Abstract

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mengidentifikasi masalah – masalah dan kelemahan -kelemahan yang terjadi pada sistem yang berjalan, merancang aplikasi sebagaisolusi untuk mengatasi masalah – masalah dan kelemahan – kelemahan yangberhubungan dengan sistem penjualan di Perusahaan Dagang dalam melakukantransaksi penjualan baik tunai maupun kredit secara terkomputerisasi, membantudalam pengadaan laporan penjualan, laporan piutang, juga jurnal penjualan yangakurat dan yang akan digunakan sebagai dokumen dan pembanding setiapbulannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studipustaka. Hasil yang ingin dicapai adalah dapat membuat suatu sistem penjualanterkomputerisasi untuk memecahkan masalah yang terjadi di perusahaan.Simpulan, sistem penjualan terkomputerisasi dapat memecahkan masalah –masalah yang terjadi pada sistem dan prosedur yang lama.

Abstract

The development of RFID technology (Radio Frequency Identification) offers some advantages, especially in goods distribution, supply chain and logistics. This technology works by putting a chip on an item as a replacement for barcodes that are widely used today. With the RFID technology, the process of goodsidentification becomes very easy and fast. Therefore, some large companies have started implementing and trust the system, especially the supermarket retailers although there are still some problems encountered in the application of this system, related to issues of privacy and data integrity problems. This paper discusses how RFID works and the impacts to the company related to profits and problems encountered during the application of this system.

Abstract

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is an identification technology based on radio waves. At this time, we will describe the application of RFID technology in a rental car company. The study discusses about information about how to implement RFID within the enterprise, the role of RFID in the enterprise, how to use RFID, and everything else related to RFID in the enterprise. The  main purpose of writing this paper  is to make easy for reader finding information about general description of RFID and its application to a  car rental company. Furthermore,  methodology components are type and source of Data, data collection technique, hypotheses and data analysis technique. Finally, a conclusion is made that that RFID is an identification technology that is relatively new and feasible at the car rental company which is an alternative to barcodes that have been widely used. The presence of RFID also provides a very beneficial effect to the company, as has been displayed through charts of various aspects of the company in the results section.

Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of management control and internal controls in application of sales systems information as a basis to support and produce accurate information in decision making. The methods used are bibliography study, interview, observation and questionnaire in the form of check lists. Following is an analysis conducted on the survey findings and the identification of strengths and weaknesses of internal control. Then audit is performed using Audit around the Computer method. From the evaluation results obtained the strengths and weaknesses of internal control. Weaknesses are found to be expressed in the form of problem findings, the potential risks and recommendations for corrective actions. This study succeeded in obtaining the evaluation results for boundary control, input, output, security and operational in the information system of credit sales and account receivables.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi prosedur dan pengendalian internal Sistem Informasi SumberDaya Manusia PT. XYZ. Untuk itu, penulis melakukan pemeriksaan, pengumpulan, preview danpendokumentasian bukti-bukti yang mendukung jalannya sistem informasi tersebut sehigga dapat menemukanmasalah yang terjadi dalam sistem informasi dan mengukur risiko pada pengendalian internal untukmenghasilkan rekomendasi yang dapat dipertimbangkan. Untuk mendukung penelitian, penulis menggunakanmetode penelitian kepustakaan, dimana data diperoleh dengan membaca buku dan menelusuri website yangsesuai dengan penelitian yang dibahas. Dan dengan metode penelitian lapangan, yang diperoleh melalui checklist, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil evaluasi pada sistem informasi yang berjalan, memberi kesimpulan bahwasistem yang sedang berjalan pada perusahaan sudah dilaksanakan sesuai prosedur yang ada saat ini, namunditemukan beberapa resiko pada pengendalian internal yang ada didalamnya.Kata kunci: Evaluasi, Sistem Informasi, Sumber Daya Manusia, PT. Abstract

         Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan merancang sebuah sistem e-commerce pada PD.Garuda Jaya untuk membantu proses penjualan yang dapat melakukan pemesanan secara online danmemberikan informasi yang up to date kepada pelanggan. Saat ini, pemilik PD. Garuda Jaya menggunakanyellow pages untuk promosi dan juga didalam memesan barang, pelanggan langsung datang ke toko danmelalui telepon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisa, dan metode perancangan. Metodeanalisa dilakukan dengan studi pustaka, pengumpulan data (observasi), dan Market Opportunity analysis.Sedangkan metode perancangan dilakukan dengan business model, customer interface, market communicationand branding, implementation, dan metrics.         Hasil yang dicapai adalah bahwa PD. Garuda Jaya membutuhkan sistem penjualan yang berbasis webatau e-commerce, sehingga mempermudah pemesanan oleh pelanggan. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkantarget pemasaran dapat berkembang. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah internet merupakan sebuah mediayang dapat membantu dan mendukung dalam pengembangan bisnis.Kata Kunci : Analisis, Perancangan, dan e-commerce.

Abstract

Compensation is everything that will be received by a person as remuneration for the work she/he has done, either directly or indirectly. Assessment of labor productivity is almost always automatically associated with the rules and regulations of individual salary increases and bonus distribution. Result of the analysis indicates work environment played a very important role for the improvement of labor productivity with r2 = 0.933 (93.3%), and t 8.158 and t table 0.30. Result of the hypothesis testing of the effect of compensation onemployee and lecturer productivity (r2=0.933 or 93.3 % with t 3.729 and t table of 0.30) means compensation had a very strong influence. Result of the hypothesis testing of the effect of competence on employee and lecturerproductivity shows r2= 0.933 or by 93.3%, with t 4.014 and t table 0.30. Result of the analysis shows the correlation between work environment and labor productivity is equal to 0.769, means it had a fairly high correlation. The correlation between compensation and labor productivity by 0.482 is moderate. The correlation between competence and labor productivity by 0509 is moderate. The determination determination is equal to 0.933 means that employee and lecturer productivity was influenced by work environment, compensation, and competency in the amount of 0.933 (93.3%); while the 6.7% remaining was influenced by other variables outside the research. The regression function resulted from the analysis is Y = -0.026 + 0.548 X1 + 0.260 X2 + 0.281 X3.

Abstract

The Purpose of writing is to describe the impact of increased customer satisfaction in the business process of e-commerce at Amazon.com and analyzed e-commerce strategies used in the company.The Benefits are to get an overview of the strategies in the Amazon.com for improving customer satisfaction and the impact of increased satisfaction. The method of writing is conducting reviews of existing sources to gain an overview strategy and business processes e-commerce at Amazon.com. The paper results are gaining knowledge of thenumber of visitors and Sales that accurred at Amazon.com. The Conclusions is about the impact of increasing customer Satisfaction in the business process e-commerce in the Amazone.com.
