Abstract

Workforce development can be viewed from two aspects, namely supplies or labor supply and labor demand or requirement. Manpower development in Central Java province aimed at balancing between labor supply with labor demand. Employment issues in the city of Semarang is urgent to solve one of which is the high Unemployment rate. The purpose of this study to analyze the creation of jobs in the city, in order to reduce the number of unemployed. Sources of data obtained from primary data using interviews (in-depth interview) and Focused Group Discussion (FGD) and secondary data collected by the method of documentation. The research variables are supplies or labor supply (supply) and demand or labor requirements (demand). Engineering analysis using analysis of Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat (SWOT). Results of this study indicate that the overall employment number is far fewer than the number of unemployed. As a result, the number of unemployed is difficult to bereduced (backlog). Job opportunities in the field of trade and services is quite open and evolving, but in terms of the availability of labor engaged in trade and services not in accordance with the needs. Employment strategy is to open opportunities as possible for investment is in any field. Job creation or business needs to pay attention to other aspects of the investment, industry, trade, cooperatives and SMEs, as well as the business needs to be raised so that the efforts to reduce the unemployment rate can be realized, and the longer the backlog of unemployed will decrease.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSIPola pemilihan kepala daerah yang membutuhkan banyak biaya membuat titik rawan terhadap darurat politik uang yang menjadi awal tumbuhnya korupsi, oleh karena itu semua komponen yang terkait dengan relatet yang kompeten dalam pemilihan kepala daerah harus menyiapkan kandidat dengan yang terbaik itu adalah nominasi yang diajukan dari partai atau partai koalisi dan kader independen yang memiliki kredibilitas dan integritas tinggi dan memiliki rekam jejak yang baik memenuhi harapan masyarakat pemilih. Di tangan pendidikan politik perlu diberikan kepada masyarakat pemilih sehingga masyarakat memahami kepala daerah dengan tidak menjual suara dengan uang, dan memilih menurut hati nurani bukan karena memberi. Abstract

This research discusses the using complementary and alternative medicine to patient with breast cancer in the national hospital Jakarta. This research is quantitatif study with design a cross sectional. The samples this research is patient with cancer breast in the national referal hospital Jakarta from January to Desember 2011. Total samples is 70 respondens. The results, respondent is using complementary and alternative medicine only 43%. Research shows age (p-value = 0,007) and long disease (p-value = 0,005) with the using complementary and alternative medicine. The result mutivariate analyse, long disease is dominant factor toward of using complementary and alternatif medicine to patient breast cancer with OR 5,784. The result research is suggest the patient with using complementary and alternative medicine need to colaboration and comunication to personnel health.The personnel health must to give support and conselling to patient use complementary and alternative medicine, in order to spirit life, specific the patient is long suffering breast cancer.

Abstract

Data base of Dinkes Sukabumi year 2013shows that delivery process attended by healthprofessional is 59,70% from total delivery in West Java. This research aims to identify thecorrelation between mothers characteristic andtheir choice to give birth with healthpractitioner or other care giver, in the Ginanjar village, Sukabumi. This research isquantitative approach with the use of cross-sectional design. The sample are92 motherswho gave birth between January and December 2013. The results shows that the numberof mothers give birth assisted by a shaman is 42%. This study proves the existence of arelationship between education mothers, occupation mothers, ANC examination history andthe choice ofbirth attendant with p value < 0.05. Mutivariate analysis shows that ANCexamination history is thedominant factor, which influence mothers choice with OR 5,784.Conclusion: the number of deliveries attended by shamans is high. Promoting healthpractitioners attendance in deliveries is required. There is a need to collaborate and sharerole amonghealth workers, cadres, shamans and communityto safedelivery.

Abstract

AbstractDemocracy in the managemen of public services to being part of the public service ethic that should be realized by the bureaucracy. In the public service always  accentuate democratic value such as justice, equality, participation, and public interest accommodation. Demands of better and more satisfy services to the public must be met by the government public service provider. The government attitude and behavior are still likely authoritative and providing services to the public. The public service providers management are  still have the quality of regulating, instead of serving the public. Public service becomes important because it can be used as a variable success of the government and local governments in the implementation of regional autonomy.
