Abstract

Remedial Teaching adalah bantuan yang diberikan guru untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar yang dialami siswa guna  mencapai suatu situasi yang memungkinkan siswa mampu mengembangkan dirinya seoptimal mungkin sehingga memenuhi kriteria prestasi belajar yang diharapkan. Berhasil tidaknya guru melakukan remedial teaching dapat diukur berapa besar pengaruh positif hasil belajar dari pelaksanaanya.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh program “remedial teaching” terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.  Populasi penelitian adalah semua siswa kelas III SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Banda Aceh yang mengikuti program remedial teaching, masing-masing: 49 siswa mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia; 56 orang Bahasa Inggris; dan 65 orang Matematika.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data adalah dokumentasi. Data diolah secara statistik dengan analisis  kuantitatif; “Uji Beda” untuk melihat pengaruh remedial teaching terhadap prestasi belajar siswa setelah dilakukan remedial teaching. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program remedial teaching berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa  SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Banda Aceh. Kata kunci: Pengaruh remedial teaching, prestasi belajar     Remedial Teaching is the assistance provided by the teacher to address the learning difficulties experienced by students in order to achieve a situation where students are able to develop themselves optimally so that it meets the criteria of academic achievement expected. Success of the teachers do remedial teaching can be measured how much positive influence on learning outcomes of its implementation. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of the "remedial teaching" on student achievement. The study population was all the third grade students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Banda Aceh following the remedial teaching program, each: 49 students Indonesian Language; 56 people English, and Math 65 people. This study uses descriptive quantitative data collection technique is documentation. The data were statistically processed with quantitative analysis; "Different Test" to see the impact of remedial teaching on student achievement after remedial teaching. The results showed that the remedial teaching program has a positive and significant impact on student achievement SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Banda Aceh. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the implementation of school rules and obstacles faced by students in running the school order in public junior secondary school in Banda Aceh. The method of this research is descriptive with the mixed approach. The location of this research is located in three public junior secondary schools namely SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh, SMP Negeri 4 Banda Aceh, and SMP Negeri 18 Banda Aceh with a population of second and third-grade students as many as 1046 students. Sampling is calculated using Slovin formula with α = 5% that is 289. The data collection is done by using questionnaire of Likert scale model and interview. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The result of the research indicates that almost all students admitted that they have implemented good school rules, namely the percentage of excellent category as much as 73.9% and the percentage of good category as much as 25.7%. The tendency of good disciplinary execution is also seen in each item. However, in some cases, there are still violations that are recognized by the students. While the obstacles faced by students in implementing this school order comes from internal factors such as self-regulation and external factors in the form of family and teacher stimulants in schools.Keywords: Implementation, Constraints, Code of Conduct, students, Junior High School
