Abstract

Currently, the role of women has shifted from traditional to modern roles. From only a traditional role to bear children and run the household, women now have a social role which can be a career with supported higher education. This can result in conflict dual role as worker and housewife for women who have a family, so easy to cause stress. Several factors are thought to affect levels of stress, especially for career women is child care, housekeeping assistance, communication and interaction with children and husband, time for family, determining priorities, career pressures and family pressures, and the husbands view of the dual role of women. Based on the test independence of variables, seven variables have a relationship with the level of stress career woman.By using the likelihood ratio test and Wald test is found to be two factors affect the stress levels of women workers in Mardi Rahayu Kudus hospital are a time for family and the support of her husband in a career.   Keywords: Stress Level, Dual Role Conflict, Ordinal Logistic Regression, Mardi Rahayu Hospital.

Abstract

Model regresi terpotong atas merupakan suatu model regresi dengan nilai-nilai variabel dependen y < a, dengan a adalah suatu titik potong atas yang dipilih berdasarkan penelitian. Dengan demikian, model regresi terpotong lebih tepat jika digunakan untuk penelitian yang berorientasi pada suatu karakteristik tertentu dari obyek pengamatan yaitu variabel dependennya. Distribusi yang digunakan untuk model regresi ini adalah distribusi normal terpotong atas. Estimasi parameter regresinya menggunakan metode Maksimum Likelihood dan metode iteratif Newton Raphson sedangkan pengujian signifikansi model menggunakan Uji Likelihood Rasio, uji t dan harga koefisien determinasi (R2)

Abstract

Poisson regression is the most popular tool for modeling the relationship between a discrete data in the response variable and a set of predictors with continue, discrete, categoric or mix data. Response variable with discrete data, however, may overdispersed or underdispersed, not conductive to Poisson regression which assumed that the mean value equals to variance  (equidispersed). One of the model that be used to overdispersed the discrete data is a regression model based on mixture distribution namely Poisson-gamma mixture which result negative binomial distribution. This regression model usually known as binomial negative regression. Using Generalized Linier Model (GLM) approach, the given model, parameter estimate, diagnostics, and interpretation of negative binomial regression can be determined.   Keyword: Negative Binomial Distribution, Dispersion, Generalized Linier Model

Abstract

One of the methods which can be used in statistical inferences  is Bayesian inference. It is combine sample distribution and prior distribution, that can be resulted posterior distribution. In this article, sample distribution use univariate normal distribution. If prior distribution for variance with known mean is gamma inverse distribution, then posterior distribution is formed gamma inverse distribution. If Prior distribution use non-informative prior, then have the posterior distribution, by the  marginal distribution of mean and varian. Abstract

The development of a growing population, causing many problems within national development, so the program necessary to reduce the population of family planning program, one of the programs is Contraceptive Services. A variety of contraceptive choices provided by the government especially for women, including: pill, injection, IUD, implant, tissue KB, tubectomy, cream, jelly, and foam. The selection of contraceptives for women have to weigh various factors. So we want to know the factors which influence women in choosing a particular contraceptive. By testing the significance of the multinomial logistic regression model through the G test statistic can be shown there are four factors that influence contraceptive use, namely maternal age, number of living children, age of last child, and pregnancy plans. Abstract

  Tulisan ini membahas prosedur pengujian linearitas data time series menggunakan uji RESET test versi Ramsey dan Lagrange Multiplier. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji yang telah diperbaiki dengan pembentukan komponen utama dari bentuk polinomial pada persamaan uji. Prosedur uji kemudian diterapkan pada data simulasi untuk model linear AR(2), AR(2) dengan outlier dan model nonlinear  LSTAR(2) dengan n = 200. Pengujian menunjukkan hasil yang mirip diantara kedua uji dimana data simulasi dari model linear tidak menjamin kelinearan, sedangkan data simulasi model nonlinear secara signifikan berbentuk nonlinear pada taraf 5%.

Abstract

Left truncated regression model is a regression model which the parameters prevailed for the dependent variable values y > a, with a is a left truncation point that is choosen according to the experiment goals, and a is also the observation object itself at once. Thus, truncated regression model is more correct if it is used for the experiment that oriented on a specific characteristic of the observation object, that is dependent variable. The distribution that is used for this regression model is normal left truncated distribution. Estimation of regression parameters used Maksimum Likelihood method with Newton’s iteratif method.

Abstract

Queue process is a process of the coming of a customer to a service facility, then waiting in line (queue) when the officers busy, and leaving the place after getting the service.  Patient’s line at RSUP DR. Kariadi is a lot enough then it will making the service from the hospital isn’t optimal as a result.  Hence, it needed a queue model to optimize the service to patient. From the result of the analysis in RSUP Dr. Kariadi it gives the best queue models is  in polyclinic area second floor, laboratory, and pharmacy.

Abstract

Maternal mortality rate is one of the crucial problems of death in Indonesia. Maternal deaths in East Java province is likely to increase so that the role of data and information are very important. Negative Binomial Regression is a model that can be used to address the problem overdispersion. While the method of spatial attention factor for type discrete data is Geographically Weighted Poisson Regression Model (GWPR). This study was conducted on the comparison between the Negative Binomial Regression and GWPR to discuss the factors that influence maternal mortality rate in the province of East Java. Indicators that affect maternal mortality include maternal health services. Maternal health services such as antenatal care, obstetric complications treated, Aid deliveries by skilled health care child birth, and neonatal health care services handled neonatal complications. The results of testing the suitability of model shows that there is no influence of spatial factors on maternal mortality rate in the province of East Java. Based on Negative Binomial Regression derived variable number of puerperal women who received vitamin A significantly affect maternal mortality rate, while for GWPR is divided into six clusters districts/cities by same significant variables. From the comparison value of AIC was found that GWPR better to analyzing Maternal mortality in East Java because it has the smallest value of AIC
