Abstract

ANALISIS UNSUR TOKSIK DAN MAKRO-MIKRO NUTRIEN DALAM BAHAN MAKANAN DENGAN METODEANALISIS AKTIVASI NEUTRON. Telah dilakukan penentuan kadar unsur toksik dan makro-mikro nutrien dalambahan makanan dengan menggunakan metode analisis aktivasi neutron (AAN). Jenis cuplikan bahan makanan yangditeliti meliputi sayuran, kacang-kacangan, bumbu dan rempah, tepung, daging dan ikan. Cuplikan dikumpulkan daripasar Serpong. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa cuplikan bahan makanan mengandung makro nutrien dengankadar > 1000 mg/kg, seperti : K, Ca, Mg, Na dan Cl, mikronutrien dengan kadar antara 10 hingga < 1000 mg/kg: Fe,Mn, Zn, Se, Br, Rb, dan La, dan unsur toksik Co, Sb, Hg, As dan Cr dengan kadar kurang dari 5 mg/kg. KonsentrasiAs dalam ikan, beras dan Hg dalam cabai merah dan ikan telah melebihi baku mutu yang ditetapkan pemerintah.Konsentrasi Zn dalam beberapa cuplikan, telah melebihi nilai baku mutu. Batasan nilai ini perlu dipertimbangkan,mengingat rata-rata asupan harian Zn masih di bawah nilai yang direkomendasikan yaitu 15 mg/hari. Kekuranganunsur ini dapat mengganggu pertumbuhan dan metabolisme tubuh. Kadar Al dalam bahan makanan cukup tinggiantara 10 – 500 mg/kg, logam Al termasuk logam ringan yang bersifat toksik, sehingga keberadaannya perlumendapat perhatian. Evaluasi unsur-unsur dibandingkan terhadap nilai kecukupan kebutuhan harian RDA(Recommended Daily Acceptable). Dalam studi ini dijelaskan juga efek apabila kekurangan atau kelebihan asupanunsur tersebut bagi kesehatan.Kata kunci : makro-mikro nutrien, unsur toksik, bahan makanan, aktivasi neutron

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to determine the number of marketing channels, the amount of marketing margins and marketing efficiency of tempe chips in Lerep Village, West Ungaran District Regency. The basic method of research used is descriptive method of analysis. Determination of the sample area is done purposively in Lerep Village, West Ungaran District Regency. The number of respondents as many as 15 respondents. Data analysis cost analysis and marketing margin of each marketing channel, analysis of marketing efficiency of tempe chips each channel. The results showed that there are three channels of marketing tempe chips. Channel I consists of: Producer - Final Consumer, Channel II consists of: Manufacturer - Retailer - Final Consumer and Channel III consists of : Manufacturer - Wholesaler - Retailer - Final Consumer. Total marketing margin value on channel I is Rp. 4,380, channel II is Rp. 4,500, - and channel III is Rp. 4,500. The cost incurred on channel I is Rp. 120, on channel II of Rp. 513 and on channel III is Rp. 815. The marketing of tempe chips has shown an efficient value. It can be seen from marketing efficiency value of each channel is channel I equal to 0,26%, channel II equal to 1,18%, and channel III equal to 1,87%. Abstract

Pada perkembangan zaman yang sangat pesat, maka proses belajar mengajar di sekolah turut mengalami perubahan. Dalam bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, penetrasi gadget yang begitu deras telah mengubah paradigma pendidikan menjadi berbasis teknologi. Namun, ke manakah sesungguhnya arah perubahan tersebut? Menurut Jean Piaget dalam Suparno, Paul, (2000) bahwa bayi mulai mengembangkan sensor motorik mereka pada usia antara 0-2 tahun. Pada saat itu, bayi mulai belajar mengkoordinasikan segenap organ tubuh, dalam rangka mengasosiasikannya dengan obyek ekst ernal . Perkembangan t eknol ogi yang begi t u deras t el ah menyebabkan bayi pada usia tersebut tidak hanya mengkoordinasikan motorik mereka terhadap obyek seperti mobil mainan atau meja, namun juga terhadap gadget. Saat ini telah lahir generasi yang sudah familiar terhadap TIK dari usia sangat dini, meskipun masih terbatas pada aplikasi pendidikan usia dini, namun sudah fasih dalam menggunakan gadget, terutama tablet.

Abstract

This study entitled " Business Analysis of Broiler Chicken FarmWith Partnership System In Limbangan Kendal District." This study aims toknow how the pattern - pattern of broiler partnership in District Limbanganand how much it costs, revenues, earnings, and profits from farming ofbroiler chickens with partnerships system and feasibility level of businessfarm with partnerships system that can later be used as a reference for thepeople doing business broiler chicken Farm. To know the pattern - patternof broiler partnership in District Limbangan using analysis methodsapproach the existing partnership and to know the feasibility level ofbusiness farm using gross benefit cost ratio (gross B/C), BEP andproductivity costs. Determining the location of this study purposively withthe reasons in the two villages was the most total population of broilers(broiler) are farmed by people in the Region District Limbangan order toproperly represent the village which has a smaller population. For samplingrespondents was conducted using census (census sampling). About 25farmers from a total of 25 farmers that can later be represented inLimbangan Kendal District. The results showed that PIR partnership patternused by breeders because it is very beneficial because these patterns is thecore company as foster father that supplies sapronak, coaching in businessmanagement to marketing. Average area of cage 850.72 m2 with chickenpopulations 7240 tail derived income of Rp. 21,841,960, - and an averageprofit of Rp. 17.365.713,-. Viewed from the BEP business farm of broilerchickens has a value of 8.375 which means that in a population of 8.375farmers benefited and suffered no losses. While the productivity of capitalobtained a value of 13.12% / season, this value is high than the capitalinterest 0,208 /month, so in terms of capital productivity of broiler chickensworth conducting.Keywords: Analysis, Business farm of Broiler Chickens, Feasibility,Partnership.

Abstract

This study is intended to improve the ability to think critically and creatively by applying the learning model of Problem Solving in particular vocational students in Computer Engineering and Networks program (TKJ). The study was conducted in SMK Sragen in 2015. The collection of data through written tests and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance of two paths. The findings of this study lead to the conclusion that there are significant differences in the use of learning model, with the use of Problem Solving learning model and in terms of the creativity of students is high then student achievement will increase. Problem Solving learning model is a learning problem solving where each student will be familiar with the face of a problem and will be used to look for creative solutions. And thus will improve the performance and abilities of students.Keywords: Problem Solving, learning achievement, creativity.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan praktik atau pelaksanaan kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah SMP Muhammadiyah 1  Surakarta; (2) menganalisis praktik-praktik kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah berbasis Religi di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta.Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode indept interviewing, metode observasi, dan metode dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan cara pengamatan yang terus-menerus, trianggulasi, serta membicarakan dengan orang lain atau rekan sejawat.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan. Pertama, praktik kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta dilakukan dengan jalan berupaya memberikan motivasi, memberi contoh, membagi tugas sesuai bidangnya dan melakukan supervisi, dan menanamkan pengaruh kepada guru untuk mendukung setiap kebijakan sekolah. Hubungan dengan masyarakat dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dengan bersilaturahmi, saling membantu, berupaya menjaga hubungan baik dengan warga sekolah dengan masyarakat dalam rangka dakwah amar makruf nahi mungkar. Kepala sekolah sebagai figur panutan masyarakat berusaha untuk selalu menjadi uswah hasanah dan meningkatkan kompetensi kepribadian, pedagogik maupun sosialnya. Kedua, praktik kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berbasis religi, dilakukan dengan cara memberikan bimbingan cara mengajar yang benar dengan mempersiapkan RPP yang dibuat sendiri, menyusun dan mengembangkan silabus, mengadakan workshop, seminar dan menanamkan nilai-nilai ke-Islaman dan Kemuhammadiyahan. Kepala sekolah juga menekankan bahwa tugas yang diberikan kepada guru adalah merupakan amanah dari Allah SWT. Setiap melaksanakan tugas sebagai kepala sekolah dilakukannya dengan menggunakan pendekatan individu yang santun, ramah dan sabar, serta memberikan contoh perilaku yang baik, dan menekankan pada aspek pengaruh dan menanamkan nilai-nilai ke-Islaman dalam rangka untuk dakwah amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar. Kata kunci: kepala sekolah, praktik kepemimpinan, berbasis religi.

Abstract

Kebijakan pendidikan Indonesia paska Orde Baru mengalami perubahan amat mendasar; dari pola sentralisasi ke desentralisasi, yang bermuara pada terwujudnya kemandirian sekolah. Bersamaan dengan itu, menjamurlah sekolah model baru yang berkualitas unggul di sejumlah kota. Kehadiran sekolah model baru ini membuat persaingan antar sekolah unggul semakin seru. Dulu, sekolah unggul identik dengan sekolah negeri. Namun dalam perkembangan baru, justru sekolah swasta, terutama sekolah Islam, yang lebih mewarnai. Sekarang ini, dan di masa depan, kontestasi antar sekolah unggul semakin kompleks dan rumit. Keberlangsungan keunggulan suatu sekolah, sangat bergantung pada pendekatan atau strategi manajemen yang dipilih. Total Quality Managemen (TQM), atau manajemen kualitas total bisa menjadi alternatif pendekatan untuk menjamin keberlanjutan keunggulan suatu sekolah agar berdaya saing tinggi.

Abstract

CERDAS School is one of new programs implemented in school learning. This program is important and very useful to be implemented in schools considering its excellent orientation and output for students and teachers of Islamic Religious Education and Counseling Guidance. The purpose of the CERDAS School Program is that the schools will have knowledge, skills and policies to respond to the risks of natural disasters or human-induced disasters (bullying/violence at school) and becoming agent of peace and reconciliation. The program was implemented and delivered through learning and training that were set as game in each of material delivery. In learning, CERDAS school materials were inserted in Akhlaq subject and counseling guide, while the training was held to equip and train representatives of school peace.This research was of field research and data was collected by using observational data record, interview and documentation that can support the research study. The data was analyzed by using deductive model.Findings of the research indicated that 1) Implementation of CERDAS School Program of Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center (MDMC) in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta was quite successful in changing the way and attitude of learners to become agents of peace for themselves and others at the school. It was seen since the implementation of CERDAS School Program that learners with advantages were not showing arrogant attitude, but they can be humble. Likewise, those who had some inferiority were not feeling inferior with their shortcomings. In fact, the shortcoming was a whip to be more eager to appreciate Gods blessings. With the CERDAS School Program, learners know how to make peace with themselves, barriers to the peace, and find a way to the peace. 2) Implementation of TANDUR method in Smart School Program of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta can be conducted during Training of CERDAS School Representatives through Wisdom Word, introduction to and core of learning, model and practice and action. While, the TANDUR method was delivered duringschool hours in core of learning only.

Abstract

This study revealed the implementation of the Comprehensive Guidance program in inculcating the character values in the students of SMP Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar Special Program in academic year 2016/2017. The purpose of this study was to find out the character values promoted in the program. It is a field research using the methods of in-depth interview, observation and documentation. The findings conclude that Comprehensive Guidance is thorough guidance or counseling for students that includes several programs of Upgrading Motivation, Character Building, Spiritual Guidance, Academic Coaching, Counseling Program, Home Visit, Mentoring, Out Door Program, and Holistic Monitoring. The implementation of Comprehensive Guidance program can instill the values of transformative Islam, such as religious, honest, discipline, creative, independent, enthusiast, patriotic, friendship, caring, and responsible.

Abstract

PEMBUATAN KOMPOSIT ARANG AKTIF-ZEOLIT- CMC SEBAGAI BAHAN PENYARING PADA SISTEM PENYEDIAAN AIR MINUM. Telah dibuat bahan untuk pengolahan air minum dengan sitem catu, komposit arang aktif-zeolit dengan karboksi metil selulosa (CMC) sebagai pengikat. Komposisi komposit yang optimum, yang diukur dari kemampuannya menjerap Fe dan MB (biru metilena), adalah l gram arang aktif, 2 gram Mn-zeolit dan O,l gram CMC. Dibandingkan dengan komposit arang aktifzeolit - bentonit dan komposit arang aktif-zeolit - kaolin, penjerapan terhadap ion Fe oleh komposit arang aktif-zeolit -CMC adalah rendah. Komposit arang aktif-zeolit CMC telah diaplikasikan dalam pengolahan air sumur dan air kran. Untuk lOO mL air sumur digunakan l gram komposit dikoeok selama 15 inenit dan diamati kandungan Fe, Cd, Pb dan bakteri coli dalam air sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Terlihat bahwa komposit tersebut menurunkan kandungan Fe, Cd, Pb dan bakteri coli dalam air. Kandungan Cd dan Fe turun lOO %, kandungan Pb turun (47,5- 100)%, dan kandungan bakteri coli turun dalam skala l03 sampai 105.
