.Keywords: Tracer Study, Stikom Career Center (SCC) Surabaya Stikom, Model 2 Acceptance Technology.

Abstract

Peramalan dengan akurasi tinggi merupakan hal yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam membentuk suatu model peramalan.Salah satu model peramalan yang sering digunakan yaitu model nonlinier. Banyak penelitian melakukan pemodelan dengan menggunakan model nonlinier terutama pada kasus return saham karena para peneliti mengasumsikan bahwa return bergerak secara nonlinier. Data return saham yang dijadikan kasus dalam penelitian ini adalah saham-saham yang tergolong dalam indeks LQ 45. Dua data return saham yang digunakan adalah return saham PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia dan return saham PT. Bank Negara Indonesia karena return saham kedua bank tersebut dalam keadaan liquid dan stabil. Sebagai langkah awal, pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengujian nonlinieritas dengan menggunakan uji Terasvirta. Langkah berikutnya melakukan pemodelan dengan menggunakan model LSTAR (Logistic Smoothing Transition Autoregressive). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data return saham PT. Bank Negara Indonesia dan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia mengikuti fenomena nonlinier. Model terbaik yang dihasilkan untuk Bank Rakyat Indonesia memiliki nilai AIC sebesar 31665 sedangkan model terbaik yang dihasilkan untuk Bank Negara Indonesia memiliki nilai AIC sebesar 25883.

Abstract

Library is a part of educational organization in the University of Drs. Soetomo Surabaya (UNITOMO). Along with the development of time, the Library UNITOMO create website Open Public Access Catalog (OPAC) which release in 2015 to facilitate students. According to the website www.alexa.com, OPAC website ranked 12.902 in Indonesia. Based on data from library visits from January to October obtained the result that most library visitors come from Strata 1 (S1) students. In addition, from 20 samples taken from UNITOMO S1 students, 60% of students stated complaints from this OPAC website is that the website is often down when accessed and 40% said the look of the OPAC website is less interesting. Based on existing problems, this study uses the DeLone and McLean models because this model evaluates the success rate of a website in terms of system quality, information quality, and service quality. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires with the number of 111 samples aimed at UNITOMO students. The result of the research is recommendation that the website developer of OPAC must review the available feature and fix it, if they found some mistakes such as broken links so the website can be used easily and quickly and always update the contents of the website information in the latest or in accordance with the time and do not contain information old that can make users confused.

Abstract

From observations made at the Palembang Medicine Clinic, it was found that the management of incoming and outgoing letters still used the recording method in the notebook. Based on the results of discussions with the Palembang Medical Clinic, the management of incoming and outgoing letters like this raises a number of problems including frequent occurrence parties who need information about the letter, the officer is not easy to know the existence of the letter. The disposition process that still uses paper and every incoming letter and outgoing letter must be copied repeatedly for the filing process and the letter distribution process. Therefore, it is necessary to have an application for managing incoming and outgoing letters at the Palembang Medical Clinic which has a letter search feature, letter recording and letter disposition so that results can be obtained effectively and efficiently. The application will be designed with a web-based, because the web application data of incoming letter and outgoing letter can be more quickly connected from secretaries, managers, directors and employees found in Palembang Medical Clinic.Keywords: Application, Palembang Clinic, Incoming Letter, Outgoing Letter.

Abstract

Upaya pemerintah dalam mendorong Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk “go online” mendapat dukungan besar dari para pelaku e-commerce. Hal ini disebabkan karena kekuatan ekonomi khususnya di Indonesia sebesar 60% terletak pada UMKM. Di era mobile internet saat ini, jumlah pengguna smartphone yang telah melakukan online adalah sumber utama dalam pengembangan UMKM. Salah satu strategi yang diadopsi oleh banyak pelaku bisnis di Indonesia adalah strategi Online to Offline atau Offline to Online (O2O). Model bisnis O2O tidak hanya mengubah mentalitas konsumen dan model layanan tetapi juga membawa tantangan baru bagi e-commerce tradisional. Dapat dikatakan bahwa e-commerce saat ini mencari cara baru untuk menggabungkan ekonomi online dan offline, yang merupakan tren yang tak terelakkan dalam pengembangan e-commerce. Oleh karena itu, model bisnis O2O adalah model bisnis yang tepat untuk UMKM karena memiliki prospek pengembangan yang besar. Makalah ini akan membahas pengenalan model O2O dan strategi pengembangannya kepada UMKM, dan juga untuk mempromosikan pengembangan aplikasi e-commerce berbasis O2O di UMKM.

Abstract

Kemajuan Teknologi Informasi yang terjadi memberikan berbagai sarana bagi perguruan tinggi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap sivitas akademikanya. Salah satu hal yang dilakukan untuk menunjang sistem informasi yang ada di lingkungan kampus yaitu dengan membuat Website. Sehingga pada penelitian ini dikhususkan pada penggunaan sistem informasi akademik berbasis web di Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya yang dikenal dengan sebutan Sistem Informasi Cyber Campus (SICYCA). Melalui SICYCA, mahasiswa dapat dengan mudah mendapatkan data mengenai berbagai macam layanan antara lain Akademik, Keuangan, PPTA, Perpustakaan, E-Resource, Email, Komunitas. Dalam penggunaannya SICYCA menghadapi beberapa kendala, akan tetapi SICYCA tetap digunakan oleh mahasiswa untuk kepentingan berlangsungnya proses pembelajaran. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini perlu dilakukan pengukuran pengaruh kualitas SICYCA terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas mahasiswa Stikom Surabaya untuk mengetahui hal apa saja yang mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap SICYCA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0 yang dimodifikasi dengan menambahkan dimensi kualitas antarmuka pengguna. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner, kemudian dilakukan deskripsi pada data yang diperoleh dan dilakukan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa yaitu kualitas kegunaan dan kualitas desain antarmuka pengguna, sedangkan kepuasan mahasiswa sangat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa

Abstract

Dinas Koperasi and UMKM Surabaya currently uses E-Perfomance application to measure employee performance appraisal and monitor the activities of employees. The E-Perfomance application is used starting in 2015 and made many changes every year. Since the beginning of the use of E-Perfomance application until now has not been evaluated the acceptance in applying the application. Therefore, in this research, there is an acceptance analysis of E-Performance application with Technology Acceptance Model 2 method consisting of Subjective Norm Norm, Image, Job Relevance, Output Quality, Result Demonstrability as independent variable, while dependent variable include Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Intention to Use, Usage Behavior and moderation variables include Experience variables.

Abstract

Hello Work is a website owned by The Labor Office of Kabupaten Pasuruan (Disnaker) that has been developed for the labors from Pasuruan. By using Hello Work, the job seekers could find some companies or firms which opening the job vacancy that fit for job seeker’s criteria. But the survey’s result has proven still so many job seekers has problems at using Hello Work, especially on user interface for sign up process and less user friendly for mobile phone. As the described problem, the solution is to create a user interface by using Lean UX methode which composed by four stages, that are Declaring Assumption, Create an MVP, Run an Experiment, and Feedback and Research. And the result is a website prototype for desktop and mobile phone with seven improvement, that are a new dashboard layout, new login process, news column, user friendly sign-up process, new labor’s dashboard, and mobile version of Hello Work with improvement of the mean score from 3.016 for existing website to 3.54 for website prototype.

Abstract

Isoplus city ran has one of activity that is running race called isoplus city run at isopluscityrun.com. as long as the website has been implemented, there are 71,3% users that have accessed through a desktop device. there are some problems encountered by users, one of them is users cannot fully get and understand the information like the features and some of contents are too much to comprehend, so incompatible to be accessed with other deviecs. the solution is to develop a user interface at isoplus it run's website using heuristic evaluation methode and find the mistakes also to evaluate the successness of the website. The results of data processing show the level of problem improvement with high priority on the variable user control and freedom, namely assistance when the website error and the number of clicks and the problems in the aesthetic and minimalist design variables are incomplete information. The results of the design development by considering the initial design of the website and the results of the data processing of respondents. The final step is evaluated by the respondents using the heuristics evaluation method, from the ten variables average value obtained is 1.2 from the range of saverity rating value of 1 to 5, the value of 1 is that there is no problem which means the results of the design development that has been done has the level of problem in the category there is no problem in usability. The final results obtained recommendations in form of user interface design in accordance with the needs of the isoplus city run in supporting activities.
